when i contact you about this product's defect, you have told me to contact the seller directly. But i doesn't have any source to contact them. in the bill also, you didn't mention any E-mail ID or phone number. then how can i contact them. please provide any details to contact them.

    I received my item at 16/2/16
    Due to small size i want to return it but i cant able to return it due to wrong customer care number i got...but now
    After one week i got the right number and i called the customer care to return it .but they are not lodging a complaint against it...what shall i do sir my 600rs will be wasted

      Seeing all above comments, I totally agree on the pathetic service provided by askmebazaar ...Very disappointed and unprofessional in handling customer...
      I had purchased a product on Friday 19th Feb 2016 morning (Order Number # NDD9822217) and I was told that it is Next Day Delivery however their next day hasn't come yet... Every time I call customer support, they are worst and unprofessional to interact.. Only standard dialogue is answered by them.. We are sorry about inconvenience to you, your product will be delivered tonight however their tonight never comes ...every day they repeat same answer and hangs up the phone...
      There is no tracking number provided and you are in totally dark whether your product will ever reach to you or is it really genuine site / people u have kept your trust on it...

      Would recommend not to buy any product from this site at all...

      I have already posted complaint on your askmebazaar support site but don't get any proper response and update hence kindly update here.. I had to cancel the order because of the pathetic response from your end.. Now I am waiting for my refund which is also due since 5 days I have cancelled the order.                           I have placed an order Order Id: AB9770637 for Sony KLV40R562C 101.6 cm Full HD Smart LED TV. at the price of Rs 2199.00 and they send me a confirmation email regarding this; after call customer care no. [protected] they say sir, your order is confirm; its deliver in under 10 days; but today ask me bazar has now cancelld my order and is saying that it was price error. its very wrong to coustmers that ask me bazar is always making fool to people. And when called to coustmer care they are talking very rudely and not giving proper reason to question. ask me bazar is always making fool to people. please give me my order and contact as me bazar regarding this matter. and let me know as soon as possible. i wasted a lot of time for this and after placing the order and conforming the order they are cancelling the product after 1 day. take action against this matter and for any quires call me on.

                            I ordered for 15 Kg Royal Canine food vide Order ID no AB9465900 dated Feb 4, 2016. The product has not been delivered, causing me serious inconvenience. The dealer could not explain the reasons for the delay and I have no option but to cancel the order. I rand up the dealer couple of times with out any useful purpose.
                            Please ensure refund of the amount, duly treading my order as cancelled. Also take suitable action against the vendor who failed to meet he commitment. In case the web site is poor in meeting the customer requirement, I am afraid the web site ASKMEBAZAR will be out of business sooner or later.

                                I have purchased Sony KLV-40R562C 101.6 cm Full HD Smart LED TV on AskMeBazaar on 18th Feb 2016 and I have even got confirmation of the order to my mail.

                                My Order id is: AB9768056. It has been cancelled on 19th Feb 2016 without any reason. I want the cancellation to be revoked and please ship the product as soon as possible.

                                  Not delivered my shipment and not refund in my bank account. My order is prepaid and i choose next day delivery option.
                                  Order date id 5th feb 2016 and order no is - ndd2696715 and second order no is - ndd2696664 and third order no is - ndd2698222.

                                  My complaint were registered on 10th feb 2016 because my order is not delivered and i said to mr rohit singh please refund my amount because your service is very low. He told me your order is cancelled because this product is out of stock.And your refund is processing . Your amount will be refund in your bank account with in 3 to 5 working days. But today is 9th working days but my refund is not in my bank account.

                                  Today again i called them and talk to mr. Navender he told me your order was cancelled on 16th feb 2016 please wait 3 to 5 working days..

                                  My order compliant no is - qrc13748.

                                  Please resolve my problem.

                                        I ordered iPhone5S on ASKMEBAZAAR.com on 29/Jan/16 with order id AB9317397. They confirmed that within 10 working days i will get it.On 10/Feb i called for status they said my order is cancelled; I requested for update to me when it got cancelled since they never bothered to mail or call.they said again we placed the order you will get it by 20/Feb.On 20/Feb i got mail you will get it by with in 10 days.I requested them to cancel the order. still no confirmation mail came to me. Please help.
