I was having salary account in malad west branch which was freezed and unused for long time. I requested for the closing of account but i got call from back end team and they told me to change it into zero balance saving account and transfer to your nearest branch. And i did that and it got successfully transferred to malad east branch. I applied for the new debit card on july 2016 but still i not received it and even not got any message about its status on my registered mobile number. I visited to branch and i spoke with them but they are not giving any satisfactory answer to me and again i applied for the new debit card and again same thing is repeating. I still dont know what is going on with my account and debit card status. The service of axis bank is really pathetic they cant even able to handle one single account and they only care to prime account.

    There is fraud transaction on my axis account debit as well as credit card of 30000 rs on 25/10/16
    Case is filed in cyber crime and cards are blocked by tomorrow itself.
    Inspite of that not getting any reply from bank.
    It's a big amount for us as it is hard earned.
    Details are given in below pics.
    Hope you will revert me back so that I can get my money as soon as possible

      I was having my current account in axis bank, due to some reason i closed my firm and given a application to close the current account but it not closed yet
      I make every month reminder to the hingoli branch but no replied still about the closing of account, the are just increasing there bank charges

        Have applied for a loan at around 15 or 16 of the month of October. i have been called by the verification department and have taken the docs. After a day a call came and asked for some additional info and some more docs which I sent it again. At the last moment another person called and confirmed some details and wanted some more details from me which I was thinking that it was not relevant and I even asked if there is any problem with the process but he said I will DEFINITELY get a process message and a call on Monday, the 24th . Today, which is the 25 of October, I called the rep and he said that there is no data or any docs for me which I have submitted which is not a very good customer service that you have. How can you waste someones time like you don't even care. Think this happens to you and realize what you will feel. As I am a customer to you, you are also a customer to someone else. Hope this does not happens again. Your service is not good. The representative number who last processed it is [protected].

            Hi, axis bank is issuing a card called privilege mastercard and i had taken it up for using the yatra.com vouchers. Even after making all required transactions as per their norms they didn't provide me the vouchers. I really needed the vouchers for availing air tickets but the customer care repeatedly asked me to hold on and wait. This has been going for almost a month and i have not got any vouchers.

            I really am very upset about this unprofessionalism and false promises made to me.

            Hello there, it is not at all complaint against axis, bank but it is my concern that is i lost my FD Certificates in travelling.. i am not understanding what to do ?
            is it dangerous for me that can any one misuse of my account if they get that documents.. if yes then how can prevent this misuse asap..please suggest me as quickly as possible..

              TO Correct name Spelling

              As refrence to above subject, I below Mukesh Kumar Prop. of M/S Anand Electricals Sindhanur do hereby request your goodself as below;
              1 Iwas having current ac.no. [protected] with you till 26th october2012. I closed the said account on said day and also surrendered unused cheque, ATM Card along with closer application .further i had withdrawn the entire amount from my said account.
              2) But the accont was not closed because of negligence of concerened employee of your bank, due to said negiegence I lost Rs.7130, which was refunded by Income Tax Authority to said account through NEFT on Dt.2/1/2015. In fact you ought to have return the ammount to me or to the Income Tax Dpt., you have adjusted the said amount to your bank expenses, for which I am not at all liable.Therefor you have caused financial loss to me and also mental harassment .
              3) Since than I am regularly visiting to your branch and asking about it.Even I had submit a complaint letter on Dt.13/03/2015 to Branch Manager and he assured me to look after this matter and solve it but since than their is no proper responce from them.
              hence I request your goodself to settle the grievence in respect of above said account immediately.

                    I don't know why debbited consulting charge 265 +39.75 ruppee. I am not happy axis bank services. Either bank debbited my account any other coz so plz infrom and details ...other wise I am stop this account ..

                      Hi, i got sms on 17th oct from axis bank saying that my home loan disbursed is done on[protected] and my pre-emi will be due on 10th of every month.
                      Till now, i haven't received dd/cheque. Whenever i am following with bank person or agent then i am hearing answer that there is it department (Software) issue and still it will take some more time. This is my second and third loan from axis. For my first loan (Phr[protected] i got disbursement dd after 3 weeks and i have paid pre-emi without using axis bank money.
                      This time, i have two loans and emi amount will be high. So, my question is that why should i pay you if bank has not yet handover dd to me or customer when there is issue from bank side?

                        I am existing customer of this useless organisation .
                        We have multiple problems one among that is it takes more than 15days to open a account even I my self personally following it up with the banks staff.
                        Every day they are assuring me that it will be done till the evening from last 15 days.
                        No manager is available to address such a small issue. I[censored] can not effort for a manager to run a banks day to day activity.
                        Half knoledge Executives r just missguding the (customer) me and waste my 15days time .
                        Why don't u close the branch i[censored] can not effort for effective staff.

                        Again Rs 747 deducted from my account yesterday showing as consolidated DP charges. One demat account was linked with my axis savings account, for which I submitted documents to close. But the cheaters did'nt closed I think. While opening the account the representative request me to open that demat account by saying it's totally charge less and I never used that account also. Now they are deducting money again and again (419+747).it's totally cheating, I am going to close this account.

                          Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like TIP/SCG.VISA.POS.DT 230716.
                          Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card.
                          The amount is debited from my account at 18/10/2016 and the date for that transaction showing is 23/07/2016 then why then charge so late?...

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          Recently ON 15TH oCT, I Made a DD at Axis Bank Branch Located at Gupta Market New Delhi, the Lady sitting at Counter No-2, Kanchan Lata first avoided saying No link, I told I will wait since I need it urgently, after 10 min there was Link, The genlteman sitting at Counter 1 didnot make the posting till around 4pm citing different reasons and after posting Kanchan Lata didnot pass it for atleast 20-25 min, kept on moving here and there, kept on talkin on phone at 4.30 pm a lady executuve sitting at counter no-5 shoewd some empathy asked me why I am waiting and I told her the fact, She asked Kanchan Lata to do it, she repliede who advised him to wait? only after 4.30 ie 1.5 hr approx I got the DD, IF SOMEONE IS LISTENING, CHECK YOUR VIDEO CAMERA RECORDINGS FOR TIME I HAVE QUOTED TO CONFIRM, ASK GENTLEMAN AT COUNTER 1 AND 5

                          Deposited my DD in Jayanagar Branch and there was mismatch in my name in DD so they informed that they will send my DD to base branch (Coxtown Branch). Later I called my base branch landline number but there is no response. and it has been three days but still I couldn't get any response.

                            I am suffering Liver Disease and Doctors suggested Liver Transplant for this Cost of transplant is more than Rs. 25.00 Lakhs. So, I have not so much of amount and i stopped all the transactions in this Current Account since from Last Two Years and I returned Cheque Book and ATM CARD TO Bellary - Karnataka - Branch and i also given Letter with Doctors Certificate of Liver Transplant. But till on wards I will receiving Messages from Bank.

                              Few hours ago i received a call from a guy on the name of Axis Bank and my reward points are going to expire today, so that if i want to redeem them i need to share my credit card details. I told him that I can not share such things, then he tried to threaten me saying your account will be debited with some amount if not redeemed today. Please look into this issue as possible as.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                Absolutely on reply from your side for all 11 mails

                                Issue 1.

                                This is regarding my FD no [protected] which was on Auto renewal mode was closed on 26/09/2016 without my consent. We also have FD much older than these FDs are still active. WHY was this FD was closed I need reasons.

                                Issue 2.
                                We also have a FD which was opened on the same date and with same amount with same condition (auto- renewal) but there is difference in maturity amount as on 8/09/2016 WHY?

                                Issue 3.
                                FD no [protected] which was maturing on 8/09/2016 and was closed on 26/09/2016 what about interest for 18/19 days and WHY this amount not paid to me? And is still pending and now interest on interest is adding up each passing day which is due. I need reasons for not receiving interest till today.

                                Issue 4.
                                We also wish to evaluate all my FDs in my account. Are all my FDs, my deposits, lockers etc. safe with you need assurance from your side As I’ am feeling sad and unsafe with Axis bank.
                                Please provide me the reasons for all the above issues.

                                I got an sms and email alert Rs 4000 debited from my account around11:77 am on[protected] as info PUR/PAYU-www.oxigenwallet./GUR/PAYU-www.oxigenwallet./Seq No 343546 . I have no idea what is going on. I am fully unaware of the transaction and want my money recovered.

                                  Axis bank not cancelling my credit card as i requested them with emails but they are least bother about it. I've requested many times about this. I've called them about this but no proper response from the.
                                  So kindly take necessary action so that my issue will solved and axis bank should not do for any one in future.

                                    This is shivangi pawar.

                                    I got call from mobile number[protected]. He told he is axis employee and he was calling from axis bank delhi branch. 1st he asked me that you are using axis bank credit card. Then i replied yes. Then he told we have offer for you on your axis bank credit card rewards points. Your rewards points will be converted into cash. Then he asked my credit card number and cvv number & asked otp. I gave all number. Then he hold the line 10 mins and cut the call. I came to know that something going wrong. I check messages and transactions took place. He did transaction rs. 31577.16/- from various franchise. I immediately called axis bank and told what had happened and block the card.

                                    Now, from my account no. [protected] amount rs. 23262/- auto debited without any intimation. Axis bank not even responding on continuous follow up on dispute amount. Axis bank confirm that they will refund the amount in 120 days but still not yet received despite of they auto debited without any intimation.
