    I have brought my all new pulsar rs 200 before 5 months and after the completion of 3 months there was a problem of starting. Once on the highway and i was riding my bike and suddenly it stoped after so many trials it doesn't started then i have to get thr bike at my own foot to the home. This is not only a problem when thre bike is running sometimes i leave the accelerator the engine automatically stops in 2nd gear and sometimes i give the accelerator suddenly engine starts missing for 2 second i had given my bike to service centre they kept it whole day and given me back then i ask them what was the problem then they said the problem was solved and shares nothing to me then after that only starting problem was solved after two months this problem was again started please kindly help me to solve the problem. Thank you

        I got a damaged battery in my new pulsar ns 160 which i took it back to the showroom from where i bought. At first they said that they would check it by recharging which they did but again 2-3 days after recharging i could not self start it. So i have submitted the battery for replacement that is supposed to be replaced after 10 days and i am waiting for it. And i have got other issues as well.. Like its sound is different as compared to my brothers ns 160 and with the steering too.. As its handle on the right is much farther from the fuel tank as compared to the right handle which almost comes in contact when fully turned or steered whereas it is seen to be equidistant from the tank on both sides in my brothers bike.
        So i therefore assume that my bike is a defect by manufacture. Also the joints where it is welded.. It isnt smoothly finished. So please see through the issues and make it better for future manufacture.

            Dear sir i want to say that jhunjhunu bajaj service center didnt do there proper work they only performing to stolen money from customer they didnt wash properly and didnt do anthing when i say them that plz clean chain parts of my new bike rs 200 they say that we cant do u can take it out for another street service boy.               Dear mr bajaj,

              This is further to the e-mail below for my feedback for the bike hr 26 de 4533. I have purchased this bike on 15th may 2017 from sai auto gurgaon, after that i am having the regular services of this, even on before time. From the day first i am facing the problem called (Bike over ho gaya hai), a fuel use to came out side from tank, i have consulted multiple time with the service centers every time they have assured that it will not be repeated again.in the last service they have removed some valve from the cap of fuel tank. The problem is still not resolved and another noise of air passing from the tank also coming. I have attached the vedio for the same and the service bills. The 3 service of this bike was due on 10000 kms however i have have get this done on 7000 kms itself, thinking that this problem will be resolved.

              Now, every day my bike got stopped road side and i have to remove the extra fuel from over flow pipe. It is very painful, while i have paid the full amount of a good product and i have received a defected one, and after that the response from the services center is very very poor they are not able tpo resolve this technical fault. Paying a handsome amount to purchase this bike now i feel cheated by your company.

              However i was not having a very good feedback, still i made to purchase the bike v-15, and now every day i have to stand road side at least for 20-30 minutes to get this bike restart. Its painful while u are staning roadside and people makes comments like, are bazaz me to problem hi hai, kyu kharida tha. Its really very insulting for well known brand like bazaz and the product of part of ins vikrant

              I am writing this e-mail assuming that you the highest authority of this organization, will help to resolve my issues with your product.

                The service was worst, the way of conversation with customer was rude. I had given my scooty for servicing dueto it's frequent failure in starting via self, after servicing it worked good at that place, but after 2 hours the problem of self again started. No cleaning was done to my scooty. When i asked the guy running the service center he replied me that's not his problem and i should talk with the mechanic, and when i talked with the mechanic he said to me, "it was working here, i dont know what you did later."

                  Hi i have purchased pulsar as150 in aug'15 first one year it was the best experience for me to ride that bike, after one year slowly parts of the bike started problem if any part of the bike gets problem we should lose hope about that part no one is able find original part from showroom or anywhere i live at hyderabad if i go and ask showroom person no one knows about that bike any they will escape from there, last week i had an experience with bike clutch wire problem local mechanic store person don't know which model should they give to my bike it getting very difficult to find a store in my place and bajaj auto simply release their models in road and spare parts they will not provide anywhere, guys please think twice before buying the bajaj product we have to see spare are available in the market and then we should buy, the worst experience iam facing right now with the spare parts of my bike, if anyone knows in hyderabad about where to find the spare parts please tell me it will be so helpful for me.

                    I gave my bike on 4th march for service at 11:30am, the service guy checked the vehicle and wrote a quote, i told him to specially check pick up issue, back light and replace the foot brake pad and left mirror. They told me that we will change the filter and see if the pick up regains or else they will change the clutch pad.
                    I was told to collect the bike on monday morning since they had too many bikes to service.
                    I told ok but i will collect my bike only by 6pm on monday because that is the time when i return from office.
                    Now on monday i get a call at 3:30pm stating that sir, we are not able to change the clutch assembly due to non-availability of the part. We need to keep your bike for one more day. I said why are you reporting this now at 3:30pm where i had to collect the bike in next 2.5hours. I told them to get it done at whatever cost and handover by 6pm. To my surprise when i went to collect my bike i was told that only general service is done in the bike and clutch assembly and ball bearing was not changed. I asked them the reason for not changing. They came back and said clutch was not changed due to unavailability and ball bearing was not changed because i didn't confirm them to do so. First thing is that they didn't even inform on the ball bearing part change.
                    How ridiculous it is to find a vehicle half done even after keeping the vehicle for a day. I was totally pissed off. I found my bill to be at inr2470 where in 1500was manpower and 900 was material cost. Wow you guys are charging service cost more than the material cost? You guys are looting customers. They also told me to bring my bike later on and they will charge the part cost +650rupees for service. This was insane..
                    Now a days automobile industry is are looting customers in the name of service. Their motive is to make the maximum money out of the service..
                    The staff behaviour was so rude and pathetic. The guy was the incharge. When the incharge is so rude then i am not sure how will the other working staffs be. Talking to them means loosing your own dignity. I told them that i will get my bike done in local shop but n very return to their service center.
                    When i started my bike i was saw that the brake pad was not changed and the mirror was also not replaced. My question was i can only see the outer body of the vehicle and i had given two complaints on the body and that was not done so how do want me to believe that the inside service is done to which they didn't bother to answer, they told you can open and check. Hey if i knew to open then i could have done the service myself.
                    Please see what you can do about my complaint..
                    Personally i don't prefer bajaj now and will not recommend bajaj to anyone.
                    One last thing is that, i had mentioned about the light issue which still remains the same, just after a day th tail light stopped working.
                    Very sad alas!

Now i have filed case in consumer court. I will show this ### ### what a common man can do their company. You can see in my bank statement & LOAN statement that i had paid all emi timely. I will take strict action in court under ipc 420.

                        I have purchased a bajaj v15 (No. Wb 24 aj 3557) on 2016, september but till date i have not received the smartcard. As the dealer name has been changed from visakam bajaj to visakha bajaj they are not bothering to listen to me. After many follow ups with the dealer, i had launched a complain to your customer service department on 18 aug 2017 with a hope that i will get support (Reference number is isr-186360), but nothing has been resolved. I also tried to reach ur representative/ manager for kolkata location named mr. Vidyadhar joshi (Cont no.[protected] & constantly asked for the solution since september 2017, but yet to receive any solution. As per his suggestion i have submitted the original copy of n/plate slip & fitting certificate along with the photo copy of registration certificate & tax certificate to mr. Sunny at vishaka motor on january 2018, but no response received till date. I run to rto office barracpore, try to reach the rto broker (No shared by vishaka bajaj), even to the ceo of vishakam bajaj name mr. Jain but no one is taking responsibility.

                        There have been harassments from the police on routine checkups. I am also unable to check my case history due this issue.

                        I have paid for getting the blue book/smart card on time of purchasing the vehicle but it has been two years i am still waiting for the same. This kind of customer service from a renowned organization like bajaj auto is completely unexpected & now it has become difficult for me to keep my patience any more & need your strong intervention to get my smart card at the earliest.

                        Hope a positive response & solution within next 24 hours.

                          I have complained regarding the leakage of oil in my new 6months old ns 200 bike in kln bajaj service center in the following adress p 49, 6th avenue 17th street, anna nagar, tower view colony, behind k 4 police station, chennai, tamil nadu 600040
                          They made 23 days to change the head and asked me to pay 2050 rs then with in three days it starts leaking again and again they took5 days to give the bike. Again after 3 days it started leaking and i left the bike in service center by saturday (03/03/2018)
                          They did not repaired the bike and they are not helping me pls help me in claining my engine and rechanging it.
                          They are not providing proper service and cheating the customers.
                          They are not giving respect to the customers and fighting with us
                          Please help us with but giving proper service.

                            Dear team,
                            This is to inform you that i m a regular customer of popular motor corporation (10479) in terms of bike servicing. One can check the details through my vehicle number. This is the third time which i have faced the same problem. The issue with the servicing team is that they say some amount at the time of servicing but when it comes to take the bike after servicing the price will be increased.

                            On 5th mar 2018 i gave my avenger 220 for bike servicing with job card number = rjc[protected]. By the service mechanic named mallikarjun ([protected]) it was explained to me that after servicing my total bill would be around rs 3610/- + 18% gst which comes around rs 4259/-

                            The complaints which i had made was to replace indicator and my front brake which was not working fine. At that time it was told that if required the whole kit will be replaced for front brake which will cost rs 650/- if not than will change only front brake piston which is of rs 150 to 200/- henceforth including the charge of whole kit replacement of front brake it was told to me that the bill is of rs 3610/- + 18% gst and i agreed to that. But at the time of delivery of bike it was found that the front brake is not replaced with the new kit and only piston is changed which is worth 200/- approx and the charge which was put on my bill was of rs 4482/- which was not at all acceptable. Please find the below mentioned price list that was told to me during the servicing –

                            Front brake kit estimated 650/- (Kit was not replaced instead only piston of worth 200 was added but still 400/- extra was added in the bill.)
                            Indicator 250/- (From my side complain was made to replace the indicator and indicator amount of rs 250/ approx was added in the bill but at the time of taking delivery it was told to me that indicator price is not added which was false statement.)
                            Total estimated bill = 3610/- (My bill should be of amount 2960 since new kit of front brake has not been added +18% gst)
                            Total bill amount 4259.8/- (I was charged rs 4483/- but my actual bill should be of 3492.8/- including of gst.)

                            One can easily make out servicing team of popular motor corporation (10479) bangalore are making fool of customer by charging more over servicing. I asked the concerned person to clarify over the bill but they were not able to clarify regarding the new kit of front brake which was asked to me that it will be replaced but it was not done.

                            After giving complaint to the service desk of popular motor corporation (10479) bannerghatta road bangalore it was found that my petrol oil pipe was not connected because of which there was leakage of petrol from my tank. I showed this to the concerned person in your team, he took some pictures of that vehicle and told that it will be taken care.

                            Since i know that bannerghatta branch it’s the normal thing that service charge will be more than what explained to the customer. But this somehow has to be resolved as its pathetic team performance from bangalore - bannerghatta branch.

                            Inspite of hefty charges over servicing from customers team bangalore is not able to deliver the quality work.

                            Kindly look into this issue as this is not the first time which has happened to me and yes it’s your (Popular motor corporation 10479) responsibility to explain the bill amount. I have raised this issue so that one should not experience the same in future. It was worst experience and full of negligence.

                              I've came for second service for my bike and delivery time was given for 12'o clock.
                              However it's more than 2 hours and no one has updated anything and took lunch break also after opening my bike.
                              In fact i'd say they started working on my bike after 12'o clock
                              Service centre rep is also not communicating properly with me as they knew it's a free service
                              Bajaj service centre only want to make money from customer's pocket

                                Dear sir
                                I bought pulsar 150 last year on march.
                                Our dealer finace my bike through bajaj finance.
                                I was give 45000 rs as a down payment.
                                Dealer told me that on road bike price is 86000rs.
                                But he provide me finance of rs47130 so it mean he take payment from me is rs 92130 and also i pay the intrest it mean it will goes around 100000rs
                                So please she this matter and solve it other wise i will go consumer court for justice.

                                  Recently i purchased Pulsar 220 bike from the Popular Bajaj showroom near Jayanagar in the end of September. Within 3days i saw tyre vobbling
                                  I gave it for 1st service near KR road Popular Bajaj service centre. When i received back the bike, Battery was dead
                                  They gave for replacement and now again the battery is dead. Rim has bent now
                                  No good service and no response for complaint in showroom

                                    i have buy new bike in 2nd febuary on bajaj dealer soni auto mobile at ambedkar nagar disst-sonbhadra U.P., i have been new bike 1st time servises to not comfertabel and my new bike not working well because his clauch plate damege and i go to delaer we are tell 06 days to go i will change your bike clauch plate. dear sir i have many times to go from delaer but his many other excuses so take your streekt action plz.

                                      My name is saurabh singh, i bought dominar 400 abs bike in september 2017 from shiva bajaj sahibabad, till now i completed around 8 thousand kilometers on my bike, and two free service has done on time. But today when i was on the way on my bike suddenly my bike went to shutdown and stop, again when i was trying to start my bike, bike was not starting as well as display was blank. I pulled my bike 5km on highway at 11 pm. Manytomers having issue from this bike. But no one wants to listen (Neither bajaj company nor shiva bajaj dealer)
                                      I have lots of problem on my bike from the starting when i purchased.
                                      But when i discussed about problems of my bike with service center of shiva bajaj, they don't listen.

                                        My latest purchase was ac from mulund kohinoor branch, mumbai consumer durable no. 5770cd64843506 with 9mth emi option where they asked me to pay approx 1200 as processing charge but the app where am tracking my emi there is 0 processing charges. It means we have been cheated. Also they asked to pay 400 extra for emi card but have not received any msg relating to that, its been 1mth nor received card. If this is the case i will stop buying things through bajaj, very disappointed.
