I had lodged complaint no 6597173 on 21 March for my Geyser for repair. Service engineer came to my house and left saying that Element needs to be changed but he never came back to change it. So, i again lodged a complaint no 6908473 on 12 May again but still no engineer has turned up to attend the complaint. I seems it would be better to remove this from my house and install a new Geyser of a company which attend customers in time....

Bought this water heater a year back, on 4-Mar-2014 and immediately after its installation, we had to replace its thermostat. After that, the appliance went out of order numerous times and no proper reasons were given to us.
