I have applied for insurance policy on 08.04.2008 for one time/Single premium amount of Rs 40000/- only. But now/after two years I have recd letter from Bajaj Allianz office about lapse of policy because premium not paid timely or yearly.

According to my application form which is signed at the time of joining that was one time/single premium and due to mistake by Bajaj Allianz person wrong entered so this should be correct but now Bajaj allianze not agree to correct the same

Policy No - [protected]

I am having proof in this regard (Proposol form photocopy which is sended by Bajaj Allianz)

Kindly do needful as earliest

Thanks & Regards,

          Hi,

I have seen the recent TV Ad on Bajaj Allianz Insurance where is they show that if we plan for a future of a kid they will be educating an Orphan Kid.

They Show clearly that the Rich boy is fair is colour and the poor kid is Black in colour.

Does this mean that poor kids are always black in colour and rich kids are white in colour.

Please register this complain and take an action on this ad.

          Thanks

Nasty, Same happened with me. These dogs looting innocent's money.

They are white collared licenced from IRDA for looting public hard earned money...
most fraud company is bajaj allianz life insurance.always lost customers money.and bajaj allianz not help customer. and
            I INVESTED RS 1, 25, 000.00 IN 2005 AND WITHDREW 75000.00 IN 2006.
LATER WHEN THE FUND VALUE WAS SLIDING DOWN I WAS ASKED BY THEIR REP. TO SWITHC FROM EQUITY TO CASH FUND TO AT LEAST LEAVE THE FUND VALUE AT GROW VERY SLOWLY OVER A LONG PERIOD WITH VERY LESS RISK.

NOW THEIR SO CALLED SUPER AGENT IS MISSING AND HIS JOB WAS ONLY LIKE A COURIER AGENT- TO TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY AND MAKE YOU SIGN ON DOCUMENTS WHERE HALF THE TIME THEY KEEP TALKING ABOUT MAKING FORTUNE OUT OF THE POLICY AND DONOT ALLOW YOU TO READ BETWEEN LINES AND LATER SEND A POLICY.

NO STATEMRNT HAS BEEN E-MAILED NOR POSTED AFTER SECOND YEAR.

NOW REALISED I HAVE 39000 ODD IN 2010 JULY AND TO MY SURPRISE WHEN I CALL THEIR TOOLFREE NUMBER I AM TOLD THAT THE FUND VALUE IS MARKET RELATED AND IT HAS COME DOWN AND MOST OF THE MONEY IS DEDUCTED AS FUND MAINTAINCE CHARGES.

SO I CONCLUDE THAT IN SAVINGS BANK DEPOSIT ATLEAST ONE WOULD EARN 3.5% INTERST P.A.

I have renewed my health insurance policy from Bajaj Allianz on 7th may. Till today I haven't got any policy document from them. Their customer service executive are all fraud, Sometimes they say that the policy is not on my name. sometimes they say that the policy has expired and sometimes they say that they will send the documents very soon.
They are big fraud and serious action must be taken against them.
They have done the same with my friend also.

Reg: My Capital Gain Size One Policy No. 45718213

I purchased the above policy on March 28, 2007.

When I purchased the policy I was assured of handsome returns after the lock-in period
                    of three years.

It is unfortunate that when I wanted to surrender the policy in April 2010, I was informed
that surrender charges equivalent to 60% of my first premium amount would be
deducted out of the current fund value of the policy. I was really shocked because this
fact was not mentioned at all in the Rules & Regulations which accompanied the policy.
Some mathematical formula beyond common man’s understanding was mentioned in
the clause relating to surrender charges. I would have never accepted the policy, had I
known this regulation while purchasing the policy.

I am sure you will appreciate that such clauses should be clearly mentioned in customer friendly and easily comprehensible phraseology. The policy documents also didn’t include any ‘benefit illustration’ which could have given me an idea of the risk factors involved. It seems that these glaring blunders prompted the IRDA to term the policy as ‘complicated and not customer friendly’ in its communication dated 16th August 2007 which I came across only today while surfing over internet. Vide this communication the Company was asked by IRDA to withdraw this particular product. I do not know what happened thereafter.

I believe deduction of any surrender charges after the expiry of lock-in period is unjustified and the amount of premium paid by me i.e. Rs.30,000/- (10,000/- per annum paid by me for three years) should be refunded to me along with interest accrued thereon as per prevailing market rates at the earliest.

While making the above submission, I reserve my right to approach IRDA and/or any legal court/authority to seek justice.

My name is G S Sridhar. I have a health policy with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance.
The policy name is STAR-PACKAGE, Policy No. OG[protected]-00000270.

On 24-March-2010 around 3.00AM I got a mild chest pain and rushed to Medipoint Hospitals Pvt Ltd, New D.P. Road, Aundh, Pune. I got addmitted to into ICU as there were variations in my ECG.

On 25-March-2010 I got shifted to Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune to do a Coronary Angiography and I had been admitted in Ruby Hall Clinic from 25-March-2010 to
                            26-March-2010.

As soon as I admitted in to Ruby Hall clinic we have informed Bajaj Allianz customer care.

On 25-March-2010 (I got discharged on this day), I got a fax from Bajaj Allianz stated that my claim was rejected due to pre-existing diseases as I am a diabetic (this is the standard reason from Bajaj Allianz for the rejection of claim). The chest pain was not because of my diabetes.

I had spend around Rs.23000 (including hospital charges and medicines) and I did not get a single paise from the insurance company.

I could not understand what's the use of medical insurance when they are rejecting claim.

In the policy instructions, under EXCLUSION SPECIFIC to HOSPITAL CASH/ HEALTH GUARD/ CRITICAL ILLNESS they have listed almost all diseases that affects the human being :)

I therefore submitting this complaint before the Consumer Forum for necessary intervention in getting my claim.

We have reviewed both the cashless denied claim documents. The preauthorization form from both Medipoint hospital and Ruby Hall mention the past history of both hypertension and diabetes to be since 7 years for the insured. Hence cashless claims were denied. However we have not received any claim for reimbursement till date. Denial letter mentions that the insured can send the claim for reimbursement and that denial of cashless does not mean denial of treatment of claim. Hence the insured can forward the claim for reimbursement which will be assessed on merits as per policy terms and conditions.

I've not received any service even before the sales. The sale is yet to happen. It seems Bajaj Allianz does not care if they get new customers.
I've sent a proposal form to Direct.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in on 8th April for Critical Illness insurance. I've still not received any reply. Once I got a call after sending several mails that they will revert back. I've not received any communication after that. Its almost a month now.

This is not the service I expect before purchasing the insurance policy. I don't know how it would be after I purchase it.

I'm not sure if this is what I want to get into.

I had taken Bajaj Allianz policy 40992104.
This policy has completed its three policy years and all these three years the premium was paid on time .and when I went to surrender it they are asking for a HUGE surrender charge of around 26 thousand rupees.

If I pay this charge ,the value of my policy will go negative.

I am aware of this charge but this is required ONLY when you do not make premium payments for the three policy years.
I later checked in the policy document and it has the surrender chanrges even after three years. This is totall rubbish. Fraud!!!

I had taken other policies from ICICI and Birla. They do not charge after completion of three policy years.

People reading this, My suggestion to you is please do not buy any policies of bajaj Allianz.

Bajaj Allianz Insurance — Not paid the full Assured amount

When I took this insurance they said it was one payment and if i pay 30, 000 i will get 60, 000 in 5 years.
And it was clearly mentioned in the policy that the the term was 1 year and total premium payable for selected mode is thirty thousand fifty two and paise zero only and the sum assured is 60, 000.

But on maturity they paid only 31, 500 and when i asked they say that i did not paid the second year premium of 30, 000. I could not understand if i pay 30, 000 + 30, 000 in 2 years and they give back 60, 000 after 5 years.

I have sent a leagal notice too but no reply from them.

                                Dear Friend

An insurance contract is subject matter of solicitation. The policy document writes all the details of charges/period and maturity date. In case o[censored]LIP returns are subject to market risk and may vary in various market conditions.

Sum assured is the risk of life that the company takes. It is not necessarily the maturity amount.

Do you have any thing in writing which states the maturity amount. Is it a traditional product or a ULIP. Please go through all the terms and conditions.
You may always speak to the 24/7 call center of the insurance company and get your queries sorted.

                                Regards

                                Rahul

In reference to your mail, we have tagged your query under Query Number: 4412698.

You have opted for "Capital Unit Gain"; the policy premium term is of 20 years.

The annual premium allocation is 95%, the allocation rate for all top up premiums is 98%.

The unit-linked policy has three years of lock in period. After three years, customer gets facilities of premium holiday, partial withdrawal, or surrendering the policy.

“Premium Holiday” is a temporary period during which the policyholder can keep his policy in-force without payment of regular premiums. This holiday can be availed by the policyholder after payment of three year’s full regular premiums from date of commencement of the policy.

Anytime after three years from date of commencement of the policy, partial withdrawal o[censored]nits is allowed or surrenders of policy.

The premium paid by customer is invested in stock market. The stock market is volatile.

To avail the full benefit return on the amount of investment of this policy, kindly continue the policy for more than three years.

The surrender value payable will be equal to the "Regular premium" fund value and the Top Up premium fund value less the surrender charge.

The surrender charge is applied on Capital Units only and recovered by the redemption of Capital Units, please check the below given surrender charges details:

They are big time frauds.. I surrendered my LIC similar policy after 3 years . It was done in a day and not a single paisa extra was charged as penalty... these people bajaj allianz are asking for 58%..some one should take them to court...number one frauds in thsi business..
Bajaj number one ka fraud hai.Never invest in BABAJ Group
I had puchased Bajaj alianze policy.
Once I tried to surrender, it asked for 48% of the first premium as PENALTY.
                                for partial withdrawel, no charges.

BAJAJ ALIANZE AGENTS ARE CHEATING THE PEOPLE BY HIDING THESE PROVISIONS AT THE TIME OF JOINING.

TO GET COMMISSION, THEY ARE VERY INTERESTING TO SERVE.
ONCE YOU JOINED, THEY WILL ESCAPE.
THEY ARE GETTING CUSTOMERS BY PERSONNAL ATTACHMENT, FREINDSHIP, RELATIONS ETC. BUT THEY ARE MISUSING/CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS.
BAJAJ Allianz company is making fool of people...I have been cheated too. what the hell happens to them to explain the surrender charges clearly at the policy selling time the way one explains above...THEY R BUNCH OF CROOKS...agents r setting the policies hiding all this and company too is very smart in encouraging such things...

I will always discourage people to purchase policies from this company...NO BODY BUY SUCH POLICIES IF HE COMES TO KNOW THAT HE HAS TO PAY SUCH A HUGE AMOUNT AS SURRENDER CHARGES EVEN AFTER 5-6 YEARS..
Yes. It is very true. hy IRDA does not take any action on such looting spree.

bajaj allianz life insurance-capital unit gain plan — not able to get the sum assured

                                Respected sir,
My policy no is [protected] i have paid 25,000 per year for three years from 2007 to 2009.The term for the withdrawl of the money was anytime after the period of three years. We had told the insurance agent that we would like to withdraw our money after 5 year period ,he had issued the policy for 50years instead of 5 years and when this mistake was reported they said it is not a problem and the amount could be withdrawn anytime after 3 years When we approached the concerned authorities to withdraw the money after 4 years a heafty penalty 52% (that is a sum of 13000) has been put.Even after 5 years the policy fund value remains 75000 inspite of high share value.
kindly guide me regarding the above.
                                Dr Pavithranand
I have a policy from Bajaj Allianz Named "Unit Gain Plus Gold".

Policy number - [protected]. commencement date - 27/06/08

                                Annual Premium payable - Rs 20, 000/-

I bought it from a cousin who as an agent and kept pestering me with it.He told me to pay the premium for 3 years and I could withdraw after that. So I paid my premium regularly for 3 years. I am a regular in the stock market and sort of an expert in the F&O segment but nothing could have prepared me for this shock

My 3 years were up on 27 June 2011 and sadly my fund total was a meagre 62297 on 29 june2011. This is because I chose ULIP as my invesment plan instead of directly buying a Mutual fund. There are several charges on these plans per year on percentage basis which reduces your fund value to a large extent. Ok I thought no problem lesson learnt. Never invest via ULIPs.

Even in a stupid bank saving A/c which gives 3.5% annual return I would have done better than what BAJAJ ALLINAZ has managed with my 60, 000 for 3 years during which CNX NIFTY went from 4400 in July 08 to 5600 in june 2011. Market did go up by almost 25% but my investment went up by 3 - 4 %. Guess who made a fortune while my investment bled and bled all those administration and allocation and whatnot charges... you're right Mr Rahul Bajaj ( since he is the promoter of Bajaj Group). Add up millions of these policies which they sell and you wont believe what they make in a year. Right to Information Act Anyone ???

So with bitter experience I went to collect my 62 thousand and some change from Bajaj Allianz after 27 June2011 and what was waiting for me was a Nuke bomb..no less. BAM _ BAM. After talking to some guy at the counter I was told that If I withdraw after three years I would be charged ..hold your breath (48.6%) of my annual premium which was 20, 000. That was roughly Rs 10, 000 from my fund value. Only If i held that 60, 000 for 10 years would they apply no surrender charges. What a bunch of thieves. From what I learnt about ULIPs who would want to hold that trash for 10 years. You want to add up all those fund charges for 10 years. It would come to around 20% of my entire fund. That with no guarantee of making any returns. Even If Nifty went back to 2800 they would happily deduct all those charges. They dont give a damn.

What do I feel like??... I feel like I bought something from Chor-Bazar and was duped completely. I feel that Bajaj Allianz trains its agents to not share all facts ( only what the customer should know) about a certain product. They knew that NO-One would buy this policy if they were told of these Surrender charges. On your face they will tell you that' You can withdraw money after 3 years' . No word about surrender charges. For that You'll have to dig deep into your Bond copy into section 35 g.

It can be simply called financial cheating or Fraud. White collar thieves who pounce on ignorant or too busy investors with sweet-talk. Stupid Apologetic smiles on their facesas they say " sir, kya kijiyega Bajaj Allianz mein yahi hota hai" ( I cant do anything..this is what goes in Bajaj Allianz). well I dont have any audio proof of that either.

BUT all hope is not lost... I went throught their entire Bond Copy ( blue file ) and on the second last page there are 23 Notes of importance at the end of which I signed along with their sales guy. Note 20 says that

" If First Three Years' regular premiums have been paid, there is NO SURRENDER CHARGE on surrender of policy from fourth policy year. If three years premuim have not been paid, then surrender charge would be 100% of the first years' Annualized allocated premium. "

Can anyone explain that to me like i am a 6 yr old. Sounds like I have a case here ( and so do you if you have sadly invested with Bajaj Allianz. Tommorow, Friday ( 1 july2011) is election here in Jamshedpur so on Monday 4july 2011, I will be headed towards Consumer court with my little piece of hope. Well Dont blame me... I hate Liars and Cheaters.
Yes I totally agree for the above complaint. In fact, if some body sees my complaint, I am also sailing in the same boat. I suggest to the viewers to come forward and complaint it to IRDA which I have already done. If as I read above complaint, /i understand the SEBI has banned it. Now IRDA should come forward and instruct M/S Bajaj Allianz Company to refund all the payments of subscribed premiums with market interest rate to Policy holders with immidiate effect.
I started policy in 2007.I paid premimum of 25000 p.a for two years but there is no escape out of this. How to surrender the policy???Bajaj Allianz ULIP insurance policy is worthless in totality .IRDA has to pitch in in such cases other wise the company will be in safer side by misguiding the people.Nobody should buy the policy even by mistake...Bajaj Allianz is cheating company which should perish immediately unless it acts on its fauly policies.

                                20 0
Really Bajaj Allianz cheats the customer. I have taken policy as "Family Gain" from Bajaj Allianz. Now i want to surrender my policy after completion of three year. But they are asking charges as 25%. At the time of joining no one told me this. Also my fund value is around 19000 and I paid premium of 30000 so far. If I pay 25% surrender charges again then it will get 14000 in hand. So there is more than 50% loss in this policy. There is no use of calling customer care or registering complaint. This is my mistake that I Choose Bajaj Allianz. At this time i need money, but i wont get at least my invested amount properly.

Details of Family Gain policy after three years
                                Total premium paid - 30000
                                Fund value -19000
                                Surrender charges - 25%
                                Take home money - 14000

So don’t go for Bajaj Allianz or any policy from private company. I[censored] want policy then go for LIC where they will give u assured amount.
I agree with every bodies grievences againsy Bajaj, With such a large number of complaints aired on internet, why IRDA take a note of this and do some justice to customers. They have done a lot to make the policies pro customer friendly after hearing such comments and Insurance companies had come in the market with no such absurd clauses as in the policies under question, Now government should intervene or some body should put a judicial complaint in the court with necessary inputs.

                                Dear Friends, जागो ग्राहक जागो
Through mail I am appealing to all of you that all o[censored]s should avoid to invest our money in bajajallianz. I am making this appeal from the experience which I had taken. I am giving the details below.

Three Years ago I had invested Rs.25000/- in bajajallianz's unit gain policy( or I may say that Unit loss/rob Policy). I was being told that only 2% fund as admin charges will be deducted and 98% fund will be invested. But when I saw the status of my policy after three years I was shocked. Bajajallianz had deducted about 13.98% fund as hidden charges. And now they are giving very cute explanation that the charges are deducted towards i) Mortality Charges

                                The mortality charges depend on
                                (a) The amount of Life Insurance Cover.
                                (b) The attained age of the Life Assured
                                (c) The occupation of the life assured
                                (d) The health of the life assured
The mortality charges under this policy per Rs 1000 of Life Insurance Cover for varying ages is given in Annexure I.

Now I want to show you the cheating of bajajallianz please see below:
                                Amount I invested: 25000/-
                                Allocation Rate %: 98
                                Allocated Amount: 24500/-
                                on date: 21-FEB-08
Unit Price on date 21-FEB-08: 15.0360
                                Allocated Units: 1629.4227

                                Now I show you Deduction:
                                Deduction First:
                                On Date: 31-MAR-09
Policy Admin Charge Adjustment Single: 5.00
Unit Price On Date: 31-MAR-09: 8.8640
                                Deducted Units: 0.5641

                                Deduction Second:
On Date: ?(Not Given in fund summary)
                                Charges:? (Which?)
                                Net Amount Deducted: -3490.90
Unit Price On Date(?): ?(not given)
                                Deducted units: -262.3652

                                Remaining Units: 1367.6216
Now when I checked the historical NAV rates of this fund I saw that the highest rate of this fund was 17.99 on date 13/10/2010.

Dear Friends if you see that if I multiply my remaining units with the highest rate of this fund still the amount will be less than the amount which I had invested. see below
see that when I calculate( remaining units x highest NAV) the amount is less than the amount I had invested.

                                1367.6216 x 17.99 = 24603.512584 < 25000/-(the amount I invested).

So now it is time to awake and be aware from such type of cheating. जागो ग्राहक जागो. Say No to BAJAJALLIANZ (MISALLIANCE)

I and my friend also invested in this company. I went to branch offices which are near to my city, they gave me different answers so I went to another office and now I am decided to sold the policy because I lost 40000/- in this by investing in Century Plus because it reduces our money upto 19% at the starting time and also 13% whenever we want to surrender. So I decided to never buy any policy from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance.
                                beware of bajaj allianz

Agree. Bajaj is the worse. I too bought the Insurance plan for 15 years and paid 2 lakhs per year since 2009. Total of 4 lakhs. Now after 3 years if I surrender I will be losing 48000. Its fraud and Bajaj is bad.I bought this through my junk cousin whose bank had tie up with Bajaj. Do not go with Bajaj.
Instead of investing money in Bajaj we can donate the money to social services. I lost around Rs 20000 by investing in Bajaj

I am poor and bajaj guys have cheated me.I have bought policy number xxxxxxx under unit gain plan in my name xxxin 2006 and paid the next three premiums on time of twenty thousand each. now when I want to withdraw they are asking me to pay 15% of money I dont know what kind of business are they doing.I want to complain strictly against these guys and Kindly guide me how can I with draw money..

all my friend please dont take any bajaj allianz policy
IRDA has regulatee these cheaters, and these frauds should be dragged to court.

Legally they cannot charge more than Rs. 6000.

                                You are saying true.
they are made for cheating the customer.
Hello, I had paid 5 years premiums of 50, 000/ each. and at the mid of 6th year, i tried to surrender the policy.
I got to know from the customer care that i will get 1, 98, 000/ only. Less than what i paid??
If i compare this with a FD or RD, i would have gained 75, 000/ extra.
                                50000 per year = 4500 interest. 5 years, investment=250, 000, Interest will be more than 4500*5=22, 500.

Since the Bajaj Allz executive gave a false information, i am in loss of 75000.
I also do not understand how the policy works with negative interest. Investment = 2, 50, 000. Returns after 5.5 years = 1, 98, 000/
How did government approve this kind of cheating??

                                Raghu,

I would bring to your notice that after receiving policy documents, immediately I called-up at customer care number of bajaj allianz on[protected] at 13:15 PM (Request No. 643366) and discussed about the discrepancy with the representative Ms. Jayanti. After that the representative who done forging in proposal form accepted the matter and assured that with approval she would get the required changes done. I was also suggested by the tale-caller that the need for cancellation is not required since corrections will be made.

Nevertheless, I gave an application to Bajaj Allianz at Itarsi Branch from where I bought the policy that if corrections can not be made then cancel the policy immediately effective from[protected].

But till date neither the corrections are made as committed at the time of buying a policy nor is the policy cancelled.

Entire scenario shows that I was dissatisfied with the policy and duly brought the discrepancy into the knowledge of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd through call-center and written application within free-look period.

Despite of that Bajaj Allianz is not cancelling the policy. I request you to kindly interefere in the matter and give justice.

                                  Please do the needful.

Bajaj allianz two wheeler insurance — wrong total insured value in ploicy

i had taken a two wheelar policy from babaj allianz general insurance for my pulsar. total insured value appearing in cover note is Rs 48,025 whereas in policy it is Rs45559. I called their office several times n talked to Mr AKHILESH and everytime he use to promise that policy with correct insured value will be deliverd to you 2 or 3 days. This continued for 4 or 5 times. At last he asked me to send a softcopy of invoice of bike(bill which gives the details abt price of the bike) to his e-mail id , which i did. but there was some problem with his id and copy didn't got delivered. then again i called up and he asked me to call up after 10mins and he will provide the right mail id. but he never picked my phone again.babaj allianz (to me) is not all customer oriented , there is no cust. service. really poor . in future you have to suffer for this

                                        TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

It was completly surprising to see a pathetic attitude your company of your stature (Bajaj,India and Allianz,Germany) has shown towards customer. There is no feedback and no transparency of information provided to customer.

Subject policy (OG[protected]-[protected], was expired on 28 - March 2010. As a initiative since i was not able to get the policy renewed online (Transaction ID 1528089), i have registered the complaint PRIOR THE EXPIRY DATE OF POLICY with your customer care[protected]Complaint ID).

Though assured from your side have not received any call from your end for renewal. After repeated followup yesterday (after almost 15 days) manage to contact your people to conduct survey today (as per your internal policy for renewal) prior renewal of policy.

Now suddenly i was informed that bajaj alliance has a apolicy that if there are more than 3 claims in year the policy cannot be reneawed. This is absolutely new piece of news and there was no information towards this prior today.

I HAVE BEEN SIMPLY INFORMED THAT POLICY CANNOT BE RENEWED AS PER SOME NEW INTERNAL GUIDELINES ISSUED DURING THE YEAR GIVEN ABOVE ON NO. OF CLAIMS. ON MY SEVERE PERSISTENCE NOW IT HAS BEEN HIGHLIGHTED THAT ONLY ON ONE CONDITION IT CAN BE RENEWED IF I AGREE TO PAY INR 19000 AS PREMIMUM. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD AND BLACKMAIL AND CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. MY ORIGINAL COST OF PREMIUM WAS INR 16642 (INCLUDING ST)AND NOW POST ONE YEAR WITH DEPRICATED CAR AND CNG COST VALUE, IF I WANT TO RENEW, I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL AMOUNT.

THIS IS COMPLETLY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR AND I COMPLETLY INTEND TO ARGUE ON THIS ISSUE. THERE IS NO TRANSPARENCY OF INFORMATION TO CUSTOMER ABOUT YOUR GUIDELINES AND RULES. I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT IF 3 OR MORE CLAIM INVOLVE THAN POLICY CANNOT BE RENEWED AND NOW I WAS ASK TO PAY ADDITIONAL PREMIUM TO FURTHER CONTINUE WITH YOUR POLICY.

Request to address the issue urgently by re-instating the policy, at nominal amount which deem to be correct as per car and CNG depriciated value, than to further aggravate the concern.

                                        Regards
                                        Tarundeep Singh
