We want to lodge a complaint against the faulty Mixer Grinder - GX7 (purchased on 13/3/2012), the Sr. No. of the product is 31655 (GC SI. No./Code No.[protected] bought from "M/s Harminder Singh & Brothers (10 Khurshid market, Sadar Bazar, Delhi)"

We have been following up regularly with above said dealer and also with the representative of the Bajaj Company (Sarvesh Kumar - Service Incharge and his contact no. is [protected]). We have discussed this matter with Mr Sarvesh Kumar once, and he promised to replace this product but after that he never picks up our calls. Also about the dealer - "Harminder Singh", how could he sell your products when he never listens on customer issues related to Bajaja Electricals products (his answer is always straightaway - NO change/ NO Replacement).

We are really dissatisfied with the way how Bajaj Electricals and their dealers treat customers & their complaints.

    I bought bajaj FX 10 ,there ADOPTER chopper or CHOOPER CHOP PEICE ,FOUND short while opening the Box in presence o[censored]r service Rep Mr Bharat (Mb [protected]),he said , need to buy that particular piece ,and we are ready to buy it WITHOUT ANY ISSUE ,but still there is no one to come to change that piece or no information from service center ,Every day they making Phool to send someone !!!!!!

        I got a Babaj Air cooler (product code[protected] TC2008/2010), Invoice #[protected] ON April 7th 2012.The Cooler that was dispatched by E-ZONE was a damaged piece, I returned the product at the same time & selected a fresh piece on 8th April 2012,The same was dispatched by E-ZONE, the Delivery boy (Nandish) had no clue on the working of the cooler ( I was told Nandish would give me a demo on the working & Cleaning of the Cooler ).
        In the fresh piece the water indicator was not working -this was informed to Nandish, he had confirmed that he will be sending the Mechanic. I myself had called E-ZONE the same evening for the mechanic's availability. The Manager from E-ZONE had assured me that he will be sending the Mechanic by Monday Afternoon. We had taken an off from office just to make sure the mechanic fits the Cooler.Since four days the Cooler has stopped working, the same was informed , complaint filled in E-ZONE and followed up from my end by calling the Show Room as well as one of the employees of E-ZONE on his Cellphone, every time i was asked to have patience for 2 days as it would be sorted out else the Machine would be replaced by a new one, till date not a single Mechanic has visited my place nor my Cooler is replaced by a fresh piece as its with in its Warranty period.

        Please help us in resolving this issue, its either my money needs to be refunded or the Machine has to be replaced with a fresh piece.

          I MKP Singh, placed an order for Bajaj JX5 juicer mixer grinder on 30 Mar 12 from letsbuy.com. The order no is LSB 961065. I received the order on 04 Apr 12. but when i opened the package, I found that the top cover of the juicer mixer grinder was broken. I immediately called the customer care of letsbuy.com and they said that the item will be replaced at the earliest. Thereafter, on 13 Apr 12 i received a message of my service request number MUM[protected] and a call from the officials that the top cover is not available presently, but it will be replaced in 2 days. It has been nine days by now, but no significant outcome has come to my notice and neither i have received any calls from them.

          So, I request you to kindly let me know the present ongoing status as i am helpless.

            I have purchased one Bajaj Electricals - Air cooler Model-TC2008 on 28.03.2012. As per the requirement, I have decided to purchase the said model. Within one month of the purchase, the blower is getting jamming and cooler is not functioning. Several complaints have been lodged to local service centre[protected]. But, problem is not solved. In running summer, purpose of purchasing the said appliance is not fulfilled. I am fully harashed. By seing the reputed company, I have simply purchased the goods. But, service is not up to the extent as per company's promise. Inspite of two time complaints to toll free numbers, problem is not being solved. It is my simly bad luck. Customer's satisfaction slogan is only for advertisement.

              i had purchased a cook top CX9, product no.-04183, batch no.-1210, code no.-0216041 from bajaj electricals on 11 april 2011. we had already complaint 5 times about a particular switch of the cook top but no serious action is being taken by the manager of the company. therefore i request you to please instruct the manager to look into the problem and get it solved at the earliest.

                I bought a Bajaj Air cooler ( Product: DC 2014 ; Sr. No. 0519 ; Batch No.0611 ; GC Sl. No/ Code No. 0065964) from Veerani Electronics, Abids, Hyderabad on[protected].

                I have put it to use on[protected] and found that following manufacturing defects.
                i). " T " shape water pipes connection is broken,
                ii). Water is spilling out from the cooler and
                iii). Castles are not moving.

                  Purchased a Bajaj gas Geyser from M/s Sales India, Ashram road – Ahmedabad on 18th Sep 2011 with invoice no 344C05..
                  After purchased the Geyser and within couple of week the problem was started. The Geyser is not working upto mark level. After saver follow-up with customer care the technician visit and give up temp solution but finally problem not solved.
                  After 5 month Bajaj has exchange the Geyser but again the same problem. The Geyser devices are not working.
                  We are not able to use the Geyser after paying huge amount based on BRAND NAME and day by day we losing the guaranty period with existing problem.

                    I have purchased a Bajaj Food Processor PX080 ON 27.08.2011. The Product was delivered on 05.09.2011. The chuttny attachment blade was broken on 12.10.2011, within a months time. I made a complaint on 13.10.2011. Again on 13.02.2012 The food processor motor got burned and along with that, the medium size jar bottom bush also gets burned within 5 months. Once again i made a complaint through customer care on the same day. 26.02.2012,the service technician came and replaced the blade for which i made complaint on 13.10.2011 (which is not suitable for the chutnny attachment) and he was unable to run the chuttny attachment due to the repair in the food processor main motor itself. He took the food processor and the medium jar and informed us it will be rectified at their end within 2 days. So far he has not turned at all.

                    Daily i am contacting Sree Shaa Enterprises, No 22 B Mettu Street, Chennai over phone and they keep on replying that parts not yet come, tomorrow it will be rectified.

                    I lost my confidence in the bajaj products.

                    I request you to kindly take up with the respective service centre to rectify our complaint at the earliest

                      Myself SQN LDR (retd.) Dr Ganesh Prasad Sharma holding card no. [protected], purchased a Bajaj Geyser 35L on 16th December 2011 from 2309-HQ MEERUT SUB AREA with a bill no.- 130066 and the product costed me Rs. 5261.00.
                      Sir,the next day geyser was installed at my residence B-35 Defence Colony Meerut and from the same day onwards a leakage from the tank was noticed.On advice of the CSD manager Meerut i complained this matter to S.K Electricals,authorised service center for Bajaj electricals.A service man confirmed the leakage of the tank as a manufacturing defect of Bajaj company and took the geyser to service centre for replacement of tank 20 DAYS BACK.Since then sir i am not getting my geyser back nor a satisfactory answer.SIR CONSIDERING MY AGE OF 70 YEARS I HAVE BEEN HEATING MY BATHING WATER ON GAS WHICH IS VERY HAZARDOUS FOR ME.I PERSONALY REQUEST YOU ON HUMANITARIAN BASIS TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND GET ME A GOOD TROUBLEFREE WORKING BAJAJ GEYSER.PLEASE ACCEPT MY REGARDS AND THANKS FOR THE SAME.JAI HIND

                          i have a bajaj gas gayser i purchase this on octobet 2010. .at this time it is not working well. I complaint many times but there is no responce.
                          the bajaj gas water heater is not working. a complaint was registered at no. 725847 on[protected] which was attended but was not solved up to satisfaction. again it became out of order for which complaint was made at no. 876524 on
                          [protected] which is still pending despite repeated requests on toll free no[protected] and [protected] but they are only passing the time by giving false assurance of mending the gas water heater. at the peak winter season they did nothing and passed the time. this is unfair and i feel my self have been cheated by the so called reputed company named BAJAJ.

                            I had purchased cfl of20watt from Agrawal store Lekhraj Dollar Indira nagar Lucknow on25/2/2.0 11 with assurance of one year replacement guarantee.Thecfl stopped functioning some times in january 12.The retailer refused to replace on the ground that your local dealer M/S Sri ganesh agency has denied replacement on the ground that the guarantee period is of 6 months only. Such irresponcible answer is unheard from such a reputed name.Please ensure replacement with in 10 days by taking suitable action against the dealer, under intimation to me.                               I bought a Bajaj Food processor- Food Factory FX-10 on 23rd Dec 2011. And surprisingly within less than one month it has stopped working and it has been 1 week exactly that I have lodged a complaint and nobody has attended as yet. On the 2nd day a technician called up but he never reached my place and on calling him back 4-5 times,he didn't even pick up the call.
                              On calling upon customer care on the 4th day, the lady on the other side bluntly asked me to get in touch with the service center myself which I did and still than I am having nobody turned up at my place...Is it for what I have bought the food processor.?? The Croma outlet from which i bought the food processor are themselves blank as to why nobody is turning up.

                              With this kind of service how does Bajaj thinks that their consumers will ever recommend their products?
                              or is their any way I can get back my money refunded...???

                                My complaint is for HOMESHOP 18.

                                This is Regarding order no.[protected] from Homeshop18 of Bajaj Majestic Induction cooker.
                                We have received the product in broken condition.This is the second time i am getting the product from homeshop 18 in broken condtion & the response from HS18 is very bad.

                                If they are not able to provide the product in safe condtion then they should stop there services.

                                  I have brought a bajaj Instant water heaters from Vijay Sales in the month of August 2011 , since I was shifting to a new house and the water heaters could not be installed .After I shifted to the new residence in the Month of Oct 2011 I call vijay sales for about 3 to 4 times who promised me to that they would tell the concerned bajaj people but after one month when there was no response I stated calling the Bajaj electricals lmt Pune on 26360703/26344762/26360801, .The call was attended and evey time they assured me that they would send somebody .I would always give them the day I am at home but now even after a period of three months I have not got the water heater connected.
                                  It is a great displeasure and frustating to realise that the decision to purchase your product was such a blunder by the service you are providing

                                    I fully agree on thee very bad services of Bajaj Electricals. I have also purchased Bajaj Geyser - Shakti in July 2011. After installation of one week, it was not working and till now i have complained four times and (31st August, September, October and 19the December). Every time i make complaint, theey will come after one week and do some theing and again thee geyser gets stop working. Till date it was not rectified. I have been calling thee number [protected] and it is Mumbai toll free number. They are directing theis to Hyderabad office number[protected] / [protected]. Every time some one come and says, it is simple problem and do some theing. Immediately after theree/four days, again thee same problem. Whom to approach for final resolution

                                    We bought a geyser from Bajaj on Dec 6,2010. This was installed on Dec 8,2010 and stopped working on Dec 17th.

                                    The technician has visited twice and could not find fault.

                                    The national helpline number[protected] says national number means only Mumbai and has redirected us to Noida.

                                    The 'Contact Us' tab on bajaj web site say that the email has been submitted. However there has been no response.

                                    Do not know who to approach.
                                    Geyser Not Working

                                    I fully agree on thee very bad services of Bajaj Electricals. I have also purchased Bajaj Geyser - Shakti in July 2011. After installation of one week, it was not working and till now i have complained four times and (31st August, September, October and 19the December). Every time i make complaint, theey will come after one week and do some theing and again thee geyser gets stop working. Till date it was not rectified. I have been calling thee number [protected] and it is Mumbai toll free number. They are directing theis to Hyderabad office number[protected] / [protected]. Every time some one come and says, it is simple problem and do some theing. Immediately after theree/four days, again thee same problem. Whom to approach for final resolution

                                      I had purchased RH 9 oil room heater of Bajaj Electricals with serial number 06285 and batch number 0911 for an amount of Rs. 6300/- from KR Electricals (GK-1, New Delhi) on December 17, 2011. Since the purchase date my heater is not functioning properly and it does not heat the room even on keeping it switched on for 10-11 hours on maximum temperature. I am extremely dissatisfied with the product manufactured by Bajaj Electricals and have made a complaint regarding the same to the customer care on December 19, 2011. My complaint number is 812891 however till date I have not been visited by a technician to inspect the heater.

                                      I am very disappointed at the poor quality of the product as well as the poor service and response of the customer care executives at Bajaj Electricals. I wish to get my product replaced with immediate effect and expect Bajaj Electricals to respond to my complaint taking responsibility for their faulty/ defective room heater.

THE .THE BAJAJ SERVICE ENGINEER INSPECTED AND RECOMENDED FOR ITS REPLACEMENT, BUT THE ABOVE CO OPERATIVE STORE / SUPPLIER OF THE ABOVE GEYSER HAS NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION TILL DATE .THE BAJAJ COMPANY IS ALSO NOT DOING ANYTHING . THE ABOVE GEYSER IS LAYING UN ATTENDED IN CO OPERATIVE STORE - BIJPUR .
                                        SIR, AS YOU KNOW THAT THE GEYSER IS REQUIRED IN WINTER SEASON ONLY AND I AM FACING VERY HARDSHIP SINCE LAST TWO MONTHS AND NEITHER THE CO OPERATIVE SHOP AT BIJPUR
                                        NOR THE BAJAJ COMPANY IS REPLACING THE SAME .THEY ARE JUST PASSING TIME .
