      Some distributors are not providing 2 year warranty which is mentioned very clearly on Bajaj LED bulb.They are giving only 1 year warranty whether you purchase or not.kindly look into the matter

        I registered a complaint regarding my microwave, in june from my mobile number [protected], but the owner of lucknow, Ashiana branch service centre sent a fan repairing technician for repairing my microwave, and he took 1800 rs fr the complete service, but still muly microwave is defected, he keeps on saying that he would send technician, but he never does so, i have never seen such worst customer support, i must say that bajaj is pathetic and being a owner of a hostel, i would make sure that yiur products are replaced by some good electronic companies, its the worst experience with bajaj electricals, so irresponsible behaviour towars consumer, you people are just cutting down people's pocket, i am attaching the service centre owners mobile number [protected] and also a screen shot of the service centre location, give me my money back bajaj fraud electrical limited, worst service experience

            बजाज इल्कट्रीक पैडसटल fan victor vp r 01 अगस्त 2016 में खरीदा जुन 2020 में चल नहीं रहा था बजाज इल्कट्रीक के केयर सेंटर में कम्लेंट किया । 21जून को बजाज इल्कट्रीक के सर्विस सेंटर कर्मचारी आया और पैडसटल fan victor vp r 01 को लेकर गया, और रिपेर कर के लाया बिल में सर्विस +रिपेयर चार्ज लिया और उसने बताया कि मोटर का बुश खराब हो गया है जो कम्पनी से नहीं मिलता है। इसलिए अब खराब होने पर मोटर बदलनी पड़ेगी ।

            क्या मोटर की कीमत एक़ बुश के बराबर है या जान बुझकर बुश नहीं देती

              Purchased a Bajaj Shakti Geyser few years back. The bottom plastic component, which conceals the end point of wires and electrical components disintegrated into small powder like dust and broke into multiple small pieces .This has resulted in exposure of all electric wires components which is unsafe in the bathroom.

                I had booked a complaint about my pedastal fan on 6th july - call id ahm[protected]-1 against which no action was taken.
                I booked another one - call id ahm[protected]-1.
                Against the second call, a mechanic called to repair the fan after inspection of which he said the motor needs to be replaced.
                A few days later he appeared with a replacement motor, which turned out to be defective!!! The mechanic left my place with a promise to come back with a fresh one.
                Surprisingly, the same evening ii get a message that my complaint ha been resolved!!.
                In reality the mechanic left the fan to be repaired in "dismantled" state, not bothering to reassemble.
                I have three more gadjects of bajaj, but i am totally disappointed by your service.

                  Order Id - 109173, Order Date - Saturday, undefined/‎11‎-‎07‎-‎2020/undefined at ‎21‎:‎16‎:‎45, One the same day, I have sent a request to cancel my order since there model displayed is acceptable to me. next day, I called customer service but no one picked the phone. No response to my email even after one week. They are suppose to deliver the product itself within a week. There is absolute silence and unresponsive company. Going by the name of the company, I thought their service will be better. But the online business is found to be worst. The company talks a lot in public but not properly treating the customers.

                    I purchased Morphy Richards Marvel Supreme mixer grinder of 750 Watt on 20 August 2019.

                    From Starting the appliance wasn't working to its expected level, especially the chutney jar. Between August 2019 and May 2020, 3 times the person from service center visited and replaced the chutney jar. In the fourth instance, I escalated the complaint directly to high offices in the company instead of dealing with service centers. We want the replacement of the product as they have given us a faulty one.

                    The official response in Bajaj Electricals have been very pathetic. After series of mail exchanges finally its Branch Service Incharge, Mr Anurag Tuteja called and agreed to send a technician. It is pertinent to mention here that Mr Tuteja is highly unprofessional and pathetic person. In his first call only he refused to undertake any request of replacement even though the product is in warranty, and only agreed for any repair.

                    Then on the day the technician came, another hopeless person, he told us to fill entire jar with coriander leaves to make proper chutney. Now in which household does anybody eat 1 kg of chutney daily. Then we agreed to give him that much of ingredient on condition that if it didnt grind to the expected level he has to replace the product. On this he became defensive and left the premise.

                    Mr Tuteja response to this was that we havent cooperated, he was defensive for his technician and didnt do anything.

                    I intend to take bajaj electricals to consumer court as i have lost my patience.

                      I ordered at 9-july-2020, given expected delivery in 7 working days, i have called to customer care and they are not responding (Disconnecting the call and saying we are not responsible for this order), after repeated calling, one of the executes told that i will get call back from the web order department regarding the status of the order, but i did not get any callback

                      I mailed to customer care but no response, could you please give us your support to get my order or to return my money back.

                            Dear bajaj team,

                            I brought a bajaj gx4 mixer grinder on 25th june 2020.on 29th june 2020 it suddenly stopped working i informed the same on bajaj toll free number.i was informed that a technician will visit in 48hrs no one has visited so i mailed on [protected]@bajajelectricals.com but no asisstance was provided.The customer care person only gave me call id by message no complaint number was given.
                            Below message received from bajaj
                            Greetings from Bajaj Electricals! Your Call ID is MUM[protected]-1 .To avail the warranty, showing of Bill and Warranty card is mandatory. Please share Secret Code 3513 to engineer only on call resolution.
                            Kindly do the needfull to resolve the issue.Now ut has been 8 days and even after several mails and calls to customer care i have not received any response.kindly do the needfull and solve the issue.

                            My mixer stopped working on 29th june 2020.27 days passed till days nobody even came to check the issue forget about solving it.Everytime i call bajaj customer care and number provided by them i get a reply they will send technician tomorrow or in 2 days.Experts in giving false commitments.Even after mailing on [protected]@bajajelectricals.com i get no respose.Pathetic service by bajaj electricals non commited and no responsible person to solve customer concern.

                                  I bought Bajaj Cooler on 26 May 2020. But within a month one of its base wheel broke and Bajaj's people instead of repairing or replacing the wheel asking me to shell out 650 Rs for all 4 wheels. Its pretty clear that wheel must have been in very poor condition in the first place.

                                  I have enclosed the picture of cooler, bill (containing phone number and address) and broken wheel.

                                  My compaint id is DEL[protected]-1
                                  I hope hope my grievance will get addressed in fair manner so Bajaj Electrical will replace the broken wheel free of cost considering its a newly bought product.

                                  Followup to complaint - the unethical behavior by the "scam" of a Bajaj Company continues as they refuse to address the issue and even closed the complaint without resolving the issue.
                                  Among all the companies i have dealt with, this company is worst of lot.

                                      I have been complaining about my geyser not working since long 3 months now. But no one is paying any deed. They provide a new complaint number everytime i call and then it gets auto closed.
                                      I have dropped more than 50 mails till date to the consumer care email id.
                                      But no one came to check it.
                                      Worst experience iam facing. So much of follow up.
                                      This is frustating.

                                        I have bought the water geyser bajaj shakti, 25 leters on 16.5.2017 since then 3 times we faced problem of leakage in the tank of water geyser. No doubt complaints were met and got repaired. As per suggestion of the service engineer i bought pressure volve and got fitted to resolve the issue, but in vain. After every repair it lasted for one to two month or so. Can it be repaired properly and permanently?. This is the second complain since the last incident. Please help.
