Hi, This is Ravi Kumar residing New Delhi. I have purchased "Bajaj Majesty Water Heater 3ltr 3kw" from "2459-Taurus CSD Canteen" on 23rd Nov 2013. One week back on 16th Nov 2015suddenly it stopped functioning, since when I am trying to call all customer care number but it's not connecting at all, that is why at last I informed them through email but their engineer told us that he will charge the money as we again called them on 25th Nov and it was out 2 days out of warranty.     Water geyser problem not being attended to from March 14th onwards

      The Bajaj Service is poor service. My Geyser had problem with in guarantee period last 20 days .         I had purchased ARK 1200 C.F Ceiling Fan from Rakesh Fans and lights, Shop no. 60, Shreeji Bhuvan Building, Lohar Chawl Mumbai 400022 on 05/07/15 with warranty for 2 years for Rs. 1800/- The said fan was installed in the month of November 2015. However just a couple of days after the installation there were sparking coming out and there were screeching noises whenever the fan was started. This was reported to your service centre and Complaint Number[protected] was sent on my cell no. and job was assigned to one Jay Ambe Electronics, Borivali on 14th November 2015. Technician was sent on 16/11/15 and he attendant after checking the fan told that there is a manufacturing defect in the fan and that the same part will need to be replaced and fan will be re installed on next day. The said Technician took the fan to his workplace on 16/11/15. However till this date, no reply has been given to me about the status of the fan and in spite of the same being in warranty it has taken more than a week just to get a part and get the fan repaired. Whenever I have called your office, I have been given a reply that they will arrange for the part ‘soon’ and that we are being made to suffer for no fault of ours. It is requested that urgent heed be paid to this matter and that such pathetic services from your outsourced agencies should be checked to avoid customers from facing unnecessary hassles.

          Hi Team, This is with regard to the complaint numbers[protected] and[protected] registered in my brother's name. The complaint regarding motor issue (FX - 11 Food Factory) was attended promptly on 20th October 2015 and the motor was repaired/replaced. But within a day, the knob was out due to incorrect fitting done by the engineer and we are unable to use the mixer. We paid Rs.350 as service charge as the service warranty had expired (motor has 5 year guarantee). Please note that no receipt was given for this Rs.350. As the problem continued we logged another ticket[protected]th October 2015) with an assurance to be resolved in 2 working days. We got a call on (26th October 2015) asking for the issue and we told him that motor/appliance was not fixed properly last week. As this is the continuance of the issue of the previous ticket we refused to pay him the service charge. He (Mob: [protected]) refused to attend the issue and asked us to call back the same person who attended this issue earlier. As we do not know the name of the person we insisted to check and let us know but seemed that he did not represent any company but for himself and also did not provide his manager's number to check the person who attended the issue previously. Please help to resolve the issue and we are not going to pay service charge once again which was mentioned while logging the call also[protected]. I have been calling daily to the Bajaj customer care[protected] and daily I get the reply of the issue getting resolved and being forwarded the issue to the service center as "Urgent". No one's attended the issue though. Then finally Bajaj customer care gave me the service center manager's number [protected] who doesn't pick-up the calls. Today I sent a message to him and tried to call but he started cutting my calls. The best part is Bajaj customer care was very polite to me but not sure if they have any control over these service centers at all. Also, not sure as to why they do not reply to the emails ([protected]@bajajelectricals.com). Any help/advice in this regard would be of great help. Thanks, Shivakumar

          Bajaj customer care gave me the service center manager's number who initially did not pick the call but then I left a message saying Bajaj had provided his number for ease of follow-up and getting the issue resolved asap. Also, Bajaj customer care was putting pressure from their side as well. Finally, the personnel showed-up and fixed the issue. No one's bad here...and all is well that ends well. Thanks.

          Also, just came to know from the bajaj electricals website that Food Factory service charge is only Rs.250 but we were charged Rs.350 on 20th October without receipt. I had mentioned in my complaint that Rs.350 was charged and haven't received the receipt and this might be the the reason they are not attending the issue.
          a) They came on 20th October (ticket 7905230), did not fix the appliance properly, charged Rs.350 without receipt.
          b) When logged a ticket on the issue still pending and asking for the receipt, they haven't turned out to attend the issue (ticket 7942365).
          c) Also, we had mentioned of not paying the service charge for the same issue while logging the call with Bajaj which was agreed also.

            I have purchased Bajaj Food Factory FX 10 Food Processor on 12th December 2014 from M/S. Pittallillil Agencies, Edapally, Koch. Vied their Cash Memo No: 07-SI-12906. I have been using this Food Processor but on 12th September 2015 the Processor Top Lid which use for Wheat Paste and all has broken and I have made compain to your customer care on 15/09/2015 with Call No :[protected] and they have assigned this to Cochin Reliable Services, Kochin. One ttechnician came and said we will provide the lid within 3/4 working days and given the telephone No: as[protected]. After that I have been regularly chasing with them but nothing has happened and I had sent my man with the lid and gurantee card but till date they have not provided the lid to me and I am unable to use this. Again I have made another complaint today with Call No :[protected]. If I do not receive the lid within 4/5 working days then I may have to approach the consumer forum for the total negligence of Banaja Electricas Company and I am also working for an Advertising Company as Senior Manager. I hope you will under my greivance and expect you to action accordingly.

                - Today we were making chapathis on the stove. Our tawa & spoon were top of the burner head. Suddenly, we heard a glass cracking sound. The glass had cracked and spilled all over the place. We had. stopped the cooking and do not know- what to do next. Facts are as follows:- 1.                   Hello, This is Milind Patil from Pune(Maharashtra). I am owner of Bajaj Majesty instant water heater/geyser-3L. I brought it in Jan-12. I was facing issue of water leakage hence called your representative today. He clearly told that it is not repairable now and useless. If this is reliability of Bajaj then this is worst company I have ever seen.                     I never recommend to buy products from Bajaj either from Mall/Shops or Online. I bought a mixer for an offer price. The product was a waste, it worked for atmost 3 months. I called the Bajaj Customer Care and they agreed to send a person on 2 working days(Same dialogue every time). The mechanic called and the route, but he did not turned up. I gave complaint 3 times and they did not have the elementary courtesy to say sorry for their delay.                       I purchased bajaj air cooler from an outlet in Maxus Mall, Bhayander in May 2015. The product stopped working in just 2 months! Now everytime I call the customer care, I get a new complaint number. List of Complaint nos - 7608727 - no action taken. 7463164 - again, no response 7636277 - motor changes as the motor got damaged in just 2 months. I wonder what is the quality! After changing the motor, water started leaking which the technician was not able to repair. I was asked to raise a complaint one more time. 7707669 - a new complaint placed today, dated 16th Sep, 2015 for water leakage. I just want to know if I can get a replacement for this worthless product. How many more times will I have to raise complaints?

                          Bajaj electricals just make fools of their customer. after complaning many times through telephone calls they didn't respond to registered complaint...Complaint no is 7196711 dated as on 24 june 2015 complaint no is 7259688 dated as on 3 july 2015 complaint no is 7362522 dated as on 21 july 2015

                          and also after complaning on consumercomplaints.in no action has been taken till date..neither the bajaj manager, supervisor nor any technician is taking interest in repairing my bajaj cooler..they just make formality and send an engineer at home but engineer was not having the part and said that part will come with in 1 or 2 months...
                          my complaint is four months old and not yet solve...
                          its my humble request please change my cooler or else return my money..
                          please please replace it..
                          thinking for a serious reply from bajaj electricals..
                          not having a single percent believe on bajaj elelctricals and this cooler was my last purchase from bajaj..

                            I bought your popular ace induction stove on 18/08/2015 and within 10 days o[censored]se it stopped working. so i registersd a complaint on 29/08/2015 your customer contact number as provided on the warranty card. when i made a call the response was good at first and they register a complaint with id 7596317. The complaint was registered to jay services lower parel, mumbai. There technician named dayanand kole called me and he was ok to come on monday 31/08/2015 and in the time slot when i am available. And after that the headache started, technician started giving silly reasons like non availability of parts and extended the date further to saturday 5/09/2015. I also gave reminders in between. when i called him in the morning, he said i may come today at 4 pm. so i waited and when i called again he said that he is not going to come and asked me to contact customer care. When i contacted customer care they said that technician went to your home and i was not available and this was false and the worst reason given by him. When i asked jay services about the reminders they receive during the period of 29/08 and 5/09 they said that they didnt received any reminders between that period. This shows that they is no coordination between your services and this total headache is accumulated on customer whose appliance is out of service. I again contacted main customer care [protected] and the response was worst this time and gave the contact number of some higher authority. when i contacted him he was travelling somewhere and was not available to listen any complaint. still i not got any service and appliance is not working. This crapy service has opened my eyes and i m not going to buy any bajaj appliances in future. P.S : Please read the above complaint very seriously and if possible give my money back.

                                I had purchased Bajaj cooler (coolest TC 2008) on 13th july 2014 . only in the year of 2014 it worked properly but in 2015 it did't worked at all..i had put a complaint through a call (complaint is registered with my mobile no. i.e. [protected])and a technician came & checked on which was not successful . He told that he will come back in two days & till date didn't turnup .Again I rang & was told that technician didn't come . Since two month I'm suffering because of this late service & my patience has lost. Its a request that kindly replace the cooler or pay back or compensate for money . please solve it as soon as possible. i purchased it from the dealer i.e Ankur Eletricals B-1/32, sector-18, noida-201301 invoice no 4693 & book no is 91. puschasing date 13/7/2014 and end of warrantee 13/7/2015... my address is D-308, new ashok nagar, east delhi -110096 contact no is [protected] Complaint no is 7196711 dated as on 24 june 2015 complaint no is 7259688 dated as on 3 july 2015 complaint no is 7362522 dated as on 21 july 2015

                                    I have purchased Bajaj fan mx 05 some years ago, since last three months its not working for which i launched a complaint in customer care[protected] the technisian came after 6 -7 days and suggested us to replace sensor remote and blades and charged us INR 250 for his visit (proof attached ), we allowed him to replace the required parts which was not in stock in thier service centre, after 10 - 12 days he called us to inform that remote and blades are available to be replaced and asked for permission, so we permitted him to do that apon a promise of sensor in transit and the same would be replaced in next 3-4 days, so he replaced blades and remote and charged us INR 2150 (proof attached ), then after 3 - 4 days they didnt received my calls for weeks so i started dropping a mail to customer care, finally yesterday we recd the reply from their service centre that sensor will not be available, apon asking the investment of INR 250 +2150 on fan, their reply was just a single that its scrapped and we have to scrap the fan, this way such a reputed company like bajaj replies and fools the customers who on thier brand faiths and buy thier products, my view has totally changed i will never buy a bajaj product nor suggest anyone to buy, Now my question is that can we get a remedy here to get my hard earned money back as my fan is still not working after fresh investment on it, or BAJAJ peoples will took on themselves to get the fan in working condition ????????, Ashamed of being a bajaj customer ...

                                      I had purchased a Bajaj Majesty 25 L Water Heater on 7th September 2014. Tank Leakage was observed in May'15 which I reported to Bajaj Customer care and the tank was replaced by the authorized representative from M/s S.R. Enterprises, Ghaziabad in May'15. However, it was extremely shocking to see that the newly replaced Tank started leaking again in June'15 that too without any use in the peak summer season. I raised a complaint again (Call no.[protected] with the Bajaj Customer Care on 27th June'15 and since then I have been awaiting the Engineer's visit for attending the problem. I have raised a reminder again on 12th August (Call no.[protected], however nobody has turned up to attend the complaint. Please advise the concerned official to take immediate action in this regard and depute a competent engineer to attend the complaint on urgent basis. Regards, Amrish Tiwari BHEL Noida

                                      M/s S R Enterprises, Ghaziabad is not responding to any calls and thus the problem is not getting resolved despite numerous complaints/ attempts made for calls.

                                      Please escalate the issue at appropriate level and get it resolved.

                                        We have a Majesty IQ water geyser which was bought in 2007. We had some issue of tripping off( as said the service guy) on 24th july 2015 due to which the geyser was not functioning correctly. On calling the customer care number 7380165, the service guy came to repair it. He charged us Rs. 300 and did not give any receipt. The same problem reappeared again on 17th august 2015 and again we called the customer care. The service guy came to repair and reported about the same problem which had occurred previously and charged us again Rs. 250 and again without any receipt. We don't understand that it is not even a month and the issue keeps coming and we need to pay them everytime. And why are these people not giving us any receipts? On asking for receipts to the customer care they say they will only give it if we need them, Is it the way? And don't we get atleast 1 month warranty from one repair to next repair ( though its the same problem reappearing again and again)?
