My 2008 make water geyser started leaking and I sent it to Bajaj service centre in Kolkata at Paul brothers, 10 Dum Dum Road on 25/07/2011(Complaint number IN-1441). It is about 2 months now and still their response is that spare parts are not available.The careless attitude of the service centre is highly deplorable. Once Bajaj sell their product, they leave their customers at the mercy of incompetent service stations.

      I Bought a Bajaj Majesty 15 litre water header on 5th September 2009. In 2010 the heater stopped working. The m/c was reapired. Again in July 2011 I noticed some noise and I complained. The service personal came and told me not to worry. Today 7th September the heater suddenly leaked and hot water started coming out. I narrowly escaped what could have been a serious injury. I have two complain
      1. The service personal unnecesarily delayed when I complained earlier.
      2. There is a safety issue with this water heater. I think there is a manufacturing defect and this could kill people. Where should I raise these concern.. can anyone help.

      I have your bajaj product geyser.Details follows:-
      DATE OF PURCHASE : 10/10/2011
      MODEL : SHAKTI PLUS 25 LTR
      I have started using this geyser in this winter season. But Its tank start Leaking. I complained to your customer care [protected] & tank replaced by your
      local service center. But this problem still consists. Since Dec 2012 three tanks have been replaced to this product. My complain no as follows:-
      1. Complain no 2009779 dated 23/12/2012 tank replaced
      2. Complain no 2176467 dated 31/01/2013 tank replaced
      3. Complain no 2311908 dated 01/03/2013 tank replaced

      4. Complain no 2470441 dated 06/04/2013 complain pending for tank leaking. Now no one is responding even customer care is not responding
      In view of above you are requested to look into this matter & replace my geyser with new one as it in warranty & always giving truoble.

            i want to inform about my prolem, i were purchase a cooler of Bajaj company before 2 months and my cooler is under warranty /gurranty periods of one year.

            My cooler is not working well due to pump problem and i have already given a coplaint (complaint no.410671)last date of 3 august 2011 but tillnow my company is not taking any action regarding my complaint. i mave remind or complaint a lot of time but companis employee (included service centre, head of service centre and customer care) but they were not given any feedback and say to me sir i will try today,i will try tommorow to remove your problem.

            Rason behindid i m suffering on mind prollem (mentaly disturb),and give me a written paper reason,why company not give any responce betwwen my complaint date to present, try to change the product or remove the problem and give me solution.

            In nutshell, i request to you pleaswe take a action as soon as possible regading my complaints.

              i had given a storage water heater for service on[protected] to crystal customer care, the authorised service centre for bajaj electrials. But after several reminders they returned the heater on[protected]. They charged Rs.1150/- towards service charge. But they did not rectify the problem and so the it was again returned for repair on[protected]. There is no reply from them as of now.

              I saw Bajaj ECOSPOT CFL Light on net for my personal use n tried to purchase but all the dealers,distributers even Marketing Manager-Delhi,Jabalpur failed to provide. Is this BAJAJ !!!!!!!!
              We have a edible oil company and having capacity of 800 TPD, our product is Chambal refined oil.
              We are continuously using Bajaj Electrical Make MERCURY LAMP 1 60 W PIN/SCREW TYPE(CHOCKLESS) since last 10-12 years and we have aprox 200 fittings situated at different different location in out plant.
              And we have regularly buying bulb for these fittings at kota (Rajasthan)based bajaj dealer M/s Premier Appliances.
              Now Bajaj discontinued this bulb as discussed with Kota based bajaj Dealer.

              Kindly let me know if you have any alternate or any solution.

              I think you are lucky. Actually I have 5 different home appliances and all having problem in its warranty period only.All are having 2 years warranty and I regularly followup with customer care but still that's period was passed away but problem has yet not solved. I suggest all guys PLEASE don't buy any BAJAJ APPIANCES.
              mrs dollie may be right, but i would address your attention that in last financial year we had served more than 14 lacs customers and we have strong servicecetwork with 20 branch offices, 265 service centres across india.

              I would like to bring to your notice, that I have been very upset with the way Bajaj electrical handle their customers.

              I have had two geysers from bajaj for the past one odd year and already I have had to replace the body of both of them and also the heating element as well as the thermostat for both. This makes me understand that the quality of bajaj products are not upto standard.

              What tops it now is that in spite of making several complaints to your call centre, on 12 Dec 2012 vide # 1966192 and again on 18 Dec to remind, 25th Dec again to remind and one final on 27th dec when they gave a new complaint number since the old one was cancelled due to time vide # 2023272. The repair is still not carried out.

              Although both the geysers are in warranty, we had to get one geyser repaired from a local vendor by paying money from our pocket due to the urgency of situation.

              On 27th Dec I was given the name of Area Manager Mr Shashi Ranjan- who's number is [protected] /[protected] who I called and was told that he is apologetic and service will be carried out today itself. He also gave me the contact number of some S R agency (Sarvesh) who does the service for Bajaj[protected] / [protected].

              S R agency has been very difficult to get on phone and whenever they pickup their technician ([protected]) says will come in 1hr. To my surprise that 1 hour has not come in the last three days. Since yesterday he has been not receiving calls and immediately when I called from another number he picked up and said today is holiday and refused to give his name for a complaint against him and was also abusive.

              You know with the cold wave in delhi, what does a non operational geyser mean for the past 18 days.

              Absolutely avoid Bajaj till they improve their after sales service team.

              I own a Bajaj AquaTherm Instant Gas Water Heater, Model No. GWX-05.

              On 17.07.2013 I had contacted Bajaj Electricals customer care on phone no. [protected], and registered a complaint regarding repair of the above. When I asked for complaint number, the customer care staff said my mobile number is my complaint number. (strange)

              No service staff reported for repair even after 05 days of lodging the complaint. I contacted the Customer Care again on 22.07.2013. My complaint was allotted the number 2928135.

              On 24.07.2013, 1.13 pm, I received a call from[protected]Nagpur Office) asking about the status of repair. I came to know from this caller that the concerned service center has reported to this office that the complaint was resolved. It was shocking that the complaint was resolved without any servicing staff reporting to my house.

              And instead of apology for delayed service, the caller (Bajaj Electricals office staff) spoke in favor of the dealer.

              Still the problem is not resolved even after 02 weeks. And this is not the first time I am having such experience of Bajaj Electricals.

                We have purchased Bajaj cooktop CGX3 Sr. No. 00131 on 15 th May 2011.
                Its GC SI. No./ code no. 0523727.

                This cooktop has problem. There is flame coming from bottom of the
                burner. We have done 5 complaints so far. Everytime the service person comes, do
                something and goes. But the problem remains same. These are the
                complaint no.s 306326, 313974, 329280, 352779,374724.

                Please look into matter as early as possible. Please dont endanger our
                lives and replace this cooktop.

                  yes i am agree with his statement because i have purchase two water heater 35lts from army canteen in last winter season but in this year both water tank are leaking . my son have complained to bajaj & then his service engineer has replace only one tank & give us promise to change other in very soon ( with in two days ) but till date that engineer did not visit to my home to replace defective tank. my son has complained several times again to bajaj customer center but engr did not visit again to replace defective tank.

                  My bajaj iq geyser is not working and I has raised a complaint regarding it on 11th october.After repeatedly calling the customer care centre people and service centre (pant service centre - dwarka) after around 18-20days of registering the complaint some one came to look into the problem.The person said that element is not working and it would cost rs800/-. After 3-4 days he came again and according to him he had replaced the element.When we asked him that we want to test the geyser ; the reply was that now it is working fine and I am in a hurry.The same evening in which the element was changed; the geyser stopped working.
                  Again next day I lodged a complaint.After 5-6days the same person came and said that element has not been changed nad needs to be changed again(which means we were cheated). He said I will come after diwali.Today it's 27th november; but despite of daily phone calls and reminders ; no one has come to repair the geyser.
                  Must say the services provided to customers are pathetic.

                    This complaint is just to enlighten the peer customer about how non-compliant and unprofessional attitude of Bajaj service centre people.
                    Let me go ahead by recounting the things which I experienced in last one month with Bajaj electrical people.
                    I lodge a complaint for a kettle with a complaint number, 192595, around a month back and during the time, I was told by customer care executive that the technician will be at my house within 3 working days. After that, days passed and passed but there was not a single contact from the so called technician. Meanwhile, in all these delayed work, I kept in touch with customer care with the enquiry and like every time, the answer was same and there was no action afterward.
                    It went on around for 20 days and suddenly (OMG! fortunately), I got a call from a technician (I think it was Mr. Prasad as some one told me the name afterwards) on 8th June and he asked my availability for the next day. As the next day was Thursday and a working day, I was not comfortable at all and therefore, started asking for the Saturday, but somehow the guy was so much insisting on Thursday that finally I said yes and settled for 11 am appointment.
                    So the next day, I took off from office for half day and started waiting for him. Whether you call it an unprofessionalism or stupidity, the guy didn’t turn up on the day and even didn’t intimate anything to me. For whole day, I tried to call at his cell phone number and every time, it was giving switch off. It was such an annoying thing and a never expected behavior from one of our country top company, Bajaj (which has a tag “HAMARA BAJA”).
                    So on 10th June, the thing which I was expecting least, happened again i.e. a call from the same technician( Mr Prasad), who was asking for another appointment on Saturday(11th June) and moreover giving an alibi of losing a phone for 9th June unprofessionalism. I just got a feeling that the person thinks that all the customers are tripe and asinine that anytime he can escape from problem by giving such an outlandish alibi.
                    With all this talks, I told him clearly that, I was not after the company’s technician for a free service for the kettle as I could even go out of company’s ambit technician. Somehow in the meantime, the guy was so pushy, that again, he fixed an appointment of next day at 11 a.m and finally I concurred. Though I concurred with him for the next appointment, I got so disappointed by the person behavior as even with so much unprofessionalism, he didn’t had slight guilt of wasting so much of some else time.
                    Next day on 12th June, I called the technician around 10.30 am for confirming the time and guess what; the guy was again postponing the time. Again the same pushy character of his, made me rescheduled the time at 13.00 hr.
                    So again, around 12.40 hr, I got a call from a lady from Bajaj, stating an unavailability of technician for the day and asking for appointment of Monday. After hearing the thing, I got so pissed off that time that I told her the entire incident prior to that and asked her not to call me. Moreover I made up my mind that instead of calling these unprofessional, asinine and no customer loving people, I will throw out machine.
                    Meanwhile again, I got a call from some another technician around 15.00 hr and was asking for a Monday appointment and though this new technician sounded good but somehow I was in no mood to listen after going through all the experience.
                    In the nutshell, I learned one thing about Bajaj that though the most of the company products are fine but if you are unlucky one to get some technical faulted product, then it is better to throw away the product then going out to repair from the company’s technician. It is not about 2k product or more, over all, these few sycophants worker of the reputed company is really hurting the company’s name. BAJAJ DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR TECHNICIANS.

                      Hi,

                      We bought a Bajaj Induction Cooker from the Next showroom at Kazhakuttom, Trivandrum.
                      We visited the showroom to buy induction cooker of another company. But the sales person at the showroom convinced to buy the Bajaj Induction Cooktop and the product costed us 3600 rupees. We bought the induction cooker as there is a shortage of LPG now and with a toddler at home its very difficult to manage without cooking at home.
                      The product stopped working after a month. We were told that the product has 1 year service warranty and the service people come to the showroom and so in case of any complaints we just have to take the product to the showroom( Next , kazhakuttom).
                      We gave the product for repair on June 5th,2011and till now we havnt got any proper reply from them.
                      The sales man at the showroom is blaming the Bajaj service people who are simply keeping on delaying the repair. He told us that he asked the service people that they can take the parts of any new product that is in their stock if the delay is because o[censored]navailability of spare products. Who knows what the real reason is. Seems like our money is gone.
                      This is highly disappointing as if there is no value for the money that the customer is paying. We didn't buy the induction cooker because we did not know what to do with our money or we had lots on money in hand that we could simply waste on some faulty products.
                      My advice to all out there "Please think twice before you buy a Bajaj Induction Cooker"
                      There should be a proper system in place (or is there any ) which should punish such companies that cheat the consumer.

                        I have purchased 1 Bajaj MX2 Steam Iron on .12.2009 from a local dealer.
                        I am facing a ON/OFF problem from the very next month of my purchase and i have called Bajaj technician many times but they didn't fixed it till now.
                        I have registered a complaint on 11.06.2011(Saturday) against this malfunctioning to there customer care with a Complain No.259763 and they have committed me to attend my complaint on 13.06.11(Monday) but their technician didn't came and then on Monday when i called asked them they said they will be attending on 14.06.11(Tuesday) but same happens and they again said that they will attend on Wednesday and nothing happens. Like this only it's 18.06.11(Saturday) now but they have not attended my complaint.
                        So i request to kindly see to it as soon as possible and i want replacement for my product as i have to face lots of trouble due to it.

                          I bought Bajaj Cooler DC 2009 Sleeq Model dated 10th May 2011. After 2-3 days I found 2 caster wheels was broken.                               I bought a bajaj cooler DC 2012 on 22nd May 2011 from Reliance Mart Tollichowki. Its pump stopped working on the 10th day. Despite repeated complaints no technician from bajaj service center came for repair. On calling Reliance Mart i was given a number[protected]. The person on this number promised twice to send the technician but he never came. From the next day onwards, the number is not reachable.

                              Its a shame that a company as old and renowned as bajaj has such a sorry state of affairs. I will personally recommend everyone to stop buying bajaj's products as it is just a waste of money.

                                Hi sir,

                                I bought a bajaj 1.7L cordless electric kettle from Inorbit, Vashi, Mumbai only a month back and now somehow the on/off self illuminating key has stopped working.
                                I did raised a complaint with number 192595 through customer care executive, and i was told, the technician will respond within 2 working days but somehow it has been around 2 weeks that i didn't heared a single thing from the so called technician. Meanwhile, I have reminded them by calling thrice but in the nutshell, it is very sad and disheartening to see such a lethargic and non-compliant work from one of the premier company.
                                Hope and pray that some day these people will wake up from their slumberness for the customers.

                                Bajaj Electrical — NON FUNCTIONAL OF GEYSER

                                I have purchased Geyser in July 2011

                                Supply to Geyser remained cut off once Thermostate " cut off " activate and switch off Geyser i.e geyser remained switched OFF and NO supply to Geyser. May be FAULTY Thermostat and need replaced.

                                  i made a complaint to bajaj customer care on no.[protected] where i got a reference no. 187316. a mechanic came from Bajaj appliances authorized center named JAIN SERVICE and he told us that a part is not working properly and he opened the fan and took it with him for assistance and returned after a day and when he inserted d fan again, it made a short circuit and main power of my house got off. he did a welding in that part of fan and it was done wrong. then he said that he thinks regulator of fan is faulty but it was not and we told him he can check it with another fan point and he removed my working fan and placed that faulty fan in that place again the same thing happened and my main power got off again and that regulator also got damaged and before they told us the charges for service were Rs.260-/ and now he saying we will have to pay Rs.950-/. only the bearing part of the fan was in fault where as now my 2 regulators and 1 fan is got damaged because of d improper assistance from JAIN SERVICE.and nothing is done yet after 8 days are passed.
                                  So please check it in to d matter and assist as soon possible.

                                    dear sir,
                                    i am chirag bhadang from dahod, gujarat. i have bought an bajaj electrical pedestrial fan model no. victor-01 and within the warranty period i have face an damage of the fan, i complain it to the retailer named "on electricals" but the complain was not solved out. it has been about 7 months that my fan is with the retailer. further when i talked about the fan he says that i have talked with the sales and maintance people in baroda and ahemdabad but they are not solving the issue.

                                    i too talk the issue to the heads of bajaj electricals of maintanance and workshops of baroda and ahmedabad but still the problem is as such
                                    the person whom i talk where Mr. hemal, mr. soham and Mr. mahendra
                                    but they are not giving the prompt reply, further now the warranty period is also over
                                    hope you will try to solve out the problem as soon as possible.

                                      I bought a Bajaj cooler DC2009 in 2009 from their Delhi dealer. Within 2 months of buying the pump stopped working and had to be replaced. Within 2 years the entire body has cracked since it is made of cheap plastic, pump has stopped working again. Called up Bajaj on May 2, 2011 and they told me that someone would be sent in 2 days… I called up thrice and finally when I threatened to go to consumer court someone came on 16th May 2011. He said that since plastic was cracked (technician admitted that plastic is extremely poor quality), he would have to use insulation tape to fasten the shutter and replaced the pump. Within 24 hours the pump has stopped working again. The customer service for this product and the product are both horrible and the only reasons that like bajaj electricals gets away with this is that in India even consumer courts tend to be long drawn affairs.

                                      I would advise all people to stay away from any products of Bajaj electricals since this is an unethical company that believes in cheating customers by selling a shoddy product and then denying customer after sales service.
