Faulty repair..geyser blown twice...Shower panel pipes exploded...unnecessary charges...life at risk due to these repairs.

Poor quality of Bajaj Electricals

There cannot be any company with such a poor quality range of products like Bajaj Electricals. I have bought Bajaj Gas geysers and food processor. Both are repaired multiple times but they are still not working properly. Moreover I am calling Bajaj Electricals customer care and their line is always busy.
I urge to all of the consumers to dump the bajaj products and increase the awareness among people. I am completely frustrated!br...

bad service

I have buy bajaj majesty icx 8 ,(D1001C[protected]) on[protected] and within 4 to 5 month induction cooker stop working when I visited the shop from where I have buyer . shopkeeper assured me it will get repaired with a week but till now I didn't got my induction repaired .
I hope after submitting this complain I will help to get my repaired induction cooker as soon as possible thank you....

poor service by bajaj electricals

I bought new BAJAJ COOLEST ROOM COOLER(Model Num DC 2015) on April 13 2013 but on 22 th May 2013 it is not working .
I made several calls to bajaj customer care , registered complaint(Complaint no. 2660454) also but no proper action is taken yet.
Once bajaj executive visited home but after that no response from there side .
They are neither responding properly nor replacing the product .
Kindly do the needful...

Poor Product Quality, Service

I have a bajaj induction cooker which I purchased in October 2012. Since a week it is not heating properly and since then I have been trying the customer toll free number but there is no response there. I tried calling some service shops but they told me to contact the toll free number. Some said that because my machine is still in warranty they will not repair.
It has been over a week now and I have not been able to get it fixed....

I bought a Bajaj food processor PX-80F Platini on 10.02.2012 from Ankleshwar. Since purchase within a year it had following problems.

1. The motor belt got loose with high sound - after complaint on call center the service engineer didn't resolve it properly. He said it is a normal sound in this system. (The problem is of attitude of this service company)

2. So I had to repeat the complaint....

complaint regarding faulty new bajaj table fan

i bought a new bajaj table fan model TT01 on 10/03/2013 which was in a sealed box and when took to home and tried to operate it, its not working so we complained and given to bajaj service center "SRUJANA ENTERPRISES, RAMNAGAR GUNDU, HYDERABAD-44" with complaint numbers "2419695" , "2438127" and "2358489"

they told that they will repair and return it back in 3 days and till date "15/04/2013"...

Replacement of Product

I had purchased Bajaj Steam Iron in Jan 2012, and since that time i am facing the problems about the press as it is in gurrantee of 2 years, 1st time when it get damaged then i requested to the service center to replace it as the product is in gurrantee of two years but they just repair the product, now again after repairing the press get the same problem(it stop working), and again i requested them to replace it...
