Well i bought a jacket from askme bazaar in the month of december that i received on 19th of december and due to the fault in the item received i filed a complaint against it on the very day i.e.19th december and i got a complaint id of "QRC72722241" and i was so told that i will be provided with a reverse pickup facility but worked for approx 2 weeks then again i called back and on asking i was told that due to the lack of reverse pickupfacility in your area, your complaint has been closed then i again lodged a complaint against in on 6th of january, 2016 with complaint id as "QRC75539098" in which i was asked to send the product by courier to the some address that i was provided on a phone call and i then couriered the product on 15th of january, 2026 and the product was delivered on 19th of january, 2016 and i was assured that this would be looked after but again after waiting for 2 days i again called back on 21st of January, 2016, then again i was confirmed that this complaint has also been closed without even telling me the reason then this perpetual process of again and again complaining continued and i again complained on 21st January, 2016 with a complain id of "QRC77966638" and till now it has been worthless cos i have neither got any possible solution nor the refund that i asked for cos i request you to look after this as soon as possible..
i am hereby attaching the courier slip for proof..
