Dear Sir/Madam I
would like to inform you that, I am Atul A. Vaghela Resi. in Jamnagar(Gujarat) i worked with Aviva Life Insurance company in Jamnagar since Octomber 2008 to January 2009, My Designation is Asst. Sales Manager & my Emloyee ID is 19222. This time Aviva Life Insurance Deducted TDS amounts in my Monthly salary. I left the job of January 2009. But Till today date Aviva Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Not Give A TDS certificate given to me. May i also request in many time in Aviva Life Insurance Co. but it no reply any my mail and telephonic talk with manager. If you not solve my problem. please sugguest me where place i am complain this matter. Pl. help me as early as possible

My Aviva fund investment advisor Mr. Amit Mobile Number +91 [protected] associated with me for the last three and a half year. On his advise I invested INR 1, 50, 000.00 in FIRST FAMILY PLAN and I got the policy issued by AVIVA bearing policy number LFG 1649393 which started on 17.08.2007. I was explained by Amit that this is one time investment policy and the locking period would be 3 years from the date of commencement. He lured me of his every possible effort to invest in this scheme. I did not go through the policy documents as he made me cunningly convinced and I developed trust on him. Today after completion of three years when I intended to redeem this policy, I was stunned to learn that the Policy term is 10 years and the locking period is five years which he never disclosed to me and always in replying to my query he kept on saying that this is going to be matured on 17th. Of Aug 2010. Today my fund value is INR 1, 52, 000.00 but due to premature redeem of the policy I will get only INR 1, 36, 000.00 which is unbearable to me at this juncture. Why Amit kept on lying? What was his motive behind not disclosing the facts with in three years. What would be with those people whom I introduced with this man and he might have cheated them also. Aviva did not play fair with me and I am constrained in taking up the matter in court of law. I am cheated, I am aggrieved and hurt. I do not want any thing extra but my principle amount worth Rs.1, 50, 000.00 + saving interest. I would have been getting good interest if invested in LIC or savings. If my principle amount worth Rs.1, 50, 000.00 + saving interest is not refunded to me with in one week then a case will be registered against Amit as well as Aviva. I request people like Amit in Aviva that they should stopped cheating the innocent public from now so that the court may extend leniency for your early acquittal.

The Past 1 Year my wife is an Advisor in aviva life insurance, but till date she is not receiving any commisions, she is logged 2 or 3 policies, the avearage commission amount is 12000, pls check it, but the code is terminetted now, bcoz the salesmanager is not given a proper guidence, and she is cheating me, her name is R.SAVITHA, NUNGAMBAKAM BRANCH, CHENNAI. now what`s the status of that code? the commission willbe credit or not in the future, pls kindly go through it

    I am policy holder of your company policy LFB1113566 which is matured in september 2009. One of your company officer Mr. Saurav Joshi contacted me and assured me of getting my cheque of this maturing policy. He asked me to deliver all my originals to him which I did. he further insisted me to get some policy done as per him he has to complete his targets, but I at present not in position to take any more policies just said sorry to him.
    To my surprise and it shocked me that after taking papers of mine and getting me signed on some papers which related to maturity of policy, he did not turned up and started avoiding my phone calls, and it was all because I did not turn up to take the new policy and his financial targets were not achieved.
    It is very sorry to say that the behaviour of your company officer is very humiliating and it has just spoiled the image of AVIVA in my sight. I have decidede to discontinue my other existing policies with AVIVA whatsover my financial loss would be, I dont care.
    Although, becuase of my some one known in your company I have been able to get back my papers.
    Officers who are working for their commission and targets only and dont care for existing customers are curse to company I dont know what is your opinion.

      I have a Aviva lifelong policy LLG1205141. I have started this policy on 14th feb-2006.There agent told me that i have to deposit only three premiums. After that it depends on u to continue the policy or stop paying premiums. I have deposited three premiums(rs. 25000/- per year). In fourth year i stop it, Then they have done in paid up mode & deducted approx 72% from the fund value. Please suggest us that could i get the advantage of new IRDA rule( no surrender charge in fourth year) & how can i get my deducted money.

      I have also cheated like this. Please let me know how can I get my money back.
      Even I have been cheated the same way...This is all hard earned money that we are investing in AVIVA...leave the benefit part...but After 3 years when we are trying to get our money back...its just 50-60 % that I'm getting to what I have paid so far in the last 3 years...

      Please suggest how we can go back strongly to Aviva and atleast get our money back with the std interest rate that was commited to us..
      He I am also cheated by AVIVA. What we can do is we can conslidate all people who was cheated by AVIVA on this policy and raise complaint to IRDA OMBUDSMEN

      I have 4 paid up premiums on Rs 50000/- each in Life long policy started in 2006 and I was clearly told lock-in period is only 3 years after than I can withdraw fund value. Today I am told I have to pay for 37 more years (my age is 48 now) to get fund value. This is pure cheating - The agent is a reputed bank.
      I am told that if I stop paying premiums only some 70 pc of todays value will get invested in to to the market.
      Interestingly I was told that switching funds is free 3 times a year but what we find is Aviva charges some 1% everytime I switch the fund and every new investment is invested as per distriburtion agreed during first investment makign it compulsory to switch.
      If I withdraw now I hardly get 60 % percent of what I have totally invested.
      We need to contact IRDA and do something. Doies anyone has teh IRDA email id.

      One more victim here. I was told the same story by the agent from ABN amro, now i see that i have to pay my entire life to get my money back.
      Never opt for Aviva as it's biggest cheater I have ever seen. After paying premium for 3.5 Years of amount 1, 40, 000/- the fund value is 1, 39, 253/- less than what I paid so for. And by seeing their poor performance when I opted for surrender I came to know that the surrender amount is 67000/- 48% of fund value.
      I would only say they are biggest cheater.
      Can anybody tell how to recover my fund value from Aviva.
      Even i have the same case policy number is LLG1198160, in name of my wife. Aviva has cheated and say that we can now withdraw only 77000 out of the total 129000 deposited ...

      Givt has to look into this...AVIVA is the worst. Approaching media should be appropriate.
      Never opt for Aviva as it's biggest cheater I have ever seen. After paying premium for 3 Years of amount 300, 000/- the fund value is 290000/- less than what I paid so for. And by seeing their poor performance when I opted for surrender I came to know that the surrender amount is 1, 55000/- 51% of fund value.
      I would only say they are biggest cheater.

      The govt. IRDA has come with new guide line, whereby the surrender charges are barred after 5 years of policy. Is it of some help?
      Very much true. Aviva Insurance is a fraud. Pls suggest ways to make them stop fooling customers...
      Similar case here. Bought Aviva LIfelong policy and have paid 4 annual premiums. Now they are paying only 50-60 % of the total amount invested.

      Please let me know if you guys are already taking some action on it.

      DONT GO FOR AVIVA WITHOUT CAREFULLY READING THE DOCS. ITS HAS LOTS OF TRAPS.
      Even i'm cheated in the same manner. I have invested 200000/- over a period of 4 years, now if i surrender, i will be getting only 1, 38, 000/-. This is pure cheating. We all should take severe action against AVIVA. I'm Totally frustrated and will defenitly take appropriate action on the same.

      I have invested Rs1, 50, 000 in the said plan and have landed up in a surrender value of Rs 73K.. May I know as why there was a false commitment from the agents in Aviva that the premium payment term is 3 years and can be withdrawn any time after three with the fund value like all other ulip plans...
      An exit load of 77% if surrended after 3 years... Can you justify?????
      Pls. don't go for any AVIVA Policy. They are providing the worst service and cheating the customers. I personally advice pls. don't go for any AVIVA Policy. I'm also one of the affected

      I was also cheated like this, Delhi He told 3 years will be the locking period.so I had invested 120k for the past two years.Now Aviva People telling that i will be only getting 50k if i am trying to surrnder.the policy now .otherwise need to pay till 20 years for nil surrder charge.Please tell me any way to escape from this trap
      I have paid Rs. 46200 in seven years (6600 x 7 years). and the fund value as on date is Rs. 44000/- approx. (less than the principal amount. If i surrender the policy now, i will get only Rs. 36000/-. Its very shocking instead of getting benefit on investment I will loose Rs. 10000/- approx. in seven years.

      Its not fair with the people.

        Respected Sir,

        I am undersigned had applied for PF withdrawal but I got written communication stating that my PF amount has already sent on 10th Aug. 2008 (Cheque No. 554972 and Amount Rs.14524). But I have not received any cheque. In fact, I have never ever applied for PF withdrawal before this. While I received written communication mentioning PF amount is Rs.14524 and my employer has communicated different amount.

        Please look into the matter and kindly guide me further as early as possible. Please find my derails:

                DEAR ALL
                This is to bring to the public notice, the fraud done by aviva company .I had my account with the ABN AMRO Bank, and with some bank charges issue, the bank suggested me to have a policy with aviva and they will waive all my charges, Since the charges amount were big and on assurance with the bank manager, I aggred to them and took the policy, I recieved with the policy papers after two months time and their charges were so high that i brought to the notice of the bank and the aviva center

                But they said i had to respond on this within 15 days time, well how can i respond within 15 days when i recieved my papers 2 months after, Even my bank abn amro wasnt ready to help me on this

                The yearly charges that they are charging me is 15 % of the of the no o[censored]nits that i hold, so down the line irrrespective of the nav at the end of 3 years i am losing 45% of my units for no reason

                When spoke to the companys representative, they are saying that they are following IRDA guidilines, well why is IRDA for is it for consumers or these greedy multinationals,

                I agree with you. The Aviva and it's sales team is a fraud.. They looted us continuously and we don't take any action.. Have you seen any one complain against them .. Because we don't who will help us..IRDA also don't help us because they're also part of them.. IRDA very well know they are not providing verbally complete details of policy.

                My suggestion is let's go for a national wide campaign and take a legal action against them in our court. We believe our law and regulations. We'll get justification from our court. Please note 10000000 people don't be wrong..

Actually this insurance was a trap and I am also one amongst you who is already in this trap. If we get off we loss money, If we continue then also we loss money. let us come together.

                    I have an account with abn amro bank, bangalore, through abnamro bank i took a isurance policy in aviva, it is more than 1 year and i have not received the policy till now.

                    I would have followed up for nearly more than 200 times in regards to the same.

                      Greatest cheater. Lets move to consumer forum.
                      This company really sucks. Thats really the best title given the "Greatest cheaters".

                      I applied to join them as part time, attended the training for 6 days and I didn't qualified for the test as I was one day short of the regular training schedule. And others qualified though their are many who didn't even attend the training for one single day. Gave 1000 bugs for this training and totally in loss.

                      The advisor who reffered me told that his manager (Tarun Sharma at Noida 63 branch) was not happy with him and he told him that he will not let any body qualify for aviva reffered by him so he has also resigned from the company...BS..

                      I lost my money as well as the time I spend for the training. The RMIS where the training is conducted is full of corrupted people. They used to mark attendance for those who never came...dunno if they charge extra for this ;p

                      Biggest frauds I had ever seen. God knows what they do to their customers. Pathetic.

                        my internet banking login code does not working .it shows invalid id or password. please tell me why it does not working

                        I AM HAVING AN INSURANCE POLICY ISSUED BY AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE CO. IN JUN 2007. THE ANNUAL PREMIUM FOR THE POLICY WAS RS. 30, 000.00 AND THE LOCK IN PERIOD WAS THREE YEARS. I WAS TOLD BY THE AGENT AT THE TIME OF ISSUANCE OF POLICY THAT THE POLICY CAN BE SURRENDERED AFTER THREE YEARS AND THERE WILL BE NO SURRENDER CHARGES. I WENT TO SURRENDER THE POLICY AT CHANDIGARH BRANCH OFFICE IN 2010 AND I WAS ADVISED TO PAY TWO MORE PREMIUMS TO GET EXEMPTION FROM SURRENDER CHARGES. I HAD PAID TWO MORE PREMIUMS AND I HAD PLANNED MY FUNDS MANAGEMENT ACCORDINGLY. IT WAS SHOCKING FOR ME WHEN MR. NITIN FROM CUSTOMER CARE TOLD ME THAT THERE ARE STILL 6% CHARGES AND THE SURRENDER VALUE OF MY POLICY AS ON 16 JULY 2012 IS RS. A, 30, 570.00 AGAINST THE FUND VALUE OF RS. 1, 38, 898.00 AFTER DEDUCTION OF RS. 8, 328.00 AS SURRENDER CHARGES AND IF I PAY ONE MORE PREMIUM, THERE WILL NOT BE ANY SURRENDER CHARGES. I WENT TO PAY THE PREMIUM TODAY I.E. ON 17 JULY 2012 AND I WAS GIVEN ANOTHER SHOCK BY MR. SARAVJEET SINGH EMPLOYEE CODE 121615 AT CHANDIGARH OFFICE AS HE STATED THAT THE SURRENDER CHARGES WILL BE CHARGES TILL THE MATURITY OF THE POLICY I.E. TENTH YEAR OF POLICY AND IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED YOU CAN LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST ME WHICH WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED AT ALL. I WAS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED BY THE ATTITUDE AND THE COMMITMENT OF YOUR STAFF WHICH COMPELLED ME TO COUNCIL MY FRIEND CIRCLE AS WELL AS CUSTOMERS OF MY BANK (AS I AM A BANKER) NOT TO BELIEVE AVIVA STAFF/AGENTS AND NEVER TO INVEST WITH AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE.                           Wondering, what happened to Aviva India service,

                          Website : in 7 day 4 times site will be down.. am trying to opt for ECS for past 3 years ... :-(. Using the website cant able to make payment of my quartly permium ... better they can remove the module.

                          worst service in chennai Aviva Office.

                            Name of Insured : Pawan Rai.

                            Subject- Cancellation of Policy.
                            I purchased the policy from Aviva on July-08. I opted for ECS transaction to pay my premium. Which has been done till Nov-08. Since dec-08 there was no transaction made by aviva. There was no verbal & Written communication done by aviva regarding the same. After 6 month I received a call from customer care & aviva representative gave me wrong information saying that there was no sufficient fund in my account.
                            I did submit copy of my bank statement in my earlier communication with aviva which shows that I had more than enough fund in my account.

                            After this I received a letter from Aviva saying that my bank rejected the request and my account detail was incorrect, however later on this false claim was also proved wrong by me. Finally Aviva has accepted that the fault was from their end.

                            Overall my experience is very bad, I have wasted lot of my time and money in this communication. Taken leave from office during the peak hours of work in result I am not eligible for my incentive which is Rs.5000. Because of Aviva my performance rating in my organization has gone down.


                            I want to cancel my policy and my money back without any deduction or charges. When I called the customer care department . his response was that my policy is gone in paid off mode and amount is in negative because premium has not been paid since 7 months.
                            This is an error at Aviva end that they gave wrong input . Then the executive told me that he has to forward this request to concern department and will take 2 days to investigate that why my policy is in paid off mode. Then After 2 days I received a call from other executive saying that she receive a request that I want to reinstate my policy. They are not doing proper communication among themselves only.
                            In any condition I don’t want to continue my policy with Aviva. I want to cancel my policy and refund my money without any deduction /charges.

                              A insurance Manager from AVIVA, Nagpur collected Rs 200, 000/- (on 22/11/2005) for an Insurance policy, medical test were carried out. The DR while conducting test never knew as to how to handle the various MACHINES VIZ. tREADMILL, AND HE KEPT ON ASKING THE NURSES PRESENT AS HOW THE Machine is to be handled. Dr sent the report to AVIVA Co. The Co (AVIVA) started to send revised proposal for hiking the Premium amount upto Rs 210, 000. The revised proposal was declined by me and asked for returning my premium of Rs 200, 000.

                              M/s AVIVA returned this amount to me after a gap of SIX months, and the money was UTILISED by AVIVA for the period of SIX months.

                              I have raised this matter with the concerned Manager, who kept on answering that the matter has been refered to their HO at Gurgaon.

                              Now I understand that the Manager who collected the premium from me has left the job of AVIVA and has not shown the correspondence papers to me, he said once the claim(interest) is entertained then the Amount will be reimbursed to me directly by the Co (Aviva)

                              Since the policy was a sensex based, there was escalation in it by more then 50 %, likewise I should be getting Rs 100, 000/- atleast.

                              The Aviva Insurance company has cheated lot of person like us. Let us join together with all the people who has invested in this company in some sort and let us file a public litigation against this company. Actually this insurance was a trap and I am also one amongst you who is already in this trap. If we get off we loss money, If we continue then also we loss money. let us come together.

                                I was working with Aviva Life insurance from 9 sep 08 to 31.10.08. Due to my ill health I resign from the organisation but till date I haven't get my full and final settelments and also the PF amount which was deducted from my salary every month but no PF account number is reflecting.Aviva is a MNC company working in India with Dabur.But they donot bother to cheat the employees.Please help me out of it.

                                  I am Haneesh Hillary, taken a ULIP in Aviva - Life save plus policy no: LSP1813910.

                                  One of the Advicer in Aviva has told me that the rider is free of cost for the Life Saver Plus. That was a wrong information, they have charged for the Riders. so I have cancelled the rider. For cancelling I have to submit my policy document. I have submitted it on Dec 2008. Still I didn't recieve the policy document. So I have mailed to the customer care for the same. They are saying that the Address is incomplete. But I have provided my complete addess to them. That's Y I got the olicy document first time (before cancelling the rider). Now only they are saying that still the address is incomplete.

                                  I don't know how to proceed with this. Thought of cancelling the Policy itelf.

                                  Can any body help me please.

                                    Dear Sir

                                    I am an ex servicemen retired and settled in Chalakudy, Trichur dist Kerala. I was apporached by an agent of Aviva Life Insurance company, br office Cochin, SL Plaza and promised of high returns if I invested in ULIP Scheme of the same. The agent insisted I invest an minimum of Rs.2 lakh to ensure good returns on my portfolio. As a result I invested my hard earned pension money which I had saved for my family. After the recent market correction the agent of call center warned me that if I did not invest Rs.2 lakh for a minimum of 3 years I would lose the money I have invested so far. I tried contacting the agent but he is absconding.

                                    I feel cheated by this company but do not know how to recover my investment.

                                      I here request you to kindly look after the matter which pertains to a employee HR issue where company's management have terminated my job without any kind of notice on unauthentic reason. company have terminated my job just reason to reduce manpower because of recession by just a hypothetical reason.

                                      I have written so many times to my management and HR but they do not give any reply on mail and when I call them they are just postponing my matter by saying that we are doing audit, analysis, more deep inquiry, related search etc.

                                      I am forwarding my communication mail to you with all attached sheets which proves that my job have just terminated because o[censored]nethical and corrupted reason.

                                      Kindly find this mail which is related to my performance issue has raised by reporting authority and as guided by Mr. Mohammad Shahber I am forwarding you this mail with all detailed information related to my employment issue.                                       Sir I was recruited in company to establish a new branch unit and initially for the same I have recruited Sales Managers and they undergone their training and recruited FPAs for the company but because of some system problems related to recruitment, training use to come after 50-60days as all the dockets go to HO in a bunch of at least 20 recruitment dockets.



                                      Once person finish their training his/her exam use to come further after 15-20days and result comes later on in 7-10days. If result comes positive for coding it takes 4-7days. so If we calculate the time for a FPA to come on board and to start his business it takes around 3months which now by reducing the system error decreased to 45days approximately. (Appreciating work done by recruitment team.)



                                      I think this was the reason where PAN India new recruited Maximum SM failed to Clare their probation criteria and the same resulted into slow growth of my team as in beginning it has told to recruit and develop new FPAs and as you know it takes time to develop FPA where he is non salaried - freelancer person. Because of the same almost 70-80% SM have terminated PAN INDIA and same happened with my team where in march I left with only 5 SM but still my target was the same as decided in last of Dec. 08 with 10 SMs.



                                      Addition to the same as all DSF employes know in March my father operated for HERNIA twice, once open surgery and secoundly with laproscopy and because of the same I couldn't give full attention to my job and I was also on leave for two days for the same because of the same my team performance also got affected.



                                      I do have attached performance report of Feb 09 in trail mail where you can find my per SM productivity and I think which is on an average if we compare with DEVELOPING branches.



                                      Hence I request you to kindly look into the matter urgently and give me some more time to prove me and my team and further request you to do look the matter ethically and practically as I do understand that as a financial service providing company we sales team GOLE is to result profitability of the company.

                                      As we had telephonic communication yesterday related to my performance status and because of the same I couldn't sleep since last two nights.

                                      As again and again I am thinking that what will I reply to all my SM's FPA whom I have promised that I will support you whenever you need and I will be always available for you but how will I face them if company takes this kind of action all of sudden. At the same time whatever trust they have guaranteed on company and have got ready to build business will affect like anything. Addition to the same even I will never be able to face them through out my life.

                                      My supervisors do have put allegation on me that I couldn't maintain my sales force with me but maximum of them went just because of probation norms and as you know around 80% people in Gujarat have failed to complete their probetation even after putting all the efforts of top to bottum.

                                      Hence I request you to please look into my matterr on urgent bases as I am getting nervous and I have enough confidance of aviva HR Team that they will not spoil any of employees life and will not make nervous for his/her future career.                                       As you have send this mail which is complete surprise for me as I do not
                                      understood this that how company can take such action and how company can
                                      play with someone's career all of sudden which is just because of idea
                                      mismatch with Boss.

                                      As you know that my new unit of branch was started from Sep. 2008 and I
                                      recruited sales managers there after by oct. 2008 and in last week of dec.
                                      my target was decided on 10 sales managers as till 31st dec. I was having
                                      10SMs and later on in march left out only with 5 SM but still my target was
                                      the same!

                                      Secondly my branch was new and have only around 35advisors till date and
                                      they will get trust on company once the time will pass but still I got the
                                      targets at par with old branches which are 2yrs. old and still I think If
                                      my per SM productivity is justifiable if we compare with Gujarat SMs which
                                      you can see in the following report.

                                      So far as I have found AVIVA as company who always take care of their
                                      employees then how company can take such steps all of sudden and can play
                                      with someone's career.

                                      I request you all to pls give me some time as me and my team is trying our
                                      level best and to develop in all the areas and I promise you that you will
                                      not have regret to give me a chance where I can prove myself.

                                      Hi Dear,
                                      This is not a single issue. This unethical practice is the main agenda of the new management. A lot of agitations are going on against this in Kerala for the last 4 years. Even the cheated and aggrieved customers has filed police complaints charging 420 and 120B against the present management. All the unions and the customers are against the present management. News says that the Director Board is going to throw out this management who has ruined the company and destroyed the company reputation.
