I got my bajaj pulsar rs 200 chain sprocket replacement done from raj bajaj service centre. It took them 3 days to replace the chain sprocket. I was assured by the service executive that the bike would be fixed within 1 day. After 3 days i got my bike, after towards home i noticed the chain had issues so again visited the service centre and kept my bike there for couple of days more. After 2 days j got an call from the service centre for the issue is been fixed i took the delivery of the bike and before reaching home i noticed the chain is still having problems. I called the service centre and explained them the issue. They replied me that they don't have time to repair the mess they did to my bike.

I paid 4300 rs for spoiling my bike.

    हैलो बजाज टीम,

    मेरा नाम रिंकू सिंह मेने Rajiv Raj Bajaj Durgapuri से New Bike Dominar 400 Date 12 अगस्त 2020 को खरीदी है और डिलीवरी के समय से ही बाइक स्टार्ट होने में प्रॉब्लम कर रही है डिलीवरी के टाइम ही मेने शोरूम वालो से कहा की ऐसा क्यू हो रहा है तो उन्होंने कहा की बाइक में अभी पेट्रोल डाला है इस्सलिये प्रॉब्लम हो रही है। लेकिन मेरे घर पहुंचने तक बाइक 4 से 5 बार बंद हुई। और अगले ही दिन यानि 13 Aug 2020 की सुबह बाइक बिलकुल भी स्टार्ट नहीं हुई। तब मेने शोरूम वालो को कॉल किया तो उन्होंने 2 मेकैनिको को भेजा लेकिन वे आते उससे पहले ही बाइक स्टार्ट हो गई। मुझे समझ नहीं आ रहा था की ऐसा क्यू हो रहा है। लेकिन जब मेकैनिक आये और उन्होंने बाइक को चेक किया तो उन्होंने कहा की सर बैटरी की कनेक्शन थोड़े ढीले है इसलिए स्टार्ट करने में प्रॉब्लम आ रही है। उन्होंने बैटरी के कनेक्शन को टाइट किया और कहा की सर अब कोई प्रॉब्लम नहीं होगी। लेकिन उनके जाने के बाद शाम को बाइक फिर से स्टार्ट करने में दिक्कत आने लगी। अभी में इस बाइक से बहुत ज्यादा इर्रिटेट हो चूका हु। मुझे बताये की में क्या करू।

      I am not satisfied with bajaj bike and its service. Its service quality is bad. I fill complaint in consumer court becose i purchase new bike in 6 month only but i am surfing complaint new bike 2 or 3day purchase new bike

        My emi was not debited in the month of may 2019, in june collection executive came near my house for payment collection at point of time i was not having him, i asked him ill clear but he took my vehicle that day, next day any how i've adjusted..." i asked him how much - executive told its 5762/- some odd. I asked why executive said its including bounce charges. Then i paid him complete amount how much he said he didn't get any messages or calls or reminder about payment i thought payment would have posted, finally this i cleared my last emi, when i download the soa, bounce charges not been credited to my vehicle loan account number please request to sort out this issue and do the needful awaiting for faster revert ive checked office only emi is posted while

          I brought a Dominar on 2nd July 2020 and barely used it for 15 days.
          It got a battery complaint and is not starting anymore. I am not satisfied with this bike right now as it shouldn't have showed any problem this fast.

          I am not getting any proper care and it would really mean something if i could get a new bike or my money back and its just been less than 500 kms This is really unacceptable.

          I even done my first service which cost me almost 2000 rupees and it really pisses me when it spends more time in service center than it should be with me

            I have bajaj discover 125cc on 6aug2020 i decide to take my bike to authorised bajaj service centre in my village near neemrana there are service and chain set i want to change in service and my bill was rs 2760 when i ask pls explain me the charge how you charge this they not disclose anything even without informing me they change some part self. When i ask him to show me the original box of chainset they not show me and on every part which they change they charge extra cost i want my refund from company & close this type of service stations employees dont know how to work professionaly with brand name.

              Respected sir,
              I am owner of bajaj vikrant.

              Recently i have given my bike for repair to bajaaj kanchan wagale estetae.

              During first consultation i have told them all problems.

              1) handle issue
              2) no air in tyes,
              3) problem of plug
              4l problem of socket where mirror is placed.

              After completing work these people said they can't fill up air as there machine is not working.
              Hence they gave me vehical and said to fill up air from outside.

              Let me mention that when i have submitted vehical fualbtank ws empty..

              On the day when i visited i have given then fual.

              Today i have received vehical and took it to fill up air.

              Within 1 km again vehical was not getting started.

              Now i came back to service station and now these people are saying that they were not awear about carbonator problem

              Now my question is

              Is it true that bajaj is very much poor quality brand which cant effort to keep air filling machine at service station.

              Do we have standard operations to pass on costomers actual complaints to service engineers.

              I am highly disappointed with the services of bajaj.

                  Duing this during this covid-19 panic time your service center centre are not opened till june half on month. At this time most of them are at native places. I have take for my second free service. They said you service as expiry. Your the responsibility for your customers. Without any information form you side if any service center are open or we are externed your 2nd free service as to this date, no message form your said. So kindly help this panic time & finance low and help to make 2nd free service.

                        Dear Sir,

                        We are surprised about behavior of pune's dealer. We was booked our chetak with advance payment worth rupees 2000.00/- as on[protected]. Dealer’s authorized person was confirmed us about delivery of your order will be deliver you till June month. But we got call in July month about my order is ready and please pay rest amount but due to bank holiday we are not able to pay the rest amount of order and second day we got one other call from dealer's authorized person now your color is not available if you need delivery than we have blue color. When we are requesting him for deliver our chose color but he refuse our request with it is not available. We think my order was delivered to someone else who was provided extra payment to dealer or his staff. When we are question to dealer's authorized person about what is the meaning of advance booking? It was cut our phone with rudely behave and ask us we have this if you need than pay. Than he was not picking up our any calls it that right business ethic?

                          Purchased on 23.05.2020. Chasis no. Md2b37ax7lrl72742, engine no. Pfxrll19369 from rolta bajaj, kolkata 59. Engine malfunction signal is always on after 7 days from purchase of vehicle. At the time of first servicing informed them about it but problem not solved. Pollution certificate not issued since pollution measure is high. Again visited service centre at kestopur they informed censor have to be changed which is out of stock. I have already been penalised twice for non having pollution certificate. Please look into the matter and solve as early as possible.

                            I bought a bajaj platina bike from kisan motors tibbi hanumangarh. Ever since i bought a bajaj platina 110cc h-gear, it has been a major problem for petrol to fall from its carburetor and the petrol tank has become a major problem. Even after getting all the services at the right time, i am facing this problem. Any big accident can happen to the bike taker with me or my family due to the petrol switch off. A sudden accident on the road can cause any major mishap due to petrol shutdown, then who is responsible.

                              They have provided misleading information while buying the vehicle about insurance i have call recording of the conversations with odisha bajaj as an evidence.

                                Recently, i purchased pulsar 125cc which i found has lot of problems. They are.

                                The starting rate is very low.

                                After using it for a period of time the bike feels very suffocating and creats a bit of noise.

                                While changing gears, it creates a lot of noise and thudding.

                                    It’s regarding accidental coverage for my bike dl5s bf 1885, i have submitted the claim on 1st march 2020.

                                    I have been continuously following-up with the service center (193, patparganj industrial area, patparganj, new delhi) for the last 4 months with rajiv tyagi - [protected] and his east delhi team, however no response received so far.

                                    I have never seen this kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior, what are the challenges you are facing to settle my claim.

                                    Also, i believe that my vehicle is covered by the terms of this policy and i am entitled to the amount claimed.

                                        3rd service also completed to my bike but front disk problem not cleared the disk strucks at few times alrdy i ur mechanical repaired my bike but not completed and because o[censored]r worrest service bcz
                                        Front disk i had to fell down due to skid
                                        The front disk failed with to move to #front disk struck with minor injuries i could get up.
                                        Karimnagar consumer council also sent notice on 28.02.2020 but no response.
                                        3rd service completed but front and back disk problem not solved
                                        And
                                        From the date of purchase petrol overflow problem last time corpeter replaced but over flow and over full problem coming to my bike. I told ur service technician but not solved.

                                        You can't do my bike good service.
                                        I don't want to wait 1yr completed bike with the problem how can i drive safely in case major accident who is the responsibility. I dont want this bike.

                                        I want to replace or money back of my bike.

                                        From the date of purchase
                                        I have a problem to my pulsar 150cc twin disk
                                        Petrol over flow leakage
                                        I purchased on april 17, 2019
                                        Till today (22 february, 2020)
                                        The problem was not cleared i went to the karimnagar showroom standard bajaj to many times.
                                        2nd service also not completed. Few times when i stops the bike for 1 day the next day under the bike there are few petrol.
                                        1. Bike starting problem self is not working, automatically disply dimm, automatically lyts off on, self start not working only dakka start. The bike does have kick start option but self start not working properly now self start not working how can i start new bike but i want to do dakka for start the bike na
                                        2. Rear disk not working i gave my bike to 2nd service but they not cleared that problem the said disk is ok but the disk not working
                                        Toomuch slowly working, i asked other mechanic, evry mechanic tolds disk problm goto showroom. But standard bajaj showroom not clearing my problme
                                        Rear disk is not working properly then how can i control bike to break.

                                        3. Front disk also not working correctly, few times break liver tiet nd some times total brk not working.

                                        Before giving to 2nd service bike average per litre is 50kmpl in local now they giving 40 to 45 only. But in your official website bajaj pulsar 150 twin disk gives 65kmpl avrg.

                                        This is last warning nd chance to the bajaj company other wise i goto consumer forum nd rise the complaint on bike showroom nd bajaj company.
