defective product and nowhere to go

I had ordered a mixer grinder from shop.bajaj electricals.com. The order number is BELB0113698. The product was delivered 2 days later and it was defective. It just didn't come on. Then the entire traumatic experience started. The customer service referred me to the service centre and the service centre referred me back to the call centre saying that they do not cater to online purchases. worst service with arogant attitude

I am using a wide range of bajaj home appliances which includes chimney, water heater (Geyser), hot blower, room heater, mixer grinder etc. Of late I am facing unnecessary hurdles for service of my bajaj appliances. To start with, I bought a bajaj chimney a few years back and faced a lot of trouble just to get it installed mainly due to the fact that your service centre is totally ignorant even about the working principle of the chimney....

Pathetic Fans...And even worst after sales services
