My name is Neeraj. We have purchased this bajaj product on ones recommendation. Today we are not fully satisfied with this iron which is purchased in sept-oct month shows lots of manufacturing defects in steam iron in this short period. We have registered a official complain by calling your customer service number, they have registered my complain and ensure that technician will solve technical problem. In first complain is registered for no steam and heat, second complain again the same thing, third complain which is registered recently this month is of extra heating which burns clothes. And fourth complain again is registered today which is for not heating at all. Now I don't know what to done for this iron and i am pretty much frustrated about all this to be very honest.
Now i am leaving all upto you, might you help to exchange this iron with a brand new iron.
Else i don't mind to take this further. Hope you understand my frustration level and you reply to this query on urgent basis.

    I have raised a complaint to Bajaj electricals as my 15 ltr geyser was not working, their engineer Venkatesh K visited my place on Jan 8 2016 and replaced the coil and told there will be warranty of 1 year for the coil, however withing 2 months the coil again gone dead.
    I have raised complaint no 9384602 on March 08 2016 where the customer care person has given me local electrical shop contact number to contact however that was 30 km far from my place so he denied to visit and fix the issue.
    I raised another complaint on 10th March 2016 No -9397230. the engineer visited the house however said there is not warranty and again I have to pay for the coil and service charge.
    So I have rejected to get the service done as I can not afford to replace the coil every month or two, where there is no warranty and the engineers are making fool.

      Complain against Sharda Agencies, 25 Venkat as they are selling duplicate products which are getting fault on the very first day but they are not providing any service as the product is duplicate.

      I had purchased a Majesty Jewel Bubble Cook Top (Glass Top - 3 Burner Gas Stove) of Bajaj company from Sharda Agencies and from the very first day the nobs of the stove are faulty and even the gas is continuously getting leaked which i had informed to the owner of the Sharda Agency but it seems that they keep duplicate product because of that they have not book my complaint in the Bajaj Customer Care till date and when i called Bajaj Customer Care today so they also refused to help so either Bajaj is making fool of people by selling wrong products or the agency is selling duplicate product in any case i as a customer is the sufferer.

      I have already registered my complaint on your toll free number and the customer service guys are calling me but none of them have given any proper resolution rather they all are just passing the bug and are taking side of the sharda agency as if he is paying them for hiding his duplicecy .

      after purchasing the Bajaj product now i think that make in india is a far far dream if these fraud / defaulter companies like Bajaj are not out from the market because the people working for these companies are also pathetic as they do not provide any resolution rather they call the agency and take money from them and then start ignoring what customer is complaining for

        This is with respect to my complaint# 9203692 for malfunctioning of pop-up toaster ATX4. I had registered this complaint on February 03, 2016. It has not been resolved yet.

        A technician visited to survey the problem on February 05 and suggested toaster requires new PCB. Nothing has happened after that.

        So far I have made numerous calls to Customer Care. All of those would be in their records. This toaster comes with 2 years of warranty. I had purchased this around mid-January and it stopped working within 10-15 days o[censored]se. I believe this toaster has manufacturing defect.

        I would prefer that Bajaj does whatever can be done to get the toaster replaced. However if that is not being done, please get it repaired at least.

        I expected a genuine warranty from a reputed company like Bajaj. So far I am only disappointed with their service.

        I will appreciate appropriate authority's attention to this matter. Please provide a resolution at the earliest.

        It took me a great deal of efforts in terms of time, emails, and phone calls with Bajaj. In the end, it turned out PCB of my toaster was not available with the Bajaj Service Center. So they issued me a product replacement sticker AND then thanks to Mr. Srujan Majalkar, Area Manager from Bajaj who helped me get the faulty toaster replaced.         1. calling customer care was of no use, they could not ensure even a visit or call from the service center.

        3. I would not rely on Bajaj Warranty for my next purchase, be it anything.
        4. Its because of the end result, my rating is 2 stars.

          Hi I am custmer purchased Bajaj Duetto gas water heater from M/S A.K. Enterprises, manish nagar .Nagpur.wide cash memo no 088 dated 27/02/2016.but after on day use it stoped the working.I gave oral omplaint to above mention dealer from 29/02/2016. but stil nobody visited and sole the problem.so please send your represesntative and solve problems.

            On the 25th of january 2016 i complained about my bajaj otg over heating a technician promptly came inspected and said thermostat has to be changed.
            on paying rs 350 for inspection charges and rs 500 for change of thermostat he left. on using the otg the same problem now the technician says that sorry i dont have a thermometer so i cant set the otg. complaint number 9148154.
            today is the 3rd of march 2016. till date there is no resolution to the problem.

            the authorised deaer hirai enterprises mr . vijay has the cheek to tell me to take my 850 rs back if i cant wait.
            where is the customer service . and why cant a simple thermometer not be provided to technicians to do their job and not play around with customers appliances.

              I bought a Bajaj food processor on from Bharat electrical, Bindu Chowk kolhapur, via inv. no- . When I tried to use the juicer it didn't work. The comp. mechanic told us that not only the base machine was decolorized but also broken from inside and we have raised the concern twice with dealer but he is too bad to serve. Your dealer has sold me a defective product. You should change the product immediately else I will be forced to take legal action against the dealer as well as the company and also publicize this on social media... worst thing is while using your product motor got burn and due to which all electrical devices got shut down. when we raised this with dealer he said '' It's ok, now a days its used to fire in house due to electrical damage, no worry company will take care"

                I am a dealer from siliguri, west bengal
                i have sold 14PC(4+10) of bajaj spectrum wall fan 400mm to my customers
                from the last year the company is complaining me about the product i have sold.
                they have taken service of the fan many times but they are not satisfied with the quality of the service.
                the fan is again damaged and is not up to the quality as purchased before.

                    we bought a 15 L geyser on November 12th 2015.After a week it stopped working .so i made a complaint with customer care. one person came and did repair work .He said now the problem is solved .Again it stopped working after 2 days .so we made a complaint again .another person came and did . Again next day on wards it stopped working .now its the third time am registering a complaint .Now winter is over and summer started .They are fooling us to overcome the warranty period .I think the person whom Ur sending to repair the geyser is not knowledgeable.If the problem is not resolved i will complaint against them .so kindly send a knowledgeable person soon .

                      I buy a bajaj majesty iron from big bazaar on 31st jan 2016, but i find that there is water leakage in iron, so i raise a complain to customer care on 7th feb 2016, but no one contacting me after this, no engineer visited.
                      its very shamefull that i buy bajaj products, after this mail if it not resolved today EOD, then i will raise a complain in consumer court.

                          Sir many times service center staff repair my gyser but same problem is created no any help i am getting from bajaj customer care side so many money i invest for this product but same problem.

                          2 months back Bajaj staff changed my thermostate but again same problem problem is not solved my Bajaj electrical.

                              I have bought Majesty MX3 and its not working properly from very initial days. This iron box is under 2 years of warranty. We did multiple complaints and everytime the company respresentatives change one or other part but the problem still remains. It has been replaced all the parts in the iron box but still the problem is unresolved. Company is not ready to replace the product despite being multiple complaints and the issue still persists. It is been almost one year we are complaining abOut this but no proper resolution has been provided. We request you to please look into the matter and help us to get this sorted out.                                 It all started with my call no. MUM[protected]-1 dated 23rd January ( Just 3 days before my Guarantee expired on 26th January) while I had complained about my Bajaj Majesty Geyser. Your technician attended it on same day without informing me and even in my absence (In presence of our house made) and declared that the complaint has been resolved. After that I again raised the complaint on 25th January (MUM[protected]) which was attended ob 28th January but again the problem was not resolved.
                                Then suddenly on 1st February Geyser stopped working entirely and I again raised the complaint on 2nd February, 2016. Complaint no. given to me is 9196126. The technician visited on the same day ( this time also in my absence) and declared that some spare part need to be changed and it will take 1-2 days to get that spare part from the company. He also mentioned since now the geyser is out of guarantee the repairing will be chargeable for which I had no option except agreeing it. Since then I am following up every day for it but today is the 4th day and I am not sure whether the geyser will be repaired or not.
                                Now the slogan of Bajaj Electrical "We are a family' makes me angry every time I see it.

                                I request you to look into matter personally and help your customer at the earliest.

                                For the complaint dated 6 February, 2016 you are responding on 17th February 2016. I have mentioned all the complaint numbers in my previous post. Can't you get my contact details from the registered complaint at your customer care toll free number?
                                Anyway I have resolved my problem myself with the help of your service provider M/s Bhagyashri Electrical. This is my last experience with you hence forth I will neither buy any appliance from M/s Bajaj Electricals nor recommend anybody for buying it.

                                  We want to register complaint against Bajaj Electrical for delivering fault geyser (which was not able to serve even 15 days ) and after knowing the fault failed to take rectification.

                                  We brought a Water Geyser of Bajaj (10 L) on 04/11/15 from dealer Amrita & co., pallavaram.
                                  After 15 days the Geyser stopped working. We contacted dealer and he contacted bajaj electricals and a person made a visit and identified geyser as faulty and to be replaced by but after that since past 20 days nothing happened.
                                  We are fed up of making calls to service center.
                                  We are working professionals so we are free only on saturday & sunday and weekdays only by 7 pm.
                                  We tried to seek help of area service manager, chennai area but it was of no help and he switched off his phone listen to us.

                                    I have ordered for Bajaj Majesty One Juicer Mixer Grinder on Jan 19th 2016 through http://shop.bajajelectricals.com, But they delivered a Wrong Product - Bajaj Majesty Juicer One (Extractor). At the same time of delivery I called and Informed their customer care (web Dept) team that I received a wrong product and they asked me to send an email to [protected]@bajajelectricals.com. I have sent so many emails and For the past one week I am trying to reach their customer care team over phone, But no response till date. I am requesting you to take up this Issue with the company management to sort out the Issue as earlier as possible. Thanks & Regards Srini.

                                      I have placed a order of room heater from bajaj electricals site online on[protected] but when after 10 days when product not reached i have called to bajaj customer care & request to refund the money after than i have called customer care about 6-7 times but still money is not refunded.
                                      Order no. was "BEL001B0217665" payment was done by Net-banking. I want to refund my money.

                                      00201041 order number dated on 07-09-22. Food processor Bajaj Maverick 750w & juicer order. Delivery boy almost 4 year 2019 mfg year product try to delivered. I clearly deny to accept product and raise request for refund, but till dated no any amount refund. I try to many times send mail [protected]@bajajelectricals.com, but every time team assure me there is no telephonic conversation facility available for refund related issue. nobody help me, please guide.

                                        I have purchased Bajaj 15 ltr geyser, it stopped working (When i power on the water heater it has a sound and stopped working. The body cover also got opened from the back)

                                        I raised a complain with customer care on 16th Jan 2016 Ref - No BAN[protected]-1, No body turned up and finally they cancelled the request saying "We did not get any response from you. Hence cancelling your call". Again i called up Customer care and finally send one Engineer visit my place.

                                        Now Bajaj telling they cannot replace the geyser. When you power on it wont get faulty :-) The product is under warranty. Just 2 months Old.

                                        Please dont trust Bajaj. When the product get faulty they will say n number of reasons and wash their hands smartly.

                                        Guys i am raise this complaint on 23rd Jan. Till now i am not got single call from Bajaj.

                                        On jan 28th i got a reply saying share your contact and location . This reply is very the best example you people doesn't have a professional approach to resolve a customer complaint. Reason in my complaint i am clearly mentioned the Bajaj complaint reference Number - BAN[protected]-1 (Are you creating a Customer Ticket without Contact Details and Address???????????) Shame on you folks.
