    I have paid Money Through Online Payment for Order ID:AB3708421 but when it reached for Delivery it was showing that Cash on Delivery i paid the cash and took Item and call that to customer care number, they have gave me one reference and said that money will be deposited in my account in one week.Its almost three to four weeks, no Cash Refund made to my account.

      Well i bought a jacket from askme bazaar in the month of december that i received on 19th of december and due to the fault in the item received i filed a complaint against it on the very day i.e.19th december and i got a complaint id of "QRC72722241" and i was so told that i will be provided with a reverse pickup facility but worked for approx 2 weeks then again i called back and on asking i was told that due to the lack of reverse pickupfacility in your area, your complaint has been closed then i again lodged a complaint against in on 6th of january, 2016 with complaint id as "QRC75539098" in which i was asked to send the product by courier to the some address that i was provided on a phone call and i then couriered the product on 15th of january, 2026 and the product was delivered on 19th of january, 2016 and i was assured that this would be looked after but again after waiting for 2 days i again called back on 21st of January, 2016, then again i was confirmed that this complaint has also been closed without even telling me the reason then this perpetual process of again and again complaining continued and i again complained on 21st January, 2016 with a complain id of "QRC77966638" and till now it has been worthless cos i have neither got any possible solution nor the refund that i asked for cos i request you to look after this as soon as possible..


      i am hereby attaching the courier slip for proof..

                                HI, I have ordered a Micromax Canvas Juice 2 from Askmebazaar.com on 01/02/16 and received the parcel on 04/02/16. After opening the box i have a stone was placed inside the brown box and mobile hone was missing. I've contacted customer care of askmebazaar and informed them about the incident. They have told me to email the images of the parcel and they will refund the amount within 13 business days. I have sent around 7 images of the parcel to their customer support email id.
                                On 11/02/16 i have received a text message from askmebazaar stating that the item was shipped in proper packaging and they can not refund the amount. My order number is AB9405561. Please help me in getting the refund from askmebazaar.com

                                  I ordered for a mop online with the order number ABF2680839 and i received the order after 1 week as i work i didn't have the time to open and check the product and use it. As I had a holiday today ie Feb 13th 2016 i opened the product and tried using it the there is no lock and the bottom of the mop, so when i tried using the mop it was not stable and it was getting bent as there is no lock to lock the mop at the bottom. Horrible customer care they hung up the phone on me 5 times. They are picking up the call with all sorry's and saying we cannot do anything. I saved 50 rs and i wasted the same on the phone calls i made to them.

                                        Hi,
                                        I had ordered a Snap and Grip Wrench on Friday 29th January 2016 with order ID AB9319570 from askmebazaar.com and got the confirmation mail and sms from them on the same day.
                                        I waited for my order to be delivered till Sunday 7th February and then called their helpline on Monday, 8th Feb to check the status and was assured by the customer care executive that I will get my order within next 2-3 days.
                                        I was waiting patiently for my product to be delivered but all of a sudden I got a shocking sms from them on Thursday 11th Feb at 12.25 pm stating, 'Dear buyer, as per your request we have cancelled your duplicate COD order AB9319570'.
                                        As I had placed the above order only once and never put any request for cancellation, I immediately called their helpline number from my RTN to get it cleared. The executive on the other side flatly refused to do anything and just told me that the order was cancelled by me and it is not possible to deliver it now.
                                        When I asked him to tell me the date, time and the phone number from which he got the cancellation request, he flatly refused and told me that they do not disclose such details. We argued for about 20 minutes as he transferred my call to some of his senior but I got the same reply only.
                                        I can't even understand that how my order become duplicate with the same number and why these people are not ready to disclose the cancellation details to me.
                                        It is very disappointing and humiliating as it is happened to me second time. It also shows that there is something wrong in their services and the askmebazaar.com is cheating customers and making fool of them.
                                        Now I decided that I will never use this site in future and start telling it to my friends and other people also.
