my loan was sanction 15.18 lac but i have paid 15 lac i was not informed my loan a/c no is PH[protected] By the axis bank Gurgaun Branch the cheque dated 13/07/09 was delivered on 14/07/09 but the detail letter they have sent the intrest is charge from 1/07/09. I dont under stand under which rule they are charging intrest from 1/07/09 when the cheque was dated 13/07/09

Axis Bank is the world worst Bank. They no need customer Satisfaction. They do as they like. They harass the customers. The Employees in this bank think that they are the hero’s. The y follows their own rules. Please let me know how we will give our feedback to the Higher management of the AXIS BANK. I am sincerely giving suggestion to the new customers please don’t take any loan and any transactions from AXIS BANK.

    Despite by written complaints for over an year, the Axis Credit Cards Processing Unit failed to credit the amount deducted on behalf of Bajaj Allianz without my consent. Since there was no refund, I stopped the payment till the refund of money. The Axis Credit Card Unit failed to do so inspite of several reminders. Unable to recover my money, I stopped the payment of due amount of Rs 2347/- with written intimation. Surprisingly The Axis Credit Card kept sending me statements after statements and did not bother to send the corrected statement for Rs 2347/- despite promises fromn their Customer Executives. They have now claimed the amount from my Savings Bank without any intimation to me. The Axis Bank too has done it despite my written objection for the lien amount of Rs 5904.28.

      I, sachin jain is an account holder with Axis Bank. My Acount Number is [protected] Branch bhopal M.P Nager (mp). i have already complaint in Retun in bank but no reply 30th of june 2009, a consolidated charge of Rs. 2871.77 ws dudected along with a Lien amount of Rs. 2871.77 when Rs. 7027 was submitted on 02/07/2009, the available balance showed that the Lien Amount was also deducted. My Bank Statement does not reflect the deduction of the lien amount. Also, I was not previously intimated about the consolidated charges in any form of letter or mail. If I was intimated about the deductions I would have kept my expenditures into account and would have not worried about the deductions. I was not even informed about the charges through phone banking or sms while all other transaction details are intimated. Therefore I would request the bank to refund me the total amount of Rs. 2871.77 to my account

        I am Pramod Maithil, has a saving account in Axis bank A/c No - [protected]. I have taken out 5000.00 from an ATM of Axis bank at Shahpura Arera colony Bhopal (Date - 7/7/09 time - 12:55 Term - S1AN0442, Record No - 3451from my own account using card No xxxxxxxxxxxx5237).
        I found on of the 500.00 Rs note is fake as I get to know it when I went to deposit the money in SBI bank. I visited to the branch near by one of the members suggested that I have no proof that the note is one of the same notes I have taken out. you consult to the main branch in MP nagar, in bhopal.
        my complaint is what should I do I felt very much embarrassing in the SBI bank and I am also suffering loss of 500.00

          i recieved a message from the bank that my card has been despatced via bluedart vide AWB#[protected].I CONTACTED THEM they said there has been a printing mistake in the address, instead of sector-c it has been printed sec-6.plz send bluedart a confirmation mail that my correct address is - mg-86, sector-c, aliganj, lucknow.226024.
          then only they will send the card 2 me.
          plz hurry otherwise it will reach back 2 the bank, and will
          b further delayed...

            I had carried out a transaction at atm of ANDHAR BANK (ANDHRA BANK Zonal office, Signature Tower, Ground Floor, South City-1, NH- 8 Gurgaon - 122001) sec -19, . on 07/01/2010 for rs.1500, record no. of atm 3653 at 11:51hrs, my transaction was successfully but I did not get any money . ATM Machine gave me interaction for retraction .I followed all procedure again that time I got money(Record no 3654 at 11:52 hrs). But when I checked my balanced. 3000rs. was deducted from account a/c no.[protected]; please do the needful to return my money.

            I went to axis bank ATM in manimajra for withdrawal of money at 7.45 pm yesterday on[protected].After swiping my card no money came out of ATM.I thought it was some Error so i again swiped and again the money didnt came out.So now in morning i checked my net-banking there was entry of 1000 debited from my account.So credit these 1000 rs back to account as it was the fault of the ATM.

              I am a franchise owner of Reliance money ltd for Kollam District in Kerala.Based on the discussions with then UTI Bank, kollam branch authorities, on 2007, it was assured that all Reliance money demat account holders will be provided with savings bank account by UTI Bank and the QAB will be Rs 2500/- .As per that myself and 70 percent of my clients openned SB account with Axis bank.Now all of them are complaining o[censored]nauthorized debits by bank.On 30th april my account got debited Rs 1561.16.On query, its being clarified that due to the non maintanance of QAB of Rs 5000.00, they have charged Rs 750 and rest amount is debited as transaction charges for transaction done in a non QAB maintained account.I lodged a complaint at [protected]@axisbank.com on 2nd may, 2009, for which a reply mail was received on may, 6th, guiding me to send the complaint to Kollam.[protected]@axisbank.com or Kollam.[protected]@axisbank.com.As per that I send the complaint to those addresses on the same day.So far, after two months of waiting, no information has been received .Today again Rs 1333.7 has been debited from my account stating the same reason.
              As the bank authorities are not interested to answer, I request you sir to kindly do the needful to resolve and let me get the answers for the following questions.

              1.How is QAB amt assured to me changed from Rs2500.00 to Rs 5000.00?
              2.Why didn't they informed neither me nor any of my customers?
              3.Why the particular branch has not replied inspite of reminders?
              4.Non maintanance of QAB charges is stated as Rs 750.00, How did they charge 1561.16 and Rs 1333.7 when I have banked only with the same brach where I have openned the A/C?
              Hoping a favourable action at the earliest.

                As there was trial based facility was avilable getting any trasction on mobile I have applied for trail for 60 day that was free after that I don't want to continune the the facility even I have sent the necessary massage also even thugh the bank has decuted Rs 180 agaist this facility it is not acceptable I want my money back and hight of the case is I am not even reciving massages also ???

                  Axis bank / Debit card — Amount wrongfully debited from my salary account

                  My salary a/c [protected] has been debited by rs. 10000. Upon reporting this issue to Axis customer care and bank I came to know that the bank reports show that I have withdrawn the said amount using an ATM at 9:42 AM 4th of Feb 2009, which ATM they dont know, the customer care lodged complaint 8856266 about this, the Bank says they have not received any such complaint.

                  I have been chasing people for a week now, making 15-20 calls a day, I dont see any progess on the issue.
                  I Am A simple Man.I Am not rich man Rs 4000 is my one mounth salary. So please return my money in my account.

                    I and 2 of my friends are really frustrated to the core, with following up on issues with AXIS BANK Peenya Branch in Bangalore. The manager and the bank people are reluctant to any any request, emails sent to them. I have been sending emails to help us reverse the consolidated auto debit charges levied on our accounts due to misinformation provided to us by bank officials while creating the account.

                    we wanted normal SB accounts, but were lured by bank to create priority and smart privilege accounts. but were not informed about the average balance and other requirements. and suddenly we see consolidated charges being debited from our accounts (Rs.1200+)... and we have been requesting to change the account type to normal accounts, but since December we are facing these charges on our accounts. and have been unsuccessful in getting the charges reversed. :(

                    we have not been assigned even a complaint number to track the issue.


                    please suggest me how to reach complaints section and get redressal to my and my other 2 friends' issues with same branch.

                        I have opened a saving account in Axis bank (JJ Road Branch) on 16/06/2009. The exec told me that the starter kit will be delivered to me with in 3 working days.But the was not delivered, only pin no was delivered. When i inquired about the kit, exec told me that the courier was not delivered because my address was not found.So i verified the address and ask them to resend it to me on this address.After 8 days when i ask them why the kit is not yet deliver, they said that when courier person went for delivery no body was at my house.But this is impossible because i have a grandmother who is at house 24x7. Now these people are saying i need to collect it from their branch office, or some one from there branch will come and give a hand delivery, since i am working so they need authority letter but they cannot recourier it.

                        Hello, I wanted to open saving+Trading account in Axis and I have registered through online link provided on Axis bank website.
                        One of their represenatative called me up and get all my documents and cheque (also cash for some formalities). He told me that my account will be open within 3 weeks. Its almost 1.5 months now and still there is no response from bank. I have asked in Axis customer care by mail and they told me that my form is never submitted there. I called up the representative and he claim that he already submitted the form, and now I am not getting any reply from Customer care for this matter. What should I do now? Can I make any big complain about it anywhere?

I withdraw an amount of Rs.1500/- as on dt: 14/02/2011 at Axis bank ATM ID no : TWAW1127, Samantaraypur, Bhubneswar, but unfortunately cash not withdrawal due to slow link connection but the above said amount deducted from my account. After one hour again I had tried same amount on same date at UCO Bank ATM ID no : DA039701, Nimapara branch, Nimapara, But same thing happen cash not withdrawal but the above said amount deducted from my account.

                          Please credited my account as soon as possible.

                            This is to inform you that i am very disappointed with your customer service.
                            On 29th June 2009 i had been to AXIS BANK Mangalore to deposit some cash to my account. But my Rs.1000 note was rejected because of a very minute damage to the note. When i asked about this problem to Mr. Manager of The Branch he recommended me to change the note in S.B.I (State Bank of India) and he told that you people have no such license.

                            If i should change the note in SBI and deposit in your AXIS bank then why the hell should i have an account in your bank which doesn't have license?

                            I will never recommend any of my friends and family to AXIS BANK in my life.

                            I HEARD THAT AXIS BANK HAD A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
                            NOW I CAME TO KNOW THAT IT IS BULL .

                            I Employ Spandana Sphoory financial Ltd. As (Branch Manager) and use corporate accounts of your AXIS Bank Jabalpur Napiour Town In five accounts in my company in jabalpur.
                            There AXIS Bank Employ Amrinder Singh Mis Vehaviour Every time they said plz request clossed your account sir our company every day tran. ave. 200000 Per day so calculat five branch 200000*5 =1000000 Per day but there employ abouse lengauge.

                            We already request our head office Hydrabad plz closse AXIS bank account and Process.

                              I have a savings Account with AXIS bank in Dunlop Branch- kolkata ( A/c No - [protected] ) since more than a 2 years.

                              I have a complaint about my balance i have around Rs. 4508.78- in my account as on 28/06/2009 but when i checked through my atm card it it is only rs.3681.53/- remaining . i had got shocked and i want to know why and for what the bank deducted the amount Rs..750/-as consolidated Chages. and rs. 77.25 as Service Tax .
                              How this amounts being deducted ?? Can you please help me to short out this matter ???Plz return me the whole amount 750+77.25 without delay please. see into this matter and please inform by e-mail as soon as possible.

                                I was surprised to receive a SMS on my mobile on 24.06.2009, in the evening that Rs.34000.00 and Rs.9000.00 has been debited from my SB A/C [protected] & [protected], through internet transaction.
                                I was totaly disturbed and made a telecon on [protected], the emergency numbers. They did not respond positively and asked me to contact at 9AM in the morning.
                                I have found out through the Axis bank i connect portal that the transaction has been done as per the following details:
                                Acct. Holder Name: Sunil Agrawal, Acct Number: [protected], Acct Type:SBA, Acct. Category: SBEZY, Branch Name: Kandivali(West), Mumbai.

                                Pls. look into this fraud and illegal transaction and help recover my money.

                                  I have done a transaction of Rs 9142 at gold showroom through credit card and called the customer service of Axis bank (as per system) to convert my transaction into EMI the personnel there said that your EMI will be Rs1604/- for 6 Months. But this EMI system was not activated by him and now after two months I have again called but AXIS bank customer service persons are saying that I havent called and that my application of EMI conversion is not there. Now I am facing problem that this big amount is costing me alots of interest.
                                  This is leading me towards mental uncomfort
                                  Please help me in this regard.
