      I got a fake and faulty power-bank from askmebazaar.com, i have returned it to them in April 2015 but still there is no refund from the company even after almost a year now. details of order order number: AB953110 item: MI Xiaomi-10400 MAH Power Bank Seller: My Refund amount is Rs. 449. Had tried to get refund from last one year in every possible way but every time gets the same answer "amount will be refunded in next 4-5 days". So after waiting for almost one year i am fed up with this hence i have lodged complaint in consumer court. I want a compensation of Rs 50000/- for delay in refund for one year & mental stress.

            Hello I given a order for same as above products. I received ordered product on 17 Jan 2016. But due to laptop bag size was not comfortable for my own lappi, so I Cancelled the dispatched order of no.:AB8925446. For above order I returned the products on 19 Jan 2016, and these products returned to the Mr. Amit Kumar on dated 22 Jan 2016. As per discussion with Customer care of Ask Me Bazaar has assured me to return back the ordered amount of Rs.599 + Rs. 200 Delivery Charges. Now as per todays dicussion of dated 16 Feb they again assured to given back amount within 24 hours and again registered our complain number QRC81075110. So please confirm the status asap and revert me back. Hope so amount will deposited in my account asap...

              I have buy a product from askmebazaar.com unfortunately it is delayed in delivering so that I made complain by online and I had received a call from your representatives he suggested me that the product not deliver as conveniently. And he get my bank details and said me that he gives me my refund back but unfortunately he didn't returned yet. And also he deducted from my account balance of Rupee 9997.63 . And after talking he said me that is not possible to credited your product money refund on this account and your current deduct money will refund automatically credited on your account. But i don't exactly happened according my order amounts then what ways can get my money back. Please halp me and give my money back as quick as convenient.

                    My order for 3nos. of samsung fast mobile chargers against order no. DGA9328933 dtd 29.01.16.
                    I received on 11th or 12th which had 2 defective and used ones.
                    One connecting cable was old (dis-coloured) which I am not able to insert in the mobile port !
                    Only one working piece is charging damn slow (so called fast charger 5V, 2A made in Vietnam !)

                    I called the call centre and came to know that the complaint has to be lodged within 48hrs for which I am late now !
                    As it arrived late not being in station on delivery day, I had to instruct delivery boy to deliver it to bakery below my house.

                    What should I do ?

                                  On 22nd Jan’16, I have placed order of GLEN make electric tandoor on your e-commerce portal ASKMEBAZZAR.com. When the order was not delivered I contacted helpline at [protected] they have noted the complaint but not action was taken. Then through web site I could locate that it is from GETIT media group which has head office in NEW DELHI and corporate office in Noida. I have contacted at[protected] and talked to one Mr Vikas Chauahn he promised to take up the matter but nothing happened and then at last on 2nd feb I cancelled my order and till date no refund.

                                    We are seller on Ashmebazaar, com portal since last 7 month.

                                    We receive two orders one is before 4 month ago and second one is before 2 month ago.

                                    Both order's packing and materiel was sent by us on very good condition. but it was damaged by Logistic partners (ecom) both time same logistic partners had damaged our product and I am 100 % sure the outside condition is very bad then how can user can accept the orders.

                                    We had requested lots of times and wasted our mobile balance since last 4 months but still no resolution. everytime they said your case is in high priority and our concern will contact you in 3 days.. since no one came with us with resolution.

                                        Hi Team – I have paid money for pack of 8 polo t-shirt but never received mail confirmation or message to my mobile number [protected].

                                        Kindly investigate and let me know and even it shows that order has been delivered . No delivery of order has been done.

                                        Recent mail sent to askmebazaar.com about 4 days and they have not replied.

                                        Hi All - Today I have received the parcel which was shown in the system that it was delivered yesterday along with the timestamp, I want answers for all my below concerns.

                                        1) Product was delivered today by around 1:00PM ( System was updated that product was delivered yesterday and i have the screenshot)
                                        2) Product booked in website was POLO T-shirt, earlier screenshot attached shows the details and, the pack contains different brand of T-shirt
                                        3) I have booked pack of 8 T-shirts but the pack contains only 5 T-shirts
                                        4) POLO means coloured T-shirt but the pack does not contain all of coloured T-shirt. (attached the photos FYI...)

                                        Looks like you are cheating the customers and I want my refund immediately or will send the legal notice suing your company.

                                        I want this issue to be addressed immediately and refund process need to be done right now.

                                        attached the photos of the product received along with the brand name details FYI...

                                        Kindly let me know so that i can provide you the attachments.
