    My name is Uma kant. I have a two wheeler insurance from bajaj allianz general ins.Comp. Ltd. The details of which are as follows:
    Model: Hereo Honda splender plus
    Vehicle no. UP 32 BU 0933
    Policy no. OG[protected]-00000091
    Period of insurance: From 06 APR.2009 To 05 APR. 2010
    CLAIM No. OC[protected]-00002006
    I claim for a insurance claim for my motorcycle who was undergone a accident on 11/12/2009. The expendature on repairig of motorcycle was as follows:
    1) Bill of parts: Rs. 1622.00
    2) Bill of repairs: Rs. 1300.00
    TOTAL : Rs. 2922.00
    I have submitted original bills to the Bajaj allz. Gen. Ins. office at shahjanaf road, Lucknow. But the company has approved me a claim of Rs. 618.00 only. I complain for this in the office but they are not giving any responce since 23/12/2009 when I complain for this low claim approval. Plz. take care of my complain and provide me rightful claim.

    My name is Nandakumar. I have a two wheeler insurance from bajaj allianz general ins.Comp. Ltd. My policy as been expired on 26th dec, 2009 but from the bajaj allianz i have not recived any rennual notice or sms. But my sick i have recalled that 15th feb and i went pay my bike insurance in malleshwaram for one policy they have taken more then hour to inspicet my bike and issue the new policy but again the printer is not working to issue the policy. So they told me they will send by courier. But i felt like they are working like worest then Govt. Office and the office envernment ouffffffffffffff.

    Please act ASAP.

    I had lost my bikein 2009, for that i tried to claim but still i did not get claim due to improper response by regional transport deparment,i had got only one original NOC and FIR ,i had submitted to RTO both the original NOC and FIR, but from insurance company they asking the original certificate of NOC and FIR,so i can't able to claim, for past 1 year i am trying to get claim, but RTO officer's are not providing me the original certificates , so kindly help me to get claim.

    I am a Junior Commissioned Officer of the Indian Army. My bike bearing No DL 4S BL 3830 met with an accident by skiding and hitting with stones on 09 October, 2010 in Delhi Cantt where right side and front had damaged badly.     Thus a total bill paid is Rs 13655/- and after excluding Rs 1256/- (servicing charges), 85% of metal cost, 50% of plastic charges, I was supposed to get claim for Rs 8902/- whereas the claim has been passed for Rs 7087/- only. Thus a difference of Rs 1815/- (Rupees one thousand eight hundred fifteen) may kindly be credited into my account. I have contacted Mr Ajay Surveyor Bajaj Allinz (Mob No [protected]) and Mr Jeet Sharma of TVS Workshop (Mob No [protected]) several times but of no use. Both of them are putting the responsibility to each other's shoulder without any worthwhile output. I would like to request to credit balance of Rs 1815/- to my account at an early date please.

    Sir,

    Hi Friends,

    I have get the default insurance from Bajaj on purchase of my new bajaj pulsar 220 bike. At the time of purchasing they were not even told about the insurace, That we are providing the insurance of bajaj Allianz.

    After my accident with bike I claim for insurance. Quick reply for verification and documentation, but after completion of bike all documentation 3-4 time they were not even showing us that your are our customer. Everytime just asking for this document that document No claim pass.

    So, If you guys tell me to give rank from my site I will give -0.

    Please Don't go with this go with other insurance company.
    I had been to Bajaj allianz general insurance office in Indiranagar, Bangalore to renew my bike insurance. I was very disappointed with the service.

    -Service is very slow. It took four hours to renew my insurance. They have pathetic computers and network.The officials say that server is down.The AC also doesn't work. Customer service office should have good infrastructure

    -The officials are supposed to inform you that process will be late. They just said wait for 5 minutes(30 times).But I had to wait for 4 hours.

    -I also had kept a renewal reminder online. It doesn't work. The agents just call you and disturb the very next day you give the phone number for reminder. Reminders is supposed to inform you on the date you have set in the reminder


    Pathetic service.

      I Have a Bajaj Allianz Unit Linked LIfe INsurance Policy(policy no:-[protected]) Unit Gain Pluse .I Paid 6 monthly premium .It is 3 year bonding policy.I paid 5 premium on the time of 6th premium i have economical problem for paid the last 6th premium so i asked Bajaj Allianz as well as my sales manager that if i paid that last premium delayed what was the drawback to me , they says there is no drawback except 200-300 rs penalty.so i decided to pay premium late but after ward i know that because of not paying premium my fund management is closed and my fund amount was taken out from market at low unit price and my fund loss in 50% also my policy is lapsed.They not provided me right information .More over they told me when market comes down pay ur premium.after that now when i m going to pay my premium after 1.5 year they told me u have to pay ur all 3 premium to activate ur policy instead of only last(6th) premium.
      Now how can i compensate my loss & pay only one premium for activate my policy as provinding wrong information from bajaj Allianze..

          I am an account holder in S.B.I Mathura Refinery Project branch.
          I had issued a cheque (042146) to Bajaj alliance as against the insurance my own car for Rs7958/-.Same amount has been debited from my A/C on date 19/09/2009.

          But as per Bajaj alliance cancelled cheque has been returned back to them without giving them any amount to their A/C.They have send me a Xerox copy of returned cheque.The original is with them only.


          neither bank nor bajaj alliance is taking any initiative to resolve the problem.SBI Mathura branch is telling that they can not furnish details of A/C where the cash has been paid because it has been cleared from new delhi branch.

            Dear Sir,

            i had worked for 3 years with bajaj allianz life insurance, i have a great respect with this organisation but due to some reasons i am getting myself very much irritated with this co. & its system. sir i resigned from my job on jan 2009, i applied for my PF 4 months after it but didn't get nothing till time..... still waiting for my money (HR is realy poor & not responsible for his duties)

            I hope someone will some take action & lookin after it...

            Form has been submitted to Pf office on 17/08/2009 & it will take 5 months time for credit the amount in your bank account from the date of form submitted to pf office.
            I was also leave the company in august 2009 & applied for PF after 3 months but till now I am not getting any response. HR department is very poor.

              Since then, I am trying to get the Insurance Renewal Note without any success. Online complaints, Feedbacks, contacts on Email with Pune office - all led to NO CLOSURE.

                my name is vishal gupta having a health care policy from bajaj allianz life .my policy no is [protected] i m having this policy from the last three years . in september 2009 i sent a claim of Hernia amounting rs 30049.Then i received a letter from the company dated 11.11.2009 to sent the copy of the first consultation and some other documents and i did the same and since then i havent heard anything from the company .and i m again and again writing mails and calling the company regarding this but nothing is done by the company except giving a NEW COMPLAINT DOCKET NO. whenever i call the customer care they says the claim department is seperate nd we just dont know anything regarding this.
                They give the no of their TPA which is [protected] nd i m dialling this no from the past three months regularly but no body receives the call , i even gave an email to this TPA but their was no response,and when the same i told the customer care they said to keep on trying that as they cant help me out all the details regarding claim is with TPA giving a new compliant no .
                . please help i m so harrassed by this punishable behaviour of the company .
                I m also attaching the mails in this letter .

                yes i too have faced the same problem with this company, i m having a CARE FIRST health policy of my father with bajaj allianz life, my father had to be hospitilized due to some illness and according to the policy documents its a cash less policy and this benefit is applicable only in their network hospitals, and the hospital to which my dad was hospitilized happened to be there in their network hospital.
                so i called the company representative for cash less benefit on this no.[protected] they kept me on a waiting of 28 minutes to talk to their representative which was harrassing in such a situation, and in turn he gave a new no which was[protected] of their TPA saying that they cant help it out and all the information regarding claims will be given by their seperate claim department ( TPA ).
                and to my sorrow for the next 3 days i kept on calling this no a HUNDRED times but their was no response and then i had to put the reimbusement of my claim which is still pending and i m waiting ...
                so my frnds please never ever take a bajaj allianz policy even FOR FREE I[censored] DONT WANT TO FEEL CHEATED AFTERWORDS.

It is very strange that every time the PRO gives the same reply that is refund would be made after a month since Nov ' 09 onwards.

                              After verifying the matter we want to inform you that the policy has been issued based on the proposal form filled and signed by you, where you have opted for Unitlinked as regular premium and with a frequency selected as yearly, which is a market linked policy and the value of the policy is dependent on the unit prices. As per to policy conditions policy should complete three years and minimum three full years premium should be paid for surrender, if one premium is not paid on the due date the policy will be lapsed as mentioned in the policy document. If you are not satisfied with the product, then you could have approached us within the free look period.

                                Everytime when I try to contact at the concerned office in Pune, I used to get one answer, i.e. Your amount will be released very soon. This is an example of mental harrassment and mental torture.

                                Therefore, I request that my matter should be taken up seriously and it should be solved as soon as possible.

                                I had submitted the PF Withdrawl form to my employer while resigning.

                                      We are a victim of Bajaj Allianz even when we are not associated with it.
                                      On December 25 2009 my father receives a call from an unknown person (calling himself as Chaudhary) from an unknown place who claim that my father has taken a cheque of Rs.12000 in name of Bajaj Allianz policy as an agent of Bajaj Allianz (when we are not even associated with Bajaj Allianz). As per him my father had been there at his place and took 12000 cheque, and threatened us to give back the money. When my father cross questioned him he was not able to provide any details, but still kept threatening. Now it means that people disguising as Bajaj Allianz agents have started this new business of looting people with other people's name and identities. How come that opposite person has our phone number and only spelling of surname, neither does he know first name nor our other social details. Also how can one give away cheque to some one without even investigating the agent's authenticity. How can some one give my father's name (sorry only surname) and get a cheque.
                                      Its not just Fraud but even a case of extortion, identity theft and defamation...
                                      Who is that person chaudhary who claims to have met my father and gave him a cheque (and claim that its a last year's cheque and asking policy number now).
                                      This is a new type of crime emerging where common people's identity is used and targeted for frauds.
                                      Now we dont know whom to SUE Bajaj Allianz or that unknown person whom we dont even know?
