These guys are dacoits

I was approached by an aviva agent and convinced to invest 20 thousand each year for a lockin period of 3 years. I made the payments in time for two years, however for the third year for some reasons the installment was not submitted and these guys never sent me an intimation that my account is in some "paid-up" mode. and in the last 7 months my account value of 40K is now sumthing like 17k!!! and every deduction they have made...

Policy document not recieved

Hi Sir,

I am Haneesh Hillary, taken ULIPs in AVIVA - Life Saver Plus Policy No: LSP1813910

When I have taken the policy the advicer told me that the riders are free of cost. But the riders has the cost. Then I have requested to cancel the riders. for cancelling the riders I had submitted the Policy document on Dec 2008, still I didn't receieved the new Policy document.

Kindly do the needful...

Need some legal advice on consumer right/policy?

I took a pension policy from Aviva on Jan, 2009. My mode of payment was through ECS. I realized that my installment used to first credited and then debited back after 7 days to my bank account. I informed the same to them and they said it was some technical glitch in the system and will fix it within 10 days. Deduction of premium

Even after submitting written intimation that not to deduct my premium of Rs. 12500/- through ECS facility (well before time and also after several email and phone calls on customer care no.) since I have completed my three years lock in period, Aviva life insurance has deducted the premium of Rs. 12500/-. IMPROPER INFORMATION

I took the policy LLG.1187424 from AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE through their agent Rohit jain LUDHIANA. At the time he told me the policy has three years lockin period and i have to deposit RS-10000/ p/a for minimum period of three years, and after three years if i wish i can get the full payment of my UNITS @ of current N.A.V of the units,
But now after giving the installments of RS- 10000/ p/a for three years the company is now settling...

Non Cancellation of Policy

Hi all

i took a life saver policy in third week of april.The agent told me all the wrong details about the plan.After going through welcome kit i found that all these details are wrong.After that of repeated request for cancellation they are not cancelling it.I MUST SAY THEY ARE A BIG CHEATERS AND THIRD GRADE SERVICE PROVIDER....

forgery & fraud

I was falsely committed by company representative & without my proper knowledge & my policy has been started now I am feeling cheated of my hard earned money.
I have requested them to suspend my policy, return all my investments with interest, and settling all my claims & oblige.
but since more than a month has passed they say that they are conducting an invsetigation they need 10 days but after that more than 20...

A BIG CHEAT

I have premium of Rs54000 annually in AVIVA Policy.
Initially they told me that my policy can be paid up after two years.
So I did not pay for third year. Now in fourth year they are saying,
I have to continue or else they will surrender my policy by deducting 75%
When I told them to explain, how they arrived at 75%, they had no exlanation.
Aviva is a BIG LIAR. Their customer care is pathetic with no...

BIG CHEATER

As I mentioned in my earlier comments also, AVIVA IS A BIG CHEAT n FRAUD COMPANY.I have analysed the unit statment recieved from them.

Refund of Fund

We have submitted all documents that were verified in Pune after my mothers death related to her Aviva Life Insurance Policy. The company had said they will settle the amount in 7 working days. We had handed the documents on 27th Dec'08. We have been calling repetitively in Pune and Delhi. I have taken three Policies four years back. I went to Aviva to surrender the Policies.
1. For LSG 1140990 I have paid Rs.60, 000/-. Aviva says surrender value is only Rs.29141/-.
2. For LSG 1140972 I have paid Rs.60, 000/-. Aviva says the surrender value is only Rs.31986/-....
