      The order was placed successfully and fund deducted from my account. Order Id: AB 7061957 and transaction Id: 417591.. After a few minutes I got a message saying that it has been cancelled due to non serviceability to pin code.. Now the customer care says that the fund was not deducted.. There are two issues here. First is that I need the cash refunded and the second is that why would transaction be successful if there was no serviceability to the pin code in the first place.?? Complaint number: Qrc 59172548..this kind of service puts a shadow on all e commerce sites..

        My order id with askmebazaar is order id: ab6588094. Since making the order, the product has not been delivered, and when i queried askmebazaar they have not responded. Such horrible service that i am wondering if this company is willfully cheating several customers! I have registered the complaint with askmebazaar, and received no response. The authorities need to be notified that this is a fraudulent company.

            Dear sir, We Indian are not fools that you can cheat them. You have given a spin wheel which have the software to stop before hundred percent and the maximum discount comes out of it only 3-15% I have seen that other than me also have same problem regarding this issue so please either remove it or do it in a fair manner .

                  Order no.NDD2515440 . I placed the order on 2 nd nov then i got the confirmation msg and email.In next day i got a call saying that they dont have the color which i ordered so i change my color.Then in evening again i got a call from askmebazar team saying that the price on which i ordered is mistakenly updated due to some technical reasons i.e Rs 5464 and it got increased to Rs 7000. If they dont have to sell the product then why they give offers and discounts. Customer care also did not give response to the call.

                    Delivered a false product, so i returned the product. But did not get my refund till next 3 weeks. I thought to call them, but they would say that the refund is successful. But where is my money? They transferred the refund to some wrong bank account and blaming me. And now they say they won't help me and cutting the call whenever i call. This is clear fraud that they are trying to do. Because if you make mistake in Bank account number or IFSC code for doing NEFT, the transaction will return instantly. It will fail. How did it go successful when they did the transaction. I need my money back, or else i will deal this in a legal way. And i can surely find the way to find how to deal with such situations as my elder brother is a lawyer.

Received message of Refund successful on October 30, 2015. But till date no refund received in my account. Got false item delivered, i returned the product. But still did not get my refund.

                              I have ordered a pair of boots online from your website which was delivered approximately after 2 weeks and the thing you have sent is below the expected quality and is stinking of raw rubber. I have never seen anything of this low quality ever. This kind of online trickery was not expected from an online site. Moreover the level of your integrity was such that even a mail enquiring about customer review or return means was not sent till now. The product was delivered to me on 1 november 2015 (Saturday) and i have written a mail to the so called [protected]@askmebazaar.com on sunday about the product and haven't got a reply till now. And i have searched your whole website for any mention of return means which was also not found. I want my money back and the product out of my room soon. And in future expecting some kind of decency.

                                ->My T-shirt Size is large (L). And in this site i.e; Askmebazaar.com I selected for XL size. The product today I received its size is Small (S). And no size is written in the T-shirt and its not at all fitting to me. But they are saying they have given XL size and are not ready to return or exchange. So Disgusting people. I am attaching the label where no size is written. Their customer care person are not solving our query and keeping the phone.

                                    I ordered two products on oct 22 2015 Branded In Ear Handsfree - SB117 order id:AB6445501and Branded Rb3016 Sunglasses - SB112 Order Id: AB6448478 the earphone costs 179rs and the glasses 699rs i already paid using the debit card i already called the customer care once they told it will be delivered in 10 working days its already been more then 10 days they dont even provide the tracking details of the product that has been shipped please help me out here either refund my money or send my order before 9th nov..

                                        I have ordered a Camera tripod and paid through online banking.Once ordered is placed got a message saying that your ordered is received in will be shipped.

                                        But after 2 days got a message saying that your ordered is cancelled and the amount will be paid after 5 to 6 days.

                                        There is no tracking of the order in that site. How come a e-commerce site can sell product without having tracking option.

                                        How come they can list the product where there is no sufficient product in stock (Still the product is listed).

                                        How come my order can be cancelled, Are they earning interest by keeping the paid money.

                                        It is pathetic service.
