Axis bank sent a letter which is attached. please note that axis bank asking pay the credit card bill which is not yet received. I want to know how i am able pay bill with out knowing the Credit card number. Axis bank gave smart replay for that "you can also make your credit card payment by using your old credit card number." I am out of country, kindly note that Axis bank posted credit card on[protected] and it sent back to back on[protected] due to unavailability of credit card holder.
My old card No.[protected]
Now axis bank asking to pay due amount to the old credit card number.
How it's possible to pay bill without knowing my new credit card number?
