My Experience of Bajaj Avenger 220 Cruise.

First of all I would like to say that the Product Bajaj Avenger 220 Cruise is an good/decent product which is very well marketed at a good price point.
The product well suited my requirements of long rides and ultra long ride (500 kms a day and above). That was the reason I bought this bike spending just around 1 lac rupees last year. The vehicle is close to my heart and I take care of it like any passionate rider does.
Timely service, regular cleaning and greasing etc to make you understand the relationship between me and my bike.

However, the experience with Bajaj Service has no been as expected or can say it was worse as per the standards of modern business which thrives on customer service and perception creation.

The bike damaged on 17th Jan, the front suspension system got bent, RIM got bent, handle got bent, head light and mud guard broke and few other cosmetic damages.
The bike was picked from the site by the Local Bajaj dealer and he wasted no time in responding to my call and reacting to the situation. The bike reached service station the same day. I submited the paper after a couple of days for insurance claim and I was told that the part order has been placed and would arrive in a weeks time. Sad part is that nothing happened. The broken bike stood there in "accidental bike section" for 2 weeks almost when I felt soo bad to see my bike there standing with no attention being given to its repair and part replacement. Fed up with " bass ek do din mein ho jayga " dialogues i decided to make a complaint on the Bajaj HELPLINE "[protected]" .
Complaint no. ISR-290657 Dated 3 Feb 2018.
On third I was told that due to some system related and communication related issues my order has not been placed in the way it was supposed to and they used all other Supply chain jaragon they could use to calm me down. I was calm but terribly disappointed.

On 13th of Feb the parts arrived and were fitted. Guess what, the Rim was still missing.
So, even after all parts like suspension, handle, lights etc installed, I could not ride it bcos the Rim was bent. The local dealer/service centre incharge helped me by giving rim of his Avenger for couple of days till the new Rim arrives. I accepted the favor and took my bike . Today is 21st Feb I am still on the make-shift Rim. I visited the Local bajaj dealership again. I foud a Bajaj company representative there who was clicking pictures of the arrangements in the Bajaj service station. There was a poster that had a girl carrying her cat in her hands very delcately in a protective way.
The company guy was explaining the mechanic how this poster represents the company approach of handling customers and taking care of them. I was there listening to all service advertising ### which was a big lie to me on the grounds of my personal experience till date. I intrupted the guy and told him about my bike's story again. He said that the parts I wanted were not "Fast moving item" so were not in ready stock. Fast moving stock is Oil, filter, brakes etc. ( I keep the stock of these items at my home b#*ch stop fooling me with words again, I have motul oil, Rolon chain lube, extra tube, cleaning products stocked in my almirah at home 365 days, you being the company should give no excuse of not fulfilling my requirements for 33 days. SHAME!).
Till date the bike repairs job is incomplete and I had to cancel multiple rides of Bhopal and my ride to Delhi AUTO Expo .
A rider wants to take Bajaj Bike to places and FEEL LIKE GOD, tag your brand in my memories etc.however, the company fails to serve him again and again. The worst paradox to have for any business or for any customer.

Icing on the cake: My complaint no. ISR-970657 was closed and marked as resolved by some ### without my consent to which i have reescalated the issue and the company guy i met today was smiling shamelessly at me and telling me that it is my fault that i am not understanding about the problem.I need my parts back, I need answers as to why this was done with me and my bike. This is my 3rd Bajaj bike in my life. Never had been I was treated like this ever in 12 Years of me being a Bajaj Customer.

I dare any service manager of any company to challange me if I am wrong in any of my expections and disappointments. I am open to discussion .

      I spend 95000 to buy your ns 160 bike. But in first service mechanic touch my carburetor air fuel mixture screw and rpm set to 2000 then my bike vibrate lot. I go back service center and tell problem but no one know how set ns160 default factory carburetor tuning. My bike still vibrate so i am very upset with my trust brand bajaj. So please solve my problem.

        As per mention on bajaj website or confirm from bajaj customer care about pulsar 135 ls petrol tank capacity is 8 ltr (Full fuel tank capacity).

        But its not true, you gays have declared wrong information about full fuel tank capacity.

        As per i have pulsar 135 bike and 11 to 12 ltr petrol has come in tank and then it has been full fuel tank.

        And with your full tank information, i was quarreling to petrol pump manager.

          I would like to inform you that on cms bajaj-auto deducted rs 117 from my icici account on 20th feb 2018, its looks like a fraud case.

          Transaction details :- cms/[protected]/bajaj_auto_cd_4000cd14788459

          Can i know the reason why you people have deducted this amount from my a/c?

          It is very painful to see that company like bajaj finance are deducting money from savings account without any kind of information or any consent.

          I have not initiated this deduction. Please take necessary action and reimburse the money, otherwise i will be taking further action to resolve it.

            I have financed a bajaj avanger bike from bajaj auto finance for 12 emi i already paid 10 emi on time by pnb bank ecs. Have issue in last ecs that it was deducted on 6 feb by my account but still i got messages from bajaj finance that my ecs was bounce but i were confirm in my bank and also sent mail bajaj auto finance on 9 feb with my bank statement and talk many times with customer care executive or also with senior executive but every time they give me different answers.

                This is bring to your kind notice that we customers are not getting proper response from your assigned executive / manager.
                As i visited your showroom shubhash tractors bank road gorakhpur, on 19 feb 2018 & interacted with executive regarding bike exchange offers along with all required details but he was only asking us to get a new bike instead of providing required quotation and details for exchange policy.

                During his entire conversation he has not shown any cooperation or courtesy with us, while he was very rude & rough in behaviour and trying to end up the conversation on his own conditions.
                Note - there was no transparency even in new product details and loan facility, trying to hide many conditions to purchase new bike which we got to know after so many queries.
                We request you to kindly take this matter in to your serious consideration for customer services since market is very competitive and has number of options available in the market.
                Further, we request you to provide required detail (Terms & conditions) along with quotations for our further proceeding.
                Please also give details about zero intrest finencing along with exchange policy for discover 112 cc and 125 cc discover.
                Please let me know as early as possible.

                    5 months of ownership of ns 200.in 3000 km we chaanged a new cltuch plate nd.. The company wiorkers had not chnaged the.                       Sir i am bitu deoghoria from assam. I have purchased one bajaj pulsar rs 200 bearing registration number as 04p 7226 from akash bajaj situated in sivasagar town, (Assam) two years back. I have been facing a lot of trouble in my bike from 1st servicing itself that includes engine problem, ignition problem etc. When i went to the dealer and asked the manager to fix the problems he didn't pay attention to me. Than one of the employees of that showroom told me that they have to take my bike to their jorhat showroom. I agreed to them and left the bike in their showroom. After 10 days they call me up to take my bike. I reached to the dealer and started to check my bike and found that they have made scratches in my bike everywhere in the body. I was totally annoyed and were very angry. After receiving my bike i found that they did not sort out the problems. I lost hope on that dealer to take my bike again to them. So sir i requested you to kindly look after the matter as soon as possible. Thank you

                        facing starting problem in bajaj dominar 400 abs

                        I have purchased this beast in mid of september last year from mayur autos, dehradun. Just after in 1 month of purchase, i starts getting problem in starting of bajaj dominar 400.
                        Moreover, i called that time to service center guy and he informed to push start in third gear.
                        Now, as i brought this bike to ghaziabad since november, has already faced this issue 3-4 times, even as i used to drive it to office on daily...

                        Hello sir,
                        I have bought the bike of 16feb 2017 and after one year and 4 services the bike does not perform well. The engine sound turn very bad and it sounds like 10 year old bike. My main concern is with the engine it sound horrible. And performance is zero. Cain sound, break sound. I am not at all happy with the bike and after sale service they do nothing just wash the bike and i have complaint about it two times but still the problem is not solved that why i am writting the complaint here.

                          Your company bike quality is not as specified marks.
                          I have bajaj avenger 150cc bike..in one year my bike has so many problems. Bike lost its colour at same time safety wire cover are broken. And now bike has new problem if bike stand in sunlight for above 15 min then fuel supply stop automatically. Please do something and stop making such product which give complete frustration to customers..

                            I regularly informed to bajaj service center that my bike v15'shockup is not doing work properly but mangalam bajaj, indore the dealer is not taking my complaint seriously and accordingly service center is not replacing my bike v15'shockup which are subject to warranty period.
                            And one thing which i want to your attention that the management of service center is not respond to any queries properly.

Main gadi lekr chala aya pr jab aaj 18/2/2018 ko gadi wash karane ke bad jab maine uske charon indicators check kiye to pichhla right side ka indicator nhi jal rha tha to main bansal motors bajaj service centre pr le gya jhan se gadi li thi to unhone qrc karane ko kha usme indicator kharab nikla to indicator change kr diya gya aur payment ke liye kha gya jb main payment karne gya to indicator bulb ke paise ke sath labour charge bhi liya gya. Main ye kahna chahta hun ki abhi meri ek bhi free service tk nhi hui hai phir bhi new bike me labour charge liya gya. Aise to gadi me koi bhi falt dikhani hogi to labour charge hr time dena hoga to new bike aur old bike me kya fark hai.                                 My name is selvakumar from tamilnadu arakkonam. I went to buy bike from ziya motors bajaj asked quotation for ns 160 actuall rate is 92, 642 but dealer adding extra charges for extra fitting 1800 and handling charge 360 total on road 94806. The dealer is very rude in bargaining the price not all reducing the price for even 2 rupees. If this service leads in future bajaj will lost the customer. Please take action for customer satisfaction.

                                    I purschased avenger 220 street bike on august 2017, i am facing self start problem every month and i have visited service centre for 5 times in past 3 months and each time service centre used to keep my bike for 20 days and they will return and have registered with bajaj complaints twice but issue is reoccuring. And resolved even they have sent my bike battery to exide and they tested and confirmed battery is fine please change your logo as "feel like pissed off" instead of "feel like god"

                                      I have purchased bajaj vikrant 150cc (V15) from the authorized dealers of bajaj motorcycles from torrent bajaj, situated in main road, ranchi on 18/06/2016. The bike had been regularly serviced using the offer provided by bajaj motorcycles, wherein three services are provided free of cost. On the 10th of february, 2018; the motorcycle was bought to authorised servicing center (Jharkhand auto) for a paid servicing. Invoice bearing no sci[protected]....
