3rd service also completed to my bike but front disk problem not cleared the disk strucks at few times alrdy i ur mechanical repaired my bike but not completed and because o[censored]r worrest service bcz
Front disk i had to fell down due to skid
The front disk failed with to move to #front disk struck with minor injuries i could get up.
Karimnagar consumer council also sent notice on 28.02.2020 but no response.
3rd service completed but front and back disk problem not solved
And
From the date of purchase petrol overflow problem last time corpeter replaced but over flow and over full problem coming to my bike. I told ur service technician but not solved.

You can't do my bike good service.
I don't want to wait 1yr completed bike with the problem how can i drive safely in case major accident who is the responsibility. I dont want this bike.

I want to replace or money back of my bike.

From the date of purchase
I have a problem to my pulsar 150cc twin disk
Petrol over flow leakage
I purchased on april 17, 2019
Till today (22 february, 2020)
The problem was not cleared i went to the karimnagar showroom standard bajaj to many times.
2nd service also not completed. Few times when i stops the bike for 1 day the next day under the bike there are few petrol.
1. Bike starting problem self is not working, automatically disply dimm, automatically lyts off on, self start not working only dakka start. The bike does have kick start option but self start not working properly now self start not working how can i start new bike but i want to do dakka for start the bike na
2. Rear disk not working i gave my bike to 2nd service but they not cleared that problem the said disk is ok but the disk not working
Toomuch slowly working, i asked other mechanic, evry mechanic tolds disk problm goto showroom. But standard bajaj showroom not clearing my problme
Rear disk is not working properly then how can i control bike to break.

3. Front disk also not working correctly, few times break liver tiet nd some times total brk not working.

Before giving to 2nd service bike average per litre is 50kmpl in local now they giving 40 to 45 only. But in your official website bajaj pulsar 150 twin disk gives 65kmpl avrg.

This is last warning nd chance to the bajaj company other wise i goto consumer forum nd rise the complaint on bike showroom nd bajaj company.

    I am sorry to say but your representative very dumb i have said to update my address he did not update & i paid extra for insurance but still he did not update why we should buy indian if you cannot do such simple things

        Kindly refund my ₹588.38 and ₹1.62 which was deduted today from my bank for 3rd june emi ad i paid emi after bounce and i have statement in which bajaj finance has waived of ₹531 extra charges and also i have applied for moratorium but still they bounced my emi and charged me extra and after that they refund extra charges showing in my soa and now today they deducted ₹588.38 and ₹1.62 charges
        I want refund or else i will file an FIR against bajaj finance

            Repeatedly i visit rolta bajaj madhyamgram, for bike service but they was refused me, taday another time i will reach the service centre they r very bad behaviour with me. Why? So pls shortout the problem and punished him. Else i will go consumer forom that's it... Thank you

              I have already been given my bike pulsar 220 to do some works in jkb bajaj service centre aluva. It take about a month to complete my bike service. The service amount was around 20000 rs and i was not able to take back the vehicle at that time. But after few weeks when i visited to take back the vehicle with my job card the people sitting over the receiption was not able to find my vehicle in the garage and they ask me whether any of my friends have been taken the bike after service. I told them that i haven't given any possession to take my vehicle from the showroom service centre. They told that one person name and mobile number. But when i make a call to that number no person was picking up the no. The vehicle has some how been missued from showroom custody. Please take an action against my issues.
              Also am attaching the job card of my vehicle which i have been received at the time of giving it to service.

                Hello Team,

                I bought a Bajaj platina bike no DL12SP3551 for my brother from SAI SMARAN Associates Address 631 Samalka, Delhi 110037 on 02oct2019 (on gazetted holiday). I Bought this in exchange of my old Bajaj platina bike no DL10SD7936. I Provided all basic documents beed to buy a 2 wheeler and These people delivered the bike to me on the same day 02oct2019 but provided me just an advance receipt and did not give any other document...Like like bile purchase invoice and bike exchange invoice...

                The bike I gave to them in exchange..the RC of that bike never transferred Since that time... When I asked why my old bike RC not transferred...They Gave me no clear answer...That bike is Still running under my brother's name RAHUL.

                These people did not provide me any original GST invoice under their showroom name and they just provided a photocopy of an invoice which does not have correct billing on it... We bought this bike of around 64000 and they provided the invoice of 59084 only...and did not mention anything about my exchanged bike...

                When I bought this bike for 64000. How can these people provide an invoice of 59084 and why did these people not mention 13500 in this bill when I bought the bike in exchange...

                This all seems like a fraud and misleading a customer..and misusing Bajaj.

                Kindly take a necessary action against concerned showroom so that it does not happen with with any other customer and do the needful to get my original invoice...

                  I am having dominar 400ug bs4. Its age is 7 months and kilometers run till now is 5000km, i have serviced my bike in time and from the beginning day this bike is having a problem with clutch and brake after that it having problem with engine and also with headlight and abs, indicator switch... Its a premium bike form bujaj but and dont fell like premium please help me to shortout my problem.

                    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                    I am writing this mail with utter disappointment and displeasure towards the services of Bajaj being provided. I purchased my pulsar 150 twin disc a month back and from day 1, I am facing issues. First of all, the bike given to me had a big and visible scratch on its engine when the delivery happened. Secondly there was some paint removed near the wiser. But i accepted it as I was in a rush to buy being emergency. On the first day of riding I noticed some awkward sound in the engine that doesn't seem obvious however I ignored that too. I got my bike's first service done as per the KM schedule. While coming from service center I noticed that some portion of the paint was removed from the petrol tank side which shocked me abruptly. Also I brought that issue to the service center Gannaur (Haryana) but they took it really lightly and told me that they have no paint available for this. Pls help address this issue asap as I am really frustrated to see my new vehicle's present condition.

                      My bike pulser 150 abs new model 2020. And his front disc break oil pressure pipe automatically leaked (Crack) on the way (Road) and i safely stop my bike. Very low parts on this bike nd i complaint the showroom nd i wait for 4 months he is not provide to me this pipe. The bjaj showroom are very careless for costumers. He is not interested after selling the bike?

                        I have purchase bajaj avenger 200 cruise in 7th nov 2019 and in the this month battery is dead i went to authorized dealer from where i purchase my bike (Torrent bajaj address: mahatma gandhi main rd, opp icici bank, bagroy market, ranchi, jharkhand 834001).

                        They said battery need to sent to exide and after 1 week it got replaced. I agreed to this after 1 week i received same battery in 17th july 2020 when i inquire to this they said battery is now ok.

                        Again i agree to this but now battery is not working after 2 days

                        Please advice me what should i do

                        I completely not satisfied this kind of service from such reputed company bajaj.

                          I am having bajaj avenger 220 (Wb-24ag 3635). I went to auto emporium (Belgharia service center) for servicing my bike and their service is pathetic... Everytime they use to say come next day... I am working with bank, and it is not possible for me to go there every day..

                            I had purchased pulsar 220 8 months before now in rain it is impossible to drive due to your aerogrip tyre is just slipping and yesterday my life was in danger as i apply slow brake also tyre got slipped and i fall and at back there was a truck it is very impossible to ride that tyre please consider my complaint it is very serious you can check my bike and tyre untill tyre is like showroom condition every rider life is in danger in this rainy season

                              The most worst feeling, i have ever feels before for dealing with kvr bike service center at thalassery, kannur, kerala. The company should teach your employees, how to give respect to the customers. Customers is your most wonderful dream maker's of your company, if your employees behave bad to the customers, that will fall down company reputation and goodwill. I was went for my bike related issue and i felt very bad behavior from your employees.

                                My self md. Hafizur rahman s/o-md. Kalim resident of village-ijrahta, p. O-lahta, dist-darbhanga, bihar.
                                On 11 july 2020 i am driving my auto with reserved passenger in madhubani city, there is three people catch me from a motor bike, they all are not weared neither helmets nor mask, they looking like duikait and forced me to stop my auto than one person salaped me than stoped auto after they forceed me you back your but i am ready for the same because lady passenger force me you drive for destination with her two little children, than they rugh language to lady passenger and her children that time i was shocked after a minuts one person take sheeted with me without mask, i was regular excuse him for sheeted in front of me without mask but they told me nothing is corona only govt. Telling false about corona, regular request him but they forced and slapped again and again, when reach in traffic free road he forced to take side and stoped and two person already reached on his own place they came and took auto key forcly from hand and all are salaped me again and again with rough language.
                                Now they called bad name which is not acceptable in society and told go from another auto after that i got aggreed passenger and send her with children by auto.
                                Again one person came with a paper told me if you gave 5000/- as side pocket money then we will be hand over your auto but that i have only 3000/- rupees in my pocket one person came and checked my all pocket and then collect rs.3000/- from my pocket and five gave to other auto driver for passenger journey, they not return my rest of money which is taken from my pocket, hand over me a sleep with half details and five hundred mention on on that only rs.2500/- not return me they told me "liya hun dene ke liye"
                                All matter told him about corona period locked down time emi they told i don't know about any covid 19 facility by any government after that i told him about moratorium period means from june, july august but they slapped me again.
                                Please give me justice why these kinds of people looking people.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I purchased my lovely bike avenger cruise 220 having chassis no. Md2a22ey9jck04685 from vadodra gujarat and had servicing as per servicing schedule while moving to munger bihar there was a technical fault in my bike not starting i moved to nearest serving center and the diagnosed the fault and said that one item magnato is unserviceable and amazed to know that the bajaj motors was changing the same part of all particular lot of avenger bike but the agency did not inform me and changed the item in paper without issuing job card and again it was shocking to know that they have changed wrong grade of oil and due to that my warranty void.
                                        I want to know that how a consumer can know the grade of oil and how to avoid such cheat.
                                        On what basis bajaj motors is giving authorization to such careless agency.
                                        Plz look into the matter and inform me regarding remidial action at the earliest.
