      I had purchased a Vega helmet by paying online with "NEXT DAY DELIVERY" option on askmebazaar.com on 16th Feb 2016 but i have not received the product till date. Yesterday i was informed by the CSE that the product is out for delievery and will get it on 18th Feb EOD, but nothing as such has happened nor i am being informed on any delay in delivery. today again i called the customer care to check the status but they are not in a situation to answer they keep asking me to call after 24 hr.

      they are asking me to cancel the order because the product not available, this is the false information again, the product is still available on the website and i have placed another order and i have received a email confirmation. I have attached the image for your reference, i do not want to cancel my order on the false statement given by askme. if it was a geniuen reason i would not have minded. this is not fare on ASK ME .com to misleading the customer with fake reasons.

                Hi I had ordered a sony power back from askmebazaar.com it first gets delivered wrong product(samsung power bank) which is also not working properly.. So i returned it soon which got picked up on 06/03/15 with a receipt stating the order no. DGA3051326.. And from then till now as on 18/02/2026 I called them many times and I just get one answer that your refund will be given in 7 days... But my refund is still pending... Why? Is this a site? This site should be closed as soon as possible otherwise it will remain fooling profile like this..

                    Hello,

                    I have placed an order (Nokia Lumia 730) on 10 Feb 2016, The amount was 13034 Rs. I made payment by EMI through my Kotak Mahindra Credit Card, Transaction was successful. I thought they will send me order confirmation ID by email and SMS on my registered email id and phone number so i didn't note down my order id. I want my money back..

                          First I order and this is what was given by Askmebazar.com...!!! (GYS Heights, Plot-10 & 11, Tower C, Sector-125 Noida, India)

                          Everytime my wife open her facebook account, she gets an ad from askmebazar.com for the dinner set. She use to show the same each and everytime to me.

                          So I thought of giving her surprise by ordering the same for her. I order the same on 7 th of feb and product reach my nearest hub on 11th. I called customer care to expetide the delivery and deliver the product before 14th Feb or request to deliver on same day itself, as it is a valentines day gift for my wife. As per customer agent who doesn't have a quality of customer service repeatedly keep saying that it will get delivered in 10 Working days. he didn't understand my query at all so I have to disconnect the call.

                          Later again I call to request for the same a lady who picked up the call tried to forward a request but it doesn't make any difference and the product was delivered on 16th Feb.

                          Secondly, the delivery boys come to deliver the product and called my wife to come out till Main road as they can't drive there vehicle till my door step.

                          Bigbasket, amazon and flipkart brings can deliver the product to doorstep but for askmebazar its not possible..Is that correct ???

                          Delivery executive was told that there is no take care of my two year kid so my wife requested him to deliver the product till building gate. But delivery was so nice who says we will not be able to come to doorstep, come and pick up the product. My wife has to call my nerady and have to handover my kid to them and went to get the product.

                          After accepting the delivery, once she reached home and opened the package. She was very excited to have the product but unfortunately when she checked properly, 12 veg bowl was missing and the lid of the rice bowl was broken.

                          I again called customer care to replace the product as it was liked by my wife. Agents told me that it can't be exchanged, however a complain was raised but they don't have complain Id to provide and ask to wait for 13 working days for the reverse pick up and refund.

                          Do you think customers needs to wait for 13 working days for refund? Then what is the meaning of surprise Gift ?
                          Or what is the meaning of Gift ?

                          CAN ANYONE CAN ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ?

                          I have already uploaded on Social Media and if the refund is not processed I will keep sharing the same each and every day

                            i received that book 5 th of december 2015 through DTDC CORIER, . i paid 341/-for that, that book was not according to the sample, as pages of book was not proper,
                            then i contacted to the customer care many times and i asked to return my money.
                            they told me that they donot have product recovery center here in purnea, so i hav to send the book to deepak sahi of nuvologistics pvt ltd,
                            i sent the book and paid corrier charge 300/- .
                            then i contacted to the custmer care, they told me with in 10 days i wil get my money back but after 10 days i again contacted, this time they told me that we have credited ur amount, i checked but there wasno any amount on that .again i contacted this time they r askin my accont detail,

                                  I Cancelled mentioned order. as per compony policy product amount to be paid in account after 7 to 5 working days, which already delayed for almost 30 days.

                                  i have also not received courier amount in my icici bank account. as i sent courier 2 times. first time i sent via ON DOT Courier which was not accepted by ask me bazaar team. the amount of courier is 250 rs.
                                  2) 2nd time i sent courier via Bluedart courier. the amount of this courier is 350 RS.
                                  and my product amount is 899 RS.
                                  As total amount should have to be credited in my account is 1499 RS. But i recieved only 999 Rs in my account today itself.

                                  Attached is the courier scan copies for your reference.
