Need URGENT Assistance and Intervention.
The Product -
Bajaj Air Cooler, Product Name : COOLEST TC2010 Sr.No : 8544, with the Batch Number : S271T010410 GC/Code No : 0029544, was purchased on the 24th April 2010, from Dealer :Snehanjali Retail Pvt Limited, SV Road, Kandivali West. The Product was purchased for Rs.4500/- (Four Thousand Five Hundred only).
Since the purchase of the product, there were some issues with the Cooling as well as Fan Noise and the Wheels of the Cooler. After repeated complains, they replaced the product, on the 9th August 2010. After replacement the only thing what was taken care of the product was the Wheels, but the Fan Noise and the problem with the Cooling remained.
Again after repeated complaints with the Company (Service Center) as well as the Dealer, it was on deaf ears. The technician who visited to have a look at the product, bluntly said that there is nothing that can be done, the cooler would definitely make NOISE.
As of now the Product is a total waste of money. The type of Service and the Product Quality is totally not acceptable from a repute like
Bajaj Appliances, who have a huge expertise in Home Appliances.
Could someone please look into the same and have a proper Service, or a Product Replacement, which could value the amount spent on it.
