Increased premium amount on Medical Ground

I have applied for Aviva Term insurance policy plan in March Last week through Aviva insurance agent and paid nearly 7000 rs to this person.
As per our discussion I have under gone the medical test at Bangalore based diagnostic center. I have asked about my medical test to this agent after some 4 to 5 days, which he replayed as its all done well & you will soon get policy document at your home address.

still not got my pf

Delaying the payment of surrendered policy

Dear Sir/Mam

I took a policy LLG1188405 from aviva Life Insurance Noida Branch on September 2006 of 12,000 per annum from a person called Amit Sharma .The cheating started from Day1 but I realise it after 3 yrs when I tried to surrender the policy. The surrender penalty was 70% of the amount which was not told by the agent.I continued the policy for 4 yrs. but because of some urgency & dire need of money I surrendered it....

not clear about our policy details

Aviva ppl are big thugs.We all should file a suit against them. I purchased two policiues 3 years ago. I was told at that time that i have to pay only one time lumpsum. but after 1 year i started getting calls from aviva to pay the term amount again otherwise my money paid will get lapsed. but i disnt want any more to invest in this cheat company. now after 3 years lockin period when i want my money back then the agent theu whom i had purchased...

Axis Debit Axis Debit Card pulled in by Kotak ATM Machine

I withdrawn Rs.10000 from Kotak Mahindra ATM, Exhibition Road,Gandhi Maidan on 27thFeb'2010 at 7.39 Pm. By the time I collected my cash and receipt, machine kept my Axis debit card (549751******0742) in and I could not collect my card.

Sir,
I have paid my insurance premium at Bhavnagar post office on 14.11.2009 for Aviva Life Insurance but till date neither Aviva life insurance company claims that my premium is not reached at their end. I have mailed and talked over phone but the reply remains same that " the matter is under investigation" and policy status shows that it has been lapsed and Bhavnagar post office says that they have forwarded the funds...

Stay away from AVIVA Life Insurance...they gulp investor's money

I have had a ULIP with AVIVA. I had continued it for 46 months and paid a premium of Rs 45000 (Monthly Premium of Rs 1000) . The Policy had a lock-in period of 36 months. Now I have decided to surrender the Policy because of it’s poor performance & excessive fund management charges (a total of around Rs 100 pm which is almost 10% of my monthly premium).
The charges AVIVA deducting from my account were :
• 5 % per annum...

MISSELLING and FORGERY IN SIGNATURE

As I'm a ABN AMRO Bank Customer so from Bank regularly send their representative with AVIVA people (AS ABN AMRO TIED WITH AVIVA) to sell Insurance Policies very cunningly neither giving any brochures nor any illustration to the customers.
