We purchased a wet grinder on 25th May, Saturday and noted that the drum was leaking. We booked a complaint on 26th May Sunday with the customer care. We were informed that the issue would be addressed in two days. But no one has attended the matter so far. We called the customer service a couple of times later in the week. But the problem is not resolved.

Its now about two weeks since we booked the complaint. No one cares to bother resolving the issue.

Please resolve the problem.

    Yesterday i have bought a brand new bajaj cooler dc 2015icon first day performance was really impressive but next day it's pump created a problem and is not taking water don't know why. Bajaj is our country's most reputed company and this kind of services are not expected from bajaj electricals. This is really very disappointing. Please take serious actions regarding my problem. Send your engineer as soon as possible.

      I got constructed a new house building and required fans for my new building. My friends and relatives suggested me to go with either havells or crompton. One of my customer at bank mr. Dharmendra bohra, owner of mahaveer electricals and electronics suggested me to go with bajaj as this is an indian company and cares for customer. I bought 10 ceiling fans 3 exhaust fans and 2 wall fans total 15 fans of bajaj itself. I had to buy a small ceiling fan so i went to the nearby dealer of havells. When i told him that i blught bajaj fans, he said that i have done a mistake. Now, there will be always issues with fans and technician will be visiting my house. Whenever there will be an issue they will not accept their fault and blame inverter or air cutting. He also promised me that if there is any issue in havells in a month, he will replace the fan. The day before grih pravesh the fans were installed and one of the bajaj ceiling fan was making noise. Mr. Dharmendra bohra arranged a call for technician. The technician visited my house on the same day and told me that noise is coming because false roof (Pop) is touching the fan. When i inspected there was sufficient hole on false roof but then also i asked my electrician to extend the hole. After the hole was extended, there was again noise. The technician opened the main unit of fan and removed a rubber part. He said that sometimes fan makes noise due to this rubber part. On the very next day, noise was there and the technician from bajaj again visited my house. He said that this voice is due to air cutting. I was not present at home at that time to argue with technician. I decided to contiue with the noise.in a week, the noise from fan was increased. I made a video and sent it to all concerned people. The technician again visited my house and after spending half an hour he said that this voice is due to inverter. When i asked him that why the noise is coming when fan is operating on raw power and not on inverter? And why the noise is not from other 15 fans when they are also operating on onverter? Or i have to call technician from luminous and they will give proper reply to you that luminous company has not done proper r&d work that they failed to operate even a fan smoothly. There was no any reply from his side and he said that he can change the motor. I was very much annoyed with this kind of behaviour of technician. I registered a complain online and i received a call today on 16/5/2019 from mr. Lokesh dadhich from bajaj and his mobile number was [protected]. I explained him the whole matter. He said that i should go with what technician is saying and get the motor changed but i no more beleive such people who don't have honesty or ethics. I asked mr. Lokesh for replacement and he denied. Whatever the dealer of havells had said was true and the excuses were the same as he told. I read a story of some person who bought a hyundai car and was delivered a car with a small dent. He denied to take the delivery and hyundai arranged a replacement. While buying the fan there is no such way to check the operation of the fan and at the time of installation, the fault was observed. Is this not the duty of manufacturer company to replace the faulty product? I would have accepted it if there would have been a minor fault and that also would have been sorted out but changing the motor of a fan is not accepted at all. Is this the way bajaj treats its customers?. I am not concerned with the cost of a fan but i am really interested to see how bajaj deals with this. Does bajaj really cares about a customer or i have done a great mistake by buying a fan from an indian company.

        Hi,
        My name is archana dhillon.
        Problem : — i bought platini sm01 5.2-liter 8 speed 1000-watt tilt-head stand mixer (Marsala) from “amazon.in “on 2 nd may 2018. It has two years
        Warranty. It stopped working in november 2018. (Just in six months)
        We talk to amazon customer representative. He told us to call seller “cloudtail india”.
        We contacted them and they further told us to contact bajaj electricals and send us the number.
        Finally, we contacted bajaj customer representative and their service guy came in december.
        First time he tried to look for problem and took the machine with him. He told us that product is going
        For repair. He came after few days with machine. He told us that machine is working now and left. We
        Believed him and tried using machine next day in the morning. It worked just for few seconds and again
        Stopped.
        We called them again. As usual guy came second time and took machine and told that there is problem
        In motor we will repair it. He again came back and hand over us faulty piece and left.
        We called them again. He came third time for repair and told us that now problem is in pcb (Printed
        Circuit board).
        Last time he came was 13/03/2019 and never showed up again. We have the receipt this time where he
        Has mention his name, date and problem in the machine.
        We are calling then from last two months. They have same response every time that “ we will repair
        Your machine and our senior is going to call you”. But they never called us.
        I was so frustrated by their behavior that i even emailed them that i am going to file consumer
        Complaint. They reverted back that they will definitely going to resolve the matter and give us another
        Number of their head. Again everything is still the same.
        We even tried to contact amazon. They also assured resolution but nothing is happening.
        Conclusion: — they have sold us faulty piece. Product worked for six months and from last six months
        It is with bajaj electrical. So one year is over. As the product has warranty of two years so they are just
        Doing time pass to cross that time. They are sending us faulty product and taking it back again to cross
        Time limit of warranty.
        What documents i have : — bill, warranty receipt, written slip by their service representative, follow
        Up emails and their response (Amazon, cloud india, bajaj electrical)
        I request you please help me in getting my refund. I spend almost rs. 20, 000/- for my mom as a
        Mother’s day gift to ease her life. Now i am in the middle whether to buy another product from different company or wait for them.

        Please help and guide me.

          What's the point in buying branded item when after 2, 3 yrs that product can't get repaired.
          The service centre says the part that needs to be replaced is not available as new one is is market.
          I mean what the heck is this.
          Why one will not buy non branded items if it will get obsolete in 2yrs. Ridiculous.
          Strict and prompt action needs to be taken so that my issue gets resolved.
          Bajaj microwave 2503 etc.

            I had purchased this manual Microwave from Bajaj on 27/05/18.
            A few months back had an issue with the Microwave which was not warming up. The technician came and replaced the part. Last two weeks we are having a similar problem.
            I called the customer care number asd asked them to replace the faulty instrument which has given me problems twice during warranty period. If I am having problems so often now what will I do after warranty?

                I would like to drive your attention to the bad service provided by bajaj electric department bangalore.

                I have bought one bajaj geyser keeping in mind that bajaj is good name and provide best service to their customer.

                My geyser stop heating and i have given first complain about it on 14 match 2019. But have not received any call from your service station for rectification.

                There after i have given another complain on 30th march 2019 and they ensure that it will get taken care in 4-5 days. No on one come to attend.

                Again on 9th april i have given complain, then yesterday day 14 april one person came to my home to attend after 5 days of follow up.


                He has told that it have some issue which i need to pay for it. I have asked him that this geyser is under warranty.

                After checking it is found that my geyser was taken on 17 match 2017 with 2 year of warranty which will expire on 17 march 2019.

                I would like to let you know that geyser was stop working when it was under warranty for which i have already raised complain. But unfortunately due to poor service of bajaj electric in banglaore, my complain was not attended by your technician and there after i need to raise two more complain and follow-up.

                This is not my fault that your technician took more than 3 week to attend and by time warranty date is expire by 2 weeks.

                I would request you to consider this case as under warranty and rectify the problem.

                I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem

                I purchased Bajaj new Shakti geyser 5 months ago and it has stopped working. I tire of calling Bajaj consumer service, all I hear is all executives are busy your call is important to us. I've never seen such poor customer service. I didn't expect such a worse service from a reputed company like Bajaj.

                  My product is under warranty and i raised complaint 5 days ago that gas geyser not working. This is my 5th complaint in last 1.5 years. The product is completely worst and bajaj electrical never cared to replace it. Anyway,
                  The complaint i raised 5 days ago is that gas geyser again stopped working.
                  The complaint number is pun[protected]-1. I am calling customer care daily to know when their technician will visit and they do not have answer, they have given me a number to check with technician and that guy never picks up the call. Customer care has shown reluctance to call the technician and get me the status.

                  Is this the way you serve your customer on the product which is under warranty??? Pathetic service

                    My name is manmohan garg and am living in bokaro steel city, jharkhand. My complaint is regarding a storage water geyser of 15 liters capacity vide
                    Complaint no. Pat[protected]-1 dated[protected].

                    Please note that still my complaint is not resolved. Service technicians visited for replacement of geyser rod but following points are to be noted:-
                    1. Original rod required is 3 kw power rating but they were having 2 kw rating and insisting to use it.
                    2. The rod that technician had was not packed and without any mrp. I refused to put this rod in geyser.
                    3. Price of rod is exorbitant and they were asking rs.1450/- + 350 service charge i. E. Total rs. 1800/-!!! So i refused to put this rod in my geyser.
                    4. Service technician were insisting to provide 4 digit code to them even without closing the issue.
                    4. I got a call from [protected] today[protected] regarding status of my complaint. I explained everything to that gentlemen. It is very unfortunate that the guy insisted me to purchase a new geyser instead of repairing it.

                      Two months old gas stove has issues and the flames are sporadic which is a safety issue. This is also leading to utensils getting damaged and i'm fearing gas leaks from the burner too.
                      I've raised multiple complaints through the call centre but the local technicians are too lazy to accept fault and issue a replacement. They have changed almost all parts on the stove and the issue still persist. Please see attached for clarity.
                      I hope my issue will be heard here as safety is a big concern.

                        Food processor was connected to socket and suddenly it bursted and started buring. We bought it in jan 2019. Please replace the item. My mobile number is [protected].                           I am currently using bajaj food processor model no fx 1000 this was purchased on[protected] and the product is still under the warranty.

                          I have been consistently facing issues with this product.
                          1. The kneading jar stopped working within a month of purchase, which was later replaced.
                          2. While using the food processor suddenly smoke started to come from underneath and it started to smell like something is burning, when checked then i came to know that the issue is with motor. This is very dangerous it could lead to harm to the person operating it.

                          I have faced this issues twice within a year. I dont want to face recurring issues in future, as i am spending more time in getting it repaired. I request to arrange a complete replacing of this model.

                            I need a replacement of the plastic jar, the company is asking me to pay service charge of rs 250 along with the price of the jar. When i questioned mr suman mondal of kolkata branch that i do not require any service, i would need the replacement of the jar for which i am ready to pay the price. He said it is company's policy to charge service charges for any replacement products. This is a rip off policy of making money, when the customer clearly states he does not need any service the company would still charge rs 250, bajaj company is just looting people and this rip off should be stopped

                              1 with due respect i beg state few line for consideration and necessary action. I have purchased two fans from csd kolkata few months before. I have connected both the fan 10 days back and both of them are under warranty. Both the fans are not working properly. Speed of the fan are varies continuously (Up and down).

                              2 i have raised complaint today and your technician also visited. Complaint no /call id is kol[protected]-1. Model no is pride c/f 1400mm and sl no s[protected] and s[protected]. No satisfactory reply from your trechnican. Lastly he told wearing faulty. Wearing checked found serviceable
                              3 i want replacement of the product as early as possible due to manufacture fault.

                                I purchased a new bjaaj majesty iron but now it's not working properly. No light or no crrunt in the iron. We purchased this product two years ago.                                   My family bought the product bajaj frio cooler from a local shop instead of amazon or other e-commerce app. The sound is painful to the ears and no it's not a technical problem. The product itself is built as such. We want to return the product and get the refund.

                                  Can anyone suggest how to return this product? The shop that we bought this from told that it cannot be returned and at the most can be exchanged for a different product. I don't blame the shop guy as my family didn't bother to check the return policy.                                     Hi,

                                    At my home big incident occur water heater pipe was broke and my family member get burnt on neck, which installed by company engineer at time of installation for same i have raise request to repair water heater which is in warranty but service person ask for charges for same i have call customer care they revert very rudely and say we will not help as we are not responsible for pipe we only give service on water heater and say you can file case against us.

                                    Need support and resolve issue with apologize latter or mail.

                                    * Marked my mail as warning niter i have to knock door of legal department.

                                      I bought 5 bajaj neo fans in april, 2018. The fans started making noise for which several times complains have been raised. However, every time a technician comes and make a temporary fix and goes. The problem arises again in some time. The last complain i raised was on 28th january (Pun[protected]-1, pun[protected]-2) for which no resolution has been provided yet. A technician came, took the fans for 4 days and returned saying he was not able to fix them. Every time i call at bajaj, i am told to call different service centre managers who don’t respond to the complains as well. Today, i called again, only to know that my previous complains have expired and i would need new one (Pun[protected]-1, pun[protected]-2, pun[protected]-3). An additional complain was raised because another fan started creating problems again.
                                      This kind of product and this kind of after sales service is not what i expected from bajaj electricals. My warranty is about to end in 2 months and nothing has been done about the defective products that were sold to me. I need a replacement of all these fans and more importantly, i need bajaj to atleast respond to my complains.

                                        The repair guy took away my iron in the name of replacing the wire which was burnt however after four days when he returned he intend to give me the iron which wasn't mine. How could people working for such a brand can do so. My product was pretty intact & neat. Whereas the iron which the repair guy brought back was all worn out full with scratches & not even the same iron i surrendered. I denied to take the product as it wasn't mine. I'm seriously worried how could i go further with such a brand-name who doesn't even know how the customers are treated. Requesting the customer care to look into the same.
