Bought this water heater a year back, on 4-Mar-2014 and immediately after its installation, we had to replace its thermostat. After that, the appliance went out of order numerous times and no proper reasons were given to us. In one year, we ended up calling the service personnel numerous times to service this faulty piece [on an average per month, called them at least once]. Now, after 30th March-2015, it stopped working and no one is helping us to get it back functioning again. A complaint was registered around 31st March-2015 and the complaint number given to us was[protected]. A technician came in and noted that the thermostat failed again and he promised that he would return with the new thermostat the next day. No one came for nearly 2 days and after we called them back, got to know that thermostat was not in stock. Today is 25th March-2015 and we are having a water heater that does not, work hanging on the wall!!! Having a one year baby at home, we end up heating water through kitchen to bath room for her all the time. This is getting difficult now. The callous attitude shown by Bajaj, in not expediting the resolution to my problem is frustrating and makes us feel that we never should have opted for a Bajaj product. For the mental agony that we are going through now, I want a monetary compensation of rupees 50, 000 and a brand new water heater be installed at Bajaj’s cost, taking back this faulty one. Please act, fast and I need resolution in next 3 days. Please note that I have given one more complaint today morning and its number is 6805680!!!
