I am novine augustine from bangalore. Contact [protected], mail id bangalore. [protected]@gmail.com. I wanted to open a new savings account in axis bank, for which i contacted axis bank through their website and i even visited a nearby branch kalyan nagar axis bank with the request for a new savings account date 22/11/2016. Iwas told that the document collecting agent would come to my place to collect the required documents so i should wait for him, the entire evening no one showed up. On 23/11/2016 morning i got a call saying that the collection of documents would be done on the same date and i was again told to wait for the agent to come. It was again a failure from your end and i was forced to leave all my work n wait helplessly as there is no contact details of the agent shared with me. On this day 24/11/2017 after i received a call asking if the agent had collected my documents or not, on informing about what had happened and how they wasted my time, i was told by the person call that an agent will arrive at my place within half n hour. And i was told to keep all my documents ready. Even today the agent failed to arrive at my residence. My point of writing this complain is that how can you waste my time and why did your bank provide me with incorrect information. I m very much annoyed by the type service you provided, and your system of operating has made me think twice about opening an account in axis bank or not. This is just not right and i will surely file a complain against your bank for wasting my time and providing misleading information. I am in no mood of opening any accounts in axis bank. How to trust your service, being a bank your employees provide wrong information. Its us who keep our money in your bank so we should be treated properly. Your services are disgusting and shameful. Stop wasting time of other people. You have no right to do so.

I have availed PL in axis bank; they have not activated my ECS mandate and they are not giving proper response; simply calling for EMI amount; No valid information about LPP and CPP; Even phone banker also not have much data; they simply saying no information updated in system. Worst ever experience;

    Hi i am nikhilkumar from baroda gujarat and i am live in waghodia road and my flats under your axis bank atm and its very brain hammerring in mid night again and again run alarm without any person and no any sequrity in your atm please solve this issue and remove your third class alarm from your axis bank atm... Thiis is my last mail otherwise this problem not solve i sent mail to nodel officer...

      This is to bring in to the notice of the apex authorities, axis bank employees of the branch ashoka niketan delhi -110092 have a disrespectful behavior towards the bank account holders and especially during the time of demonetarization, on 11-11-16 i went to the bank to withdraw rs 10
      000/- one employee particularly sanjeev yadav misbehaved bragging how much he earns and constantly misbehaving and also i saw him changing money in the basement with id's where they were supposed give account holders withdrawls from their accounts, i suspect scam in this situation, i request the rbi to look into the matter that whether they are changing currency legally as directed by the rbi guidelines, i am pretty sure that they are charging some premium to exchange large sums of money on id's of the labourers and workers. I request the authorities to kindly cross check the id's for any discripancies. I have also not received any satisfactory reply from the bank apart from this" it will not happen again my reference no. 13895224 given by the bank.

        My brother transferred 5000 rs. To my college (Ms ramaiah university of applied sciences) axis bank account through neft on 23rd nov 2016, but he did not get any utr number or reference number for tracking.

        Dear sir,
        Its further to police complaint acknowledgement no. 969/16 dt. 05.11.2016 i had received a call from [protected] on 4.35pm (Dated 02.11.2016) in my mobile number, where she said we are calling from bank online reward points department and she asked the credit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. I gave the card number and she asked the cvv & otp when i checked the sms completely till the transaction done. After she told me within 2 days the reward points will credit in your card. After 2 days later (4.11.2016) i checked & the amount of rs.19500 debited in my card. I checked with bank, they told the amount transaction done in some other merchant, immediately i blocked my card with help of bank executive. I tried to contact that person but the mobile no. Comes switched off.

        Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount.

          My cibil credit report purchase dt. 23-11-16, my home loan acc. no. PHR[protected] emi paid 12876/- dt. oct. 2016, already paid on 18-10-16, 29-10-16 and 7-11-16 in your bank and acc.no. LPR[protected] emi 6633/- dt. oct. 16 already paid on 28-10-16, 14-10-16, 29-19-16 and 2-11-16 in your bank.
          but my Cibil credit report of[protected] above amount display due/pending.
          or emi display outstanding in my cibil report. please inform to cibil company.
          not any pending upto oct. 2016.
          please update my cibil report for my good image, because i want transfer above account in SBI. If my cibil report is correct, then i transfer my account easily.
          nov. 2016, relaxation in emi of Nov. & Dec. 2016, as per rbi guideline due to 500 & 1000 'note-bandi'.

              In September I requested for block and replacement of debit card. till date nobody is responding customer care just keeps playing "Badhti ka naam zindagi hai" oh really?

              This is such non sense goin on. I called credit card department they finally transferred my call and to my surprise I got to know they have delivered but nobody has received. how in the world they call you so many times for credit card payment but not even single call for delivery of my debit card that too I have paid 200 rupees from my account.

                    Please consider this message as an escalation against the service of Axis Bank. I travelled to US and when I was coming back on 18th Nov, my multi currency card was blocked, it showed all transactions "cancelled" during the period 18-20 Nov. I had to pay in cash everywhere and I had a big trouble as my cash in hand was limited. But after my return, I received notification about reduction due to those transactions on 21st November when I was already in India. I placed an inquiry at your customer care and got to know that my date of birth and mother's maiden name were not matching!! How can it happen when I did transaction from the same card till 17th Nov? I would like to know (1) Why the card was blocked before my travel ended? (2) Why was my card fed by wrong information while I filled in a long form for getting this card? Will you please respond?

                      The ATM Service of Axis Bank is completely inaccessible from 9th November 2016 at Fulia Branch & Santipur, Dakghor More Axis ATM Center.

                      The Branch of Fulia is giving only 5000/- sometimes 10000/- by cheque till now where as RBI Guideline is 24000/- in a week & no limit on daily.

                      Businessman of Fulia (mahajon) are getting cash by backdoor on Fulia Branch.

                      Problem not resolved, it's a fraud, I just submitted complain, The ATM of main branch is not working, atm of santipur is not working from 9th november, after demonetization. the atm service was not active for a second till now. cash withdrawal is not 24000/- for all people, all the cash is going to mahajon by backdoor. it's disgusting, I will close my account. Go to Hell Axis!!

                        Axis bank employees misbehaves us number of times we are standing in cash withdrawal queue in our home branch but unable to take cash. Employees Name are as follows Ms. Ankita and Mr. Deepak Valecha, when we contact with branch head he unable to take any action on this. They are providing the money their personals from cash deposit window or cash withdrawal window without queue. Common man as we are not getting money without pan card or Aadhar card, while they providing money to their personals without any id proof beyond the limit of cash, it means they are corrupt.

                          I went into bank 5 am morning and i was standing
                          till bank open, then bank open 9:30 am i was
                          standing first in the que, cash came at bank in
                          front of me, then i go inside in the bank and they
                          said no cash. They distribute tokens to us and my token no is 7, I attached the same.

                          I am not happy with this Branch,
                          Pls do the needful as i don't have cash for me petty expenses.

                            Actually I am having axis bank debit card I have booked movie tickets on book my show on using debit card so I correctly followed the instructions by using the card after that transaction was cancelled and then in my axis bank account was debited RS 90 next I had done the phone balance recharge by using the axis debit card after the transaction was cancelled of RS 100 ..so I was depressed by this ..so take any action to credit my money in my account

                              My MDU University challan exam fee not submit. sir maine mdu rohtak university ka challan axis bank narwana bank id 1559 narwana.
                              main 1000 or 500 ke curriencey h but bank ne exam fees challan nahi kata. plz submit my fees. mere pass 100 ke not nahi h kya mai 500 ya 1000 ke note nahi h. form fee ke last date near h. kya sabhi students ke bank mai phale khata kulwana padega fir hum student fee challan ktwa payege. plz help me.

                                Hi,
                                I have raised a concern with the axis bank for not crediting the refund amount of 1750/- to my account against cancellation of ticket. the details are as below,
                                Ticket booked on : 18th October 2016
                                Amount : 1950+taxes = 2047/- rs
                                PNR : [protected]
                                Ticket cancelled on : 10th November 2016
                                Amount to be refunded including cancellation charges levied by irctc : 1750/- rs

                                Even after submitting all the proofs about the transaction, the bank has not yet processed my refund. Every time I am being asked with the same set of questions. The status in irctc site is "Refunded to bank" on 12th November 2016.

                                Kindly help me resolving this issue. Thanks.

                                  Dear Sir, My name is Sanjit Jaipilley and I availed loan of 3 Lacs from Axis Bank and tenure of the repayment was 4 years.I paid my EMIs regularly for 1 year after which suddenly because of loss of employment I couldn't pay further installments. I am still without job and running from pilar to post to get the job and make both ends meet.However I have very clear intentions to repay the loan or settle it if possible.But present circumstances are not allowing me to take any step.

                                  I am continuously getting calls from Axis Bank Mumbai to repay or settle loan. It has become matter of mental harassment on daily basis. These people are continuously threatening to take legal action against me.While taking loan I had provided my friends reference. They have even gone to such an extent where they visited my friends’s family and threatened them for arrest warrant. Now this was the last straw for me. This has taken away my and my family’s peace of mind.
                                  I am also unable to concentrate on my interview and interview preparation. Please help me to resolve this problem.

                                    I had visited thrice to Moodbidri branch axis bank to know more about General Insurance provisions.

                                    But none of them were able to explain the process. It was so pathetic service

                                    I had never seen Operation head in the branch so far.. Even though, he was at branch once, he was acting as Dam..

                                    I do not were does he goes.. Even a sales person does not know the process of GI.
