I want to complaint that the ipod delivered is not working at all. I'm quite disheartened with the product delivered which is not in a working condition...

After the order it was confirmed and they also send me a mail regarding the confirmation of the order.I also got the confirmation message in my mobile number as well.Then after one day the send a mesaage saying that there is some technical glitch on the website and and your order...
