Hello Sir,

I'm holding Axis bank salary account from past 4 years having also holding a my zone credit card and Mutual Fund. I have applied a home loan of 10 Lacs on 28th August, 2016 bearing Application No: [PH_LNPHG_FLOATING_BRE/5205216/RAC-TARNAKA HYDERABAD]and since then I've been served with a utterly pathetic, unproffesional service. None of the executives answer the call nor the so called Managers. There is not even a single reply for my emails. All the communication is done on mobile texts. It took 45 days for them to intimate me that the Land use copy was pending. Its almost 10 days since I've submitted the land use copy but still no progress. They clearly confirmed that they have all the necessary documents of mine required to disburse the loan but now they suddenly came up and says that they have queries after 80 days. It is by far the worst bank I've ever seen.I wasted my 80 days of time roaming around the bank. Even before I writing this mail, I called the Manager Sriram (Tarnaka, Hyd Branch) and Narender several times but of no use. I'm taking my legal Advocate to the concerned branch on this Monday and I'll do what is needed. I'll also withdraw my account and Mutual Funds immediately from Axis Bank.

If the escalation panel doesn't take any action against the Tarnaka Branch Managers (Sriram, Narender, Saikumar and Ramesh) immediately even after investigating on this, Then there will be no bigger crime or cheating than this. Axis Bank is just simply a Fraud and can never be compared to a proffesional bank like ICICI bank.

    I have unused debit card. I am trying to generate debit card pin. I have tried it out for more than 5 times on [protected], also i am getting activation passcode.
    But at the end of response is coming back with failure message from bank side saying that "there is some technical issue, please try after some time".

    Please look into the matter and try to solve my problem as soon as possible.

      Hi,
      I am Sai Sundeep Kumar Darisinala

      Holding an current account in axis bank with account number

      And Coming to the point

      The above mentioned account iam operating with axis bank from 2011. For the sake of Car loan repayment ...

      Every month an amount 11950 will be payed to tata motors ...

      And I have continued this account for 3 years...

      ie., up to 10 October 2014

      And my car loan also got finished so I have opt to close the current account which I don't want to continue...

      So i visited the home branch of my account(ongole Praksam district) and i asked details for closure...

      I visited the home branch in between 10 October to 20 th October 2014.

      And has given a hand written letter to the respective person who is taking care at that time...

      Even i handover My axis bank Atm card & check book also...

      The bank people said after collection of those with in short period of time it will be closed ...

      So i left my home and completely forgotten about axis bank account details issue..

      Now the Major problem i am facing is

      on 10th of October 2016 one of my old colleague have wrongly transferred an amount rupees 20000 to my axis account instead of my HDFC Account.

      and that day i got to know my account is still alive and the amount which my colleague has transferred went in to lien balance becoz it is a current account and for not maintaining min balance.

      here the mistake was completely bank peoples mistake.

      Regarding to this i have raised a complaint and number is

      25544096 but it is closed by bank people with out providing any proper resolution

      and again i have raised same complaint and that number is "26026809"

      and even internal ticket is also opened for that and the number is 26001247

      so please insist the bank people not to close my ticket with out providing resolution.

      The issue is first of all i have given request for cancellation of my account in the home branch 2 years back but the specific branch people have not taken immediate action and neglected my request...

      "and one important note i have to mention here this is not for axis people this is for Consumer complaints forum admin please don't make our complaints visible to all lot of frauds are calling and asking for card details..."

        I would like to informed you regarding your ATM machine which is fitted in my village. Fulll address mentioned below. Vill - Barahiya, dist-lakhisarai, pin 811302, State Bihar. Here have your ATM machine which is working but without money that machine is lay like dummy. As per my opinion Axis bank is the one of the best bank in private banking sector. But this type of negligence may fall down the image of Axis bank.

          Due to false commitment for ur employe mr.manoj yadav chandrapur 442401 axis bank .he say me my laon is 36 month tenure but when I saw my repayment shedule as per sms me to axis bank my tenure is 60 month. Then i talk to ur employe he saysI dont no who ru then i complain his boss mr arvindArvind sonkusare nagpur he say me he solve problem but stil not resolved andfirst emi also deduct my salary account wit in Hdfc bank. And i am not recive any single penny for ur axis bank

            After getting the news of notes, when we were trying to withdraw or deposit the cash with the help of axis bank debit card, we find the card have been blocked. Whereas all other bank debit card was in the service.
            They can not block the card suddenly without any specific reason. Now I dont have any single money in my parse.
            They have also deducted one of my transaction, which they have to refund.

              There was fraud on my USD travel card of around 200$ due to data leak from the bank side.When I called th3 customer care to block my USD card they blocked my INR card due to which I am not able to withdraw any money from my account.I also visted axis branch and gave written complain to get my stolen amount back and get my indian card activated. But no action. Has been taken yet.
              Axis Bank is asking me ₹500 to issue me another debit card which I don't agree to pay as they blocked my indian card by mistake.
              My issue is to get my lost amount back and also get the card back

              I have done pos transaction on oct 5 th which was unsuccessful. Amount was debited from my account and raised complaint 1 month back . They are Not crediting my disputed amount till now. I'm suffering without any mistake from my side

                I have filled a form for address change with all the documents of my Axis bank credit card 1 month back. But the address is not changed till date. I have visited Axis bank, Balewadi branch twice. They have raised service requests:[protected] on 28th October 2016, service request[protected] on 3rd Nov 2016 & service request[protected] on 5th Nov 2016. Please help me with it as my card is going to expire this month. Even the customer care is not responding.

                I have tried the option & it is not working. It does not have any option for uploading Rent agreement. So I have raised another request 26182755 on 14th Nov'16. I talked to the customer care yesterday 3-4 times & they were not of much help. Some of them are very rude. One of them said that the request is rejected. She asked me to go to bank again. Is this what I am supposed to do each & every Saturday-sunday. The new credit card has already come to the old address & because I was not there, I was not able to receive it. So they sent it back. Please take this case seriously, its been a month.
                Hi yogesh mehra my home loan no.phr[protected] my part payment check is ready from 26/10/2016 but 03/11/2016 to not hand over to me . so how or pay to interest of these days .

                  I have sb account with axis in raja annamalai puram branch. Last monday (10/10/2016) i received a message in my mobile that a sum of rs.7000/- has been debited, immediately i got in a conversation with customer care executive of axis bank and raised complaint as i have not withdrew the money. I was told that the money has been taken from an atm in gumidipoondi, i registered the complaint & also requested to block my debit card immediately.

                  I have also registered a complaint with tamil nadu police for the same.

                  No action from axis bank as well as the police.

                  Already it took one month. When I raised complaint, In customer care they said it will take 20 days. Whats the status of Request which i created. What action Axis bank did the bank as taken till now. I didn't get call from Axis bank till now.

                    I had applied for personal loan under guidance of Mr.Kishore. But I am not satisfied with the services. As my loan is being applied without informing me about the increased interest rate. And the respective papers or documents also are not being provided yet. While I was applying, the axis bank employee Mr.Kishore had told that the interest for personal loan of 1000000/- rs is of 12.99% interest rate as Diwali offer. But he told that according to my income they could not provide us 1000000 and will provide 700000 for the same interest rate of 12.99% and the EMI will be cut of amount of 18372 he even showed us the chart also. After that on 22/10/2016 I recieved a message that he had applied the loan for 700000 with interest rate of 14.5% EMI of rs 19305/- for 48 months. I am not being informed about the increased interest rate. I talked to Mr.Kishore that time he told that it might be message's fault but the interest rate is still 12.99% only. Again I recieved a message on 24/10/2016 that the amount left in my account was 691829/-. Again when informed him he told the same thing and told that the reduced amount 8171/- is processing charge. He told whenever the EMI will be cut the interest rate will be 12.99% only. But when checked again the interest rate at which the EMI was cut was 14.5%. On 2/11/2016 I again recieved a message that EMI will be cut on 5/11/2016. That day also I spoke to Mr.Kishore he told that he would check and inform me. But the EMI was cut with interest rate of 14.5% on 5/11/2016 but he didn't inform me anything. After that I tried contacting him but he didn't respond properly. And when recieved the call he tells that the loan is being applied and nothing can be done and speaks vulgurly. Please consider this complain seriously and apply the loan for 12.99%.

                      Wrong Debit to my Credit Card No.[protected] on 18.02.2014

                      Dear Sir/ madam,

                      I had been using Axis Bank Credit card for few years now.
                      I was surprised when I received my credit card statement for the period16.02.2014 to 15.03.2014 from Axis Bank

                      I observe from the statement that my credit card is debited on 18.02.2014 for retail store purchases of Rs.23, 016.32 in foreign currency –USD 369/- at Amsterdam. Further foreign currency transaction fees of Rs. 805.57 is also debited to my account on 20.02.2014.

                      I was neither in Amsterdam nor travelled abroad on these dates. I have NOT purchased anything, using this card even in India from any store during the statement period.
                      Further I never parted my credit card to any other person and never disclosed my the details includinh password to anybody.

                      Under the circumstances Bank has been claiming this as genuine transaction and refused to reimburse me the fraud amount.

                      It is very clear from the explanation given by the bank that
                      1. this is retail store purchase made across the counter and
                      2. I have not personally gone to the Amsterdam o the date of transaction i.e.18.02.2014.
                      3. I was holding the card with me in person all along so far.
                      4. I never disclosed my card details or password to anybody else
                      Under the circumstances this was a fraud on my credit card due to gross negligence of the Bank and their counterpart in Amsterdam.

                      After protracted correspondence with the Axis Bank, credit cards division, I am approaching you for the justice.

                      Kindly please enquire in the matter URGENTLY and order for of refund Rs. 23, 821.89 (Rs. Twenty three thousand eight hundred twenty one and paise eighty nine to my account at the earliest.

                      I opened an account with axis bank in 2011, however, could not use it very frequently as it was a corporate account and shifted my company. and now I seem to have forgotten its ATM PIN number.                         Axis bank sent a letter which is attached. please note that axis bank asking pay the credit card bill which is not yet received.
                        I want to know how i am able pay bill with out knowing the Credit card number.
                        Axis bank gave smart replay for that "you can also make your credit card payment by using your old credit card number."

                        I am out of country, kindly note that Axis bank posted credit card on[protected] and it sent back to back on[protected] due to unavailability of credit card holder.

                        My old card No.[protected]

                        Now axis bank asking to pay due amount to the old credit card number.

                        How it's possible to pay bill without knowing my new credit card number?

                          Respected Sir/Madam,

                          Myself Parminder Kaur Sandhu. My credit card no. [protected]. Having an outstanding of 98000. I was unable to make payments due to financial crisis in my personal life and uncertain deaths i had lost stability in my life. Now my situation are becoming normal so i would like to make my payments and clear of the dues.

                          I would request you to take strict actions against Mr.Satish and Mr.Sagar of your collections department. Mr Satish is abusing me ...his words are agar capacity nahi that toh use kyun kiya...he uses very bad language ...and he is calling my relatives and my office number also...and harassing them by making 50 calls in a day...he has used my Facebook account which is completely illegal and unauthorized. My intentions are clear and I want to make payment. If any of them calls me or my office or relatives and abuses us if would logde complaint with banking ombudsman.

                          Looking forward for your kind cooperation.

                          Myself Parminder Kaur Sandhu. My credit card no. [protected]. I Would logde complaint against your executives Mr. Satish and Mr.Sagar. They are continuously calling on my office landline no. And harassing my colleagues. They are even calling my relatives. When i am ready to make payment. I am filing this complaint on banking ombudsman now as i am fed up with such people.

                          He is still calling at my office and relatives place and numbers.

                          I want strict action against him now.

                            On and off I receive messages wherein someone is trying to buy songs from i-tunes using my credit card. The latest transaction alert came to me today at 2 am.
                            I urgently need you to find out who is trying to use my credit card.

Even after giving reminder also, your bank have disburse the loan in my favour bearing PL No-PPR[protected] amounting to Rs.218000/-.

                              I, therefore, request you to kindly, withdrawn the personal loan from my account without any charges because I had mail you not sanction the loan in my favour and mail to you. I do not understand your consumer complaint not reading properly.

                                [protected], i have call this number regarding transction failed in online gas booking, one man told thats failed transaction money will return after 6 days, wait for 6 days then said govt holiday deepavali caill after diwali i have call today now they said transction passed, how now passed? Why say wrongly before failed transtaction? So i make second payment which was suceessful. What to do first failed transaction money rs.526, what happen to money? How to get back money? Axis bank one lady customer mathu, she talk too much and keep the silent, again this happen next time call this customer number suresh?                                   Want to complain against your credit card recovery department for their unethical and unprofessional act.

                                  AXIS BANK Credit Card Department who has illegally put the amount in my savings account on lien for credit card outstanding. There was absolutely no communication (via email, phone call and hard copy letter). The only information i had from them that they will charge me fine for delay in the payment.
                                  On 27 October 2016 evening i saw that my whole saving a/c. amount balance of- got deducted by credit card department without any record (via email, phone, sms and hard copy letter), Till now i haven't received any official explanation from anyone neither a bank or a credit card department via email, phone, sms and hard copy letter.
                                  when i agreed in making partial payment of my credit card through my fixed deposit, they declined my request without any explanation. Now from 27th October 2016 till 1 November 2016, I haven't received any information regarding all the credit card recovery department step.
                                  Nobody is helping me i have spoken to credit card customer person, Credit card concern person from bank branch. Even Axis bank Branch where i opened my account and fixed deposit is not helping me they are asking me to talk to credit card department and credit card customer care is asking me to talk to my bank branch.
                                  rticularly look for answers to the following queries

                                  1.Why wasn't I contacted about details regarding the case, during the case investigations at all?

                                  2. Why was I not informed about the one sided decision taken by the bank?

                                  How can credit card department put whole amount from my saving account on lien for recovery without informing me/ my authorisation?

                                  3. When i taken the card against Fixed deposit which worth more then the credit card. why such extreme steps been taken against me and caused me inconvenience.

                                  I would like to complain against AXIS Bank credit card department. Also, please remove the lien on my saving's account at the earliest.

                                  I request you to please contact Axis bank and remove lien on my savings account and allow me to settle the payment through my fixed deposit.

                                    It has been almost an year chasing for the Registration Certificate for my car. I'm not sure if this is the way the bank is providing the services to their customer. I've had multiple calls and emails in exchange for the same scenario. I was promised to give my No Objection certificate along with my cars registration certificate, however, after multiple chases I'm still on the same page and as promised by Bank executive my query has not been resolved. Please look into the same and action further.
