        my policy No is [protected], due to construction of own house i have not paid the 2nd installment, now i want to ;continue the policy, i need the directions tocontinue.
        my policy number is [protected], and till now i have invested Rs 30000.00 (15000*2 years). Today when i checked my account statement (Bajaj Allianz capital Unit Gain Account statement) i found that "Account Value" was showing RS 26924.61... what is this?
        should i continue paying the next premium? 24th Aug 2009 is the 3rd premium due date.. please advoice.

          I had taken a life insurance policy around 5 years back the Bajaj Allianz Life. This hapenned to be my first insurance policy then and I hardly knew much about the insurance world as such. But to my bad luck this company was a disastor then and continues to be that way even now. Hence I decided put a review post for other members to know the sad state of affairs of this company.

          Below are just a few goo[censored]ps from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co:

          1. Inspite of paying all my premiums on time, around the 2nd yr of my policy term I was reported that my policy lapsed. After repeated calls to their customer care I could not get a solution and I had to personally visit the branch office at Andheri. At first I was told by one of the asst managers that it was a system error from their side and they would get it rectified soon. But I had to visit their office thrice until the my policy was revived. Most of the time the concerned person had forgotten to look in to my case leading to delay and I visiting their office again. The interesting part was the asst manager called me up after a week and after doing some sweet talking he inquired if there were vacancies in my organization for himself... I was like DUHHH I wouldnt want you anywhere close to my organization after providing such terrible service.

          2. Up to last year this company did not have online premium payment facility nor any other better mode of payment. Depositing cheques at their barnch seemed the only best way to pay premiums. I had to personally visit their branch at Andheri to pay my premiums

          3. Recently in Mar 09, when my premium was due I was surprised to see the premium intimation letter along with a business reply envelope for sending the cheque. I was happy that I woudnt have to go to their branch again. So I religiously sent my cheque thru the business reply envelope much before the end of the grace period. But when I saw the cheque wasnt presented for 10 days, I spoke to the customer service to find that they had not received the cheque.
          I was then told that I could make the payment thru their newly started online payment system. So I issued a stop payment request for the cheque to my bank and made a payment thru the online facilty. The customer service also assured that if incase they receive the cheque the same would not be processed and would be sent back to me. But, to my surprise after a month the cheque was presented and ofcourse it bounced. I was quite sure that the cheque was received by them on time was kept and forgotten in someone’s drawer. On enquiring they apologised for their mistake and said that they would send a copy of my cheque along with letter stating the facts of the case and that premium was already paid.

          But when I received the letter (after a month) I was shocked to see that the letter infact stated that I should repay the premium in cash or DD along with a bank charge of Rs. 100.
          Well, I have raised a severe protest against such irresponsible letter sent to me but I seriously doubt the company’s integrity and its ability to treat customers fairly. It works more like a small shop which deals with problems only when they come to their neck.
          The worst part is after paying about 38k in premiums in the last 6 yrs my surrender value is just 15k and hence a huge loss on surrender. So I guess I have no other options but to bear and deal with them for rest of the period...

          So friends BEWARE of any Bajaj Allianz salesman knocking at your door or on your phone. DONOT fall in to their trap. I could provide many more instances of their failures... Do let me know if you like to know more about them incase you contemplating buying any product from them.

          bajaj allianz life insurance company limited and it's agents and business managers are fraud and cheat.I am a student, on 26.11.2005 their agent Nihar Kumar Mohapatra and manager debashis Rath approached me and requested me to deposit Rs 30, 000/- and the money could be double with Rs.50, 000/life cover, accordingly I deposietd Rs. 30, 000/ then after the agent and company officers vanished, then I visited Company office at Katak, Orissa more than twenty times, then got the policy certificate.Then after no news and when ever I contact company officials they are simply telling me that my investment became zero after crash of Indian stock market and nothing will happen to company as their chairman Rahul bajaj is the Rajya Sabha M.P.Now I fail to understand, to whom I will approach for justice.
          I have started a policy under Bajaj Allianz New Unit Gain Policy (Policy No- [protected]) dated- 27.07.2007 for Rs- 10000.00 Yearly. I have received the Bond. Next two times I have paid the premium within due date but I haven't received any documents from the company. I want to know the fund value till date.
          I have taken a policy under Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co - New Unit Gain Policy (Policy No- [protected]) dated- 13.09.2008 for Rs.25, 000.00 Yearly. I have received the Bond. Premium for the year 2009 has been paid by me. However, I haven't received any documents from the company. I want to know the fund value till date.

          I dealt with two very sweet-talking marketing agents of B-A and was foolish enough to take a policy with high premium. They were so sweet and promised to send two gifts (as eligible) and even after repeated requests, and their promise to comply immediately but NO ACTION has been taken so far in two and half months. Now, after reading your complaints I am worried what is in store for me.

          Is there any email of theirs where one can send a complaint? I only have the phone numbers of these two marketing executive and manager. If anyone knows, please let me know.

            Policy No. OG[protected] valid up to 16 August 2009. Claim No: OC[protected]-00000510

            I had to undergo emergency vaccination for rabies in USA where I am studying. The claim was denied by Bajal Allianz saying that under clause 2.2. “routine physical or other examination where there is no objective indication of impairment of normal health” the claim is not accepted.

            In other words, I would have to wait until I get the symptoms of rabies before I can get treated, and, everyone knows that once its sets in rabies is FATAL. Therefore any suspected exposure to animal suspected to be carriers of rabies has to be treated with vaccination.

            I will draw attention here to information that anyone should be able to understand and a qualified medical practitioner would be able to verify.

             Nonbite exposures from terrestrial animals rarely cause rabies. However, occasional reports of rabies transmission by nonbite exposures suggest that such exposures should be evaluated for possible PEP administration.
             The contamination of open wounds, abrasions, mucous membranes, or theoretically, scratches (potentially contaminated with infectious material from a rabid animal) also constitutes a nonbite exposure.

            2. While I was woken from my sleep due to contact with the bat I cannot confirm whether or not I was bitten by the bat as bat bites are often difficult to spot and usually painless. Rabies CAN be transmitted through non- bite exposure.

            3. Rabies is fatal once symptoms appear and therefore waiting to see if there is ' positive impairment of health' is not an option. In my case, I was advised by the Maine CDC and Dr. Michael Green to get immediate post exposure vaccination as a treatment for accidental exposure to bats.

            I have written to Bajaj Allianz, but they are yet to respond to my request.

            I would request your forum to intervene.

              Dear Sir/Madam

              This is to inform you that i had taken a Motor Insurance from Bajaj Allianz on 12th july 2009.Mr Mohit Mittal who is working as an Agency Manager for Bajaj Allianz, Nehru Place Branch was in touch with me regarding same.I had given a initial funding cheque of HDFC Bank amounted Rs 6750.

              At the time of giving the documents, i had been said by Mr Mittal that i will get my policy within 5 working days once my cheque get debited from my account. Cheque had been debited on 17th july from my account of which i have recieved the intimation from my Banker.

              It is really regret to say that after such a long persuation from Mohit Mittal, i have not recieved my policy at the given address. This is not the end...i have cald him several times, he had not even shown any interest for this particular case.Whenever i try to call him up again either his cell is not reachable or come switched off and if he pick up my call he never responded propoerly.

              I am facing lot of problems due to the negligence on his part. I am literally frustated from the services which has been given to me till yet. None of the Bajaj Allianz employes are bothered to take care of their clients.

              I consider General Insurance Companies are not mere Insurance Companies rather the financial advisors from whom we business people expect assistance in terms of investing the money for the good cause. But the General Insurance Company of your repute if they make us suffer then i really need to check up my relations with you.

              Request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needfull at the earliest.

                presently i have 02 life insurance policies (ulip poducts) of 20 years maturity terms from March 2007.
                the charges on policies are as under

                (i) regular premium - 5% fund allocation charges + fund management & other charges 3.5%(approx) = 8.5% (approx)

                (ii) additional top up - 2% fund allocation charges + fund management & other charges 3.5%(approx) = 5.5% (approx)

                now in light of new rules of IRDA & SEBI what the maximum charges should be charged by the company w.e.f 1st aug 2009 & to which extent it will be applicable for my above old policies

                    Dear Sir,

                    This is regarding my car insurance renewal which was due to expire on 10th July 2009 taken from New India Insurance. I was getting continous call from Bajaj Allianz executive ( company roles)for renewal of the policy from one month. Finally on 23rd June 2009 i finally gave him the premium cheque of Rs 6548/-. I was assured by the executive that i will get the hard copy of the policy within 3 days. Unfortunately nothing happened after that i was daily calling customer care for the update but every time they said it will be delivered by tommorrow. I again tried calling customer care on 7th July and threaten them if i don't get the policy on time i will take action against them. I was aaured that they will send soft copy within 2 hrs. and by 9th July i will recieve hardcopy as my first year policy was to expire on 10th of July 2009. But even after that i got the soft copy by mail on 9th July 2009 and still to recieve the hard copy of the policy.

                    This has been pathectic experience i got my enrolling for Bajaj Allianz insurance. I think they don't understand the seriousness of not having insurance papers & problems i could face due to that. I want you to take a strict action against this casual way of working towards such important things which can land one in major trouble.

My policy is getting expired by tommorrow and and gonna have a huge problem of not having insurance. I was assured from bajaj allainz that I will get my policy within 48h of the payment but they have not sent anything even though I have paid week back. Even the customer care people and the management are bunch of thorough unproffessionals - they are not replying at all to the complaint made through mails and whenever I do call them they say it wil delivered within 2h time and done nothing. It is also surprising that Bajaj Allianz cliams big onsite to get the policy instantly but they dont follow it up a bit. It is true that Bajaj allianz is very quick and insatantly take actions till the payment process but then they sleep for several weeks without even botherd to tell me that there will be delay, if any, in issuing the policy. Please take this as my grivience against Bajaj allianz and take appropriate action against them .

                    Bajaj Allianz general insurance is pathetic . I applied for home insurance (all risk policy ) on agreed value basis. I got a call from Mr John Makwane that email link for online payment has been sent------ on checking, the proposed policy was different than what I had asked for & even after talking to him that I wanted All Risk Policy, he kept pushing a fire policy.

                    I had to put my foot down & tell him that I am interested only in All Risk Policy & not Fire policy & he reluctantly forwarded a link for online payment.

                    However, I made the payment on 21 April at 8 pm & I have received no acknowledgement of payment till today 27 April ----- forget soft copy of policy.

                    Mr John Makwane & Mr Avinash Waghmare who were religiously contacting me till online payment was made, now do not respond to emails for further information regarding issuance of policy.

                    I made a complaint to Bajaj Allianz call centre on 26 April but have not received any reply till now.

                      Just want to infirm you that don't take any Life Insurance Policy from Bajaj Alliance, thay are looting the people's Money, I took one policy on Nov 2008, I have paid 1st payment of Rs. 5500, out of that my 5, 500
                      500 they will not show anywhere, your primum shows only Rs. 5000.

                      Now out of 5000, allowcation charges are 70%
                      out of 30% again they are charging Equity allowcation charges of 80%,
                      when they called for 2nd installment I asked abt the statment, now they told all these things. till today I am not received any statment, and the Sales Executive is not told anything about the chrges.

                      now out of 5500 my amount is just Rs. 288,

                      Please do not take any policy from the Baja Alliance.

                      NOBODY EVER GETS IN TOUCH FROM BAJAJ ALLIANZ WHO KNOWS HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. ALL THEIR EXECUTIVES WILL SEND AN EMAIL SAYING "WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN 4-5 DAYS" AND WHEN THE PERIOD IS ABOUT TO BE OVER, THEY WILL SEND YOU THE SAME EMAIL AGAIN!!!

                      They are FRAUDS and in association with Citibank they are selling their policies. They give high commissions to Citibank officials to sell the policies by any means - Hook or Crook!!

                      DONT FALL IN THE TRAP.
                      I have also been deceived by yesbank officials into buying policy from bajaj allianz, dont be fooled like me and loose your hard earned money into fraud schemes.just BEWARE of such schemes, never invest into any bajaj policy

                            Hi,

                            This is with regards to the Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Policy no. [protected], I have received the said policy but with lots of typo errors . I had sent an email to your customer care dept. to which I received a response saying
                            As an id proof you would need to submit either of the following:
                            ? Voters id card
                            ? Pan card
                            ? Pass port
                            ? Leaving certificate of school.

                            Please let me know why should we keep giving proofs when all the details are already provided and there in your records. When I received the policy it had the copy of the forms filled by me which clearly states all the errors pointed out .
                            Inspite of filling all the details in number of forms your people are so irresponsible that they do not even check what they have typed. Following are the errors in my policy.
                            1 The name should read as Miss. Chandrika Gopal Anchan and not MRS. (Please check page no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6)

                            2. Mr. Gopal Anchan is father of Miss Chandrika Anchan and not husband (Please check page no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6)

                            3. The Surname should spell as ANCHAN and not ANCHAL or ANEHAN .(Please check page no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6)
                            And after all this they ask us to provide again with some id proof. I wonder what for. Do your team not have the records of the policy holder???
                            I request you to kindly look into this and do the needful at earliest.

                              Hi,

                              I am Sampath Kambar, recently taken a Personal Loan from HDFC Bank Bangalore.
                              And while giving the documents for it, i was been asked to do sign to go for a Bajaj Alliance Health Insurance.
                              But i refused to do it.Later, when my loan got sanctioned, an official from Bajaj Alliance insurance called me to confirm the insurance.
                              I do not want to go for it.Then also, they told me just to confirm.When i did, they had already deducted 3500 Rupees from my Credit Card.
                              When i asked an official in Bajaj Alliance office, they told me that they have a TIE_UP With HDFC Bank. and she asked me to just RETURN the policy.

                              I.e, Whenever a person gets a loan from HDFC, that person has to go for that insurance.
                              This is a mere CHEATING.

                              What should i do now in order to cancel the insurance?
                              I just want them to Repay the amount they have deducted from my CREDIT CARD.

                                Hi,
                                At time of any Product lunch or financial closing Female Employees forces to work late night due to no subsitute provided by company...these female employees work 9.00am to 12am (mid night). Company should manage men employees for this type for condition or Company should take full resposiblity for those female employees who work late night...But Bajaj do nothing about that...Due this our sister or daughters are unsafe and incident happen time to time when they return home form office to home...

                                Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co — Fake doc processing and no policy received

                                I have given the deposit of 12,000 in oct 2009. Got the policy documnet with some faked identity papers attached as proof..i asked the agent to get the documnet corrected ..he took the document back and promised me to give me my original papers in few week time and after that he vanished. Now it's been june'2010 and i'm still waiting for any communication. I tired customer care number severals time..But their job is just to pass another number to call. When you call other number ...again the concerned person will give you few numbers to contact ..and this process goes on untill you are tired and stop calling anyone. I hope some help here.

                                  I manoj Kamble regestering the complaint for the first time. one of the agent Named :Sanjay Dhesle his mobile number: [protected] from bajaj alliance life insurance company. One year back this agent had sold the insurance to my sister who is not much educated. While taking the policy he had told my sister that you buy 3 policy from him and you will get Rs.1000 cheque every week. He is now saying that you have to pay the policy premiem for 3 years and then u will get you money back after 5 years other wise you will not get the money back of amount Rs.12000/-
                                  The agent is now not picking up the phone and not responding. We have spoken on the toll free number the executive said that i will not get my money back. They cheated my sister by giving false comittments. The Company have done fraud to me. So please look into the matter and kindly revert me back as soon as possible on my email id or else on my mobile number [protected].

                                  AN AGENT from BAJAJ ALLANCE LIFE INSURANCE Co.Ltd in Guwahati ( ASSAM ) has obtained fake agent code and IRDA liecence and desparately doing business in the MARKET . His NAME is SRI UTPAL NANDI, he is working under FA & CAO's office / NF Railway Head quarter / Maligaon / ASSAM and at the same time obtained liecence from BAJAJ LIFE .

                                  IT IS EXTREMELY SHOCKING . IMMEDIATE ACTION IS REQUIRED.

                                  my native place is kodur kadapa district .I wanted to invest money in bajaj.I enquired in bank(andhra pragathi bank)they send a agent to home .He given me the differnt schmes in bajaj allianz.I read out all the thing and i asked him to invest the money in unit gain plus gold .But he asked me we cant invest the total money in one policy(i specified that i will take premium 15000 ramining amount as topup).He said u can also invest in 12 policies .The advantage is same in both ways.I trusted him and invested money through bank .But after 5 days i talked to toll free they suggested me the right way i.e., wat i thought earlier is the right thing .I called the agent no responce, i called the bank no responce .They made cleverely after 1 month they given me the documents of policies because 15 days of commencement date of policy isfree look period.So all agents are fraud .
