Dear bajaj,
First of all i'm very much disappointed with the bike i purchased 6 months back. I bought new bike of ct 110 on[protected]. As a part of marketing tactics, your employees told a great mileage of minimum 90 kmpl. I believed that as in the brochure you mentioned around 70 + kmpl. With a great belief on you, i bought the bike. My bike is giving a great mileage of 40 kmpl, for which i'm worrying daily. Daily i need to travel around 100 kms. For that i need to spend rs 200 daily, means nearly 6000/- pm. It would be nice if chose a bike of 220+ cc. By the gods grace i chosen only 110 cc, which making me cry daily. It had done for 3 free services. Showroom guys are telling we checked that and everything is okay. I dont know whether i chosen a wrong bike or wrong company. Please go through my issue and rectify my issue.

I bought my ct110 bike 2 months ago, the sales team informed that 104 mph mileage,

But I'm getting only 50% than the original only 57 kmph.

Plz rectify my issue ASAP.

I contacted my dealer no response from their side.
I have purchased New pulsar 150 ABS dual disk on 13th March 2020 from Manav Motors Pilani, Phone Number - [protected] . He charged me Approximately 1, 16, 000 Rs. I talked to him He not responding me. Please help me Otherwise i will go for consumer Court .

      Sir, i am v. Chinnareddy, being your customer for last 4 years. I have bought bajaj pulsar since one year ago. Iam very dissatisfied after i have taken multiple paid services from rajahmundry bajaj dealers. They ignoring bike problems from engine side as well as out side. They behaving like not interested to resolve my problem and simply doing nominal service. There was huge sound coming out of bike while i am riding. It really embarrassing.       SIR Last 5 months the battery of the Platina motorcycle is disturbing, the self is not starting
      Its complaint is on the showroom that they are not changing the battery, the battery is still in 1 year warranty.
      Advanced EMI deduction but also submit emi before emi deduction date.

        It’s been 1 year 5 months i received the bike on each service i have complained about the late pick up and sound while releasing the clutch but no actions were taken. And also there was a problem with fork bend they charged me 3000 as a over all bill but still the problem is the same.

        Kindly look into this matter on priority i’m a loyal customer to bajaj since 8 years i never found any problem with the service but this time no one are helping me out. They concluded that there is no issue with the bike i received a call few mins back this is really frustrating. I trusted the brand so much and these people are taking things for granted i want the clutch assembly to be replaced as well as i don’t want to hear any kind of sound while riding. Even if you people do not take any action then definitely i will suggest my friends n family about the worst service in that particular branch.

          I went to the bajaj showroom (Palam) on sunday afternoon and gave away my bike for third time service. I forgot my helmet there and the next day when i went back to take my bike, my helmet was stolen. After checking the cctv footage i came to know that the staff was using my helmet for the full day on sunday and the next day and they misplaced it just before i went there to take my bike. The staff over there is reluctant and does not take responsibility of anything so i'm worried even if the bikes are safe over there. This is a pathetic experience i have had with bajaj from the beginning, at the first service they stole my keychain and blamed it on other customers. Disgusting people.
          I gave my bike ( Bajaj 150 bike No. 4668) for getting serviced to JKB Motors last Saturday but I didn't get it not only serviced properly but also they broke front panel side of the bike by careless screwing . So please take necessary steps to get my bike serviced back by solving the issue. I have attached photographs of my bike below.
          I have some issues in bajaj avenger bike but at service center no one is respond to me.

          I had visited gandhidham service center three times but I have not get solution.

          Previously I have pulsure also but now if I have not get proper service than I have to think about other products and have to go with other brand
          I brought bike around 8 month back and now the alignment for fount wheel is gone and after repair from service center also its not fixing.

            I received no message alert for the deduction happened like i usually get for other transactions of my account. I hold an account with icici bank. There was an amount deducted for rs. 650 from my account which mentions it is an auto debit. On contacting bank they said i have approved on some ecs to bajaj auto hence the money was deducted wherein there is no loan, no approval no relation with bajaj auto. This is a fraud. I am worried about how my account information are with these guys and they deducted money without my knowledge. I need my money back plus i need a stringent action to be taken towards bajaj auto
            I have avenger 180 street ...its right hand side coil is damaged ...and that day it was not available and they ordered it ...but not its over 3 weeks they are saying the part is not available ...i regularly call them to get the updates ..but nothing happen

              This is to inform you that i have taken delivery of my new "platina 110 h-gear disc" variant yesterday[protected].

              Please be informed that i am surprised the way your "jai bajaj" - tbm sanatorium handled my booking and till delivery i was very astonished.

              I thank you bajaj auto for making this delivery process memorable because i am very much satisfied by the way your team carried out the delivery process by handing over the bike to me (Delivery ceremony) in the street adjacent to your "jai bajai-tbm sanatorium" showroom and the key was handed over to me by mechanic (Name not required) from the service center and the man was cleaning the bike having the bike in middle of the street but i didn't expect he will give the key and tell me to take home the bike.

              I feel proud of taking my bike delivered by an mechanic but whats the job of showroom sales team?? Are you guys lacking man power in showroom when bunch of peoples sitting and chit chatting in the showroom??

              Kindly note, i have never experienced this type of delivery in my past purchase history.. It's been one of the worst experience for me with "bajaj autos"

              Please try to improvise the sales team attitude, no one in the showroom is behaving in good polite manner and none is responsible for the job they are doing., they are just simply thinking they are the king and we (Purchaser) is like a slave to your king.

              I don't want to mention the name of sales person and finance person who have handed my booking but they are not capable for anything and that is for sure, they are not understanding anything from my side and their protocol is very bad and they demand for it and they processed the loan in the favor of their leads.

              I have more details to be shared and before that i want your team to improvise the work they do and please advice them to be polite and they must be answerable for purchaser questions from day 1 to day end (Delivery).

              I am very much disappointed with "bajaj"

                We have observed auto rickshaws to be standing outside all malls lined up, who charge double the meter price. Not only that they also do not let normal auto rickshaws passing by to take passengers coming out of the mall. Not only is this not legal but also wrong on consumer rights to get services as priced.

                However, today after shopping from a super market, not only were we charged double the fare but also the man talked in the most inhuman way. Not only was he unfair in providing his services, he had 0 level humanity when it came to helping the customers.

                I highly urge the respective authority to take steps accordingly. We need our transportation to be safe and cooperative.

                The number of the auto-rickshaw was gj-01 te 2943.

                    I have don't have any loan in bajaj finance, but still amount is detection, really very horrible, this is not first time, i have faced this problem several times, even for my wife also facing the same problem, i have searched the bajaj finance contact no in the google, but no is not reachable, really very pathetic, hope i will get reply, for your information i have attached the screen shot. I will share this kind of service in facebook, what's app and twitter, really bajaj finance cheating the people.
                    Meri bajaj avenger bike 260 km chali hai. Is me bike niche 2 pipe lage huye hai rabar ke unme se petrol Nikal Raha hai. Showroom vale bat Nahi Kar rahe. Me 150 km side me hu to bike ko showroom bhi Nahi le ha sakta. Eise to bike Ka petrol khatam ho jayega. Plz help me

                      Hello,

                      How come i get an engine bore issue just in 45k kms for the bike which i bought for 91k.
                      Now to solve that engine bore issue bajaj is charging 8k. We trust bajaj since it is india's no1 bike this is what we get. Every bike serving is done in the service center only. Also every 10k or 15kms i have to change the chain kit which is a know issue it seems.
                      Never in my life i'll go for bajaj again.
                      All stupid and silly issues.. Lacks in quality.

                          Purchased bajaj discover 125 bs4 from kalyani bajaj mekhri circle bangalore by paying rs.25600 as a down payment. But bajaj executive failed to explain me about the charges applicable to process the loan. When i received a call from bajaj for verification then told me about loan amount as 60000. Bike cost is 80200 and difference amount is[protected]=rs.54600. When i enquired about the difference amount of rs.5400, saying that it's processing fee and insurance. This was failure by bajaj executive who missed to convey the charges and hidden charges. However, they are blaming on customer why this was not been enquired about the charges. However it's their duty to convey a out the charges. I ll not be pay the charges of rs.5400 which was the mistake by an bajaj executive. His manager is saying it's a mistake from his team, however they will not be able to pay the charges of 5400. Bajaj finance is looting the customer's hard earned money by giving false information and putting consumers into trouble. This needs to addressed and resolved.

                              Today i left my pulsar 150cc for service, lady reception and lady bill creator relationship with customer is absolutely not good. No provision of accepting digital card system for payment. Every thing should be given by cash, and they will say card interest at 1.5% to 2% will be charged by bank. This is ridiculous. All small dealer will accept cards now a days. Service engg wont be available at the time of delivery. This is happened on[protected] at 6.45pm. No option for us to leave the vehicle for services other than these people in near by locality. [vidyaranpuram, bangalore 560097] shop owner also not available to talk. Govt of india made digital india, and these people are still behind cash against services. Kind call the owner and resolve this issue at the earliest. I am also having two to three friends in the area owing bajaj vehicles, no one is happy with this service centre. I donot know how they have done the service for my vehicle, this is to be checked.

                                  Very bad experience at r k baja purulia for my pulsar routine service. First they damaged mobil chamber and then take almost a month for replacement. After that while replacement (Managed second hand mobil oil chamber) they do something wrong in display system. When i told them to modify, they again take one day. The very next day when i reached to take bike, they dint complete the work. I have complained at rk bajaj bankura. After that they note my number and told me that they will contact after four to five days to change some circuit in display system in pulsar. But still no updates. Very shame to see such work at bajaj bike service. No word to say.

                                    Dear sir.
                                    My self i'm sarankumar. I'm a bajaj customer since from 2011. I have ns 200 and recently i brought an avenger 180 and also all my service is done in bajaj dealership. I was happy with the service provided by the bajaj popular dealership service. But i got a bad experience from my last free service done in bajaj popular kayamkulam. I was in popular bajaj for my free service for my bajaj avenger bike kl04an938.
                                    But after the service, the paint on both front struts got faded (Paint removed, photos attached) and battery indication is on so some time starting trouble is found in in the bike. The same was informed to the executive in the popular bajaj kayamkulam. The executive told me that the affected parts will replace under warranty but the parts need to order, after getting the parts they will call me, now its more than 4 months but still, now no one called from popular bajaj kayamkulam, complaint still exit.
                                    Kindly help me to solve my bike complaint.

                                      I am facing an issue of pilot lamp and speedometer illumination lamp (Not working) while at ignition switch on and engine off condition from the date of purchase itself.in owners manual it is mentioned it will glow, this flaw or defective is bothering me, kindly escalate to bajaj manufacturing unit and solve my problem, because customer should get what bajaj was promised as per in manual. I can't accept this defective flaw bike while others don't have a problem with their bike.

                                        I visited ""Anita Bajaj"" on dated 24/02/2020 to change my front mudguard of ""Avenger 200"" colour ""Auburn Black"" as it was damaged. When i asked the accessories store in-charge "Mr. Akhilesh" for the availability of the part. He first see my bike as it was just in front of him and then he checked in his system and told me that the black color was steady available. I said to change it and submit my vehicle.

                                        At 3:43 pm i received a call from Anita Bajaj Workshop saying that the color matching my bike body is not available instead Black color is available which is not matching with the body color. When i asked for the availability of the part the super-wiser told its not getting manufactured from ""BAJAJ AUTO Industry""

                                        How it's possible that ""BAJAJ AUTO Industry"" has stooped manufacturing the product purchased 2 years back.

                                        Just have a look over the complaint and do the need full as its very annoying for me to get such sticky views from dealers.

                                        Hope to get my complaint resolved soon.
