I have raised a complaint on 13/10/19 complaint no:mum[protected]-1 for my electric kettle. The technician came the next day & took the kettle to the service centre. I called him after 2 days & he says that it is irreparable as the part is unavailable. The company will either replace or refund. Later i was told that i will get replacement after i had continuous follow ups with mr. Taufiq & mr. Sujay. They dont bother to answer calls or return calls or sms. I was promised thrugh sms that i would get the kettle with replacement on 26/10/19. Today both of them are not answering my calls or sms. I have complained this on twitter. I am losing my warranty period. This is the worst and pathetic company i have ever experienced till date. Kindly share the md or chairman email id. Please refund my money.. I am fed up of this service. I will not take the product anymore as the parts are unavailable and the services are pathetic.

    My name is mallikarjuna rao p, i have purchased bajaj 1500-watt immersion heater with 16a plug type on 02/10/2019, through amazon seller name is cloudtail india storefront with fssai license no : [protected].
    For your information it's been not an 1 month purchasing the immersion heater and it's not working now i spoke with so many people from bajaj but i didn't received proper answers from them. i would really appreciate if you could look into the issue and do the needful.

      I have logged the complaint for the sound in bajaj ceiling fan on 16th sep, since then logged complaint 4 times. The technician sujeet kumar visited 4 times but he could not rectify the fan until 30th sep; now he does not attend the phone. Customer care routed to vijay kumar but no response; spoke to saurabh shukla; sent him video of fan 3 times; he assured someone visits but now he also does not pick up phone. Customer care again routed to mr. Baneerjee but no response from his side as well.

      I want to understand that if customer care does not have the authority to question the outsourced agency; then whom should customer go and ask for the repairing the fan.

        I am swapnil baviskar from pune. I bought Bajaj microwave on[protected] from Bajaj Employees Co-operative credit society, it stopped working within a year . I have launched complain since 1-8-2019, i was promised to be repaired by executive within 3-4 days after visit.I have contacted several times and no service is provided to me, Each time i get a call and they ask me for model number and photo .Every executive just commits me about repairin in 3-4 days. I didnt get warranty card with this product but on box 2 years manufacturers warranty is mentioned.Bajaj Electricals have committed a crime and are committing a crime and such companies are shamfull for this nation.

          We have purchased one bajaj pedestal fan from csd bengal tiger canteen kolkata on 9.6.2019.

          The fan was lying fully packed in my house. On 27.07.2019, when i tried to install the fan after opening the sealed pack, i found the one of the blade is broken.

          In the warranty card, it is written that warranty of breakage of glass is not covered but not breakage of plastic and that too a brand new unused fan. Such a worst quality that even within one month, blade getting broken and co. Is be fooling and cheating the innocent customers

          Even after so many requests the co. Didn't give any heed to my complaint.

          The quality of product, after sales warranty is really horrible, it should be brought openly to the public knowledge.

            My mother who is a senior citizen has been continuously following up for a chutney jar replacement with your customer service & who so ever has been authorised by bajaj electricals to service the customer. Inspite of repeated assurances, nobody has turned up or called her with any sort of response. Bajaj electricals post sales customer service is pathetic.

            I had been raising multiple ticket with Bajaj Electricals for servicing my water heater which was purchased 6 months old and started giving problem. No one is attending call and ticket is getting cancel. And also details provided about the service center also incorrect.

              Dear sirs
              1. I had purchased two exhaust fans in the middle of the year 2017. I had got both these exhaust fans fitted inside my bath rooms, without any exposure to the direct sunlight etc. However, it is been noticed that the upper portion plastic portion of both the fans, the pieces started coming out on touching as if the material had outlived its life. As a result, when i started cleaning both of them, the upper portion had completely come out. It is interesting to mention here that both the fans otherwise are working perfectly but are lying in unused unusable because of the problem mentioned above.

              2. It is intimated for the information of the company that one representative from bajaj electrical on my complaint came today afternoon. He outrightly informed that the fans were manufactured in the year 2014 as such they are out of warranty period. I wish to state here that i had bought both of them in the middle of the year 2017. The items must be lying in the waiting store with the company and subsequently in the chain of csd deptt of army, hence both the fans are still under warranty.
              3.in view it is requested that the upper portion of both the fans may kindly be given free of cost, the item being under warranty.

              I called twice to register a complaint against bajaj Majesty hb 12, first Complaint I lounched on 3 of October and it was automatically closed by there staff again I lounched complaint on 11 Oct..what I get response from tele caller was blushit and even they don't no how to talk to other. Absolutely third class service from you side.

                Sorry to say please cancel this complaint to by mistake and computer hanging problem to Company wrong select, Sorry again
                I bought new 10liter geyser. After installation it is not showing power on.
                It is brand new and I didn't use it even single time.
                Mane apne fan ki complane 3 bar kar di ha bar bar mujhe ye bola jata ha ki ek 2 din me apka fan repair ho jayega or hum apki complane dubra rejester kar rhe ha lakin abhi tak service nhi di gai ha one month se upper ho gaya or mane complane [protected] no se ki ha

                  They gave defective peice which started showing problem after two months.
                  I raised so many complain they are just telling we are following up and let u know.
                  One executive told me sir your fan will be replaced within one week. But i called back he told sir this is getting approved or so other excuses. I followed up with them so many times but positive responses came.

                    I have bought the bajaj wall fan on 13 july, 2019.

                    Same day i found that there is a problem in movement.

                    I have registered the complaint on same day.

                    Technician visited and informed that the product will change within 2-3 days as he was not able to repair.

                    Now the situation is no one resolve my issue and problem still remains unresolved. Attaching the invoice for your reference.

                    Kindly help me to get this resolve.

                      Order id bel001b1347727, after calling so many times to customer care also, problem is not resolved, after writing complaint here, they simply responded that item is not in stock, we will refund your amount, this is the second time i am writing here, till now the amount is not refunded. We have ordered water heater on 10th july 2019 and paid full amount in advance through net banking, till now[protected] amount is not refunded.

                      In my kitchen my Bajaj gas automatic stove
                      Suddenly brust no body harm but it is very dangerous the base glass of stove broken in small pieces . so please take needful action and quality check so in future never do this type of work again .
                      I ordered geyser in amazon on 17.07.2019
                      And received on 21.07.2019. I called customer care 4 times for installation of the product but till now product was not installed.till now no one responding.I am dissatisfied with management.pls consider the issue as early as possible..

                        After repeated request to your customer care executives there is no response from your side regarding my above complaint.
                        They are provided mobile numbers to contact for repair the fan but no one has responding. 3 days before a lady has received my call and she assumed that your mechanic will reach within 3 days. But no one has came till date. Iam requesting you from 16.06.19 and today is 28.06.19.

                        I think bajaj people are not interested in take care of their customer.

                          My bajaj mixer stopped working one month ago. It is under 5 years of warranty and i raised a complaint by calling customer care. They sent a guy who told that the motor needed to be replaced.
                          But since then i did not get any response, though i called customer care multiple times. Every time they say that it would be resolved soon. But nothing happened since the last one month. Can this be looked urgently?

                            Twice complaints have been raised. The visiting technician checked the same and intimated that the motor needs to be replaced and would return with the motor the next day. Two weeks have gone past. On calling, he promises to visit the next day. The fan is under warranty, the details have been provided to the technician.                                 I am feeling sorry for purchasing a Bajaj electric rice cooker. It is more than one year is over, but I can say confidently that we have hardly used for one month continuously. Yesterday I lodged a complaint 4th time. Previously I never lodged complaints on any product with this frequency. If I have d chance to advise customers I will advise them not to purchase Bajaj electric cooker. After sales home service is there means I thought of in another way. I never expected that I need to book complaint every month. Thank you

                                  I have log a call for cooling issue. From my registered mobile no.[protected]. Service engi visit @ home after 3 days from the date of complaint and he fit the new machine and charge 650 from me. same day machin working stopped and i have call him and asking for change it But from more than 6 days neither bajaj engi visit @ home or Bajaj call centre and area service head respond on it.

                                  Very poor service I have seen from Bajaj.

                                    We purchased a wet grinder on 25th May, Saturday and noted that the drum was leaking. We booked a complaint on 26th May Sunday with the customer care. We were informed that the issue would be addressed in two days. But no one has attended the matter so far. We called the customer service a couple of times later in the week. But the problem is not resolved.

                                    Its now about two weeks since we booked the complaint. No one cares to bother resolving the issue.

                                    Please resolve the problem.

                                      Yesterday i have bought a brand new bajaj cooler dc 2015icon first day performance was really impressive but next day it's pump created a problem and is not taking water don't know why. Bajaj is our country's most reputed company and this kind of services are not expected from bajaj electricals. This is really very disappointing. Please take serious actions regarding my problem. Send your engineer as soon as possible.

                                      Yesterday I have bought a brand new bajaj cooler DC 2015icon first day performance was really impressive but next Day it's pump created a problem and is not taking water Don't know why . BAJAJ is our country's most reputed company and this kind of services are not expected from Bajaj electricals. This is really very disappointing. Please take serious actions regarding my problem. Send your engineer as soon as possible. And iam from RAMGARH college gate Near B.I.T.E Jharkhand not Rajasthan

                                        I got constructed a new house building and required fans for my new building. My friends and relatives suggested me to go with either havells or crompton. One of my customer at bank mr. Dharmendra bohra, owner of mahaveer electricals and electronics suggested me to go with bajaj as this is an indian company and cares for customer. I bought 10 ceiling fans 3 exhaust fans and 2 wall fans total 15 fans of bajaj itself. I had to buy a small ceiling fan so i went to the nearby dealer of havells. When i told him that i blught bajaj fans, he said that i have done a mistake. Now, there will be always issues with fans and technician will be visiting my house. Whenever there will be an issue they will not accept their fault and blame inverter or air cutting. He also promised me that if there is any issue in havells in a month, he will replace the fan. The day before grih pravesh the fans were installed and one of the bajaj ceiling fan was making noise. Mr. Dharmendra bohra arranged a call for technician. The technician visited my house on the same day and told me that noise is coming because false roof (Pop) is touching the fan. When i inspected there was sufficient hole on false roof but then also i asked my electrician to extend the hole. After the hole was extended, there was again noise. The technician opened the main unit of fan and removed a rubber part. He said that sometimes fan makes noise due to this rubber part. On the very next day, noise was there and the technician from bajaj again visited my house. He said that this voice is due to air cutting. I was not present at home at that time to argue with technician. I decided to contiue with the noise.in a week, the noise from fan was increased. I made a video and sent it to all concerned people. The technician again visited my house and after spending half an hour he said that this voice is due to inverter. When i asked him that why the noise is coming when fan is operating on raw power and not on inverter? And why the noise is not from other 15 fans when they are also operating on onverter? Or i have to call technician from luminous and they will give proper reply to you that luminous company has not done proper r&d work that they failed to operate even a fan smoothly. There was no any reply from his side and he said that he can change the motor. I was very much annoyed with this kind of behaviour of technician. I registered a complain online and i received a call today on 16/5/2019 from mr. Lokesh dadhich from bajaj and his mobile number was [protected]. I explained him the whole matter. He said that i should go with what technician is saying and get the motor changed but i no more beleive such people who don't have honesty or ethics. I asked mr. Lokesh for replacement and he denied. Whatever the dealer of havells had said was true and the excuses were the same as he told. I read a story of some person who bought a hyundai car and was delivered a car with a small dent. He denied to take the delivery and hyundai arranged a replacement. While buying the fan there is no such way to check the operation of the fan and at the time of installation, the fault was observed. Is this not the duty of manufacturer company to replace the faulty product? I would have accepted it if there would have been a minor fault and that also would have been sorted out but changing the motor of a fan is not accepted at all. Is this the way bajaj treats its customers?. I am not concerned with the cost of a fan but i am really interested to see how bajaj deals with this. Does bajaj really cares about a customer or i have done a great mistake by buying a fan from an indian company.
