It all started with my call no. MUM[protected]-1 dated 23rd January ( Just 3 days before my Guarantee expired on 26th January) while I had complained about my Bajaj Majesty Geyser. Your technician attended it on same day without informing me and even in my absence (In presence of our house made) and declared that the complaint has been resolved. After that I again raised the complaint on 25th January (MUM[protected]) which was attended ob 28th January but again the problem was not resolved.
Then suddenly on 1st February Geyser stopped working entirely and I again raised the complaint on 2nd February, 2016. Complaint no. given to me is 9196126. The technician visited on the same day ( this time also in my absence) and declared that some spare part need to be changed and it will take 1-2 days to get that spare part from the company. He also mentioned since now the geyser is out of guarantee the repairing will be chargeable for which I had no option except agreeing it. Since then I am following up every day for it but today is the 4th day and I am not sure whether the geyser will be repaired or not.
Now the slogan of Bajaj Electrical "We are a family' makes me angry every time I see it.

I request you to look into matter personally and help your customer at the earliest.

Dear M/s Bajaj Electricals,

For the complaint dated 6 February, 2016 you are responding on 17th February 2016. I have mentioned all the complaint numbers in my previous post. Can't you get my contact details from the registered complaint at your customer care toll free number?
Anyway I have resolved my problem myself with the help of your service provider M/s Bhagyashri Electrical. This is my last experience with you hence forth I will neither buy any appliance from M/s Bajaj Electricals nor recommend anybody for buying it.

    We want to register complaint against Bajaj Electrical for delivering fault geyser (which was not able to serve even 15 days ) and after knowing the fault failed to take rectification.

    We brought a Water Geyser of Bajaj (10 L) on 04/11/15 from dealer Amrita & co., pallavaram.
    After 15 days the Geyser stopped working. We contacted dealer and he contacted bajaj electricals and a person made a visit and identified geyser as faulty and to be replaced by but after that since past 20 days nothing happened.
    We are fed up of making calls to service center.
    We are working professionals so we are free only on saturday & sunday and weekdays only by 7 pm.
    We tried to seek help of area service manager, chennai area but it was of no help and he switched off his phone listen to us.

      I have ordered for Bajaj Majesty One Juicer Mixer Grinder on Jan 19th 2016 through http://shop.bajajelectricals.com, But they delivered a Wrong Product - Bajaj Majesty Juicer One (Extractor). At the same time of delivery I called and Informed their customer care (web Dept) team that I received a wrong product and they asked me to send an email to [protected]@bajajelectricals.com. I have sent so many emails and For the past one week I am trying to reach their customer care team over phone, But no response till date. I am requesting you to take up this Issue with the company management to sort out the Issue as earlier as possible. Thanks & Regards Srini.

      I have been contacted the customer care from the date of delivery. Till date they Just simply transferred the call to Web Department and not provided any complaint number on this matter. I told the web team that I am returning this Item and asked them to refund my amount. Even though I am not getting any response.

      I am totally fed-up with Bajaj Electricals. I had experience a worst ever response & support and team to deal with that. I Just wants to know how to take up this further level.

        I have placed a order of room heater from bajaj electricals site online on[protected] but when after 10 days when product not reached i have called to bajaj customer care & request to refund the money after than i have called customer care about 6-7 times but still money is not refunded.
        Order no. was "BEL001B0217665" payment was done by Net-banking. I want to refund my money.

        00201041 order number dated on 07-09-22. Food processor Bajaj Maverick 750w & juicer order. Delivery boy almost 4 year 2019 mfg year product try to delivered. I clearly deny to accept product and raise request for refund, but till dated no any amount refund. I try to many times send mail [protected]@bajajelectricals.com, but every time team assure me there is no telephonic conversation facility available for refund related issue. nobody help me, please guide.

          I have purchased Bajaj 15 ltr geyser, it stopped working (When i power on the water heater it has a sound and stopped working. The body cover also got opened from the back)

          I raised a complain with customer care on 16th Jan 2016 Ref - No BAN[protected]-1, No body turned up and finally they cancelled the request saying "We did not get any response from you. Hence cancelling your call". Again i called up Customer care and finally send one Engineer visit my place.

          Now Bajaj telling they cannot replace the geyser. When you power on it wont get faulty :-) The product is under warranty. Just 2 months Old.

          Please dont trust Bajaj. When the product get faulty they will say n number of reasons and wash their hands smartly.

          On jan 28th i got a reply saying share your contact and location . This reply is very the best example you people doesn't have a professional approach to resolve a customer complaint. Reason in my complaint i am clearly mentioned the Bajaj complaint reference Number - BAN[protected]-1 (Are you creating a Customer Ticket without Contact Details and Address???????????) Shame on you folks.

            Since my Room Heater stopped functioning, I registered a service request on 13th January ( BAN[protected]-1). Since did not receive any call in next three days I started following up with the call centre from 18th Jan. Everyday I am told that they will come and address it that day only. After three days of continuous follow up they gave me two number to directly contact with Servicing Vendor. But in spite of repeated call over next two days (at least 20 times) none of the phone is answered. Just now before typing this mail, I again called the call centre to find out a way to escalate it. I was given the same assurance that it will be addressed today and then they cut the call abruptly..
            There is absolutely no escalation mechanism provided online to take it any forward.

                    I bought a Bajaj food processor on 19/04/2015 from Ambiance Mall, Vasant Kunj via inv. no.0003291.When I tried to use the juicer it did'nt work.The comp. mechanic told us that not only the base machine was decolorised but also broken from inside and the warranty card I was given was also did not matching with the product. Your dealer has sold me a defective product. You should change the product immediately else I will be forced to take legal action against the dealer as well as the company and also publicise this on social media.

They have promised that item will be delivered with in 7 days. After making the payment, they have sent the Invoice copy by e-mail (Invoice No. BEL001B1317663 dated 27.12.2015 for Rs. 1799.00) and followed by SMS informing that item is packed for despatch. But till date, I have not received the item. In this connection I have sent so many mails to them and also tried to contact by phone, but no proper response received.                         I purchased bajaj food processor fx7 from borivali vijay sales, after two days while using we came to that one jar was leaked, so i had registered complaint to vijay sales & bajaj costumer care, thay said with in two days their man will come. now almost 6 days gone. nobody contact us regrading above matter. very poor service .

                          I purchased a bajaj water heater 15ltr on 03.12.2013 On 01.12.2015 i reported a complaint of leakage from geyser. 1st of all the service person from AVON SERVICES GURGAON arrived on 05.12.2015 against the declared service response time of 2 days. Next it was informed to me that there was issue was not repairable and geyser has to be replaced for which i did send the copy of the bill on mail. But again there was no response so i registered a complain again on 08.12.2015. But again there was no response from service center even after repeated number of reminders to AVON SERVICES. Again i lodged a complain on 15.12.2015 and till date there has been no response, i am getting no help from customer care, I had a word with Mr. ASHISH MORE from bajaj electricals (floor supervisor) as he was unable to answer my queries and neither was able to resolve the issue so he disconnected on phone on my face.                             We have purchase Bajaj Majesty DX 6 on 04th Nov 2015 from E-zone but after 1month is giving problem of power supply & now some sticky thing are getting out from iron. Since from 30th Dec 2015 I am following with them & they are not responding properly, after continuously trying i got no of Mr. Punit & he is taking care of Western Mumbai till Oct 2015 he confirm that Mr. Arun is now incharge for western. When i talk with him for replacement of the same he ask me to give call on 02nd Jan 2015.                               I have purchased 2 Bajaj (one for 15 litres and otherone is 10 ltrs capacity) But Majesty 15 GPU WATER HEATER serial no of product G[protected] on date 23/1/2015 from Maa Bhagwati Enterprises M-2/8, Amber Complex, Zone-II M.P. Nagar, Bhopal Mob-[protected]...This one is defective piece...I have already complained 4 times on customer care, in my knowledge complained no. was 7765212 dated 25/09/2015 and other one complain no, is 7901642 dated 17/10/2015. On the time it was repared and said that this is defective we will see in future but unfortunately there is no response is given by the company...

                                    someone called on 2nd Feb for refund the amount and change the Product, through Mobile no- [protected] but not getting any thing.
                                    Kindly trust, i am still getting problem from 1st day of purchase this emergency Light.
                                    i again requested to you please resolve the issue & replace the same.

                                        With due respect, I have to submit that I am CA Sanjay Kumar, residing at 1st Floor, H. No. 520, Sector 8, Karnal. As the winters were coming, i felt the need of Electrical Water Storage Geyser for consumption at my home. As, I cannot spare much time for shopping in the market, therefore I ordered the same online on web portal of Bajaj Electricals vide Order No. BEL001B0316982 by making the payment of order amount of Rs. 6690.00 through my Credit Card No. [protected] on 01.11.2015. I am very disappointed to observe that the Item has not been delivered at my address. The matter has been taken up with your customer care executives repeatedly. Even the email has also been sent to [protected]@bajajelectricals.com on 06.11.2015. But, no one is bother to solve my problem. As, i have made the payment through my Credit Card, I am bearing the loss of interest @ 24.00% p.a., which is unbearable, because I am not able to use the product. Therefore, I have purchased the product from other manufacturers. As, I was not satisfied with their customer relationship, I requested telephonically at customer care number to cancel my order and refund the amount paid for order no. BEL001B0316982. Therefore, as a matter o[censored]rgency I wrote a letter to Sh. Shekhar Bajaj, MD of Bajaj Electriclas, but no relief has been provided till date. Therefore, i request you to take up my case on priority basis for helping me in this regard.
