[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Online shopping products cancellation | |||||
I ordered some products online at a very low price.i also got the confirmation emails of the products. A day later the shopping site canceled my orders saying either it was technical issues or the product was out of stock. This happen on 18-2-16.this happened with the every customer.and now a days this is also a common practice of this online shopping sites. Due to these customers got inconvenienced.and also the way of treating their customer on customer care numbers is also very bad. The do not behave properly.nd also don't clear our queries. M. Not satisfied... U just gave a flashing offer to increase ur rating... Nd if it was a technical issue... How I got a confirmation from ur side... Now don't tell the confirmation was also a part o[censored]r so called technical issue... Nd u didn't canceled sone orders... U canceled all the orders which were of that offer... Nd this is not the first time u r saying such things... Nd not I m new to the online shopping world...
Ask me bazar is pathetic site ... don't think they deliver any product ... even I ordered one on 19th Feb 2016 and still haven't received .. I just keep getting non-sense reasons from customer care .. no tracking details nor updates provided till now ... customer care executives have standard dialogue to say to everyone .."sorry for inconvenience, your order will reach by tonight and asap.." their Tonight never comes and asap definition seems infinite..
Very very very pathetic services... some one should take strict action against this website/company..
