I bought a Bajaj food processor on 19/04/2015 from Ambiance Mall, Vasant Kunj via inv. no.0003291.When I tried to use the juicer it did'nt work.The comp. mechanic told us that not only the base machine was decolorised but also broken from inside and the warranty card I was given was also did not matching with the product. Your dealer has sold me a defective product. You should change the product immediately else I will be forced to take legal action against the dealer as well as the company and also publicise this on social media.

    I have placed an Order for Bajaj Electric Kettle ( Model Majesty 15 1.7L x 1 no.) on 27.12.2015 through their online shopping with www.bajajelectricals.com and paid the amount of Rs. 1799.00 in advance by credit card. They have promised that item will be delivered with in 7 days. After making the payment, they have sent the Invoice copy by e-mail (Invoice No. BEL001B1317663 dated 27.12.2015 for Rs. 1799.00) and followed by SMS informing that item is packed for despatch. But till date, I have not received the item. In this connection I have sent so many mails to them and also tried to contact by phone, but no proper response received. As I urgently required the item, I request the Forum to take up the matter with the Company higher ups and sort out the issue. regards, Ramesh T H

    The complaint is not yet resolved. The item booked against advance payment is not yet received.

      I purchased bajaj food processor fx7 from borivali vijay sales, after two days while using we came to that one jar was leaked, so i had registered complaint to vijay sales & bajaj costumer care, thay said with in two days their man will come. now almost 6 days gone. nobody contact us regrading above matter. very poor service .

        I purchased a bajaj water heater 15ltr on 03.12.2013 On 01.12.2015 i reported a complaint of leakage from geyser. 1st of all the service person from AVON SERVICES GURGAON arrived on 05.12.2015 against the declared service response time of 2 days. Next it was informed to me that there was issue was not repairable and geyser has to be replaced for which i did send the copy of the bill on mail. But again there was no response so i registered a complain again on 08.12.2015. But again there was no response from service center even after repeated number of reminders to AVON SERVICES. Again i lodged a complain on 15.12.2015 and till date there has been no response, i am getting no help from customer care, I had a word with Mr. ASHISH MORE from bajaj electricals (floor supervisor) as he was unable to answer my queries and neither was able to resolve the issue so he disconnected on phone on my face.           We have purchase Bajaj Majesty DX 6 on 04th Nov 2015 from E-zone but after 1month is giving problem of power supply & now some sticky thing are getting out from iron. Since from 30th Dec 2015 I am following with them & they are not responding properly, after continuously trying i got no of Mr. Punit & he is taking care of Western Mumbai till Oct 2015 he confirm that Mr. Arun is now incharge for western. When i talk with him for replacement of the same he ask me to give call on 02nd Jan 2015.             I have purchased 2 Bajaj (one for 15 litres and otherone is 10 ltrs capacity) But Majesty 15 GPU WATER HEATER serial no of product G[protected] on date 23/1/2015 from Maa Bhagwati Enterprises M-2/8, Amber Complex, Zone-II M.P. Nagar, Bhopal Mob-[protected]...This one is defective piece...I have already complained 4 times on customer care, in my knowledge complained no. was 7765212 dated 25/09/2015 and other one complain no, is 7901642 dated 17/10/2015. On the time it was repared and said that this is defective we will see in future but unfortunately there is no response is given by the company...

                      With due respect, I have to submit that I am CA Sanjay Kumar, residing at 1st Floor, H. No. 520, Sector 8, Karnal. As the winters were coming, i felt the need of Electrical Water Storage Geyser for consumption at my home. As, I cannot spare much time for shopping in the market, therefore I ordered the same online on web portal of Bajaj Electricals vide Order No. BEL001B0316982 by making the payment of order amount of Rs. 6690.00 through my Credit Card No. [protected] on 01.11.2015. I am very disappointed to observe that the Item has not been delivered at my address. The matter has been taken up with your customer care executives repeatedly. Even the email has also been sent to [protected]@bajajelectricals.com on 06.11.2015. But, no one is bother to solve my problem. As, i have made the payment through my Credit Card, I am bearing the loss of interest @ 24.00% p.a., which is unbearable, because I am not able to use the product. Therefore, I have purchased the product from other manufacturers. As, I was not satisfied with their customer relationship, I requested telephonically at customer care number to cancel my order and refund the amount paid for order no. BEL001B0316982. Therefore, as a matter o[censored]rgency I wrote a letter to Sh. Shekhar Bajaj, MD of Bajaj Electriclas, but no relief has been provided till date. Therefore, i request you to take up my case on priority basis for helping me in this regard.

                        I purchased room heater RX7 through online at Bajaj electricals website.The product was delivered on 26 Nov 2015.When i opened, i was shocked to find that the heater was completely damaged and broken.I filed a complaint(complaint no. 8204030).A person from SNG enterprises came and inspected and collected documents also.But, after three days, they told us that Bajaj electricals Manager is not responding. We had taken up with the local managers but they also could not resolve. When i again telephoned customer care today, i was shocked to find that they had cancellled the complaint.How can they cancel the complaint when the issue is not resolved?? Now after three weeks of contininuous followup, i am turning to various forums for resolving the issue. TG Mohan Contact[protected] and mobile no.[protected].

                                Hi, This is Ravi Kumar residing New Delhi. I have purchased "Bajaj Majesty Water Heater 3ltr 3kw" from "2459-Taurus CSD Canteen" on 23rd Nov 2013. One week back on 16th Nov 2015suddenly it stopped functioning, since when I am trying to call all customer care number but it's not connecting at all, that is why at last I informed them through email but their engineer told us that he will charge the money as we again called them on 25th Nov and it was out 2 days out of warranty.                                   It's more than 3 months i ordered the product, i have not received any response from your team regarding my order,

                                  Still i have not received my product, i called to call center and i requested to Cancel the order and return my money,

                                  your team said we will process your request for cancel the order and we will mail the conformation mail But i have not received conformation mail for order cancellation and i have not received my money,

                                  it's funny your team not given any response to the order status and now given replay in this site we trust your complaint had been resolved,

                                  please check the order status and close my order request, Thanks .

                                  Water geyser problem not being attended to from March 14th onwards

                                  I raised a complaint with Bajaj Electicals regarding their water geyser. This was raised on 14th March [Ticket[protected]] No one has visited to fix the geyser till now
                                  My order I'd is 172850, order date 18.07.2021, but not supply & respons at your end

                                    The Bajaj Service is poor service. My Geyser had problem with in guarantee period last 20 days . I called Your Bajaj Dealer i.e Rastogi Enterprises 47, Kumar Hotel Buildingbegam Bridge Road, City: Meerut, Pin Code: 250001, Meerut - 250001. Your Dealer is not given proper service.It is a cheating by the your service provider or Your company.

                                      I had purchased ARK 1200 C.F Ceiling Fan from Rakesh Fans and lights, Shop no. 60, Shreeji Bhuvan Building, Lohar Chawl Mumbai 400022 on 05/07/15 with warranty for 2 years for Rs. 1800/- The said fan was installed in the month of November 2015. However just a couple of days after the installation there were sparking coming out and there were screeching noises whenever the fan was started. This was reported to your service centre and Complaint Number[protected] was sent on my cell no. and job was assigned to one Jay Ambe Electronics, Borivali on 14th November 2015. Technician was sent on 16/11/15 and he attendant after checking the fan told that there is a manufacturing defect in the fan and that the same part will need to be replaced and fan will be re installed on next day. The said Technician took the fan to his workplace on 16/11/15. However till this date, no reply has been given to me about the status of the fan and in spite of the same being in warranty it has taken more than a week just to get a part and get the fan repaired. Whenever I have called your office, I have been given a reply that they will arrange for the part ‘soon’ and that we are being made to suffer for no fault of ours. It is requested that urgent heed be paid to this matter and that such pathetic services from your outsourced agencies should be checked to avoid customers from facing unnecessary hassles.
