Dear Bajaj electrical product limited I want to inform you that your services are for the customer is very bad in first time. I am using so many products of bajaj company like Mixer, Fans, irons, rise cooker, bikes, induction cooker etc. but never face any problem from bajaj products but I am facing first time this problem from bajaj side. I bought a rise cooker of bajaj company and this is in warranty right now till november, 2014 and it not working now i don't know whats the problem happening after that I raise the complaint in customer care on 31st july, 2014. Your customer care executive said to me our service person is come within 48 hrs. after 4 days. when I call on 3rd August, 2014 then they told me that your calls are closed this without repair my product this is your service or what. Again your service person raise my complaint for that then your sevice person is came to my home and they told me that there are switch problem in this rise cooker so this switch i have not rihgt now for this you have to wait for 3 days and they have gone from my home. After 3 days we are not got any call from your side actully what happen. when I call to the customer care after 3 days then he told me that I send our service person and when they came to my home then your service person told me that there is the problem of thermostate so i don't have right now for this thing you have to wait for 3 days more I said its ok. But when I call after 3 days then your service person told me that we don't have right now so we will replace your product but till now product is not replace why this is your sevice or what. I have also talk to Mr. Madan ([protected]) He told me that your product will replace so don't worry for that but when I call them they did not pick the my call why. If you are not give the service to the customer then why are you sell the product to customer. If this is not happen from your side then directly tell us that it impossible from our side. After that I will repair my product from out side. But I always say to every one that bajaj services is very very bad.

    i purchased bajaj immersion coil on 20.03.2014, from a reputed electrical show room in bangalore, on 02.08.2014 immersion coil not working so i went to showroom they told given the address to contact service centre (Authentic service centre, near post office new thippasandra bangalore). on 4th i personally went to saw the condition they told that element not working we raised the indent, there is no stock in gowdown, please call after 2/3 days it will be ready
    after 2 days again same thing, no stock we are collecting weekly once from gowdown come after 4 days.

    Dear Sir/Madam ... Is it the way a service centre works this will destroy the name of your brand. please make a note that dont give the warranty for yours items, because like this happens in the service centre it will destroy our confidence to buy your products..

      Dear Sir / Madam, On 28.11.2009, I had purchased a Bajaj Gyser (Majesty 15L) since then problem starts, I have to change element every year and its cost involves is Rs.800/. Here the problem is not end here, recently I noticed that drops of water continuously coming out from the Gyser. I contacted your service centre on 22.07.14 (Call no.[protected] and Maa Sarada Electricals (Ph:[protected] assigned a mechanic and gave me a quotation Rs.2, 498/- suggesting replacement of some parts and he has taken from me Rs.350/- as inspection fee. Then, I contacted Maa Sarada Electricals and told them that I am not in a position to spend money now, I want to change those parts afterwards, you just change me the copper tank as because its guarantee expires Nov'14. Maa Sarada Electricals told me that they will talk with the Bajaj Company and inform me the decision. After 3/4 days they didn't reply, on my own interest, I contact them and they told me that they talked with the Company and only copper tank they will not replace, it is company's decision. I am surprised to notice that a renowned company like Bajaj how they refused to replace the parts of an appliances of their make which is within guarantee period. In near future I will not recommend any one to purchase the Bajaj product and suffer in the same way I am suffering. Kindly take necessary action on the same asap.       On last Thursday (06.08.2014) I had received a call from the Maa Sarada Enterprise and I have been told that my tank will be replaced and they would send the technician on the very next day. But till date no response has been received from their end and again they are lingering the issue.

      Well i would say you are lucky that they charged 800/- for the element, they charged me Rs1500/- for the same and gave me a hand written bill.

      Nothing short of looting customer in all the wrong ways.
      Today (11.02.2014) after waiting for 1 week I had given them a call again that had given me the assurance that the technician would visit on day after tomorrow. I am not understanding what the hell is happening. How come a service centre be so much casual.

      Kindly fix the issue asap.
      Two weeks back we had been given the assurance from Maa Sarada Electric that the tank will be replaced. But after waiting for two long weeks and continuously contacting the service centre finally the technician (M no.[protected]) came today i.e. 16th August'14 at around 6-30 PM. He changed the tank but introduced some new issues by breaking my main cover of the geyser. I repeatedly request him to refix the geyser, he told me that "my job is just to change the tank and refixing the geyser is not my job", you call someone to refix the geyser. Thay guy was busy in leaving rather than fixing the same. I told him that I have already paid Rs.350/- as service charge why shall I pay again. Before changing the tank the geyser was OK excepting leakage problem and we used the same on regular basis. Once the technician left I tried to contact M/s Maa Sarada Electric, but they had switched of their mobile

      This is the picture of your service agent. Again, I realize that I have made a blunder mistake to choose a Bajaj product. In near future I will not recommend anyone to purchase Baja product.

      Customers please think twice to purchase any Bajaj product.

        Multiple reminders have been made in order to fix an issue with water heater. Took 10days to come, then did incomplete work and charged in full and closed the complaint. No telephone response from Area manager, named "Aleem", not sure if giving a wrong telephone number is part of their strategy, but has happened twice with two different number. An experience with a customer service executive was rudest (I would in fact call it abusive) lastly they even hide facebook complaints in order to appear as a clean and happy consumer company. Faulty product manufacturer and pathetic consumer service, Was surprised to see all this from a company of such reputation, with very cheap business tricks. Ravi [protected]

        I don't understand, if you have partly fixed the product, which is not even working as on today, and the payment in full is made just under a week ago and i am right behind your customer service on telephone and e-mails the very next movement the payment in made towards service and spare charges. And you still want more money to fix the ongoing issue which has arised once the technician started fixing it?

        Please give me a reason of why this shouldn't be called unethical or disgraceful?

        Also any reason for why i should paymore?

        For the records, my water heater isn't working as of today, an email has been sent for the same to you.
        Update to the latest problem,

        The technician concluded that it was a problem with combistat and he makes an attempt to fix a combistat that looks more shabby than the one installed in the geyser. His answers as follows
        1.will take ten days to get the replacement part.
        2.There is no stock
        3.He purchased it outside
        4.there were scratches on the outer cap and stains on the probe and he convinces me that it is new. Oh not to mention, it didn't have cover/package.

        I think i am beginning to get convinced that a multinational brand has plans to cheat the consumer.

        2 months to repair ironbox

        1. the "hi-tech" customer service is taking 2 months to repair 1 iron box
        2. from 2 months iam going to office in crumpled clothes
        3. i will burn down their shop, kill the people working there and eat their intestines.

          I have bought Bajaj Shakti 25 L Water Heater from online bajaj site i.e http://shop.bajajelectricals.com/.

          Here it said installation of the geyser is free for my pin code.So after receiving the product I have called for the same with complaint ID:: 5156887

          They said they would be visiting and do the installation in 2 working days.

          Now its four days and when I have called customer care they gave me two numbers and asked me to check with them i.e home care electricals - [protected] / [protected]

          None was picking calls and the other number was wrong number which some person has picked.But the same number was double confirmed by customer care.

          Now I am pissed off calling customer care since the same happened over 6 times and every time I get weird responses.

          I have got the same response from customer care as well.The complaint was made on 21st and now its 30th.
          No response till now. Customer care always responds we have forwarded your complaint to concerned department and our executive will visit in 2 working days.

              Hi, I purchased Bajaj Steam IRON MX22 on 10th Sep 2013. This iron box is having following problems:- 1. Sometimes water is leaking from this iron. (I think the scenario is when steam nob is on and circle is not for cotton) 2. Steam is not generating properly. It is getting stopped after some seconds. 3. Steam Burst Button is not generating steam. (if it works sometime then normal steam is not working) Following are the dates on which i have done complaints: - 1. Service ID 3665698 / 07th Dec 2013 (Technician Shivu Kumar) 2. Service ID 4613171 / 04th May 2014 ( Technician Sunil Kumar) 2. Service ID 4988391 / 29th June 2014 ( Technician Sunil Kumar ) Following are the responses from service person - I asked steam is not generating he told you should press burst steam button. Steam doesn't comes automatic in Steam IRON. I want to ask if this is the functionality of Bajaj Steam iron. Then stop selling your product. I know it not true. So please educate your service engineers and ask them not to make fool. After these many services my Iron got dirty in service center. Its lower plat got many scratches. I want a replacement of my Bajaj IRON MX 22.

                I was purchased A BAJAJ coller(PX93 DC) from Faridabad on May 10, since purchase this product got faulty 4 times, every time I was registered a complain(30 May, 19 June, 27 June) and their representative come and replace the part after 4 week, They don't even investigate what is the root cause. Since it's only 50 days for this product purchage, I need to register complain 4 times but they don't agree to replace it. They even not bother about consumer problem and not agree to listen it more. Sincerely, This is the worst experience to deal with bajaj electrical and even i don't suggest anyone also.

                  sir,
                  I had deposited INR 59925 to Bajaj Electrical Wardha on 20/05/2014 wide cash receipt no 427 . for product code 530047 . BJSLA 136 CFL WEB for 85 PC. The matter already discuss with AM Lum. Nagpur . But till todate I am unable to get it. Every time reported that it will get within two three days but fact is that no material received tome.
                  so plese look in to matter. and asked them to paye 18 % interest interest to me and then why I go to Bajaj.

                      Dear Sir, I had purchased a ceiling fan named "TOPAZ" and having product number UTL-2T-TOPAZ-CF-1200 mm, GC Sl. No./ Code No. 1437645 and Sr, . No. 000245 from M/s Shakun Enterprises, Niti Khand-II/ 15, opposite JKG International School, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad on[protected]. After some time of the purchase, the speed of the fan got slowed down and a clipping sound started coming out of the fan. I reported this problem to the dealer who informed that the slowing down of the speed is due to the fault of the condenser, which is not covered under the guarantee. I got the condenser changed, but the speed and the sound problem is still persisting. I request you to get my problems mitigated at the earliest, as the guarantee period has been over by one month only.                         Since March-2014 end my Bajaj Majesty 15 L GPU Water Heater is having the same issue. Service team from Noida is either not trained properly or they don’t have proper spares. How can the same issue re-occur 4 times. Don’t you think it’s having damaging effect on the heater also if you are dis-assembling and assembling it so many times.                         Hi,

                        After my last complaint around June 12th Bajaj Area Service manager (Mr. Shashi Ranjan) visited my home along with technician. He promised that he will provide permanent solution. He also told that in case any further issue crops up he will provide a coupon for replacement with new water heater.

                        I was out of city for almost 2 weeks and on 18th July when I again switched on the water heater it had huge spark and the heater tripped. When the technician visited he told the connector is damaged and did some temporary fixing. Even after that fixing we were able to hear some sparking noise. So he told their might be some problem with thermostat and he will replace it. There is still leakage which he checked and couldn't’t find the reason (see attached image) and I am sure once again when the water will collect we will have spark and machine failure.

                        Now you can imagine how frustrating this is, now all the parts have been opened and some temporary fixing is done. My Bajaj water heater has now become even worse than a local company water heater.

                        I therefore request Bajaj to take this heater back and do experimentation with it if they like and provide me with a new working Water heater as promised by the Area Service Manager last month.

                        Does Bajaj has such a bad product which will have 5-6 complaints in span of 3-4
                        months.

                          Dear Sir, i am using Bajaj wall mount oscillating fan in my clinic. All my fans are Bajaj.Four of them stopped working recently and i had registered a complaint at toll free number [protected] on 1.5.2014. Already one month passed now.Whenever i give them a remind call they will tell me that technician will reach you in a couple of days.But so far it didn't happen. Once they told me to contact local service centre at Kozhikode ( Tel.[protected]. I contacted them many times, they will say techinician will reach you within two days !! So far nobody came ! Today when i called to the office at Kozhikode ( Tel.[protected] it says " this number is out of service" .                           Sir, nothing happened so far except for i received a message on my
                          mobile from DM-WECARE. Message on 3/06/2014: " Your Bajaj Electricals
                          call No[protected] has been assigned to PREETHI ELECTRIC WORKS,
                          KOZHIKODE, Tel [protected] " !

                          I contacted the given number and got the same reply as usual : " Technician will meet you tomorrow " . Nobody came to meet me so far !!

                            hi my name is bunita patel and i have purcahsed a bajaj mx 05 ceiling fan, this review is real and not fake, the review is not only about the product but the service and quality of the fans bajaj electricals sells in india . i purchased a bajaj mx 05 ceiling fan 6 blades with single light with remote control, let me tell you it is not only a waste of money but also time and energy . from the day 1 of purchase and installtion i have faced a problem with the remote control the fan remote doesnt work, the fan had a technical issue, immediately lodged a complaint with the compaint number : 4738845 the technician attended to the call in 3 days stating the problem, the technician assured a replacement of the remote kit in the fan which was in 2-3 days but no one attended for 3 months until i lodged a new complaint, i am a working lady and dont have the time to look into this matter, still i relodged a complaint with the service after 3 months complaint number : 4456906, the second time the same was assured that they would change the remote kit and solve the issue, the complaint was dragged and no one attended for 5 months, 4 days back : 22/5/14 i lodged another complaint and then they come to my place look at the problem and this time they demand for 250 rs, for solving the problem is this what the company wanted in the beginning to solve this issue, after purchasing the fan if yes they should have asked. they again left without solving the problem stating the same reason that we will get back with a new remote kit .. i have lodged a new complaint on 25/5/[protected]

                            worst products if a 6500 rs fan could have a problem i would say most of the products like fans would have a problem in bajaj brand

                            Worst brand is bajaj, i am also facing same problem with sensor, bajaj peoples says scrap the fan after charging INR 2400, they are real business peoples who knows to cheat

                            I have the same fan, worked well for last 8yrs. recently my son broke the remote, and now am struggling to get a replacement. Bajaj guys do not have a spare. I have realized its worthless buying expensive stuff from indian companies. Buy cheap products that can be fixed by roadside mechanics. Else opt for high end products from MNC who have years of legacy.

                                Hi,

                                We have bought two Bajaj Spectrum ceiling fans on August 14, 2013. Since that time

                                both fans gave problems. At the beginning they had wobbling issue for which we

                                approached Bajaj's customer care toll free number and they replaced blades of one of

                                the fan. After that we had to make 2 more complaints for one or the other fan. Later

                                on due to winter season fans were not in much use and time passed on till the month of

                                March of 2014.

                                Since March 2014 we are continuously following up with the customer care for noise

                                that both fans were making. Finally green signal of replacement of both Fans was given

                                by Mumbai office of Bajaj Electricals and as per email from them person from Pune

                                office visited our house for replacement. But as intimated earlier also to Mumbai

                                office that Fans were purchased from CSD of 9 BRD, Vimannagar, the person visited has

                                refused for replacement stating canteen fans are not replaced.

                                I told him both fans have 2 years guarantee and we have canteen stamp and guarantee

                                card as well. Then how come he can say such thing. He said he need to confirm and left

                                and never contacted back.

                                Again we approached Mumbai office and finally they gave me contact number of Mr. Naval

                                of Pune office who directed me to M.S. Enterprises who deal with canteen things and he

                                assured me of getting replacement from M.S. Enterprises, Bopodi, Pune.

                                Next day on 24th April person from M.S. Enterprises came, checked both fans and found

                                that both fans were in totally out of order condition which new fans shouldn't be. One

                                had bearing and greasing gone and for another one he also wondered how that fan is

                                running as it was totally a rejected piece. He took both fans along with him telling

                                us that we will get replacement in around 5 to 7 days' time. Still nothing happened

                                nobody reverted back for which we again approached Mumbai office, Mr. Naval and

                                service center as well as Mr. Nitin Mane who looks after service of CSD products but

                                nothing happened everybody either avoided or said they will get back to me in 5 mins

                                to an hours time but nobody got back. Finally on May 5, the person of M.S. Enterprises

                                who took our fans came to collect blades stating that they will give replacement and

                                until now they were working on repairing of those rejected quality fans to give it

                                back to us. I do not know why Bajaj calls it a guarantee rather than warantee if they

                                are selling rejected piece and are not willing to give replacement.

                                Until today, i.e. May 15, 2014, we have not received New replaced fans as if we have

                                done some big blunder crime of Buying from CSD. Irony is both fans have simultaneous

                                serial number for which Bajaj cannot say out of 100 pieces there is a probability of

                                one such piece having a fault because we have both fans in same condition. It seems

                                both these fans must have been replaced for some customer in outside market and again

                                repacked by company and supplied to CSD which unfortunately came to us.

                                My letter of complaint is too big to read but I had to write to mention all details &

                                problems we have gone through and & still going through with the hope that someone

                                will look into this matter before 2 years guarantee period is over and will give us

                                the new fans immediately. Already 9 months are gone.

                                Further to your above email to Bajaj I received calls & messages from Mr. Naval of Bajaj on May 22, 2014 and based on our discussion as the fans which were submitted were not available I was asked to make another selection. On May 23, 2014, based on suitability for our living room we selected Bajaj Winstrim ceiling fans of Kashmir Beige colour and told them that we will pay the additional amount as the Winstrim is costlier than Spectrum.

                                Naval agreed and said okay for the same after confirming with M S Enterprises on 23rd itself.

                                Reason behind writing this email now is after so much of happening also until now we have not received any fan from Bajaj and situation is as before.

                                Sir I would need your interference in this matter as I have old parents who have suffered all this summer without fans and now it has become intolerable for me to see their situation. It seems Bajaj people have forgotten that fans are for utility purpose required most in summer and not a decorative piece.

                                  I have purchased a cooler DC-2015 ICON yesterday i.e.[protected]. After getting delivery at 9:30 PM - 9:45 PM, when I unpacked & was just pluged in, I found that, its fan is creating a noise like anything. When I gave a close look, then I found that fan & swing system is touching to each other that is why it is creating a noice.

                                  Whole night we spent our night in a gr8 summer duning the month of may.

                                  In the morning, when I registered a complaint to your call centre they provided me the complaint no. 4653104 and assured me that engineer shall visit with in 2 days. I was shocked... 2 days service
                                  for a defective piece supply to the customer in this summer..

                                  Ohh..My god...I have choosen a reputated brand BAJAJ ELECTRICALS. Had I made a mistake..?

                                  Because we trust that Bajaj electricals is a reputated company & provide a good after sale service to its customer otherwise so much of lacal brands are available in the market in very low price as compare to the price which i have paid, company shud replace the product at earliest.

                                  Pls take a serious note on this. & replace the product

                                    Hi, This is inform you that I purchased this Bajaj Cooler DC 2015 from Croma Retail, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad on May 29th, 2013 and within 15 Days of purchasing, It;s Motor stop working. After few Complaints, their Engineer/Technician visited and change the motor. Then in just 3 months, from June to Sep, 2013, I faced same issue (Motor not working due to water inlet) 5 Times and register complaint at their call center. Every time their Technician visit and changed the motor, but not any proper solutions. I'm really surprised that although problem is same again and again however, they are not ready to replace the piece. just change the motors everytime (just because it is in warranty period.) Now, after Winter End, when I again start my cooler, same problem occured this 6th times. We are really disappointed by the Bajaj Cooler, it;s pathetic service by technician and company. Please let me know the final solution of this grievance. I wish through your platform, our concern will be raised and find some solution of it. Looking forward to hear from you.                                       Hi, I purchased one Electronic Induction Plate Make Bajaj, Model-ISX WOV in May 2013 and which got faulty at very initial stage after opening the pack, we logged 1st Complaint on 14th Oct 2013 (Complaint No. 3360081) at Bajaj Customer Care. After many follow ups one technician visited on my home in Dec 2013 and took one part to check and change accordingly. Since then no one visited even after more than 15 calls and 8-10 reminders (Logged lots of Complaint with Bajaj Customer care no. 3202232, 3827165, 4313795) only customer care is only providing different nos to follow up (e.g, , Mr. Lalait Pant from Bajaj @ 0 [protected]). Then again I had more then 10 calls Mr. Lalit Pant, but till date there is no resolution and no revert from Anyone from Bajaj. Again whenever chasing with Customer care, they are only providing new complaint nos and not providing any update on old complaints nos.
