In month of 21st june 2008 to 14th july 2008 salary bending

    I had been to an Bajaj allianz motor insurance office to get my RX 135 insured, they are out rightly denying to insure the vehicle, the reason when asked for they are claiming that it is an official order, when i insisted they gave me the reason that if there is any claim the spares are costly, claim cost will be more hence they do not insure old model vehicles.
    If that is the case they do not have the logical rights to continue as an organization as it is like cheating the motor industry, in sense they want only income and they are not ready to compensate the consumer even though it is an case of 1 in 5000 consumer. Then there is no meaning left of motor regulatory dept making an law that insurance is a must for all vehicles plying / owned.

    Any thing can be done for this kind of attitude by an Insurance company.

    Bajaj Allianz never values its customers. They are fraud.

    Here is a issue I have been beating my head over and have already wasted 2 days for no reason and for no fault of mine:

    Today Date and Time: 2nd March 2013 14:57 Indian Standard Time

    This is regarding the Policy OG[protected]-00014035

    This policy is expiring on 3rd March 2013 at 12 mid night and I have been trying to renew it online through your web portal but it throws the following error

    TThe policy OG[protected]-00014035 cannot be renewed online. Kindly contact nearest branch office.


    I called the customer care number today morning and spoke to someone who failed to five a solution and said the policy is blocked and it can not be renewed online and I need to visit the nearest branch office.

    I said I am in Pondicherry at the moment and the policy is taken in Bhubaneswar and he confirmed that this is not a problem as its all central and any branch will be able to resolve it. He was kind enough to share the Pondicherry branch contact number which is[protected].

    I spoke to Mr. LaxmiNarayan of Pondicherry branch and rushed there immediately and was there by 11:45AM. I had to spend an hour there but to no fruit as they too could not renew it and asked me my contact number and said they will revert back by 30 minutes as the policy stays blocked. They also said that because its a Bhubaneswar policy, its hard for them.

    I immediately called a contact in Bhubaneswar and got the contact details of the person from who I had originally taken the policy. His Name is Mr. Akshaya Sahoo and his contact number is [protected] (I am also keeping him in CC of this email for his reference). I intimated him the case and he confirmed that he would renew immediately without any problem and I was relaxed. He insisted on the money being sent to him and I immediately arranged the same through a contact in Bhubaneswar.

    The contact called Mr. Akshaya and was ready to visit him when Mr. Akshaya informed that the policy is in blocked state and can not be renewed now and that we need to wait and that he has already written to Bajaj Allianz head office for the same.

    Fe hours passed and no results. Upon inquiry he said that the policy might not get renewed today as no response has come yet from head office and that he would renew it on Sunday.

    Is that a Joke? I have been telling everyone that the policy expires on Sunday the 3rd of March at mid night so how can I wait till Monday? And where is my fault here?

    I have wasted my entire day as of now with lot of metal agony and have missed a lot of important and productive assignments because of this policy renewal process.

    I called customer care again and the 1st call went in air after speaking to the 1st representative and I made another attempt and spoke to someone responsible who could co-operate atleast but without any real solution.

    My demand:

    1. I have faced nothing less than metal trauma so far because of the unprofessional and careless attitude of Bajaj Allianz.
    2. I demand the renewal be done by next 6 hours positively and the policy document be sent to my email id.
    3. I beleive considering the trauma I am still going through, I should be given this renewal for free without charging anything and some additional compensation be given. I have already wasted my productive hours worth 10 times more than the policy amount and also the physical pain of visiting to and from the branch office here and all went wasted all because of a fault in your system and NULL of me.

    I am attaching 2 files of the voice call I had few minutes ago with Bajaj Allianz renewal department and I recorded the same for my safety as the call in the morning went wasted without any result. The conversation will help you assess the situation as well.

      sir,

      I have taken those policies and i have canceled the above policies with in free look period but the company is not refunded me the amount amount. Rs.10000/- refunded against policy no.[protected]. The company is not refunded full amount of the policy.

      Company have no responce.Hence please advice me the IRDA rules for the cancellation of a policy with in the free look period.

      I am waiting for your valuable replay.

        Mr.A.Santhosh kumar paid 2 instalments of premium Rs.5000/- for the policy no. 96596812. The date of commencement of policy is 11.04.2008 for the sum assured Rs.2, 50, 000/- for the scheme New family gain. The policy not yet received so for even after a gap of one year . In this regard lot of remainders was sent but, no reply the firm. please take imediate action to send the same.

              This is to bring to the notice of higher authorities of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance company that one agent of yours, Rupali Some, working from Port Blair has been harassing me and has displayed sexually explicit and vulgar gestures in order to lure me to buy a life insurance policy of high value. I took several actions to restrict her actions which were impacting my personal life and reputation. Those actions were -
              1. I complained to the Chief Manager, Syndicate Bank, Port Blair - but no reaction
              2. I complained to her immediate senior in Kolkata over email and phone - but only false assurance that things would be fine.
              After this she has been threatening me of spoiling my image further by spreading rumors in the public.

              Sir, this issue has become pretty severe now and there are many people in Port Blair who have been victim of this lady's immoral activities. We being a middle-class people with family cannot tolerate such rumors and actions of her. Please do something for this.

              All my pleas to Bajaj Allianz or Syndicate Bank has gone to deaf ears. I hope someone here gives attention to this problem of mine. You can conduct a survery amongst the customers of Port Blair and the citizens living around that area about her activities and her reputation and her modes of operation. I am sure you will find many more people like me who had been victimized.

              Waiting to get justice and see some severe action being taken.

              I too have got such an experience with this lady while I was on a holiday trip to Port Blair and happened to go to Syndicate Bank for withdrawing some cash. I got introduced to her by the Manager out there and was compelled to buy a product from her.

              Later she was irritating me by frequent calls n sms throughout my stay at Port Blair spoiling my vacations. This lady has hardly any knowledge of the products and she is so irritating. She will try all the tricks to lure customers like Vulgar jokes via sms etc. I don't think Bajaj Allianz should resort to such activities to take on a larger share of the market!

              Look at LIC, with their fair play and strong reputation they have come such a long way. People look at LIC agents with respect and look at agents at Bajaj Allianz, barely qualified for this job technically. I don't know what criteria Bajaj Allianz is keeping when hiring such people.

              I feel it is high time Bajaj Allianz do something to repair their reputation, else people like me will migrate to LIC and swear never to buy any product from Bajaj Allianz next time.

                Dear Sir,
                This is right time to recruit agents in a big way. All companies are taken mass recruiting agents. unfortunately the insurance companies are not giving suffiecient training like 100hrs insurance awareness product knowledge to the agents who are goint to write the IRDA examination. without knowledge who are getting the licence are not able to sell correct policeies to the customers.
                Even some centers are allowing to write examination without the candidates, after the examination hrs the company concerned is taking care of all those dummy candidates filling the answer sheets.
                On 7th June from state wide candidates are writing examination without 100hrs training in Jagitial Centre, because the centre authority is allowing mall pracitices.
                This type of practice ill-health atmosphere in insurance industry. Ultimately the customer will be the looser.

                  Sub: Complaint against Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited against cover Note Number BZ[protected] dtd: 04/05/2009 Time 14:50 hrs issued from Sector - 15 branch with IMD code 10002659 in the name of Mohan Lal Grover for Vehicle No. HR29T2967; Indica DLS

                  Respected Sir

                  This is with reference to above cited subject; I hereby would like to inform about the cover note issued by Branch Manager of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited from the branch situated at Sector – 15, Faridabad.

                  As per The calculation of the premium for the policy provided by the Branch Manager we have issued a cheque No. 995148 dtd 30/04/2009 in favour of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited for Rs. 8695/- (Rupees Eight Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Five only) against renewal of our old policy with Policy No OG[protected]-00004006 expiring on 08/05/2009.

                  Against the said payment we have been issued a cover note with cover Note Number BZ[protected] dtd: 04/05/2009 Time 14:04 hrs issued from Sector - 15 branch with IMD Code 10002659 in the name of Mohan Lal Grover for Vehicle No. HR29T2967 Indica DLS and have been told that we will receive the Renewed policy with in or before one month from the date of issue of cover note. Now we have received a call from Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited that they are helpless to renew the policy due to short payment received. I explained the same person that the above said amount is calculated by the branch manager (sector-15) of your company and we have paid full amount as per him against which we have been issued the cover note where in the same calculated amount has been mentioned.

                  Now the company is denying issuing the renewal of policy which is already expired on 08/05/09 as explained above and asking to pay short amount.

                  Here I would like to bring to your kind notice we are having cover note issued by company where company agrees to issue a policy against the said amount of Rs. 8695/-; so in last moment how can they back out from their commitment and intimating us after passing about one month of submission of payment. At the time of payment we have also consulted with other insurance companies; which were ready to issue the policy on about same amount but we preferred to continue with existing company from where our vehicle is insured.

                  Seeking to the above and as per IRDA guidelines we want to you take action against Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited and help us to get our policy renewed on the same amount as agreed by the said company.

                  I hereby attaching the scanned copy of cover note we are having issued by the company for your kind reference as a proof we have. Request you to please take this issue on priority and close the same on urgent basis as our old policy is already expired and we are having only the cover note as the supporting document and request you in case the policy is not renewed immediately and if any mishappening occur during the period Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited should be liable to pay all the loses for the Vehicle with Number HR29T2967 against the said cover note.

                  It is informed to you that applicant had lodged her personal accident claim Rs. 200000/- before you through your Toll Free No: In that telephonically discussion, I have to inform to discuss to Mr. Jeetendra-[protected]. Applicant was made a personal telephonically to the same person under which Mr. Jeetendra has asked in relating to the some relevant documents as well as accident then he would take an essentail action but it is regreted to say that up to till date neither any action nor any type of clarification has been received to me by the side of Mr. Jeetendra, while the matter has already been very late and I am totally devoid of the personal accident claim Rs. 200000/-

                  My car insurance was ending on 17th July 2011 so I sent a cheque to the Bajaj Allianz co. Ltd. Anand(Gujarat) on 8th july 2011 to renew my policy but I was surprise when without giving any valid reason company refused to renew my car insurance. When I contacted to the branch manager Mr.Yagnesh patel about the same, instead of giving satisfactory answer he insulted me and refused to renew the policy and told me that he will renew the policy only if I get it renew from a particular agent of his choice.I have also logged in an official complaint against the company with IRDA but till date I have not get any solution.

                    i am a owner of a tata winger cab having registration no as ML10A 0031.(Private car) my car had meet an accident on nov 2008 and accordingly the claim was lodged . claim no is OC[protected] & MY Policy no is OG[protected]. since then my car is lying in the workshop as unrepaired. the authorized workshop had submiited the repair value of approximately 6 Lacs.
                    i had subbmitted all the required papers, i.e police report, mvi report and other necessary papers. now more than 6 months have passed . the insurance company is sitting silently. i had been regularly begging the insurance company for passing the order for getting the cab repaired. no reply or cooperation is being received.

                      I bought the TATA INDICA VISTA QUADRAJET AURA on 31st January, 2009. Bajaj Allianz issued me the cover note on the same day i.e. BZ[protected]. I issued a cheque of Rs.14039(Cheque no-356593), HDFC BANK. But the problem started when i went to the BAJAJ ALLIANZ office to get my policy. They didnt have any record of it. When i queried a lot, then they replied in a cold tone that the premium amount that you signed the cheque for was less. I got panicked as i drove the car without insurance for 3 months. When i again visited them, they are now asking for RS.19564 as premium with my car valuation going down by RS.20000 and the surveyor will inspect the car.

                      So, I am looking to register the complaint against BAJAJ ALLIANZ regarding it as how they issued the cover note to me. Also, one of the executive, named Vikas, from BAJAJ ALLIANZ, PATNA visited me and showed me the carbon copy of my cover note which is to be kept with the insurer. But, the matter written on it is entirely different i.e. they forged the document.

                      A strong nexus that is brewing between the banks and the insurance companies and banks who are financing the car are compelling the customer to buy the policy from them. Here, in my case, it is HDFC BANK and BAJAJ ALLIANZ and cheating the people on the name of cross selling.

                          I want to make a complaint against Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. that i am an insurance agent in bajaj allianz life in Jaipur, Rajasthan and due to need of an investment i have bought a product from Bajaj Allianz Life with Premium of Rs. 18000 in my name (Ajay Kumar Agarwal). This policy has been issued on dated 24.03.2009 and i have got the same on dated 01.04.09 and after checking the same. Bajaj Allianz is charging very high exps. in this product (Century Plus - II). and decided that i have to return this product under 15 Days freelook period.

                          and next day on dated 02.04.2009, i have returned original bond with an applciation at bajaj allianz lief office, and in this reference on dated 08.04.2009 i have got an sms from Bajaj Life that i have cancelled freelook request but i have never cancelled this request.

                          in refrence of this SMS i have written a mail to the bajaj allainz immediately and informed on phone to the divisional manager sales - bajaj allianz sh. Ritesh Srivastava.

                          But after many days on dated 21.04.2009 i have got reply from company that becuase of that i am an agent also so company can not give me freelook benefit.

                          I am very surpirised that how Bajaj Allianz Life company can do that with me becuase i am an customer also and i have all the rights reserves as all the customers have.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I resigned from the company on 29/11/2008. On my several follow up they promised for released of gratuity by 15th march after getting it from the LIC. Now without informing me any reason they have put my Gratuity and PF on hold. I wrote a mail to Head HR and CEO they did not reply. Even after my giving reminder to Head HR to let me know the reasons, they are not responding.

                            I would like to know you that Gratuity paybale to me was deducted from my salary and deposited for future payments so otherwise it is my money only as well as PF too. both were part of CTC.

                            Kindly help in release of both payments.

                                Scheme — Delay in announcement of Scheme

                                Dear Sir,

                                This is to bring into your knowledge that your sales team of Vasundhara, Plot No 437, Sector 12, has circulated Schemes having validity period from April 01 to April 30, today on April 20.

                                When we visited at above referred outlet, we were informed that due to mistake of agencies there is delay in RELEAE of Scheme and now Scheme TITLED "Shop for Rs 699" is over.

                                I had written my Complaint in Complaint Book. I will appreciate if you invetigate why Sceme paper were circulated only on April 20, though Scheme was started on April 01. No senior person was available at peak time of 6.20 in EVENING AND Security Guard was interacting in Rude manner explaining it is fault of Agency to circulate Schem Pumphlets.

                                  . I parked my bike in Hormave a place near Hennur Bonda in Bangalore. When I came back the bike had fallen down.
                                  I took the bike and went back to home. The next day when I saw the entire oil was down . I took it to the nearest garage. They told me that the engine case is broken.

                                  They said the only thing they can do is put the gum or replace that part. Since I has the insurance for driving purpose I told them to put the gum. So that I can go till the show room.

                                  I went to the Honda Show Room in Lingaraj Puram and they gave me the step to claim insurance.

                                  The very next day the guy came for inspection and said that since there is no external impact he can’t do anything.

                                  Since bike is playing a very important role in my day to day life for travelling I spent money for repair.

                                  After the repair I get a mail from your company saying that they regret because of the wear and tear Now this part is engine case I don’t how the cove can wear and tear.

                                  I escalated the issue to Anand(Anand Chandrappa [anand.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in]) and he made me speak to Manjunath Team Leader in my area.

                                  Now what he says that the rejection is because I should have called from the spot.

                                  I am having bad experience with your company. I am regretting why I brought insurance from you.

                                    I had to renew my car policy from Bajaj Allianz . hence I called them. One person came and issued me an invitation of renewal which had some figures for Car Insurance policy. We agreed to that and on the next day when he came to collect my cheque he told me that I have to give him increased ammount as their calculation was wrong.
                                    Hence i called their customer support executives and understood what the exact ammount I need to pay. I agreed to that and handed cheque to the their representative on 10-Apr-09. Since then i had not received my policy. Today is 21-April-09. I have not even received a cover note which is rediculous. the person who took cheque from me said that the policy will be issue in 4 working days. hence I dont need cover note. My policy was about to expire on 18-April-09.
                                    It then happend that I started calling Bajaj Allianz(BA). No one was knowing what is the status of my policy. then I received a call from Prabhadevi office. The Branch Manager -Ms Nita Tolani said that she dont know the status of my policy. The only question I asked he was that i am insured after 18th April. She was not ready to tell me even that. She said the receipt that I have got from the BA is quite enough if I show that to Policemen. That was weird. Then she gave me a reason that I had not put date on my cheque .I understood that there is no was i can argue with her. She then assured me that she will call me in little time. On asking her what she means by little time. She said me that It means next day. Look the answer that aBranch manager is giving to its customer. The next day I again called Pune office and from their I found that the cheque was unable to scan properly hence my polcy had got delayed. But my cheque had got cleared on 16th April itself. So there is a big hole in their network. and we customers suffer. I have still not get policy, even though I am being assured by the manager in Pune that I will atelast get a soft copy on mail. and then the hard copy will be sent to me in next 2 -3 working days.

                                    Hi,

                                    I spoke to Mr. Phillip from sales dept regarding my car insurance policy and was given an assurance that policy will be renewed in 24 hrs and with quote of 3175rs.

                                    After sending the required documents and making the payment on Friday, 28th May I was assured that I will get soft copy of Insurance within 24 hrs. The person from the accounts dept Mr. Dattaraj refused to give me any receipt on mail. And gave me his contact no as mobile no. which I presume is his personal no and now he refusing to pick up the phone.
                                    He gave me a call back and said he will get back in 15 mins and since then there is no response. I tried his number many times but he is not picking up the phone.

                                    My policy expires today and I will not be in condition to drive the car from tomorrow.

                                    I have made several other attempts to connect to branch office and head office however phone just keeps on passing from pillar to post or is hung up. Finally could speak to Mr. ganesh and he says that he is not from the dept but will try to send the policy by today evening.

                                    This is a serious mis-management and lethargic attitude from Bajaj Allianz.
