Disgraceful service

Multiple reminders have been made in order to fix an issue with water heater. Took 10days to come, then did incomplete work and charged in full and closed the complaint. No telephone response from Area manager, named "Aleem", not sure if giving a wrong telephone number is part of their strategy, but has happened twice with two different number.
