i orderd a sennheiser hd201 head phone. i received the product some days back but .when i opened the package it was a mobile inside. i was shocked and i talked to the delivery guy he rejectted to take it back as the address and the billling was correct the billing was on the headphones . i complained it to the customer care service and they told me someone will come to collect it and my money will be refunded . i received a msg in mobile that someone will be coming for the return pick up of the product . i waited no one came the second day also the same msg came but no one came or contactted me. this is the complient number they gave me,

    I ordered SONY BRAVIA 40 INCH TV on offer price 27500 payment paid through credit card and payment received but not delivered the product due to logistics problem said by ASKMEBAZAAR.com
    I placed an order on 13th October 2015.
    order id is ABF2462904

    when ever i called them simply told me that it will solve.i have not received refund mount almost 25 days when the order has placed. Till today as & when I phone them they simply answer that please wait for more 5 days.
    please solve my issue and ensure they refund my money to bank.

      I have ordered a Diwali Dry Fruit Gift box (Order No-DGA6947336) to gift my friend on Nov 1 at 9.58 PM. After I placed the order, I have contacted my friend and confirmed that the address and contact details are changed. I immediately called the Customer support on +91 [protected] at 10.56 PM and the customer representative informed me that he has cancelled the order and the money will be refunded within 5-7 business days. (After call, I have received an acknowledge message.) Since then I have sent 4 emails every day (1 email per day) to check my refund status and I didn't receive any confirmation yet. On 5th day, I called the Customer support again and representative informed me that my order is not cancelled and I'm contacting the service for first time. I have tried all possible options to refund or modify the order, but the representative informed there is no way the order can be cancelled/modified. I have all the evidence to show as proof. This is a big FRAUD company and always cheats people. There is no option in their web site to track the order status and their customer service is very poor. Hence, I would request to take the necessary action and refund my money back. BAN the license of this Web site immediate.

        Ask Me Bazaar is a fake site.Deliver wrong products.Please don't use this site for online purchasing as this is the most pathetic site I have come across. I have ordered an induction tava, but they sent me the non-stick dosa tava which has no handle and defected ladle along with it.When I have registered a complaint that I don't want refund but please send me the correct order, but they people refused as their terms and conditions sucks. Very bad packaging of the product. My money got wasted as they have no moral responsibility to atleast sort out the issue. Seriously this is the most pathetic online shopping site. Their are many good sites available in the market.Please don't make yourself a FOOL. and this complaint is very much genuine as m not a fake company person who will write good things about them. Seriously Ask Me or whatever it sucks./...

                I ordered a philips QT4005/15 trimmer order id-AB6029439 on 12-10-15 from askmebazaar. the product is delivered on 04.11.15. the deliverd item box contains the product is damaged and seal is opened.. and inside the box no usermanual and cleaning brush. i ordered a fresh new product.

                  Sir, i have ordered( order number AB6431480) on date 22 Oct 15 a micromax mobile canvas nitro 4G E455 and payment of Rs 8320/-made online through credit card. i have not received any communication from ask me bazaar regarding delivery of product. when i called customer care they replied that wait more 2 days if product not delivered to you than order will be canceled and amount will be refunded to you.how you can cancel order after 15 days, if you not have reputed seller than why you accept orders.                             The order was placed successfully and fund deducted from my account. Order Id: AB7102650 and transaction Id: 424446.. Date .4/11/2015 .After a few minutes I got a message saying that it has been cancelled due to non serviceability to pin code.. Now the customer care says that the fund was not deducted.. There are two issues here. First is that I need the cash refunded and the second is that why would transaction be successful if there was no serviceability to the pin code in the first place.?

                              Hi, My order AB6887749 which i had ordered for Nokia 107 Mobile has been cancelled after 5 days which is disgusting their so called Spin the Wheel is a Fake gimmick of fooling the customers, if a customer gets more than 50% on wheel they will place the order and after 2 days cancel is, this is my second order which is cancelled, DO NOT PAY MONEY I REPEAT DO NOT PAY ONLINE AS YOUR ORDERS WILL ONLY GET CANCELLED AND IF YOU SELECT THE CORRECT SIZE IN CLOTHING THE DESCRIPTION WILL READ A DIFFERENT SIZE AND THOUGH YOU HAVE CANCELLED THE ORDER THEY WILL STILL SEND IT AS CASH ON DELIVERY.

                              SUCH CHEAP TACTICS OF SELLING PRODUCTS, THEY DONT HAVE EVEN A LOGIN TO VIEW THE ORDERS, WORST EXPERIENCE IN ONLINE SHOPPING TILL DATE.

                                  Extremely poor service by www.askmebazaar.com I gave a order for a LED bulb combo on 30/10/2015. Today ( 04/11/2015) they have given delivery. I even asked the person that I will check the bulbs but he said it is not allowed, if any problem you have to complain to them. He left and after opening the packet was shocked to find a hair trimmer. Expectedly no response from the numbers provided . Horrible service and I have realised the deal. Pl return my money.                                   I have given order for a set of LED bulbs on 29/10/2015 order no. AB6764429. It was a COD 04/11/15 the product was delivered but the person delivering told that you can open only after paying for it and if any problem is there you have to call them. After opening I was shocked to find a hair trimmer . The message I got had a different order no. ( AWB[protected] . clearly they have given a different product. I have asked for a refund but the persons attending the phone will ask to repeat the bank details several times and then cut the line. Pl refund my money as early as possible.

                                      Sir I have purchased one Mobile phone Sony Xperia Z2 for Rs 24517 from ASKMEBAZAR on 30 Oct 15 and my order no was NDD2506138.I paid full amount from my credit card .On 2 Nov I received one Call that my order has been cancelled and i will get my refund by 24 Hours .Now today on 04 Nov i have not received my refund and when i contacted custumer care [protected] than he told me to wait for 2 working days for my refund.I dont have faith on them .when i asked about the owner contact number of the website than he told that he dont have any information about that.Sir please help me in order to get my refund from ASKMEBAZAR.

                                        Hi i have ordered a power bank (Order Id: AB6713241) on 28-oct-2015, i have already done the payment in online mode but i haven't received my product yet, i didn't even received a tracking id of the product, i tried contacting them through but there is no response to the mail, and i tried calling them but they are ignoring the phone calls, please resolve the issue either they have to send me the product are refund me the amount..
