Unilateral issue of lapse intimation letter

I’ve already paid my Premium against my Policy no. [protected], Product: Bajaj Allianz Capital Unit Gain Plan on 13.01.10. However I’ve received one Lapse intimation letter from the company on 23.02.10, dispatched on 15.02.10. Even after accepting the premium, issue of such lapse notice by the company is illegal and against the principle of natural justice....

Deduction of RUNNER CHARGES from renewal premium collection

Not provide correct information

I Have a Bajaj Allianz Unit Linked LIfe INsurance Policy(policy no:-[protected]) Unit Gain Pluse .I Paid 6 monthly premium .It is 3 year bonding policy.I paid 5 premium on the time of 6th premium i have economical problem for paid the last 6th premium so i asked Bajaj Allianz as well as my sales manager that if i paid that last premium delayed what was the drawback to me , they says there is no drawback except 200-300 rs penalty.so i decided...

A/C debited but cheque bounced

I am an account holder in S.B.I Mathura Refinery Project branch.
I had issued a cheque (042146) to Bajaj alliance as against the insurance my own car for Rs7958/-.Same amount has been debited from my A/C on date 19/09/2009.

But as per Bajaj alliance cancelled cheque has been returned back to them without giving them any amount to their A/C.They have send me a Xerox copy of returned cheque.The original is with them only.br...

i had worked for 3 years with bajaj allianz life insurance, i have a great respect with this organisation but due to some reasons i am getting myself very much irritated with this co. & its system. sir i resigned from my job on jan 2009, i applied for my PF 4 months after it but didn't get nothing till time..... still waiting for my money (HR is realy poor & not responsible for his duties)

Renewal Note Not issued after taking payment

Policy No: OG[protected]-[protected]Expiry on 25-Sept-2009) Renewed using my Credit Card. Payment Rs. 5412/- is recorded in my Card Statement of October 2009. Transaction ID (online payment[protected] dated 14 Sept 2009.
Since then, I am trying to get the Insurance Renewal Note without any success. Online complaints, Feedbacks, contacts on Email with Pune office - all led to NO CLOSURE....

As per submission of my PF Forms at PF Office, Pune on dated 23 / 07 / 09 but till date nothing has been done from the PF Office despite of written so many mails & calls with no response. Infact, the PRO is not willing to receive the calls & satisfy our querries.

P F Refund not done as PF Forms submitted on 23 / 07 /09

Sir,
My duly filled PF Forms for refund submitted on 23 / 07 / 09 in PF Office, Pune but till date no response received yet from the PF Office, Pune inspite of written so many mails. It is very strange that every time the PRO gives the same reply that is refund would be made after a month since Nov ' 09 onwards.
Sir, would you mind to tell me how many more days is require for refund of Provident Fund?

Refund of PF Amount

Sir,
I worked as a Sales Manager in Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company from Sep' 08 to Feb ' 09 & accordingly submitted the dully filled PF Forms which was submitted on 23 / 07 / 09 but till date nothing has been done from the PF Office , Pune. inspite of sending lots of mails & calls.
My PF Account No. : MH / 34020 / 41080.

Hence please let me know when I am suppose to get my Refund amount.br...
