I have ordered a set of 3 bags from bags planet but not received the order yet.
Kindly login my complaint against bags planet.

Date ordered: 17/12/2017
Dispatched @ 26/12/2017
(Expected delivery date is 1st jan'18 to 4th jan'18)

No way we can contact them, no phone no given. Emails not answered.

I had ordered ladies bags from the site dated 25th December, 2017. Till date no reverts received. Site is not accessible. Order Status is still confirmed. No further updates received.

Payment Made Rs. 1, 558/-.

If anyone is having any contact details or having any idea about claiming the product/refund please suggest.
