Refund of PF Amount

Sir,
I worked as a Sales Manager in Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company from Sep' 08 to Feb ' 09 & accordingly submitted the dully filled PF Forms which was submitted on 23 / 07 / 09 but till date nothing has been done from the PF Office , Pune. inspite of sending lots of mails & calls.
My PF Account No. : MH / 34020 / 41080.

Hence please let me know when I am suppose to get my Refund amount.br...

PF AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN SANCTIONED AND RELEASED YET.

I, Pinaki Bal, E-80114, EX-employee of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. has applied for withdrawal of my PF in the month of February. But I came to know that It was submitted in Pune in the month of August.

Everytime when I try to contact at the concerned office in Pune, I used to get one answer, i.e. Your amount will be released very soon. This is an example of mental harrassment and mental torture.

I joned in the Bajaj allianz 's New Family Gain ,Premium amount -25000/- per year.Already 2 years premium paid.In policy it is showing term of 10 years.I decided to withdraw the amount after paying 3rd instalment.Can i withdraw the amount before the completion of the term?Totally i will invest 75000 ,how much amount Ican get after 3rd intalment payment?
