Hi All,
I am writing this mail to complain about the worst service that is being provided from DK Bajaj Service Centre,
Loni Ghaziabad UP-201102. My bike model- Bajaj Avenger 220 street, was not working properly since past one month.
In that span of time I took my bike to this service centre for 3 times in last 2 weeks.But the bike is not repaired yet.
I am so frustrated by the bike and their services. I bought this bike from Bajaj for my convenience. This was the BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE SO FAR.
I have spent lump sum of money on this bike, but still not working at all. It was a complete waste of time and money. Bajaj have the worst service.
Bike has numerous problems including continuous leakage and the speed doesn't even exceed 70 km/h speed. Everytime I go to the centre,
they tell me that the problem is with the engine and it is not repaired properly.
I Will never recommend anyone to buy BAJAJ BIKES. Now, either give my hard earned money back or change my vehicle.

    I, rajendra kumar has bajaj pulsar 180 since 2016. I serviced my bike from authorized bajaj service center (Suri auto works, f-891, virender nagar janak puri road, delhi - 110058) for change my shock absorber rod. But they did not fitted proper, they just adjusted bottle plastic instead of shock absorber bushes and warsel. And for that, too much sound from bike i can't able to travel long distance in this bike due to shocker problem, i also told in service center, they said "we don't have shock absorber buses and waiting for equipment from company and day by day it's 20th day and the told on call still not received equipment. I daily call him and ask for same and daily, they said still not received. I already called in customer support for raise my complaint, they said we will take action against him and resolve my query but still not get any satisfactory answer.

    My question is that if the service center doing this type of illegal job then where to go customer for their bike service, and if i want any adjustment in my bike then i can go in local bike service. I enjoyed the bajaj bike but this time i has been troubled too much.
    I think that the bajaj company should get a step against this type of service center. Please revert me in any further information & a soon reply from your end is highly solicited by me.

          My name is sonu kumar das and i owne a bajaj platina h gear 110 and in my warranty period but the problem is i service in osl bajaj topsia and from the past month i have been travelling to the showroom and the only excuse i am getting is that they dont have the back shockers in stock. I am here to complain this because i have only time till october 13 for my warranty to finish...
          Im stuck in a position where i don't knw what to do as i work as a zomato delivery partner and i travel approximately 100kms per day as my job asks for such decipline and work from us
          I urge you to guide me so i can enjoy riding my bike to the fullest

              Dear sir my bike avenger160 getting battery draing problem, and i am having still 3months warrenty from the date of purchase, i visited svs bajaj show room and he said that remove the battery and give us the i will send for company and you will get after 10 days what i have to wait long time and who will give us bike to me untill get my battery repaired, no sir i can't we r having lot work to do so kindly resolve this, don't make loose confident in your company, kindly co-operate

                      My amount rs.117 has been debited from my account without my knowledge on 15th sept'20 mentioning "cms/[protected]/bajaj_auto_cd_4580cd92317233"

                      For that, i have not received any kind of intimation through sms or email.

                      When i checked in the bank app, it shown the about details. It is kind of robbery since i have not taken any loans from bajaj auto finance.

                      Kindly take the necessary action and help me to get my money reverted back to my account.

                        Dear consumer

                        I have had the worst experience with the customer support team. Customer care number has been blocked for any further calls from my side. Im not able to reach.

                        The service rep from the service center ius the least bothered with the replacement of the battery and will take a weeks period time to replace the battery. I'm pretty sure that they damaged the bike before i gave my bike for service with them a week before in chandanagar branch hyderabad. My seat compartment was filthy and it has not been even cleaned and my air filter is also filthy due to their neglected service. I have accidentally given a good rating for their service and fallen for their deception. This has bothered me because they are accusing me for the damage of the battery.

                        Issue: battery failure due to unknown reason which showroom failed to give an explanation.

                        After horrendous amount of mails and hours and hours of phone calls, Finally after five days of painstaking ordeal i got my battery replaced. Varun bajaj service team is least bothered with customer service or their requirements. Mr Wilson from . The vehicle was serviced in the different varun bajaj showroom and neither of the time the battery bay was untouched ...perse they have not even bothered to clean the air filter. My engine didnt feel refined after the service. The shifting of the gears was not smooth. for proof the electrical bay of my bike looked like a total crapshot.

                          i want to complaint against panchkula gold wheel pvt ltd in panchkula district in state of haryana.

                          i have purchase Platina 110 cc Bike on Dt 31.07.2020. on full cash payment.
                          on this time they gave me only insurance and temoprary no reciept and no other document.

                          As per her sale person RC will be sent by courier to your home address and when file submit for RC you will get a SMS for Original Numeber.

                          But till date i have called him 100 time only one answer you will get it shortly.

                          according to rule of Road Transport RC will be in your hand with in one month of handover bike by Agency and temporary no is valid only for one month.

                          if any traffic police stop me and bond my bike due to no documentary proof of ownership of bike who will pay for this and secondly i have harassed from last two month from her sale team member.

                          Please solve it priority basis because it is a serious issue of blunder mistake and making people fool by Panchkula gold wheel pvt ltd.

                          even in earlier mention i have call him 100 time for RC but even single time i did not get any call for this information, although this is Panchkula gold wheel pvt ltd responsibility provide me RC and any information regarding this but they behave like irresponsible and does not entertain customer after received cash from customer.

                                  Sir today I went to bagga link service center karol for getting bike service they staff was very rude in taking and neither temperature was taken at gate, no hygiene and plus none of employees wearing mask .They overcharged for every thing

                                        I bought bajaj platina before 2 years. More than 3 times during service i informed the service station and the result was same. Here the company claiming 100km per litre. But from starting onwards my vehicle giving 50 to 55 km per litre. Its giving only half of what the company is claiming. Worst service by bajaj. Bajaj service centre too accepted that mileage fault. What should i do?
