    I have trying to get in touch with your customer care number @ [protected] for the last one hour. The number is ringing but no one is taking calls. My geyser Sl. No. IO54MS2E and the docket number is[protected] and would request you to kindly replace the tank on priority with a new one. Also note that I have misplaced my old invoice and warranty card. This is second time this tank has got leakage due to which my thermostat and heater is getting bad. Please take up the matter on priority and depute and engineer to resolve immediately.       I had purchased Bajaj cooler (coolest TC 2008) on 13th july 2014 . only in the year of 2014 it worked properly but in 2015 it did't worked at all..i had put a complaint through a call (complaint is registered with my mobile no. i.e. [protected])and a technician came & checked on which was not successful . He told that he will come back in two days & till date didn't turnup .Again I rang & was told that technician didn't come . Since one month I'm suffering because of this late service & my patience has lost. Its a request that kindly replace the cooler or pay back or compensate for money . please solve it as soon as possible. i purchased it from the dealer i.e Ankur Eletricals B-1/32, sector-18, noida-201301 invoice no 4693 & book no is 91. puschasing date 13/7/2014 and end of warrantee 13/7/2015... my address is D-308, new ashok nagar, east delhi -110096 contact no is [protected]

        I had purchased Baja induction Cooker. popular) on 28th May 2015 . I had put a complaint through a call and a technician came & checked on 6 th June which was not successful . He told that he will come back in two days & till date didn't turnup .Again I rang & was told that technician didn't come .             Hi We have bough Bajaj Water Gyzer 3 ltr 4.5 KW - and its under warranty period, we have complained several times to the deal & BAJAJ complaint desk. Water Gyzer works for 3 weeks & it stops working. We have suffered a lot & repent buying a Bajaj product. We have also approached the dealer also, who promised to replace the water gyzer as it was malfunctioning. But it did not help us & warranty period is there till 28th July 2015.                   I purchased 02 fans of captioned model from Vidyut Vyapar Purania Sitapur Road Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh on 25.08.2013 (2 years gurantee card available) .The speed of the fans has always been a issue since beginning and now the speed of the fans is negligible and there is no air flow.The air flow has been the issue since begining which reflects that there is some problem with the fins. Since now the fans are used on daily basis and non working of the same in peak summer season causes a very painful situation. The fans are having 2 years of guarantee. Kindly replace /change both the fans on an urgent basis, as this is the peak summer season and non working of the fans causes a painful situation.An early response in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                    Hi Team, I bought Bajaj DC-2015 Icon Cooler on Mar-2014. From last 1 year i had so many issues. So i called up nearest dealer to check and they did something to work. But now, The motor of the cooler it self is not working, I made lot of calls to the dealer, but no body is responding and talking very rudly. The service of the Bajaj company is very Pathetic.                       My following complaints against Bajaj Company- 1- That, I was purchase a microwave oven (Model 2100 ETC) of Bajaj of Rs 7100/- from WORLD OF FANS & APPLIANCES, Buxi bazar, Cuttack, Odisha on dtd 20/08/2010. 2- That, near about 4 months before the transformer of oven has burned.thereafter I have called to customer care of Bajaj and they provided to me a contact number of Mr Saroj Sahoo. 3- That, I have contacted to Mr Sahoo and he instruct to me for giving the oven to SAI ENTERPRISES R/6, RAJABAGICHA, CUTTACK, ODISHA. 4- That, as per him instruction I given the oven on dtd 16/02/15 to the same address for repairing and they said to me that in the next week oven will be repaired. 5- That, after one week I called them and they took more time for repairing. 6- That, since 16/02/2015 to may last week, Mr Saroj Sahoo informed to me that the oven can't repaired because part is not available in the market. 7- That, thereafter I called to customer care and they provided other number of Mr Priyabrat. 8- That, I called to Mr Priyabrat and informed to him of my problem, he convinced me that the oven will be repaired within one week. 9- That, after one week, I called to him on dtd 02/06/15 again and then he also said that for the reason unavailability of parts oven can't be repaired.as well as he given another contact number of Mr P.V.Raju for calling him. 10- That, I called to Mr Raju, who told service head to himself and he also said that oven can't be repaired. Conclusion 1- That, the some parts of my oven either damaged or theft by the technician of Bajaj, because if the parts were not available, then the information of that should be provided by him in maximum one months but they have never called me.only I called him at time to time.and finally in May last week they told me that repairing is not possible. 2- That, if the Bajaj has stopped the sailing of that model no. of oven then also the company is responsible for repairing. Prayer I request to you, that please arrange for repairing of my oven/ instruct to company for providing a new oven after deduction of repairing charge.                             I had lodged complaint no 6597173 on 21 March for my Geyser for repair. Service engineer came to my house and left saying that Element needs to be changed but he never came back to change it. So, i again lodged a complaint no 6908473 on 12 May again but still no engineer has turned up to attend the complaint. I seems it would be better to remove this from my house and install a new Geyser of a company which attend customers in time.

                                dear sir/madam The motor of my cooler had burnt around after 18 month of purchase due to water fall on it, Designing of the cooler is adverse, due to this designing water fall on the motor, 1. I had contact M/s Sharp trading corporation, 75 Raja road, Dehradun, Ph [protected] but he referred the case to customer cars, M?S chawala Electrical, Dehradun, he advised me for on line complaint, I could not register my complaint through toll free no. then I contact Mr Sushant 2. he sent a service engineer, but he was not capable to short out the problem, cost of motor, which he brought was Rs 1100. 3. after a week he sent another service engineer, he bring same Motor of cost Rs 1650.00 which having no warranty/ guaranty, Mr sushant also told me that company will not provided any warranty/ guaranty of the product. 4.                                   I have registered a complaint with bajaj on 12 Mar 2015 (comp no. 6545543). Service engineer visited my home sometime during 2nd week of April. He took pictures and video of the leaking tank and sent it to bajaj office as well. After that there has been no progress on that. The last email I recd from them was on 11 May saying they would revert in 2 days.

                                    This is in reference of Bajaj Midea Pedestral fan bought from Singhal Electronics at Bijnor on 25.08.2013. (Copy of Bill is enclosed ) with two years of warranty. However since we bought the same it got repaired almost six times due to non -functioning of Motor.Last night it suddenly stopped working and the complaint was registered with Bajaj electricals with call no. 6994990 from the phone +91-[protected]. I would like to inform you that i don't want repair of motor this time as i am fed up with this faulty product. I want complete replacement of the same as i don't want to suffer in this summer due to non-performance of this fan. Kindly look into the same at the priority and let me know the remedial steps taken by your team to resolve this issue.                                         Hello Sir/Madam I have Food Art Food processor of 1000w and using it from last 3 to 4 months. Last month (April) there was problem in food processor chatani and dry grinder jar nor working. I had book complaint on 2nd April2015, after 4 to 5 days your service engineer visit and check the food processor. After visit he told me about capler problem and required to get from main branch. Compliant no :[protected] After that i had continuous follow up to service engineer and service center office, but due to unavailability of capler it was not get serviced within given time. This is main part of the kitchen for women.but due to problem at your end i am not able to use the food processor. At the end of April Service Engineer visit and change capler of main unit and chatani char, but dry grinder still pending. After that when i used juicer jar with unit again problem arise . Now problem is that i am again not able to used that food processor.If the food processor not able to repair, i request you to replaced this unit. I am really unhappy with this food processor. now after one and half month also i am not able to use it as part not available by company and not get service . I am requesting you to change the Food processor. Regards This mail had send by me on 11th May 2015 and your reply for mail that, service Engineer will visit within two days . But till date know one visit and attend complaint. As of this my am not satisfied with your service and commitment given by you. I want replacement unit against it as it is under warranty.
