I had purchased a MORPHY RICHARDS ELECTRIC STEAM IRON from CSD Canteen at lucknow. The same became defective hence I contacted Bajaj customer care CHAWLA ENTERPRISES ' MAHAVEER COMPLEX ,NEHRU ROAD SADAR BAZAR LUCKNOW CANfifteen daysTT. ON 22 Sep 2012. Tele contact no given to me was [protected] to enable me to check progress of repairs. Several attempts to contact this no was futile as either it was switched off or not attended. After a week I paid a visit to the shop and was told nothing had been done and they have a right to take at least 15 days for the work.Later also all attempts to contact them on phone was futile.Several visits also brought no results.On 08 oct 2012 out of frustration I contacted the local office of bajaj electricals . They conveyed to me that the equipment could not be repaired due to non availability of spares and that another non steam iron would be given to me. I had clarified to Chawla enterprises earlier that my iron was not within gurantee period. Next day on 9 oct 2012 visited chawla enterprises to collect either the new iron or my old one. All this while the agency refused to take any call on the mob no given.They now told me that I was required to pay for the iron released on 08 oct 2012. They would not explain to me as to why I should do this and asked for my old iron which they were unable to produce. Till date they have not returned the same. In the entrire episode the customer care agency showed utter lack of courtsey, interest and efficiency besides wasting my time and fuel in the numerous visits to their shop.

    Sir,with due respect
    I want to state since a month I had lodge a complaint against my wall fan and my stand fan for a default,I contacted the service centre(they responsed us by sending a servicemen,he checked and told that the nub of the wall fan is not working and they have to change it and repair and the stand fan motor and capacitor both are corrupted and that’s why fan is not working.He told us that he will report it to the office and if the parts are available then only he can repair it.But after that I contacted to the service centre Bhubaneswar,the madam who received the call told that the parts are not available and when the parts will be available in 5-7 days they will repair it.But after 7 days I contacted again,she respond telling that in some few days the parts will reach as the puja of Viswakarma and the Ganesh puja the parts is delayed.So then after 12-15 days again i called the same mam responded and asked me the complaint number which she didn’t gave me and ignored disconnecting the phone.Again when I asked her she told that you complaint number is 5348 and that day they lodge another complaint in the name of pankaj mishra.Again after few days when I called and asked they refused to say anything and after few days the servicemen asked me the address and I told the same address(as the previous servicemen had visited and knows the defect)and told him about the defect,he told that in few days he will solve my problem.since now I hadn’t got the service(one of worst service I have got ever in my life)In future I won’t never I will buy any product from bajaj. so sir,what profit i have got purchasing from Bajaj,it would have been better if had purchased it from other company”s fan.we purchased thinkng that we will get better service since we have warranty period but now we are realising that every staffs of bajaj service centres are irresponsible. so politely we think that some steps would be taken regarding my complant.


    So sir I beg you to kindly solve this problem which I have lodge several times but no one is responding.

Sir I have purchased this in mar 12 but it is unserviceable from may 12. When I am calling to customer care every time they replied it will be done in two days. Sir plz tell me what I do?         We had purchased the unit on 15/09/2011. The gas geyser keeps turning off by itself and you have to keep switching it on repeatedly. So far we have complained 10 to 12 times. The Bajaj representative pays a visit, but never were able to fix the problem. The guarantee period is of 2 years and we have purchased it from Pramanik Centre in Borivali West. After repetitive complains and innumerable visits we are still left with a water heater that is dysfunctional. After we turn it on, the unit turns off and we have to keep repeating the ritual till we can fill a bucket. The representatives from Bajaj keep telling us various new theories - keep these switches on max at all times, first turn on the tap and then turn on the unit. Different reasons at different times. we have religiously followed these various instructions, but at never point reaching a satisfactory result. We have changed the batteries but to no avail.

        The company hasn't even offered to replace the model even after our repeated requests. This is the worst gadget experience we ever had.

          Dear sir,

          I had purchased the bajaj Hand Blander(granndy) (HB.08) on 23th JAN 2011 with 2 yrs of warranty in Bareeilly. It did not even worked for one year. I gave it purchased shop name-MIGLANI CROCKERIES BAREILLY before three months ago.shop keeper gave it Bajaj service center-JESUS ENTERPRISES( PHONE-[protected]) BAREILLY. I also talk many times for maintenence for grindy in your service center.he is not respond me properly.i also complain your customer care center on[protected]. but i have not received my grindy upto till date.
          Bajaj is having a very pathetic service and product. These ppl will not even understand customers time which is very valuable.
          Please help us to get the product.

            I have logged a complain against my mixer grinder. As it was not working properly. Complain no 25513635 logged on 7/09/2012 but till today no one visited my house.

            On 11/09/2012 I called them again and they told they will send technician the same day, next day 12/09/2012 I called them again and took service center number and that day also call center representative told technician will visit us the same day , I took service center details also from them "Name : Paul Brothers, no: 25513635 ", they also told that they will send the technician by the same day. But no one visited our house.

            When today I called them they behaved very rudely and told me straight away that they will not call a std number(as my no is not belongs to kolkata) and when I asked the person on other side of the phone abut her name she told that she will not tell her name or any contact person's name.I called call center again and took their area manager's contact no([protected]).And told every thing by calling him, he told he will send some one today.But I didnot get any call from them till 3pm.So I called him again that time he told as it is not a kolkata no so they will not call to this no.

            I want to ask Bajaj that at the time of purchasing the product they never told that they till not provide service if I dont use local number, as it is a all India warranty coverage so I can use any number to longed a complain. And why should I suffer 7 days for their irresponsibility?

            I will never use bajaj product again.

              Hello,

              I booked Bajaj Kitchenmate on the eve of the Independence day this year with a lot of enthusiasm that was falsely created by salesmanship of KINGS ELECTRONICS, Kharghar.

              To my SURPRISE or SHOCK, I found the appliance making unbearable noise and immediately I communicated the dealer. They said that they were concerned with the sales only. That's OK.

              The company's rep told me that the noise is as per the design.

              If the noise that it produces is normal, I am really concerned because it could affect hearing mechanism of anyone around it. Therefore, I am not interested in the product any longer and want immediate refund only.

              Note: Invoice No: KH/KAP705/12-13 dt 14.08.12 -- Kings Electronics Pvt Ltd, Kharghar Ravechi Apartment, Ground Floor & 1st Floor, Sec-7,Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.

              Kindly take some action as early as possible.

                I bought a bajaj fan on 19-7-12,after 1 month it starting running slow I logged a complain in bajaj customer care on 28-8-12.They told me they will send a technicians the next day but 11 days been passed nobody visited my home yet.

                  Hi,

                  my bajaj water heater suddenly not working and if I switch on the heater then the main is getting tripped -power goes off. i have raised a complaint and the service engineer came and checked and informed that the entire set around drum(copper drum) need to be replaced and it will cost around 2600. its been two months now and still he is telling no stock. They are from Pallavanthangal area in Chennai

                  I have called bajaj call center many times but of absolutely no use, they been informing that they will get in touch with the service engineer but of no use - i did not even got a call back from anybody. is there way we can take it up directly with Bajaj management on this since whenever i call service engineer he is telling we are getting next shipment on this weekend, i will come and fix on next Monday

                    two yrs back i have purchased a high pressure bajaj gas geyser, now it is not working, so i have repaired it from authorised mechanic maharashtra electricals, nanded, mob. no. [protected]
                    he repaired it saying that, needs to replace some parts and he dose same by charging 850rs but still same problem is their...
                    now he is saying that it will not be repaired...

                        No representative of the company has yet been visited my house even after lapse of 31 days.

                          my name k venkataramarao , last 10 months back i pushed mixer cum juicer fro the company of Bajaj Electrical at mulund ,big Bazar in Mumbai.Last one month on-wards it was not running due to wiring and coil problem. I given complaint to Bajaj customer care last one back, but till not visit their Technician and at the time of purchasing Mixi they given Warranty 2 years.customer care peoples are blaming the customer in this way.


                          So,please take action against Bajaj Electrical , Future it will not Repeat the same issue for any customer.

                            Don't ever buy any of bajaj products, bcz products are not good & after sales service is worst , top - bottom nobody is reliable, we have bought 2 geyser before 10mths & v have hardly used tht as we have solar facility also, then too i have launched my complaints more than 8 times both geysers are faulty, if v call @ customer care they says it'll be attended within 2 working days but it doesnt get attended before 6 days. Each & every time whenever i have launched complaint it has not been attend before 5-6 days, & they literally frustrating us. I spoke with customer care, In-charge , Area manager, Owner of the service centre , support executive @ service centre & the technician who have to visit my place all says " Aaj ho jayega" lekin hota nahi hai. Technician visited after 6 days & said cut-off switch is not working so tomorrow i'll come with that part, again i have called next day then they said part is not available. I have complained on 25th jun'12 & till today's date (3rd jul'12) they have not solve my problem. don't understand what to do with this people.

                            so i request people to think thousand times before buying bajaj products.

                              I purchased bajaj wet grinder
                              Model: WX9 SR-NO OF THE PRODUCT-1150
                              BATCH NO-0610
                              MOTOR NO-1114 on 18-10-11 vide bill no-327646 from CSD.
                              On 10-2-12 the grinder stopped working due to loosen of grove which was fitted in steel bowl. same day i raised complaint vide complaint no-977868.
                              company representative attended the complaint and stated that bowl is to be
                              replaced with in five days.From then on wards after so many reminders problem was not solved till date.

                                I am facing some problem in Bajaj ceiling as well as wall mounted fan. I had register the complain in customer care and regularly followup. When I called service center that person said me the BAJAJ service is too worst. May be your problem will be solve within 2 months or 2 years. Means warranty period is over and after that they will solved my problem and charge me heavy amount.
                                you are right about it. They usually attend to complaints sooner if the warranty period is already over or the fault is not covered under the warranty description. More over the attitude towards the customer is very rough, they squarely says on your face that they are least bothered about the complaints made against them. Why is this attitude? I have an answer "cause the company pays least or no importance to the complaining consumer. "THIS HAPPENS ONLY IN INDIA"

                                    I am writing with utmost regret that i have made a purchase of Bajaj BW 01-12 WALL fan. So here is the event and story of the worst product and services I have seen in my life:
                                    1) I bought a bajaj BW 01-12 WALL fan for my shop on 25.09.2011 with 2 year guarantee.
                                    2. It became faulty on 08.05.2012, so that i have lodged a complaint on ivrs with complaint no. 113369
                                    3. But it is sorry to say that no person attended the complaint.
                                    4. After a long wait, i have again lodged a complaint 251032 in june 2012,
                                    5. But it is very shameful that again no person attended the complaint.
                                    Due to non working of your fan, our shop personals suffered from high temperature and became ill. Due to illness they have not performed their duties up to satisfaction level. Resulted it our mental and physical loss.
                                    So that it is my last complaint and legal notice to you, to please compensate by Rs. 200/= per day since 08.05.2012
                                    if your person will not attended the complaint with in a week i will go to consumer court for compensation and justice.

                                    Bajaj — Fan not working

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I Was purchase THE Table Fan ( Bajaj Fan ) from Thane 10 Months back But he is not working Properly. I have been complaints regular and his technician solve the problem.I also face the same problem again and again Two month back, but my problem not solved.

                                    I call to customer care but her Telephone no not responding last 1 month. What shall I do?

                                    I wont to replace the FAN and company give me new fan. My Fan IN UNDER GUARANTEE.

                                      I found the blade broken and it was lying down in tha case. I purchase the fan on 10.4.12 and was told by the proprietor, for M/s. Mamta Electricals & General Stores that it was running good. From before only i was in doubt about tha plastic blade. What can i do now? It was under gurentee period.

                                      Sr no of the product - 022112. Will it can be replaced? Where can i get the new blade?

                                        We, my wife and me, bought a Bajaj Platini PX 80 F Food Processor on the 25th of January 2010. My wife opted for Bajaj due to its name & quality according to my will.

                                        Even though Bajaj states that the plastic is unbreakable, at least 3-4 parts are already broken. Since day one, this food processor was creating so much noise that I'm actually scared to switch it on.

                                        Previously we contacted the service center and only after a couple of weeks they'd send someone to our house just to tell us that we have to buy all the parts (even though it was still in guarantee period) since Bajaj guarantee doesn't cover the plastic parts even though they're so called unbreakable. Seems only the motor is guaranteed.

                                        But yesterday we found a 'washer' (the part between the bold and nut) in our food that was processed in the Bajaj Platini PX 80 F Food Processor.

                                        Luckily our mouth didn't get hurt, both my wive and me got a part in our mouth and noticed it before we shewed on it, but it could have turned out worse.

                                        For this reason I am going to take this further (consumer court) and I demand the money back for this really stupid machine that Baja even dares to sell off and use poor material quality in able to save money for themselves and hurting customers.
