I have taken Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance policy through RMP.

And my policy number is [protected]

I have been communicating with the representative's regarding the BOND which I was supposed to get is still pending and they keep on sending the reminders about the policy premium notice.

Just because of the agent or the computer operator who have given or entered the wrong address.

Now I have moved on to Bangalore and I have provided the required document of Bangalore. But still they don't have time to respond...

This is really frustrating.

I hope through this forum some one will respond back.
while checking my policy status online, putting my policy No in the asked column it reveals to be invalid.i am really confused.what is the matter?plz resolve it.

The said firm made policy on my name againt my amount of Rs.85, 000/- and stated this is my policy No.[protected] dt, 26, 7, 09. But I have not received any documents from your Bajaj Insurance still now. What is the reason I am not going to understand. Whenever I contact to AIM firm they are stating get it with in short time. But two months was passed so far no documents received me from your firm.Do the needful in this matter at the earliest the following address or else contact my cell No. when you people are going to send the above documents . Early action is much appreciated sending my insured policy documentation.

you are absolutely correct in this because the same thing is happening with me and lots of customers...the Bajaj Allianz is absolutely the worst service provider in the Insurance industry.
I request you all to please instead of investing their money in Bajaj Allianz its quiet better to give their money to some needy person.
This is in regards with my below complain, I was told by your branch manager that the premium amount is 9724 and i have paid 9077 and ehnce i will have to pay 647 additional to process the policy. Which I have paid through chq on saturday the 16th oct and was assured by your branch manager(Mr. Oberio) that I will get my policy cpy within 24 hours.

But till now I have not received any itimation and when called your branch office, they said that policy is still not processed. Kindly let me know if your compay is interested in makeing cusotmers or not. It seems that you don;t care for your valued customers.

Kindly let me know the escalation matrix as i want my case to be resolve asap.

    Hi,

    I am unfortunately customer of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company and I have tried to pay the premium of my policy by credit card through online of Bajaj Allianz web portal.
    I have tried 2 times to make the payment and both the times transaction failed beacuse of the technical problem with the website of Bajaj Allianz and I got mail from company that the transaction is failed.

    When I have check my credit card bill in that 2 times RS40, 000 has been deducted then I have called up to company and raised a query regarding refund.

    Till today 17 days are over and they are saying same sentence that the query is under process and per day I am paying interest to my credit card bank.

    Please let me know that what needs to be done next to get the issue resolved.

    Well, I am tryng to pay online but this bloody portal is not working. I am an IT person and this is really so sad that they are not able to rectify this problem. Why not they hore a co. to maintain the site. So, this is my request to you all dont go with this co. Dont invest in this Co. which is not high tech.

    i have a bajaj aliianz policy bearing no-[protected] for yearly premium of rs.5270 of date 12 january. I deposited the amount of rs 5270 on the month of january2009 and i forget about it. Now i went and deposited the amount of rs 5270 at jamshedpur branch, wrongly they received the amount and write down at below that your next premium falls on jan 2010 actually the date for next premium should be on 2011 january.

    I was reading through this post and I strongly agree that Bajaj Allianz is not worth a company to incest. I tried to pay my premium online on 25th Novemebr 2009 and I got an error in their website and they cretied the money back to my credit card. I tried paying th premium again online on 9th December, 2009 and I got an error and the amount got debited from my credit card.

    It is a shame on them that they cannot rectify this error.

    They don't have any value for the customer. I think someone should pull these guys to the court and the court should penalise them. Can anybody give me some ideas on how to do that.
    Iam also not able to pay my premium through online. Its shame that they are not maintaining the portal properly and customers are getting irritated on the service.

    On 2-DEC-2010 i tried paying the premium for two of my Bajaj ULIP policies through their site
    In that payment for policy1 was successful, but for policy 2 it said " failed transaction ".
    But in my Bank account the amount was debited.

    I am a policy holder of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. Following are a few of my observations. Please look into these matters for the betterment of your company website.

    1.I have paid my annual premium within due date (Payment date : 27.11.2012, Due date : 28.11.2012). But the E-receipt I got after the successful payment of my premium is showing the due date for the next premium as 27.11.2012 only, which should have been 28.11.2013. (Image attached)

    2. The page size of e-receipt pdf file is too large to fit in A4 size paper for printing.

    Please make necessary corrections in the software to eliminate such errors.

      I worked as Executive in Bajaj Allainz Gen. insurance, Chandigarh Branch.At the time of resignation, I submitted the required documents for refund of P.F amount. When the said amount not recd., I approach the Head of Department thro Letters for doing the needful in 2008. But no reply recd. Then I approached the Bajaj Allainz office at Sector 8C chandigarh. I again submitted the required document to Miss Jyoti, who forwarded the same to Next office at N-Delhi. Mrs Jyoti Kohli of the Bajaj Allianz office at Delhi has intimated by Telephone in Feb. 2009, that the case for refund of P.F amount has been forwarded for further n/a. Till to date no reply has been recd in this regard.Pl. get the needful done & intimate by E-mail/post

      bajaj allainz is the worst insurance service provider.
      the company people are real tricksters.
      40 days back the company reps agreed to insure my car for 1, 30, 000(fiat weekend-2000 model)
      they even collected the premium amount and encashed it from the bank(rs 5800).
      now still even after 40 days they have not issued the poicy, .
      they give the reason that my vehical is over depreciated and want me to insure it for a higher value and want me to pay more.(even though they have got the copy of the earlier insurer --united india --who had insured it at 1, 30, 000)
      why should i pay more.
      i want them to refund my amount.but now they are telling me a new story.they want me to give a copy of the insurance of the new insurer.
      why should i give it.pls send me a copy of the IRDA gazzette which says this.
      pls communicate my mail immediately, else i shall just go to press, and then take a legal course

        I ahve a policy With Bajaj, i ahve given the instruction to change the payment method from ECS to cash or DD, in return i got the letter stating ECS facility has been changed to Cash/cheque/DD but again they have deducted amount from my a/c through ECS .

        What can i do for the same . it's so humiliating firstly you go in there office to submit the letter & then too they don't react .

Of Marketing & Sales, bearing employee code -19409 and SM code no. is [protected].Sir, since last 2 months i did not receive my salary.My BM is Dayanidhi Pradhan(CBM)and i am in underguidance of him, but i came to know that few days before that he is intentionally hold my salary although he regularlly use to say that, Amit, you check u r A/c, Your hold salary has been relased and, i have been checking my axis bank a/c no.[protected] regularly whether my salary is credit or not and my B.M is intentionally psycologycal torture with not only me, my wife also.One day on dated23/12/2010 came to my home in absence of me and threatling to my wife that he can not be joined in any organization with out my permission, otherwise i will destroy his carrer.sir, pklz kindly help me otherwise i will take a help of Labour Court. I am having my proof of my salary slip and submitted to Balasore District Collectoriate. Kindy do the need full action for release the salary. My job is in continuing...

But I did not get any reply regarding above subject till now. Till today there is no confirmation about regularisation of my policy.                 I have requested number of times to Bajaj Allianz Executives for O-pin to monitor my fund online. Online fund switching facility is available to switch my fund as promised by Bajaj Allianz executive at the time of purchase of the policy. Based on above statement of their executive I have taken insurance policy and within a one month after receipt of the policy, I have applied for O-pin with all necessary documents to generate my O-Pin and same have confirmed during teleconferencing with Bajaj Allianz Executive (Noida branch & their head office, pune). But after my vigorous follow-up till date I am not received.

                Due to non-availability of my O-pin I was unable to switch my equity funds into secure funds during in deficit market scenario.

                  I had purchased a ULIP Policy for an executive of Standard Chartered, named Arpit Bhogani who was selling Bajaj Allianz's ULIP policy.I was never informed about the monthly charges in terms of Mortality charges, service fees, etc...In last 3 years have invested 60, 000Rs. in the fund and now my fund value stands at 22800 approx as on 23/3/2009.I also have not received any account statement from the company in last 3 years and certain charges are included and excluded without prior notifications.
                  Is there any regulation to furnish details about the charges and other account information to the customer as per the IRDA ? I also want a refund on my policy as the agent never furnished the true information while selling the policy to me ? what can in done in the regards, kindly guide.

                    i, had taken a two wheeler finance for a bike"Pulsar" from Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd fom Banglore.The loan account Proposal No -- 126192..The Vechicle No is :KA-04-ET-3098.I had made a pre payment and closed the loan on 21/11/2007.I had got the address changed to :1531/1, Napier Town, Jabalpur-M.P.-482002.It was promised to me that the NOC would be send to my correspondence address within 40 days of my closure of the loan.Since that day i am just struglling to get the NOC for the above said loan.Now that i have shifted to Pune, i tried to contct the Bajaj TW finance office here bbut didnt get any results.Its a big mistake to take a loan fro Bajaj, when for a NOC i am just struglling like this for more than one and a half yr.Because of all this i am not able to change the registration of my bike.Pl send the NOC to the permanent address given above and intimate me on the email id as well as on the phone nos:[protected]/[protected].I hope this time atleast you people would revert.

                      I HAVE SUBMITED TWO POLICE'S RENEWAL BY WITHINE PERIOD ON 24-FEB2-9, BUT MY COMMISSION HAS NOT TRANSFERED IN MY ACCOUNT . WHEN I ASKED TO BRANCH THEN THEY REPLY THAT MY IC CODE HAD BEEN TERMINATED IN MAY-2008.
                      MY COMPLAINT IS THAT WITHOUT INTIMATION COMPANY HAS NOT RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY IC.AND THEY ARE COMPELLING ME TO DO BUSSINESS THEN THEY WILL TRANSFER MY COMMISSION.

                      I have joined a scheme with Bajaj Allianz Life in 2005.
                      I am in contact with their Regional Office at Kochin to receive some information.
                      Despite numerous faxes / emails / telephone calls, their personnel are non-responding to my request.
                      Their Regional Managers are changed frequently, as they leave the company for better pastures.
                      So, each time, I have to speak to new personnel, and I have to repeat my request, and they promise prompt reply. But, next time when I call them, that RM is changed, and I have to repeat my request again. It seems to me that BAJAJ's after sales service is very poor.

                      Also, now I am an NRI, who is staying outside India. So, I need to change my postal address to receive their mails / Premium Payment Notices. But, Bajaj Allianz Life informed me that they do not have facility to post letters to an overseas address.

                        With reference my policy no. [protected] .I am buy the policy on oct'08 and Bajaj Allianz send all document and card on last week of nov'08 (Bajaj Allianz take document and card sending time is all most 50 days.) on the same time I am compliant to company customer care regarding my son and daughter date of birth correction . That time company customer care person said to me you will send the address proof so we will correct all things. But company not taken any action of my compliant till date (all most 100 days is left my compliant)
                        This is Bajaj Allianz are giving the customer service .5 month after also I am unable to use my policy.
                        do to this reason I need my policy premium refund

                          I have paid a premium of 10, 000 for the reciept no isORN107407 . But actual investment in ulip is only 29 % BAlance 71% they have deducted towards management expenses and policy procurement charges.

                          Its better the person not to invest in Bajaj Allianz as tax saver better opt Govt fixed deposit as tax saver .

                            Policy No.[protected], [protected], and [protected] of Rs.5000/- each

                            sir,

                            I have taken those policies and i have canceled the above policies with in free look period but the company is refunded me the amount only the unit value of where the company invested the amount. Rs.4569/- refunded against policy no.[protected], Rs.4577/- against policy no.[protected] and Rs.4501/- against policy no.[protected]. The company is not refunded full amount of the policy which i have taken.the balance amount of Rs.1353/- the should given back.

                            Hence please advice me the IRDA rules for the cancellation of a policy with in the free look period.

                              Few Years before, n pursuance of Bajaj Allianz agent Mr. Vishnu ([protected]) I agreed to invest in their UNIT LINKED POLICY. The Details advised by the agent was as under:

                              Policy had Death Cover of 25 Years, life long.
                              Two premia of Rs. 30, 000 each needs to be paid - on commencement and at start of second year.
                              thereafter no premium to be paid and the deat cover will continue lif long.

                              Policy No. [protected] was issued.

                              Accordingly I paid the two premia.

                              Now just by curiocity I called up helpline of Bajaj Allianz and asked for the status of my policy - they replied saying it expired and nothing left in it now. I asked for details on how why, they refused to comment at all.

                              When I called up agent he told the pria to be deposited was 3 not 2 as said earlier, and hence policy expired.

                              Now I have tried several times to speak with Bajaj Allianz on advising the details how they ate up my 60000 rupees, they do not advise anything.

This is the last year, i have to pay my premium but i do no know the date on which i have to pay the premium beccause i have not received any communication regarding this and let me know account status at present.                               Baja Allianz is thw worst ULIP fund in the market.
                              If you put some money with Baja Allianz then just assume you lost that money.Their fund management is the poorest in the market and their charges are the highest in the market.They even put service charge for service charge!!!

                              Never ever go with Bajaj Allianz..The worst fund in the market..
                              I have deposited 25000 Rupees with them 3 years back in growth fund when the market was well below the current levels(Sensex was around[protected] range).Now sensex is at 17500 range..Still i am in loss of around 650 rs...So just assume about their monthly charges and fund performance..
                              So NEVER EVER GO WITH BAJAJ ALLAINZ..

                              This is with reference to your complaint regarding policy number [protected] we have registered the same under issue number 2584610. As per our investigation we have come to know that the policy was issued as per the proposal form signed by you. As per the details the policy which you have opted for is UNITLINKED. The product has 3 years of lock in period. So the minimum payment for the policy to keep it in force is for 3 annual premiums. Now if you pay one more premium the policy will be revived and the previous paid premium fund value as on date of lapsation will be added with the renewal premium. If you were not satisfied with the terms of the policy, there was a 15 days of free look period for cancellation, if you were unsatisfied you with the terms and condition you should have cancelled the during FLC period. Kindly provide us your updated contact details also so that we can communicate you in future.

                                I had an motor insurance from Bajaj allianz. i met with an accident and my front portion towards right was damaged, during the repairing works it was noted that the clutch had badly burned out and engine was also damaged from inside due to excessive heat . but now it is noted that even before the full and final work was completed the company had send me the claim for 50 % of the work only and now it says the other damages are internal once which is not claimable under insurance as though damages are not visible from outside. my car is a new just 1 yr 3 months old car and refusal to such claims stands unjustifiable. please let me know where should i fight for this case. can a insurance company claim the inside damages which are not visible from outside does not come under insurance when the same has been damaged during the course of action.                                 Dear Sir,

                                I have purchased Private car Package Policy from bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Limited having Policy No OG[protected]-00000366 on 9th August 2012.
                                I sent my vehicle No WB 02 Q7782 on 4th of September to Ganges Ford for accidental repair. The Bajaj Allianz surveyor surveyed and accepted the claim and accordingly the repair work started.
                                The Ganges Ford raised a bill of Rs 6280. The detail is as under:

                                The Bajaj Allianz has considered 70% of labour charges of Rs 6180 as parts and accordingly deducted 50% as depreciation and not paid Rs 2163 which is against the agreement entered with the Bajaj to indemnify all accidental losses as the terms. The term does not specify any deductions on labour charges. However, the BA has done so which is against the said agreement. The matter has been referred to the relevant officials however they are refusing the payment.

                                Submission:
                                The aforesaid deduction is illegimate and not bonafide as per the terms of the agrrement. The Ganges Ford who repaired the invoice of labour Charges on which they added Service tax. Had they have treated as parts they should have charged VAT as per West Bengal VAT Act. As the repairing done by the Ganges Ford is nature of labour charges, the Insurer cannot treat this as parts.

                                In viw of the above we request you direct the BA to compensate the full amount without any deduction.

                                    This is Madhusudana N, this is regarding my policy with Bajaj Allianz which i have taken on December, Wherein they failed to deliver me the policy bond.With frequent requisitions they failed and i myself collected the bond in Bajaj Allianz Victoria road branch on 03/03/2009 after 2 months.I had taken Unit gain policy for 20 years.wherein i lost faith on Bajaj Allainz, how can i trust them for 20 long years.

                                    I went to cancel my policy, during that time they are revealing that they are going to deduct an amount of 6669/. How can i allow them to deduct. Due to there pathetic service and irresponsible nature i suffered a lot of inconvenience.

                                    I have not received any information here on till date from any of the persons from Bajaj Allianz as well as Agent during the time of taking policy regarding the charges and also not mentioned in Book let which i received.

                                    I met some of the Managers in Bajaj Allianz in Victoria road branch, they assured me of helping me out, but no one had turned up till now. If i try to call them up they don't respond.

                                    Please guide how can i get my policy cancelled without allowing any deductions and get my money back .

                                    As i have been made the payment each of Rs. 10, 000/- for third installment through the cheque bearing no. 41388 on 24/11/2009, but i have informed that the payment has not been made to the my policy
                                    I strongly agree they are very worst with things like that. Poor statergied agents just running behind the comission. am paying 15000 ullip policy. I have made first two payments offline(cash) third one i tried online. Due to server error they traced id after 30 days even after getting the transaction ID from me. Now they have taken 152 units worth Rs 2250 from me as charges. If i call and ask they are telling they do the same for all. its like a commission agent and not like a reputed BAJAJALLIANZLife Insurance Company. We are trying to save maoney and finally its in their pockets highliting company terms and conditions.

                                      In the month of January 2006, I was approached by Mr. Neeraj Mishra – Asst. Sales Manager of Bajaj Alliance Life Insurance Company, to opt for a policy named Bajaj Allianz Unit Gain Insurance policy.

                                      He convinced me with all the goodness of the product, and therefore I agreed to avail the same.

                                      I was also informed by Mr. Neeraj Mishra that it was a single premium policy which will be matured after 6(Six) years and that I can get my assured sum after completion of six years of the said policy.

                                      Unfortunately, till one year of the commencement of my policy I did not receive any Policy Bonds & certificates from Bajaj Alliance office or Mr. Mishra even after repeated queries & requests. I have tried to contact Mr. Mishra several times but all my efforts failed as he could not be traced.

                                      In the month of February 2007, I received a letter from Bajaj Allianz stating that if I fail to pay the premium of Rs. 50, 000/-, my policy will lapse. I was really confused as I had no documents of the policy with me.

                                      As as result, I had to contact another person from Bajaj Allianz to trace my policy papers. On 10th March 2007 I received my policy papers from an agent who informed me that it was lying in the Howrah Bajaj Allianz office.

                                      I was shocked to find that the policy claimed 3 years of premium to be paid in a yearly basis and after 6 years it will get matured to be withdrawn. Also, the form signed by me was missing from the Bond documents.

                                      Immediately, I contacted the officials of Bajaj Alliance office at Kolkata & Howrah, Mangalam Building, to solve my problems. The officials convinced me that they will surely help me with a solution but till date even after repeated visits and queries they have not provided any solution to it, rather they have informed me that the policy has lapsed.

                                      The above incident has only given a very negative picture about your company but, it also has discouraged me to have further faith on such policies.
