Dear team,
Yesterday i visited balhara automobile kharkhoda sonepat haryana for service of my bajaj discover 100m. Bike no-hr797220.

I was facing problem of front tyre jam bcoz of disc break. I mentioned the same on workbook too.
But when i told mechanic about the same without checking he changed breakpad.
If breakpad is expired thn how it can jam a tyre.
Then he tried to open upper oil box but before opening this he said major kit jammed.
And changed it.
But after everything before billing i told him tyre is not moving.
He replied break pad is new thts why not moving. I came to my home but before ii reach i used disc break and tyre got jam again. I called agency and they replied tht they are sending mechanic at home but till now nobody came. I have called again and again but they are making excuses.

Tell me one thing when we bought a vehicle at that time every break pad breakshoe is new... Tht tim we tyre didn't jam.
Everytime when we change breakshoe tyre movement gt slow.

I want serious action as their only motive is to sell their spair parts.

    I have purchased this avenger bike in june 2017, i observed some inherent problem with clutch and gears of this bike since beginning hence i have opted for first service of my bike at running metre status of 320 km from om sai bajaj pali. I have described my problem with this bike, i have been told that the issue might be with clutch plates, but as the metre was showing that this bike hasn't been driven as much that clutch plates could go damaged. Hence the mechanic did some alterations with clutch wire and asked me to come again if problem persists. A couple of months after the service the same problem started occurring.
    At running meter with 2000 km, i opted for second service with hope that the problem would get resolved this time but this time too the problem couple not get rectified.
    My sincere request to the authority is kindly resolve this problem as this has been the issue since beginning. I have been sold a damaged bike.

      I'm naveenkumar p from cuddalore... I bought bajaj pulsar 220 f on 23/01/2016 vechicle number py 01 cl 2628 by bajaj finanace ltd proposal number : l2wpono40805970 my emi for a month is rs 2925 pay in karur vysya bank... I reguraly pay my emi on correct date.. But on 03/09/2016 they put a cheque amount of rs 2925 emi but the cheque were bounced but i have the balance in my bank account but the cheque return charges 345 rs were debited they repeatly put a return cheque of 3 times so my balance amount in bank account debited rs 1400 (I attached copy of bank statement).. So my father speak to the sarvana agencies (Collection agent) in pondicherry for this cheque issue also he give the letter and bank statement xerox for this issue but they did not take any action... So we did not put in bank account for emi, my father pay the emi directly to the saravana agency (Collection agent) pondicherry... We missed the two emi because of father medical issue...in this situation on 28/02/1017 i go to my college for a campus interview i parked my bike outside of my college campus when i return back afternoon 1.30 p. M my bike were gone... So i called to my father prabhakaran he is a sales manager in t. T. K bajaj motors cuddalore i told to my father the bike were gone.. So he immedieatly call to saravana agency pondicherry area collection manager mr. Nagaraj he tells : yes i only seize the bike
      My father : why did you sieze the bike i paying a dew emi correctly there are only two pending emi only i will pay it next month
      Nagaraj : ok you come tomorrow pay the balance two emi and penalty amount totally 14000 rs i will release the bike
      On next day 01/03/2017 my mother speak to mr. Nagaraj for the reason to sieze the bike
      He said i did not seize the bike for the dew amount emi i seize the bike for the personal problem with prabhakaran (My father) in officialy
      Then my mother asked to release the bike we will pay the 14000 rs but mr. Nagaraj said i cannot release the bike you shoud pay the full amount of 35000 rs...
      I attached the voice recorder of nagaraj speech...
      Then he cut the call and put my number in blocklist he did response me about the issue he misusing his power... He have personal problem with my father so only he sieze my bike, now he did not release my bike... My finance amount emi is closing on december 2018 i have more months for paying my emi... My father prabhakaran working has a sales manager in t. T. K bajaj motors cuddalore he promoting and selling bajaj vechicles also he recommends bajaj finance to the customers.. But the man like nagaraj dealing rude with the customers and misusing him power for the personal problems... So please give me the immediate solution for this problem... Please make action to mr. Nagaraj (Saravana agency pondhicherry) collection agent

        Mp complex by pass road patna 800001. Very bad service & where service employe given a abuse treat coustmer. No any contact by service in here coustmer service timing in done own service i will come ur showroom because own second servicing free why this problem. Laps timing this service chargable. My bike a battery low why after five months. Very very few problem this showroom.

            Sir my bike number is up 70 dy 4573. I got my 3rd service. But my bike average is 20 km only we should be nearly 40 as it is pulsar 150. And also i have some issue with my battery which is only 5 months old. The service centre at patrika chauraha is not working on my problems so if you could help me i will be thankful to you. The mileage of my bike is very low i don't know why whether it is due to rpm or due to oil evaporation.. I only want my bike fixed with due respect sir.

                I had availed a vehicle loan from bajaj auto finance in 2004 for my 150 cc pulsar bike. All the premiums were paid and the loan was closed in 2007. Now i would like to handover my bike, and for the registration purpose i need to submit n-o-c. I contacted the local office. They gave me the head office (Ernakulam) contact number[protected]. I was continuously trying to contact the number for 5 days, but no one is picking up the call. As i was in urgent need of n-0-c, i request you to do take necessary action.

                      Run 21000km. All services done by bajaj rithala delhi 110085 service center. I am getting pathetic response of your this bike 2 times fuel pump has been changed. Lots of body vibration, engine tapped sound and many more. I have given my bike to rithala on 12/2/18 still there is no response when i will get my bike. I am pissed of from your service and from this bike.

Our Dealer BAGGALINK BAJAJ Contact No.:[protected] will coordinate for local assistance) the they have give is non contactable. I am getting no response from Bajaj stil I haven’t received my bike from 12/2/18 to till now very poor service has been given by Bajaj
                      I have purchased Bajaj pulsar on 23.11.17 and purchased another Bajaj pulsar 150 on dated 03.12.17 from REXCEL BAJAJ KANKARBAGH but till date challan is not provided by your dealer. Services are very poor. Brand reputation is affected from such type of dealer.

                      It is only 3 months i bought my bike that is pulsar 220F and i got so many problems.
                      1- Racer Damage
                      2-Shock Absorber Damage
                      3-Pulsar Stickering Not Appropriate
                      4-Light Fuse.
                      I have got 1 year of warrenty on bike but that is of no use.

                          New model of auto rickshaw has very high db level of horn.

                          As thousands of autos are plying in country with unnecessary incessant honking for no reason is causing lot of disturbance, nuisance and noise pollution. Also the firing system of these need to improve.

                          Your company should understand the segment where autos would be sold and mentality of drivers.

                          Please take prompt action in this regard for your future production

                              I bought pulsar 135ls form osl bajaj, em bypass, kolkata on 12/01/2018. It has been more than 40 days and i haven't got my vehicle number yet. On asking the branch manager samir saha about the matter he keeps on replying that rto office has been delaying my work. I being a student has many other works do to still from my busy schedule i take out time to call the branch manager and in return i just get an unsatisfactory reply everytime which is really shameful on the part of such a big automobile company.

                                This is regarding the complaint against the service centre rukmani bajaj, indore (Mp). Neither the service or the parts are available nor manager speaks properly with the customer and also threatens to do that compliant. Always facing the problem there mechanic are not able to solve the problem, they work on temporary basis not able to give a permanent solution after changing the spare parts, all the time they made a funny excuses related...

                                Hi I brought a new bike, Bajaj Avenger Cruise 220 . From starting itself I had starting problem, Its really Sad n bad experience with Bajaj, from delivery itself brought the bike from mega Motors from Sion Koliwada thought that its near my house so can avoid travelling time for follow up, after making full payment they asked me to take delivery without registration, i took the delivery, but after 50 meters bike stopped for no petrol, I and my had to push back the bike to mega motors, again I haven't got any original receipts like invoice and tax bills and registration bills, only the RC book been delivered to my residence, In insurance there is no name of mine in the insurance certificate copy. also the surname of my father is been wrong in RC book. Bike is not starting from day one with slef start I have to push and start. People on road were laug hing at me when I push Brand New BAJAJ AVENGER 200 been pushed to start. During 1st service I complained but tehy said it will be cured during service, , but the problem was not solved i took my bike for second service complaint for the same about the starting even before my scheduled service but again the problem not solved as their promise to change the router was the main culprit, now again i took the bike to service center they are not returning my bike saying the part is not available, for more than a week the bike is lying at AUTO DEN the Bajaj Service center in Mahim. Contacted BAJAJ customer care no but its not getting connected,

                                    I bought a new bike bajaj platina 2018 january model from balamuruga bajaj show room at madurai.
                                    My new platina bike, ride continuously only 10 min in 40km speed rise some different noise continously
                                    Already consult with balamuruga bajaj show room service center, after the first service. Now also noise level is happening and also service center response also very low average.
                                    So now what i do, kindly guide me.

                                    Here with attached my bike invoice bill and service bill for further details.

                                    I expect positive information from you, as soon as possible.

                                      My Experience of Bajaj Avenger 220 Cruise.

                                      First of all I would like to say that the Product Bajaj Avenger 220 Cruise is an good/decent product which is very well marketed at a good price point.
                                      The product well suited my requirements of long rides and ultra long ride (500 kms a day and above). That was the reason I bought this bike spending just around 1 lac rupees last year. The vehicle is close to my heart and I take care of it like any passionate rider does.
                                      Timely service, regular cleaning and greasing etc to make you understand the relationship between me and my bike.

                                      However, the experience with Bajaj Service has no been as expected or can say it was worse as per the standards of modern business which thrives on customer service and perception creation.

                                      The bike damaged on 17th Jan, the front suspension system got bent, RIM got bent, handle got bent, head light and mud guard broke and few other cosmetic damages.
                                      The bike was picked from the site by the Local Bajaj dealer and he wasted no time in responding to my call and reacting to the situation. The bike reached service station the same day. I submited the paper after a couple of days for insurance claim and I was told that the part order has been placed and would arrive in a weeks time. Sad part is that nothing happened. The broken bike stood there in "accidental bike section" for 2 weeks almost when I felt soo bad to see my bike there standing with no attention being given to its repair and part replacement. Fed up with " bass ek do din mein ho jayga " dialogues i decided to make a complaint on the Bajaj HELPLINE "[protected]" .
                                      Complaint no. ISR-290657 Dated 3 Feb 2018.
                                      On third I was told that due to some system related and communication related issues my order has not been placed in the way it was supposed to and they used all other Supply chain jaragon they could use to calm me down. I was calm but terribly disappointed.

                                      On 13th of Feb the parts arrived and were fitted. Guess what, the Rim was still missing.
                                      So, even after all parts like suspension, handle, lights etc installed, I could not ride it bcos the Rim was bent. The local dealer/service centre incharge helped me by giving rim of his Avenger for couple of days till the new Rim arrives. I accepted the favor and took my bike . Today is 21st Feb I am still on the make-shift Rim. I visited the Local bajaj dealership again. I foud a Bajaj company representative there who was clicking pictures of the arrangements in the Bajaj service station. There was a poster that had a girl carrying her cat in her hands very delcately in a protective way.
                                      The company guy was explaining the mechanic how this poster represents the company approach of handling customers and taking care of them. I was there listening to all service advertising ### which was a big lie to me on the grounds of my personal experience till date. I intrupted the guy and told him about my bike's story again. He said that the parts I wanted were not "Fast moving item" so were not in ready stock. Fast moving stock is Oil, filter, brakes etc. ( I keep the stock of these items at my home b#*ch stop fooling me with words again, I have motul oil, Rolon chain lube, extra tube, cleaning products stocked in my almirah at home 365 days, you being the company should give no excuse of not fulfilling my requirements for 33 days. SHAME!).
                                      Till date the bike repairs job is incomplete and I had to cancel multiple rides of Bhopal and my ride to Delhi AUTO Expo .
                                      A rider wants to take Bajaj Bike to places and FEEL LIKE GOD, tag your brand in my memories etc.however, the company fails to serve him again and again. The worst paradox to have for any business or for any customer.

                                      Icing on the cake: My complaint no. ISR-970657 was closed and marked as resolved by some ### without my consent to which i have reescalated the issue and the company guy i met today was smiling shamelessly at me and telling me that it is my fault that i am not understanding about the problem.I need my parts back, I need answers as to why this was done with me and my bike. This is my 3rd Bajaj bike in my life. Never had been I was treated like this ever in 12 Years of me being a Bajaj Customer.

                                      I dare any service manager of any company to challange me if I am wrong in any of my expections and disappointments. I am open to discussion .
