MY NAME IS SANDEEP WADHWA
and i was the employe of bajaj allianz life insuranc co.ltd.
my Employe code was- 76865.
MY PF account no. is - MH/34020/9111.

it is very bad situation for me .
i have submitted my pf withdrawal on 15 jan,2009.
and pf pune has received these forms on 23 june,2009.
and its already six months,and i havnt received my pf amount.
no one is here in this world ,who can help me.
its very very bad for the company that takes one year to settle the pf claims.
from last six months i am in fix what to do.
i am hearing from last six months that your claim will be settled in 10-15 days.
but i am still waiting like a fool from last six months.

i am sending the copy of recipts-

Dear sir
i am Sumit kumar singh was worked bajaj allianz life insurance at rajnagarl(GZB)branch i am join on 18 feb 2008 and resined 01 sept. 2008 my emp id is-58643.i have send pf with drawar form and call pune office many time but till date i am geting no respone.in resinend time no any dues in my name.
i have mention my contect no-[protected] here so kindly let me
know when i can get my provident fund.

I strongly agree they are very worst with things like that. Poor statergied agents just running behind the comission. am paying 15000 ullip policy. I have made first two payments offline(cash) third one i tried online. Due to server error they traced id after 30 days even after getting the transaction ID from me. Now they have taken 152 units worth Rs 2250 from me as charges. If i call and ask they are telling they do the same for all. its like a commission agent and not like a reputed BAJAJALLIANZLife Insurance Company. We are trying to save maoney and finally its in their pockets highliting company terms and conditions.

    Dear Sir/Mam, I was an on roll emplyee of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. in Chandigarh( Sec-8). My complaint is that i never resigned from job but the company it self written my fake resignation and signed itself also. My full and final has not been given still company claims money from me. I know i have worked dedicatedly for the company and nothing wrong from my side. Now I request you to please look into matter and provide me Full and Final with my EPF. I have written many applications to HRD Bajaj Allianz and spoken to various authorities of company but no body is going to help me for this.

      The Policy details are as follows:
      Policy holder's Name: Rucha Pradeep Thombre
      Policy No: [protected]
      Membership No: BABCF058705A

      Two Claims has been made against this policy
      1) Claim No:[protected] Status: Payable -- But money not received from last 3 months
      2) Claim No:[protected] Status: No Claim -- All documents submitted again and again, but No Details provided for this claim. Not sure if this claim will get processed.

      These above two claims were submitted on 28/8/2009 and till now we have not received any update and reimbursement for these claims. It has been near 4 months and Neither the Medical Insurance company Bajaj Allianz nor the third party vendor MEDICARE-TPA provide us any information regarding our Claim Details.
      The process of Mediclaim reimbursement is very frustrating and annoying.

      Please help us in getting our Mediclain reimbursement from Medical Insurance company and third party vendor.

        Dear sir,
        I,mrityunjay, PF no. MH/34020/021346 had submitted my PF claim form on 19th aug'09 to my co. who after settling my Full & final claim sent my PF claim form to its agent RELIABLE CONSULATNAT ,THANE(phone no.[protected] on 9th of oct. The agent submitted my PF claim form on 17th of oct'09 who says that I will recieve my claim in MARCH'09 which is approx. 6 months
        Sir they say that it is because there is huge load of PF claim from this co.What on earth they do in this period of 6 months. Can u tell me what exctly is the reason behined this long wait?The employees from this co. are suffering a lot in recieving their claim who get it after waiting for a year or even one & a half year.
        I totally disagree that it takes such a long time in recieving the claim.Kindly act soon & find as to what is the real reason behind this delay,otherwise, we would lose faith in this organisation.

          As i have been sent my complete form for Provident Fund to Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. by 31st July 2009, it is processed and received at PF office pune by 4th November 2009, as i confirmed it by telephonic discussion,they told me that it will credit in my bank account by 45 days , now it's been 45 days , no received my pf and i m calling for f-up in pf office continuously ,but no body is picking - up my call , also i want to know that if income tax deduction will done on this amount then i want to give them my investment declaration for this financial year because i don't want any deduction from my pf amount, but to whom i should ask regarding this as i don't have any e mail id of pf offfice pune and no body is picking up the phone


          pls do some solution on urgent basis as its been almost 4 and half months for this f-up , initially i sent it by 31st july to Bajaj Allianz life insurance co. ltd. pune and now i m doing f-up with pf office pune ,but not getting proper reply

          Non Settlement of Provident Fund Claim.


          My self Om singh worked with Bajaj allianz life insurance Company A/c. No. : MH/34020/032868, I have submitted my Provident Fund Claim form in September 09, by Speed post docate no. EU[protected]IN. till date i have no feedback from the department or not i received any money which is got deducted from my salary.

          Request you to please take up the matter and get the same approved and settled. Thanks in advance for your co opertaion for the same.

          Employees form has been submitted to PF office on 29/10/2009 & this claim is under process right know with Pf office & it will take 4 to 5 months time to settle the same from the date of submission of form to PF office.
          PF form has been submitted to Pf office on 07/09/2009. If your bank account is in Pune, then your PF amount will be credited to your bank account after 5 months from date of submission & if your bank account is out of Pune, then your PF amount will be credited to your account after 6 months. If not credited to member's bank a/c so provide the bank stament.

          If the amount has not been credited to the bank within said period, Please contact to PF office, Pune.

            Due to the nonsense act of of one bajaj allianz agent named "SURYAMANI SAHOO" of bhubaneswar branch my family has suffered a lot. He's a relative to my family. When he asked for a deposit in bajaj life insurance my father agreed to have one single deposit (fixed). The sum was above 100000. Unfortunately my father didn't check the details & the bloody agent made it an annually payable unit linked plan. No doubt we made a mistake by not checking the particulars & believeing in him. But the fact is that if we have made a fixed(single) deposit he would have earned only 2 percent & now when he managed to make it a annually payable plan he gets more than 20 percent as a commission. The complains is why the company not conforming the particulars from the policy holder directly by phone or any means before issuing any documents? A large no of people dont know the economic terms & most of the policy holders dont understand the exact conditions & guidelines issued by the company. So, PL PL PL DONT RECRUIT THESE NASTY AGENTS HASTILY TO EXPLOIT INNOCENT PEOPLE.

              your mancherial division agents misguided me and sell your policy on 28-03-06 with preimumu rs. 25000/-. the told me you have to pay 3 instalment in 3 years rs. 25000/- each year.and take 75000/- in 4th year. and take facilities of our policy till death. i have not reecived any account stanements and nor any advise from your company and agent. when i have asked to your mancherail agent for my maturity and acount statemet they not cooprated me and forced to invest in any other policy. your cheater agents is mr/mishra [protected] [protected] an mr.. manoj somani [protected] [protected] they are not giving proper guidelines and irritating with us. please clear about my policy wihtin week other wise i aprroach to reserve bank of india and other counsumer forom. and provide your higher authorities no.

              This is with reference to your complaint regarding policy number [protected]. After verifying the matter we want to inform you that the policy has been issued based on the proposal form filled and signed by you, where you have opted for “Unit linked” as regular premium and with a frequency selected as yearly, which is a market linked policy and the value of the policy is dependent on the unit prices. As per to policy conditions policy should complete three years and minimum three full years premium should be paid for surrender, if one premium is not paid on the due date the policy will be lapsed as mentioned in the policy document. If you are not satisfied with the product, then you could have approached us within the free look period.

                I joned in the Bajaj allianz 's New Family Gain ,Premium amount -25000/- per year.Already 2 years premium paid.In policy it is showing term of 10 years.I decided to withdraw the amount after paying 3rd instalment.Can i withdraw the amount before the completion of the term?Totally i will invest 75000 ,how much amount Ican get after 3rd intalment payment? You are requested to advise regarding this matter....

                I took 0% finance by Bajaj Allianz Finance Limited for purchasing a LCD TV including this loan I have been offered a Bajaj Allianz Group Suraksha Scheme to protect my loan & life from Sales Corner, OP Road, Vadodara, Gujarat.

                In which Insurance for a sum of Rs 2,00,000/- covered for 2 years with a premium of Rs 1223/-

                EMI of has been started debited from my saving A/c from Sep'09 but still date I have not received any requisites document from BAFL/BALIC.

                I spoke to people Local officials at Vadodara, Gujarat HO and also customer care team on toll free numbers so many times but I am not getting proper response from any one regarding my policy document or Policy Number for which I am paying money per month.

                  Honourable Sir/ Madam,

                  I had purchased Maruti Wagon-R from Magic Auto, New Delhi (RC copy attached). The said vehicle was comprehensively insured for IDV – INR 3,25,000.00 (copy attached) by Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. vide Policy No. OG[protected]-[protected]Policy Issue Date - 06-FEB-2009; Policy Valid till 28-JAN-2010 Midnight). My vehicle met with an accident on 25/06/2009 (FIR copy attached) and the insurance company was duly informed. At present, the vehicle is lying at Maruti Dealer – Magic Auto workshop. The estimate given by Maruti Dealer is approx INR 3.60 Lacs. Despite this, insurance company has refused to entertain my claim of total loss. I had various meetings with claim officer (Surveyor) – Mr. Manohar Adhikari, Mr. Jatinder Singh (Asst. Manager – Claims), Mr. Gurpreet Singh (Executive – Claims), Mr. Devesh Kumar (Manager – Sales) & Ms Neha Bhalla (Regional Manager – Sales) who insisted on having the vehicle repaired by cutting & welding the body which is not safe as per experts of Maruti Workshop.

                  Insurance Company's Sales Manager Mr Devesh Kumar had agreed to process the claim by 20th Oct 2009 and on 20th Oct 2009 he has informed me that should go ahead with the litigation as the insurance company is not going to process the claim.

                  After this, a notice was sent to Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. by my lawyer Mr Anoop Kumar (copy attached) on 26-Oct-2009, to which we have not received any response till date.

                  You will appreciate that only 4% of clients ask for claims (Source: newspaper article). And despite that, I’m being harassed for last 5 months. Therefore, I’m suffering on account of their non-processing of my genuine claim. I’m suffering loss of reputation in my job because of no vehicle and incurring damages for transportation to & fro from office and also for my social outings. I’ll request you to kindly take strict actions against the insurance company, their directors & managers for denying the genuine claim.
                  I sincerely hope that you will take appropriate action including the termination of their license for denying the genuine claims.

                      I have purchased my car(Car NoGj-16-AA-5158) insurance from Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd . on 25 th sept 08 for period 2nd Oct-2008 to 01 Oct 2009 Policy No BA4068994.i given cheque Rs.5176/- of ICICI BANK LTD On Bharuch Branch,Meanwhile on September 21,2009 my car met with an accident ,Bajaj Allianz survior survey my car's demage
                      Then after They said that our cheque bounced so, we can not get the claim .
                      For this bounced cheque nobody have communicated to us .But while we have go to lodge claim thenafter they informed,if they communicated us we could paid in cash.
                      Then they given a renewal notice on[protected].THey clearly mention 'your insurance policy be expering on 01/Oct/2009 .we would be glad to have your renewal instrucion .Please approach your dealer for the renewal of the above mentioned policy to continuousy avail the offered benefits."
                      If you will not settle this claim within seven days .I goto the Consumer court

                        This is to your kind notice that i worked in Bajaj Allianz life Ins. Co.Ltd. from 4th August '07 till April '09.After leaving my company i had a talk to get my PF amount.For that whatever the requirements of the company are like submitting of Form No. 10C and Form 19 and the cancellation cheque for transfering the money in my account ,,,i did everything as on time.After that I send lot of mails to [protected]@sawantpfconsultant.com what is going on, the answer was the things are in Process,,,but till date i did'nt got my PF A/C no. MH/34020/035419 amount in my account.
                        Sir it a kind request to you that please do something urgently to get my funds money.

                          My policy num [protected] issued date 18-09-09.my modal premium Rs 15000/-. I have given my original bond to Ms.Richa([protected]), she is the agent of Destimoney for cancellation of my policy. reason for cancellation is false information given by Ms Richa. She told me that Sum assured amount for Rs. 10,00,000/-, health card for Rs. 300000/- and a gold coin of 3 gms. but till date there is no response from her. she took my original bond one and half month back for cancellation. but till date there is no response. I want to cancel it.



                          Whom to I contact IRDA or Bajaj, already I have given the complaint to his immediate boss Mr. Rajan([protected]), but there is no response.

                          I think Destimoney agents are trying to woo the gullible investors with wrong information and rosy promises which they do not fulfill later. This is giving a bad name to companies likie Bajaj Allianz for whom they work. I have also gone thru a similar experience, but I am determined to get the guilty punished.

                            Caution : TLC co- ordinators are making fool to the new comers as advising Rs 5000/- premium annualy for the said plan. However it is half yearly. Like wise new comers are feeling cheat themself while approaching the next premium too shortly, It is my advise to all new joiners to kindly clarify in detail from the sponsors before joining.

                                    Hi,

                                    My Loan Account No: 4040CD00008939

                                    I have been facing issues with the above loan account number whereas the DD is not happening every month on 10th. No one has contacted me for October month's payment and prior to that two months i have paid by cash. No one is ready to resolve this issue and take care of this as no one knows why the DD is not happening whereas i had given a cancelled cheque of ICICI Bank and the loan is in my wife's name.

                                    It is really annoying when people call and say that i have not made the payment wheraeas i had opted for DD for 10th of everymonth. I do not want any of my credit rating to have issues because you people cannot do your job.

                                    Can any one please look into this and get back to me as early as possible.

                                      This is reference to policy number OG[protected]-00001499. This policy was renewed in Sept'09 and it was clearly mentioned to the executive- Suresh Velluswamy ( [protected] email - suresh.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in) and in the application form that there was a claim thru the previous policy which was issued by Tata AIG. I was informed by the executive that the company offers discounts and terms it as 'No Claim Bonus" and I was assured by the executive that there would not be any issues when in claiming insurance in event of an accident.

                                      On 18th Oct, I had a claim of Rs. 22,000/- on my car. Claim No. OC[protected]-00012234. The claim was rejected by the surveyor with a remark that the claim was invalid as there was 'no claim bonus discount'.

                                      The no claim bonus of 20% was amounting to Rs. 1800/- and the claim rejected was Rs. 22000/-, Fault - employees like Suresh Velluswamy who for his mere incentives give out wrong information. Sufferer- Clients who trust them as they work with brands like Bajaj Allainz.

                                      Request you to help me claim the insurance or cancel the policy and get the amount refund.
