Hi I purchased a water gyser Shakti 25 ltr of Bajaj in October 2013. Since June 2014 we are facing a problem to water leakage for which we called customer care in July 2014. Since than we have called so many times to customer care and technicians visits takes the copies of invoice and warranty card and never came back. The technicians have opened the gyser which is lying in totally bad shape and unassembed in the bathroom since last one month. Whenever we called the customer care they gave us assurance that the same will be addressed at the earliest with a new compliant no. I have written so many mails to customer care but have not received a response as yet. I don't know what to do know as its already 4 months since I am following up for the same and we are approaching a winter season. I have not seen such a pethatic customer care which do not respond. I have already faced a same warranty expiring issue with Bajaj with my last gyser and I think this is a strategy wherein they delay the response so that warranty get expired. I have shared with them the invoice copy and warranty card which is valid. Now I have got a response that the product is duplicate and you have to contact the dealer.

As a customer I can only take a invoice and warranty card. I dont understand if I have a warranty card how can a product be duplicate?

Without any explanation and reasons they have siply rejected it by writing a mail that product is duplicate. Why should I contact the dearler, Company should take an action against a dealer who is selling duplicate products (if any) in the market.

Please let me know where I am wrong as a customer and why should I suffer for a wrong thing (may be ) of company's dealer/retailer.

    Dear Team, I have purchased Bajaj GAS Stove. Since two months the gas stove burner is having issue and the gas burner is 5 year Guarantee. I have registered a complaint with Bajaj service center on 19th Oct 2014 :Complaint number 5308463 Since 50 days regularly I used follow -up with BAJAJ Customer service, Om sai solution [protected] and Navi Mumbai regional manager Mr. Sinha [protected].         I purchased bajaj induction cooktop ICX3 on july 17, 2014; 2 days after which the device stopped working . A technician visited my place after a customer complaint where he told us he would need to change some part inside the device and will come back with the spare part after 3 working days . After this, I have lodged around 10 customer complaints as the technicians never returned . It's been approx 2.5 months I am being harassed due to bajaj's extremely poor after sales service . The contact no. Of bajaj's official dealer "Sopnil Services, mumbai" given to me is incorrect and after repeated angry complaints the new no. provided to me is also not answered by the most incompetent dealer "Sopnil services ", mumbai!!! I am 100% disappointed with bajaj and would never purchase their products again !!! My complaint still lies unattended with bajaj's mumbai customer care .

            The worst service provider. I ordered a Bajaj water heater almost 10 days back and made the payment online. To day a delivery boy came to deliver the water heater and surprisingly he asked for the payment of that heater. And he went back without delivering the product when we said that we have already paid the money. Then we called the customer care and they said that your payment is not reflecting on our site due to some some technical issue. After that i have been following with either customer care or the courier office regarding the same. And what's the result, nothing. So now i am not going to receive the product and will file a complaint in consumer forum right away. I will take this forward legally and will take the strongest action possible to teach a lesson to all these kind of people.               Recently bought a steam iron box from croma and the same is not working from day 1 ( water leakage during steaming and less steam...)... wen returned back they refused to replace it and put accross that they would mend it and give it in three to four days but after one month still the product is with croma and they say its normal use it the same way... horrible experience with croma and bajaj... would never return back to them... anyone reading this please never buy from them... very weak service and dont know how to handle the complaints...

                Bajaj Team, This is regarding my complaint number 5381508 dated 29th August 2014. Till today even after 8 days it is not resolved. I have made several calls to your call centre and service center. Your call centre numbers are at least reachable but your customer care people have only standard answer that they are escalating my case. This answer is not helping me as a customer as this is not solving my problem. Your service centre people are the worst people i have experience till now. They don't know how to talk to customer and don't bothered for customer issues. The mechanic who visited my place was so arrogant and careless. He was acting like he was doing a favour on me by attending my complaint. I have purchased this product on 02/08/2014 which means it did not work even for 1 month and started giving me problem. The product was purchase from E-zone (Viviana mall) Thane. Bill number [protected]. (customer ID [protected]) If this kind of low quality product Bajaj is making why are they charging premium cost. This leaves me no choice to file a case against you in consumer court. I have also tried to contact Area Manager Mr. Bose ([protected]) for escalating this case but he was neither able to solve my problem but trying to cover his faults by saying anything can happen in product and he was just trying to buy time. Hope someone will take efforts to read this mail and take necessary action on the same.

                  No response from Bajaj Customer Care regarding my mail. I have registered my complain of defective Exhaust Fan and request for FREE Installation of Bajaj Majesty 15 GPU Geyser by calling to[protected] at 1-33pm on 26/08/2014. My Bajaj Electrical Call No is 5360911 for Installation of Bajaj Majesty 15 GPU Geyser and Call No is 5360924 for replacement of Bajaj Metallic Exhaust Fan as per SMS received from LM-WeCare, the above jobs have been assigned to N. K. ELECTL, Ranchi. I have received call from N.K. ELECTL at 4-20 pm regarding above matter. They asked for installation charge for Geyser. I have told that I have purchased online with Free Installation facility and they refused to do the job. I am enclosing the screen shot of Free Installation facility at my location i.e. Pin-834008 for ready reference. Hope Bajaj will shows his quality service and professional commitment towards customer after sale. Please ensure that FREE installation of Geyser should be done within 5 days and replacement of defective product of Bajaj Exhaust Fan. I have sent several emails to [protected]@bajajelectricals.com>, [protected]@bajajelectricals.com with no corrective action till date. Bajaj shows its incompetence regarding online service provided by Flipkart, eBay, Amazon, etc.

                  Bajaj Online Shopping Policy for Exchange / Replacement given from bajaj website document below.
                  g. Exchange / Replacement
                  In case the Product is found having certain defect(s) immediately after delivery of the
                  same, User can request for exchange/ replacement of the Product any time after
                  delivery of the Product but not later than Thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of
                  the Product (which do not require any demo/installation) or Thirty(30) days from date
                  of demo/installation (if manufacturing/working defect is discovered at the time of
                  demo/installation for those Products which require demo/installation), by placing
                  'Exchange'/ 'Replacement Request' on the Website or by registering a call on the
                  Company’s Customer Service Centre at[protected]. In case any free item delivered to
                  User is found defective then the Company shall arrange the replacement of the Free
                  Item only and the main Product shall not be replaced.

                  Bajaj try to make fool to customer without proving true service in time. Already 14 days passed away with no positive action towards FREE installation of Water Heater and replacement of Defective product as per Policy. Actually Bajaj people itself not well aware about their policy & offer. Even without sending any technical person today they send false SMS "technician visited my place on 08/09/14 and found locked".

                  Following is the email send to Bajaj Customer Care as per our conversation with local service centre on 8th Sept, 2014.

                  "Today once again I received two SMS from LM-WeCare "Bajaj Electricals Call No[protected] &[protected] has been assigned to N. K. ELECTL", Ranchi for FREE installation of Water Heater & replacement of defective exhaust Fan.

                  I received phone calls from N. K. ELECTL ([protected] & [protected] at 10.55 to 11.00 AM) and their view is regarding FREE installation they have no policy document of Bajaj Electricals for FREE installation. It is ridiculous to know that person claimed himself as authority Bajaj Electricals for total Jharkhand area having no knowledge of FREE installation offer given on online website of bajajelectricals.com. Now I have no doubt about quality of people headed in Bajaj.
                  Moreover, NK ELECTL refuged to replaced my defective exhaust FAN which they want for repairing. I have received my FAN in defective condition on fresh purchase and same should be ONLY replaced by NEW ( I have kept the product as delivered).

                  Please ensure before placing any service assignment to your service centre, give a clear instruction with a copy to undersigned on email to avoid unwanted wastage of time."
                  Today finally FREE installation of Water Heater has been done by N. K. ELECTL, Ranchi. Thanks to Bajaj Team for taking initiative.

                  But one issue is still pending for replacement of defective Bajaj Freshee 305mm Metallic Dom Ex Fan. Today once again technical person from N. K. ELECTL, Ranchi physically checked the product and found defective. He informed same to his boss over phone.

                  As per Bajaj on Shopping Policy on Page No 12 under g. Exchange / Replacement heading USER can request for Exchange / Replacement for defective product as given below:

                  " g. Exchange / Replacement
                  In case the Product is found having certain defect(s) immediately after delivery of the
                  same, User can request for exchange/ replacement of the Product any time after
                  delivery of the Product but not later than Thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of
                  the Product (which do not require any demo/installation) or Thirty(30) days from date
                  of demo/installation (if manufacturing/working defect is discovered at the time of
                  demo/installation for those Products which require demo/installation), by placing

                  Company’s Customer Service Centre at[protected]. In case any free item delivered to
                  User is found defective then the Company shall arrange the replacement of the Free
                  Item only and the main Product shall not be replaced."

                  Now I would like to request you to exchange my defective Bajaj Freshee 305mm Metallic Dom Ex Fan with TWO nos of (SKU: 250402) Bajaj Maxima DxI Fresh Air Fan as per Web Offer price of ₨.1, 245 each i.e. Total Rs. 2490/-.

                  Already I have paid Rs.1495 for defective Fan so I have to pay balance Rs.995/-(Rs.2490 - Rs.1495) on delivery.

                  Hope Bajaj take a positive corrective action to resolve the pending issue of defective FAN as per Shopping Policy. For your ready reference I enclosed herewith the Bajaj Online Shopping Policy snap shot on " g. Exchange / Replacement ".

                  First of all you should know the case clearly before putting any remarks. It is a case of defective exhaust Fan delivered on 25th Sept not the Water Heater. The product purchased online from http://bajajelectricals.com/ website as per Online Shopping Policy of Bajaj not as per warranty card. Please educated your people before offering product online. Bajaj completed 75 years mainly on old concept of offline marketing. Please send your team for training to Flipkart / Amazon / eBay before directly going for e-Commerce other wise due to your ignorance of knowledge we have to suffer. Share my bitter experience to social media with images and link to all my circles about your feedback so that people will know about Bajaj much better way. If you have any doubt about your online shopping policy talk to your higher authority to change the same & do business only offline as you know better since 75 years of practice.
                  Moreover, what is use of providing [protected]@bajajelectricals.com mail id for online support while no one response.Already I have enclosed snapshot of bajaj policy on defective product. If you are not aware of same please provide your mail ID I will prove you the soft copy of Bajaj Online Shopping Policy. Even you are not able to understand please clarify it from your legal department.

                  Today my defective exhaust fan has been exchanged with Bajaj Induction heater and my problem is finally resolved.

                    Dear Sir, Please note that we had purchased a Bajaj Fan (Guarentee Card Attached) on 20 April 2014 and we started facing problem in about 3 months time. We booked a complaint with the helpline number[protected] on 30 July 2014 complaint number[protected], after which people from your service center Aqua Tech Services came and took the unit for repair. They then brought the unit back and fixed it back after 4 days. The same started giving the same noise the same evening. We again called the service engineer and asked him to rectify the same which was not done. We then again called your toll free number again on 16 August 2014 complaint number[protected], after which again the fan was taken to your service center after speaking to Mr. Prakash Mobile Number [protected]. The same was again brought and fixed saying that it was repaired. But again the fan is making the same noise. When spoke to Mr. Prakash, he asked us to speak to Mr. Subramanya Bhat- Mob. no [protected] for replacement. I then spoke to Mr. Bhat on Friday 22 August 2014 Morning about 10:20 AM and he said that he would look into the matter and get back to me by the same evening. I then waited till Saturday evening and when I recieved no call from Mr. Bhat, I tried calling him about 4 times but he did not answer the call. Again I called up on Monday at about 10:05 AM and again he did not respond to the calls. I then got a call from Mr. Divakar Mob no. [protected] from Aqua Tech Services that he would again be sending a technician to take the fan for repair. I then told him that as they have been trying to repair it from 30 July 2014, I would not want to waste further time on repairs and I wanted replacement as the product was defective beyond repair (As your people have tried repairing it again and again). Mr. Divakar asked me to convey the same to Mr. Bhat. This time when I called Mr. Bhat, I was lucky that he picked up my call but he said that there is no way that he can replace it and it can only be repaired and if the problem still persisted, he will again send a technician and again try to get it repaired. I need to understand 1) If there is a defect in manufacturing, then why should the customer suffer? 2) If the problem can be solved, then why was it not solved in 2 times the unit was taken to your service center. 3) Is your service center so inefficient that even after booking the first complaint on 30 July 2014 and today being 25 August 2014, your people could not solve one small fan problem in about 25 days, more than 2 visits and more that 5 days of having the unit in your service center? 4) Please send in a detailed reply as I want no further repair on this unit and I want it replaced.                         My name is Rajeev Goel. I am one of the customers of Bajaj Electricals and I am hoping you may be able to help resolve a challenge I am facing. I have purchased Morphy richards Toast, waffle and grill sandwitch maker and I am very much frustrated with its performance and the service provided by Morphy Richards executives. I am using Morphy Richards products since many years but never faced any problem as I am facing now with Morphy Sandwitch Maker. I am very much disappointed with the performance of Morphy richards Toast, Waffle and Grill sandwitch maker. I have purchased Morphy Richards Toast, Waffle and Grill sandwitch maker last year and since starting its performance was very poor. It takes around 15 minutes to make a sandwitch. Then I placed a complaint with customer support (complaint number 4263194) and executive came and found issue in the sandwitch maker. Then with in few days he replaced the faulty Sandwitch maker with new one. But new sandwitch maker also have the same problem. After getting disappointed from Morphy sandwitch maker, I have purchased the sandwitch maker of Philips and it takes only 2-3 minutes to make a sandwitch but the Morphy richards Toast, waffle and grill model takes around 15 minutes to make a sandwitch. I have spoken to customer care regarding this and asked to provide me some other sandwitch maker or refund my money but they did not help me to solve the issue. Please go through below scenario how Mr. Lalit is calling the product in perfect condition: On 5th june 14, technician (Surender) visited my home and he followed proper process to make the sandwitch. But he found that the product is not working fine. In front o[censored]s he called his superiors and informed that the product is not working fine. After that on 7th June, Mr. Lalit called me and said that Surender don't have proper knowledge o[censored]sing the product and he want to check the product with expert/knowledgeful technician. Then on Monday, 9th June Mr. Lalit's expert technician visited my home. The technician told that first he will preheat the toaster and then after that in 2 minutes the sandwitches will be ready. He said that when the sandwitches will be ready, then light indicators will blink on the toaster. Then he followed the same process and tried to make the sandwitch. After 2 minutes the toaster's indicator lights blink but sandwitches were in the same condition as he put in the toaster i.e. not baked. Then, technician told us that sometimes it takes some more time and he again tried for two more minutes but after two minutes, the condition of sandwitches were same. Then he said that the product is working fine and sometimes this may take some extra minutes. Then he tried again and after 6 minutes, the sandwitches were baked but not properly. Even after this the technican was not ready to accept the reality. He told us that this is the normal functionality of this product and this product is working fine. Also the sandwitch which was baked in toaster was vary hard instead of crispy. We asked the technician, that in front of you this product is not working in the time limits which you set then how you are calling this product in perfect condition. But he could not answer our query properly. He kept on saying that this product is fine and I will send the same report to my superiors. From his behavior it looks like Mr. Lalit has instructed him that he don't have to listen the customer and don't have to speak the negative comments about the product even the product doesn't work fine. Since starting he kept on saying that this product is working fine even after observing the malfunctioning of product. I have purchased the most expensive Toaster of Morphy hoping that I will get the best quality output. But a three times cheaper Philips Toaster is giving me three times superior quality output. If they don't have to accept the reality, then why they have wasted my so much of time. Please look into this issue and help me to resolve the issue. Rajeev Goel [protected]

                          Dear Bajaj electrical product limited I want to inform you that your services are for the customer is very bad in first time. I am using so many products of bajaj company like Mixer, Fans, irons, rise cooker, bikes, induction cooker etc. but never face any problem from bajaj products but I am facing first time this problem from bajaj side. I bought a rise cooker of bajaj company and this is in warranty right now till november, 2014 and it not working now i don't know whats the problem happening after that I raise the complaint in customer care on 31st july, 2014. Your customer care executive said to me our service person is come within 48 hrs. after 4 days. when I call on 3rd August, 2014 then they told me that your calls are closed this without repair my product this is your service or what. Again your service person raise my complaint for that then your sevice person is came to my home and they told me that there are switch problem in this rise cooker so this switch i have not rihgt now for this you have to wait for 3 days and they have gone from my home. After 3 days we are not got any call from your side actully what happen. when I call to the customer care after 3 days then he told me that I send our service person and when they came to my home then your service person told me that there is the problem of thermostate so i don't have right now for this thing you have to wait for 3 days more I said its ok. But when I call after 3 days then your service person told me that we don't have right now so we will replace your product but till now product is not replace why this is your sevice or what. I have also talk to Mr. Madan ([protected]) He told me that your product will replace so don't worry for that but when I call them they did not pick the my call why. If you are not give the service to the customer then why are you sell the product to customer. If this is not happen from your side then directly tell us that it impossible from our side. After that I will repair my product from out side. But I always say to every one that bajaj services is very very bad.

                            i purchased bajaj immersion coil on 20.03.2014, from a reputed electrical show room in bangalore, on 02.08.2014 immersion coil not working so i went to showroom they told given the address to contact service centre (Authentic service centre, near post office new thippasandra bangalore). on 4th i personally went to saw the condition they told that element not working we raised the indent, there is no stock in gowdown, please call after 2/3 days it will be ready
                            after 2 days again same thing, no stock we are collecting weekly once from gowdown come after 4 days.

                            Dear Sir/Madam ... Is it the way a service centre works this will destroy the name of your brand. please make a note that dont give the warranty for yours items, because like this happens in the service centre it will destroy our confidence to buy your products..

                              Dear Sir / Madam, On 28.11.2009, I had purchased a Bajaj Gyser (Majesty 15L) since then problem starts, I have to change element every year and its cost involves is Rs.800/. Here the problem is not end here, recently I noticed that drops of water continuously coming out from the Gyser. I contacted your service centre on 22.07.14 (Call no.[protected] and Maa Sarada Electricals (Ph:[protected] assigned a mechanic and gave me a quotation Rs.2, 498/- suggesting replacement of some parts and he has taken from me Rs.350/- as inspection fee. Then, I contacted Maa Sarada Electricals and told them that I am not in a position to spend money now, I want to change those parts afterwards, you just change me the copper tank as because its guarantee expires Nov'14. Maa Sarada Electricals told me that they will talk with the Bajaj Company and inform me the decision. After 3/4 days they didn't reply, on my own interest, I contact them and they told me that they talked with the Company and only copper tank they will not replace, it is company's decision. I am surprised to notice that a renowned company like Bajaj how they refused to replace the parts of an appliances of their make which is within guarantee period. In near future I will not recommend any one to purchase the Bajaj product and suffer in the same way I am suffering. Kindly take necessary action on the same asap.                               Nothing short of looting customer in all the wrong ways.
                              Today (11.02.2014) after waiting for 1 week I had given them a call again that had given me the assurance that the technician would visit on day after tomorrow. I am not understanding what the hell is happening. How come a service centre be so much casual.

                              Two weeks back we had been given the assurance from Maa Sarada Electric that the tank will be replaced. But after waiting for two long weeks and continuously contacting the service centre finally the technician (M no.[protected]) came today i.e. 16th August'14 at around 6-30 PM. He changed the tank but introduced some new issues by breaking my main cover of the geyser. I repeatedly request him to refix the geyser, he told me that "my job is just to change the tank and refixing the geyser is not my job", you call someone to refix the geyser. Thay guy was busy in leaving rather than fixing the same. I told him that I have already paid Rs.350/- as service charge why shall I pay again. Before changing the tank the geyser was OK excepting leakage problem and we used the same on regular basis. Once the technician left I tried to contact M/s Maa Sarada Electric, but they had switched of their mobile

                              This is the picture of your service agent. Again, I realize that I have made a blunder mistake to choose a Bajaj product. In near future I will not recommend anyone to purchase Baja product.

                                Multiple reminders have been made in order to fix an issue with water heater. Took 10days to come, then did incomplete work and charged in full and closed the complaint. No telephone response from Area manager, named "Aleem", not sure if giving a wrong telephone number is part of their strategy, but has happened twice with two different number. An experience with a customer service executive was rudest (I would in fact call it abusive) lastly they even hide facebook complaints in order to appear as a clean and happy consumer company. Faulty product manufacturer and pathetic consumer service, Was surprised to see all this from a company of such reputation, with very cheap business tricks. Ravi [protected]

                                I don't understand, if you have partly fixed the product, which is not even working as on today, and the payment in full is made just under a week ago and i am right behind your customer service on telephone and e-mails the very next movement the payment in made towards service and spare charges. And you still want more money to fix the ongoing issue which has arised once the technician started fixing it?

                                Please give me a reason of why this shouldn't be called unethical or disgraceful?

                                Also any reason for why i should paymore?

                                For the records, my water heater isn't working as of today, an email has been sent for the same to you.
                                Update to the latest problem,

                                The technician concluded that it was a problem with combistat and he makes an attempt to fix a combistat that looks more shabby than the one installed in the geyser. His answers as follows
                                1.will take ten days to get the replacement part.
                                2.There is no stock
                                3.He purchased it outside
                                4.there were scratches on the outer cap and stains on the probe and he convinces me that it is new. Oh not to mention, it didn't have cover/package.

                                I think i am beginning to get convinced that a multinational brand has plans to cheat the consumer.

                                2 months to repair ironbox

                                1. the "hi-tech" customer service is taking 2 months to repair 1 iron box
                                2. from 2 months iam going to office in crumpled clothes
                                3. i will burn down their shop, kill the people working there and eat their intestines.

                                  I have bought Bajaj Shakti 25 L Water Heater from online bajaj site i.e http://shop.bajajelectricals.com/.

                                  Here it said installation of the geyser is free for my pin code.So after receiving the product I have called for the same with complaint ID:: 5156887

                                  They said they would be visiting and do the installation in 2 working days.

                                  Now its four days and when I have called customer care they gave me two numbers and asked me to check with them i.e home care electricals - [protected] / [protected]

                                  None was picking calls and the other number was wrong number which some person has picked.But the same number was double confirmed by customer care.

                                  Now I am pissed off calling customer care since the same happened over 6 times and every time I get weird responses.

                                      Hi, I purchased Bajaj Steam IRON MX22 on 10th Sep 2013. This iron box is having following problems:- 1. Sometimes water is leaking from this iron. (I think the scenario is when steam nob is on and circle is not for cotton) 2. Steam is not generating properly. It is getting stopped after some seconds. 3. Steam Burst Button is not generating steam. (if it works sometime then normal steam is not working) Following are the dates on which i have done complaints: - 1. Service ID 3665698 / 07th Dec 2013 (Technician Shivu Kumar) 2. Service ID 4613171 / 04th May 2014 ( Technician Sunil Kumar) 2. Service ID 4988391 / 29th June 2014 ( Technician Sunil Kumar ) Following are the responses from service person - I asked steam is not generating he told you should press burst steam button. Steam doesn't comes automatic in Steam IRON. I want to ask if this is the functionality of Bajaj Steam iron. Then stop selling your product. I know it not true. So please educate your service engineers and ask them not to make fool. After these many services my Iron got dirty in service center. Its lower plat got many scratches. I want a replacement of my Bajaj IRON MX 22.
