The details of product are as under Product 25 Ltr MAJ Sl No 01321 & 01319 Batch no 0910 for both. GC Sl No /Code No 0800405 & 0800403 respectively. Sl no 01321 has developed a leak as water drops are seen. You are requested to depute rep to see & take necessary action for the tank which carries a warranty for 5 years.       I had purchased a Bajaj "New Shakti Glasslined" Geyser bearing Serial Number 102-0814 / 15835 and GC Sl. No. / Code No. 2824403 on 22nd November 2014 from Narang Electric Centre, Kalkaji Market, New Delhi. From the first day itself, the equipment has not been working. There have been 4 complaint numbers 5897853, 5962375, 6048287 and 6127668 allocated against the said Geyser: 5897853 was of no help since the problem with the Geyser could not be identified 5962375 was for changing of "Assembler" which was faulty 6048287 was again against changing of the "Assembler"; It took more than a week to have the same procured by Bajaj; It worked for the said day and then again stopped working thereafter. 6127668 was again allotted today for the same problem and was even communicated that only the local service center can help and not the official complaint number. No one seems to have any concern at all regarding customer service which is very shocking for a brand like Bajaj. Even the allocated technicians refuse to take calls on their mobiles. Geysers are procured for the winters and its been over a month that I am just being harassed for no fault of mine. Have also requested for the said Geyser to be replaced without further delay and contact number of the concerned official at [protected]@bajajelectricals.com Hoping to get a solution to the aforesaid problem since Bajaj is not bothered about customer grievances at all.         I purchased a Bajaj Flora 1L Instant Geyser from Snapdeal website last week and the same was delivered to my Pune address on 18 December 2014. After referring Bajaj website mentioning free installation service is available, I called their call centre No.[protected] at 3.12 pm. The guy took all the address details and told me that a person will come over and install the geyser within 2 days. I received a SMS from WECARE saying call No.[protected] has been assigned to Global services Pune. Next day, I received a call from a service centre guy in Pune, saying installation will be charged at 350 Rupees. Then after hearing out the address of Vadgaon Sheri in Pune, he said it is beyond his service area!! He promised to forward the complaint to my area in 2 days. Very next day a person called me and mentioned that 1L and 3L geysers have installation charges of 250 Rupees and 10L and above, it is free installation!! I also agreed to pay him the money and then he said he is speaking from Kharghar in Navi Mumbai and Pune is beyond his service area!! Again he told me he will send it to another person in Pune. Next day another guy called from Mobile No.[protected] without even telling me who or from where he is calling and mentioned that he will do the installation in Pune and will come over at 4pm to 5pm same day. First he said that it will be charged at 250 Bucks, but when I told him I spoke to Bajaj call centre and I bought it online on snapdeal, he agreed to do it for free. 2 days later, when we tried calling him back, he refused to answer calls and cuts calls abruptly if we try to call him. I also wrote to their customer care on email, but 2 days later again the similar kind of sloppy and erratic response. It is indeed disappointing that a company of this status has such a poor customer service and response system. Surprised about their behavior in today's customer centric and demanding age when they think they can sustain with this kind of cheap grade service to the customers. Again each guy calling had different ideas of the installation charges!! There is no uniformity or rather people are not aware about what to charge. If it is not possible for Bajaj to do the installation, they should mention this clearly. At least we could have checked other options which we did after one week wait anyway. People beware while dealing with Bajaj customer care.

          I am using a wide range of bajaj home appliances which includes chimney, water heater (Geyser), hot blower, room heater, mixer grinder etc. Of late I am facing unnecessary hurdles for service of my bajaj appliances. To start with, I bought a bajaj chimney a few years back and faced a lot of trouble just to get it installed mainly due to the fact that your service centre is totally ignorant even about the working principle of the chimney. However, I managed to install the same myself and subsequently sent you a quarry related to the warranty of the same as your service condition indicates that to avail warranty benefit the product must be installed by your authorized service provider. I am yet to hear from you on this subject. I purchased a bajaj cook top two years back and the glass top broke after a period of about 7 months. As usually I approached your authorized service centre "M/s. Dey Electricals, Keating Road, Shillong, Meghalaya" and was told that the glass top is not available right at the moment and I need to wait for a few days for the spare to be brought in from your Guwahati depot. When no information was received even after a month, I visited the service centre to enquire and was assured again on the pretext that the same is not available at Guwahati and the same has been ordered from Mumbai and I would be getting it within 15 days. Again a month passed without any information being provided to me. And since then, for the last 1 & half year, every time I visit the service centre, I am receiving this or that excuse. Of late the service centre personal is responding very rudely. He does not have the minimum politeness in his tone. when I reacted and told him that I would be forced to complaint to the company, to my surprise his reply was "do whatever you like to do, I give damn about your complaint, I do not care for petty customer like you people". Those were the exact narration used by him. what I would like to know here that, is this should be the attitude of a "AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE" for a reputed company like bajaj electricals?? It seems that the company is least bothered about customer service as they are happily keeping mum on the complaint or quarry being sent to them. While selling the product the dealers like Radio Electrical Store or the Bhajanlal of Shillong assures all the support related to the service but actually when I visited them with my complaint, quitely I was told that the service is not their responsibility. IS ANYBODY FROM BAJAJ ELECTRICALS IS LISTENING?????

            I purchased and installed Bajaj Fans - Chetak in my home on 06.11.2014. Out of Four Fans, 1 was making tremendous noise and other one was circulating air in upwards direction and not downwards. I lodged a complaint in service centre on 20.11.14 and the service man came without any prior intimation when I was out of home. I am a working lady and despite many request to Bajaj to send the service person on Saturdays or near office lunch hours or closing hours the man comes deliberately during working hours. They cannot offer flexible service timings even on repeated request. First they deliver bad fans, and then equally bad consumer support.

              i have a bajaj geyser which is 1 yr old only.it is 25 ltr. majesty and sr no.-02267.it is purchased from radio center(house of electrics) which is in khajekalan, patna city .When I switch on the geyser it doesn't gives any reply eg;voltage and led indicator is not working and before 1 month my geyser's heating element not working so, it is also changed.and my geyser is only 1yrs oldr.So, is it true that bajaj gives very bad response, I have seen it since 2 months.so, I request you to register my complain and send some to see the problem, as soon as possible...thank you.

                  I purchased a Bajaj Platini Trio Waffle & Sandwich Maker from Khanna Radios, Lahurabir, Varanasi vide cash memo no. 5471 dated 9.10.2014 for Rs. 2500/-.It is regretted that within two months, its body has cracked due to poor quality of material at a point as shown in the attached photographs.                     i purchased bajaj steam iron box mx-8, first day on wards water is leaking we given complaint 2 times compaint num[protected] they replaced water tank after that also it is started leaking, we given another complaint[protected] after that also they did minor repair. but not completely solved still leaking the water after pressing steam button. my Iron box got dirty in service center even i am not used single time. Its lower plat got many scratches. I want a replacement.

                      Dear Sir, I have been very disappointed by the kind of response i get from bajaj electricals callcenter and the service center SR Enterprise who provide servicing of Bajaj Electrical products in Indirapuram Ghaziabad area. I had lodged an complain for my Bajaj press which is not working and its "thermostat" has to be changed . It has been more than three time i have register a complaint through customer care. Every time I call them they say that we will raise an urgent request and today your problem will be solved but no one so far from service center has been keen in resolving my problem. Two time person from SR Enterprises visit my place and every time he is not able to resolve my problem. Although he put several scratches in my new press. Who is responsible for this ? Today again i have lodged my complaint through Bajaj customer care, and my complaint number is "5942979". The number which i have received from Customer care i.e [protected] is always switch off.                           Hi I am from Udaipur, Rajasthan. Our OTG which was under warranty has been given for repairing as their upper heating element was not working. We have been told that it will be done in a weeks time. Till the date they are they have an excuse that we had requested to the company but parts are not yet received, we don't have our technician, It's almost done, Such craps. This week they said we closed our service centre & shifting stuff to another place when we called for update of service. i purchased the new OTG of another company meanwhile. Now I have a urgent need of another OTG. Kindly respond asap. Such pathetic services & behavior will lead your company untrusted & unhealthy customer satisfaction.

                              This is regarding order No: BELB1310616. I have ordered online Bajaj Bahar ceiling fan on 6th Oct 2014 and after waiting so many days on 23rd Oct I have received it. and when checked it is a defective one. It is making lot of noise which is not at all bearable.i want the fan to be replaced or else I need my money back.I called to customer care they told they will call back but they did not call and sent a mail and they have not replied back.I urge all the people not to buy any product from Bajaj Electricals online. they will give you scrap product only.they are not answering to my mail as well as they are not calling back.

                                Hi, My name is Vijay Madrecha and I stay in Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra. I purchased Bajaj Disney - Little Mermaid ceiling fan on 11th Oct 2014 for my daughter's room, the installation was done on the same day. Just after the installation, when we switched on the fan, it started making a weird noise. I informed about it to the shop from where I purchased the fan and he helped in logging complaint. The call number for the same is[protected]. The technician from Global Services, Pune visited my place on 17th Oct. He tried to make few adjustment to get rid of the noise, but couldn't do so. So he had taken the fan central part(containing motor/bearing, etc.) with him and mentioned that he will try to get it repaired at their service center and be back in 2-3 days.My request is that since the fan is brand new, could it be kindly replaced? If the fan would have been at least 3-4 months old, then I would have been happy to get it serviced. But I believe Bajaj Electricals, such a popular brand in India, should definitely replace the faulty piece and replace it with a new one.                                   Hi, I Major Anish Johney, have purchased a SWH 25 Ltr Shakti Plus on 25 March 2013 with batch number 1054 1212 and GC SI. No./Code No. 0173985. Since one year I am complaining for the inside tank leak problem for this geyser and as the Geyser inner tank is under warranty for 5 years, the service provider is replacing the tank almost on a monthly basis. I have raised so many complaints(7-8 times) regarding this tank leak problem (which can be checked from my registered contact number [protected]) and after waiting for 2 weeks the technician comes and replaces the tank. This has been going on for months together and it has become a routine. I am sure that the product is faulty or the replacement tanks are of not good quality, which causes this internal tank leakage problem. I have been requesting for a replacement of Geyser as this is a faulty product but no one wants to address this issue. Request please take it as a complaint and request help in getting the geyser replaced.

                                  Today technician came and informed tank to be replaced. I don't want this unreliable product! Replace the complete unit with different model. Else, I am taking up with consumer court for grievance caused to defective product!!

                                    I ordered fridge whirphool REF 275 DLX TITANIUM 4S(N) Mr. Zakir(Sales Person-Fridge) has quoted us price to 20, 700 INR. At the time of billing they said that they have quoted 3000 INR less by mistake. Then Mr. Srinivas (Manager) of CHANDANAGAR branch started vulgar language towards customer.                                       I have orderd Bajaj Bahar Fan on 6th October 2014 and (Order No:BELB1310616). and i have checked the order status and it is showing the "item is not delivered because, the address is not found" and when i asked about this to the customer care they are saying the product is still in warehouse.How is it possible.I have ordered so many things in flipkart and snapdeal, they have not faced any problem in delivering to this address.i called so many times i am not getting proper answer and every time they tell that they will call back but they wont call.they did not give complaint no.everytime new person will take the call.no proper response.please ask them to deliver the item Soon or else pay the money back. they told that they will deliver in 7 days. its almost 15 days and I wrote to customer care but they are not replying to mails.

                                        Product - Shakti Plus Water Geyser 25 L


                                        Two months back I registered a complaint, no is 6207871. Under that complaint all the parts of the geyser were changed and I was charged 3500 INR. 3 months warranty was given for all parts along with continued warranty of 5 years for water tank.


                                        Now I am facing water leakage problem and complaining at customer care since Oct 4, but no one is ready is to help. Complaint numbers -

                                        Oct 15,[protected]
                                        Oct 18,[protected]


                                        Customer care is helpless and says we can only forward request to service center. After sending the complaint neither we are responsible nor we can direct technician to fix the problem.

                                        Can somebody help me or I need to go to consumer court and appreciate your world class service on social media? Kindly stop testing patience of customers.


                                        PS: Photocopies of bills, dutyslips and warranty cards are already collected by Bajaj technicians.
