I own a bajaj pulsar rs 200, bought from suryoday motors, fatherwadi vasai east, which also has a authorized service center.
The bike is not even 2years old. But yet i have never gotten a free service as everytime i go they charge me for different parts stating that there is a mechanical or electrical failure. As my bike is very dear to me, i always went ahead and trusted their word, as they are the authorized service center and mechanics.
I have spent almost 30 - 40 thousand on repairs, as everytime i went for service, they promised the issue is fixed and parts replaced and charged be heavy amounts. Yet everytime the bike used to stall or stop working, and i had to tow it back again. I recently noticed, that they never change parts, just adjust, coat it, or add washers and ribits and tell me its all taken care of. They have charged me for alot of electric parts as well, withing one year of purchasing the bike, there have been several engine malfunctions as well, which should be covered free of cost, as the bike was not even a year old. They also made me change several parts, like stepper motor, bike battery. But now i have realised. They just charge me for all of that, but they never really change or replace it with new parts. The charges are hefty, and like i said, the bike is still no good, as it still keeps on breaking down every now and then. I have pictures of the damages, which they just used glue and ribits to fix, also a copy of all the bills, and payments made.
I regret buying bajaj and as of now still am running an emi on the bike.
Not to mention they keep the bike for periods of over 2 - 3 weeks saying, they're working on it, yet however the work is never genuine. And this is the same story for every single service iv done.
I would like to file a complaint and a petetion against the scam they are running, where they loot customers like me for money without giving the actual parts or services.
This is highly unacceptable and never did i think i would be scammed to this extent.

    Bajaj auto finace giving loan if you miss 1 payment then collection team call you and abuse you badly and they make your cibil down even if you make a payment. I have a proof. When i miss only 1 payment then why they are showing that you miss 5 payment because of that my cibil showing negative account. I really don’t like your service your collection team abuse and say teri maa ki c# and all is this the service your giving us. Even if they see i making a payment and my down payment was 36 k. I want my credit score should be cleared or i will complaint on rbi website regard to this

      bajaj avenger cruise 220 starting problem

      I was purchase a bajaj cruise 220 on feb 2019. But today my bike was not started. When i cal bajaj showroom where i purchase bike, noone received my cal. L have also take 5 year full insurance of my bike. I understand that this is lockdown period but discussion can be there so that after lockdown it was repaired.

              I had purchased a brand new bajaj avenger street 220 on nov 2019 dewan bajaj chattarpur new delhi, 110074. I am very sorry to say that my decision of buying is useless. After 2 month i am facing the problem with self start as the excide battery was not in good condition, this is what is happening to the brand new bike after paying whole money in advance.

              I had complaint this in jan 2020, they send my battery to the excide service center and instead of replacing it, they have to repair it and return me the same batter again. I have started facing this issue again i am fed up and upset with the bajaj bike and the services of the bajaj in march and because of lockdown i was not able to raise a complaint.

              Now, since i have purchased a new hight cost bike and this issue was not resolved earlier i want a new battery, repairing is not going to work now. I need new excide battery.

                  Dear bajaj,
                  First of all i'm very much disappointed with the bike i purchased 6 months back. I bought new bike of ct 110 on[protected]. As a part of marketing tactics, your employees told a great mileage of minimum 90 kmpl. I believed that as in the brochure you mentioned around 70 + kmpl. With a great belief on you, i bought the bike. My bike is giving a great mileage of 40 kmpl, for which i'm worrying daily. Daily i need to travel around 100 kms. For that i need to spend rs 200 daily, means nearly 6000/- pm. It would be nice if chose a bike of 220+ cc. By the gods grace i chosen only 110 cc, which making me cry daily. It had done for 3 free services. Showroom guys are telling we checked that and everything is okay. I dont know whether i chosen a wrong bike or wrong company. Please go through my issue and rectify my issue.

                  But I'm getting only 50% than the original only 57 kmph.

                  Plz rectify my issue ASAP.

Iam very dissatisfied after i have taken multiple paid services from rajahmundry bajaj dealers. They ignoring bike problems from engine side as well as out side. They behaving like not interested to resolve my problem and simply doing nominal service. There was huge sound coming out of bike while i am riding. It really embarrassing.                         It’s been 1 year 5 months i received the bike on each service i have complained about the late pick up and sound while releasing the clutch but no actions were taken. And also there was a problem with fork bend they charged me 3000 as a over all bill but still the problem is the same.

                        Kindly look into this matter on priority i’m a loyal customer to bajaj since 8 years i never found any problem with the service but this time no one are helping me out. They concluded that there is no issue with the bike i received a call few mins back this is really frustrating. I trusted the brand so much and these people are taking things for granted i want the clutch assembly to be replaced as well as i don’t want to hear any kind of sound while riding. Even if you people do not take any action then definitely i will suggest my friends n family about the worst service in that particular branch.

                          I went to the bajaj showroom (Palam) on sunday afternoon and gave away my bike for third time service. I forgot my helmet there and the next day when i went back to take my bike, my helmet was stolen. After checking the cctv footage i came to know that the staff was using my helmet for the full day on sunday and the next day and they misplaced it just before i went there to take my bike. The staff over there is reluctant and does not take responsibility of anything so i'm worried even if the bikes are safe over there. This is a pathetic experience i have had with bajaj from the beginning, at the first service they stole my keychain and blamed it on other customers. Disgusting people.
                          I gave my bike ( Bajaj 150 bike No. 4668) for getting serviced to JKB Motors last Saturday but I didn't get it not only serviced properly but also they broke front panel side of the bike by careless screwing . So please take necessary steps to get my bike serviced back by solving the issue. I have attached photographs of my bike below.

                          I have some issues in bajaj avenger bike but at service center no one is respond to me.

                          I had visited gandhidham service center three times but I have not get solution.

                          Previously I have pulsure also but now if I have not get proper service than I have to think about other products and have to go with other brand
                          I brought bike around 8 month back and now the alignment for fount wheel is gone and after repair from service center also its not fixing.

                            I received no message alert for the deduction happened like i usually get for other transactions of my account. I hold an account with icici bank. There was an amount deducted for rs. 650 from my account which mentions it is an auto debit. On contacting bank they said i have approved on some ecs to bajaj auto hence the money was deducted wherein there is no loan, no approval no relation with bajaj auto. This is a fraud. I am worried about how my account information are with these guys and they deducted money without my knowledge. I need my money back plus i need a stringent action to be taken towards bajaj auto

                            I have avenger 180 street ...its right hand side coil is damaged ...and that day it was not available and they ordered it ...but not its over 3 weeks they are saying the part is not available ...i regularly call them to get the updates ..but nothing happen

                              This is to inform you that i have taken delivery of my new "platina 110 h-gear disc" variant yesterday[protected].

                              Please be informed that i am surprised the way your "jai bajaj" - tbm sanatorium handled my booking and till delivery i was very astonished.

                              I thank you bajaj auto for making this delivery process memorable because i am very much satisfied by the way your team carried out the delivery process by handing over the bike to me (Delivery ceremony) in the street adjacent to your "jai bajai-tbm sanatorium" showroom and the key was handed over to me by mechanic (Name not required) from the service center and the man was cleaning the bike having the bike in middle of the street but i didn't expect he will give the key and tell me to take home the bike.

                              I feel proud of taking my bike delivered by an mechanic but whats the job of showroom sales team?? Are you guys lacking man power in showroom when bunch of peoples sitting and chit chatting in the showroom??

                              Kindly note, i have never experienced this type of delivery in my past purchase history.. It's been one of the worst experience for me with "bajaj autos"

                              Please try to improvise the sales team attitude, no one in the showroom is behaving in good polite manner and none is responsible for the job they are doing., they are just simply thinking they are the king and we (Purchaser) is like a slave to your king.

                              I don't want to mention the name of sales person and finance person who have handed my booking but they are not capable for anything and that is for sure, they are not understanding anything from my side and their protocol is very bad and they demand for it and they processed the loan in the favor of their leads.

                              I have more details to be shared and before that i want your team to improvise the work they do and please advice them to be polite and they must be answerable for purchaser questions from day 1 to day end (Delivery).

                              I am very much disappointed with "bajaj"

                                We have observed auto rickshaws to be standing outside all malls lined up, who charge double the meter price. Not only that they also do not let normal auto rickshaws passing by to take passengers coming out of the mall. Not only is this not legal but also wrong on consumer rights to get services as priced.

                                However, today after shopping from a super market, not only were we charged double the fare but also the man talked in the most inhuman way. Not only was he unfair in providing his services, he had 0 level humanity when it came to helping the customers.

                                I highly urge the respective authority to take steps accordingly. We need our transportation to be safe and cooperative.

                                    Meri bajaj avenger bike 260 km chali hai. Is me bike niche 2 pipe lage huye hai rabar ke unme se petrol Nikal Raha hai. Showroom vale bat Nahi Kar rahe. Me 150 km side me hu to bike ko showroom bhi Nahi le ha sakta. Eise to bike Ka petrol khatam ho jayega. Plz help me

                                      Hello,

                                      How come i get an engine bore issue just in 45k kms for the bike which i bought for 91k.
                                      Now to solve that engine bore issue bajaj is charging 8k. We trust bajaj since it is india's no1 bike this is what we get. Every bike serving is done in the service center only. Also every 10k or 15kms i have to change the chain kit which is a know issue it seems.
                                      Never in my life i'll go for bajaj again.
                                      All stupid and silly issues.. Lacks in quality.

                                      i have worrest experiance in bajaj work shop in mahabubabadh in sushma motors am giving vechile in work shop the workshop people is changing my battery i am asking the people why you are changing the battery the people behaviour in uncivilized words please solve my issue
