Hi Team, I ordered for Tangerine Purple and Orange cushion cover however incorrect product was delivered to me (I ordered the product on double price as it was 'Sold Out' on other sites). I logged the complaint on call center and requested for return of the product.
They took my complaint and I got the message on phone that 'Reverse pick up has been arranged' however no one turned till date. I again registered a complaint and spoke to Supervisor, she told me that I will receive a call back within 24 hrs however no one called me. After so many complaints, now they are asking me to send the product myself. This is ridiculous.
Can someone help me with this issue to get the reverse pick up arrange.I do not want to get in hassal of 1st sending the product to them and 2nd sending the delivery receipt to them and 3rd then chasing them for refund. This is just a harassment for the customer. When they have to deliver the product courier service was available however, when they have to do the reverse pick up courier service is not available. This is just unfair and top if that they don't listen to customer's request. Charu

I ordered 3 combo offer hoodles 699 red back grey color large size product last week.but they are delivered entirely different product.different colors and different sizes.really this is very bad.I lost my trust on these site.I called customer care also but there are irresponsible answer they given like "this is not our fault " call to company.really worst service.

I bought Envent DeeJay Pro BT amp 45 4 amp 46 1 Bluetooth TrueWood Home Audio Speaker amp 45 ET amp 45 SP from askmebazaar.com and received by Blue Durga courier on 31 December 2015. But I found defective woofers not work. Then I contact the Askmebazar.com 01 January 2016 and scheduled the reverse pickup of my product. And they not provide me tracking number of pickup. So I can't follow the courier company and my product are not pickup.

I want to tracking number of my product pickup.

I have shopped 3combo trousers worth 899rs..money have also been deducted as I have done it through online banking, now the delivery agency is asking for cash that is paid on delivery..I have cancelled the whole shopping.so refund the amount that has been deducted

I have ordered cat litter order no AB9363811 on 31st Jan. The company claims to have delivered the product but I have not received the same. The problem began soon after I ordered the product. The seller called me and told me to cancel the product but when I contacted ask bazaar they assured me the delivery. I raised several query both online and to call centre but no response. If askmebazaar can't have organised structure for online commerce, it should better get shut down.It is also disturbing image of complete E-Commerce .

i orderd above item but i am not getting the product pl do the needful

I ordered Sony KLV-40R562C 101.6 cm Full HD Smart LED TV from askmebazaar.com with the price tag of Rs 2199/- only on thursday dated 18 February 2016. They send me the order confirmation in my email but later on they cancelled it sending the SMS that it was technical issue. I want my order of the same LED TV. Seller is NEW JANTA KITCHEN APPLIANCES.

I saw a Sony 40 inch led at rs.2199 and i placed the order & got the confirmation too in my mail regarding the order placed FROM ASKMEBAZAR and 2199 to be paid, but the order was cancelled from askmebazar next day, as saying it was a technical glitch in their website, so how can i also claim for the same from askmebazar, so i can get the ordered product at that price.

Dear sir, I ordered some products online at a very low price. I also got the conformed the conformation emails of the products. One day later the shopping site canceled my orders saying either it was tecgnical issues or the product. This happen on 18-2-16. This happened with the every custmer. And now adays this is also acommon pradice of this on line shopping sites, please help me my orders shipped, Thank you.
