I called up yesterday for my previous complaint and let Mr Vijay know about the pain we are going through. He promised to help.
What we have gone through is a long story and I am sure you would be looking into this and hence due to cooperative nature of Mr Vijay I would wait for one more day to write my complete story of what my family has went through.
Our problems start from Service Request Id: 2227363.
Current request no is : 2771439, which was attended by some guy . He is still on the run after doing a faulty repair which blow away my costly shower panel. I have called him a minimum 100 times and he does respond to calls. Last time he responded to me 8th July and said he would on 9th and as always I came from office early but he didnt turned up, his phone being switched off, later he turned it on , I called him 7 times, never picked up, 2 sms, not replied.
I think Bajaj is one of the oldest and most trusted companies, every household calls it "Humara bajaj" because of some reason!
The losses that I have incurred till now is : Blown up pipe of 90 rs after first repair[protected] + unjustified coil charges of 900/- which he took from me though that blew because of faulty repair (2227363: he put up a 15 L combistat in 25 L geyser which led to explosion and threatened lives of my family,especially my wife being pregnant, she delivered baby next day - not because of this, just telling how dangerous it was) + approx 5000/- shower panel, pipe of which bursted with a bang due to second fauly repair (2771439: he again put in a 15 L combistat in my 25 L geyser).
Hoping that Bajaj as true industry giant would come forward and admit its mistake and rectify all its errors in workmanship and losses that i made.
10 th July:
1. Didnt received any call/reply for the mail I sent.
2. Contacted Tejus from a different number : He picked in one go, he assured me in every way possible that he will come by 6 today. He told me the combistat have the sticker of 25 L. I told him that it should better be 25 L as I have complained about all these wrongdoings to Bajajelectricals.
3. 7:30 in thevening...Tejus does not appears. I call and he replies that he will be there in 20 mins. assured I didnt call him upto 8:30. Then I called him twice no reply.
4: Its 9:13 now. Called him 15 - 20 times. No replies.
5: 9:30: Phone is switched off. Trust me it happens almost daily for last 10 days.
Its really a time to wake up now!!
