I bought a Bajaj cooler DC2009 in 2009 from their Delhi dealer. Within 2 months of buying the pump stopped working and had to be replaced. Within 2 years the entire body has cracked since it is made of cheap plastic, pump has stopped working again. Called up Bajaj on May 2, 2011 and they told me that someone would be sent in 2 days… I called up thrice and finally when I threatened to go to consumer court someone came on 16th May 2011. He said that since plastic was cracked (technician admitted that plastic is extremely poor quality), he would have to use insulation tape to fasten the shutter and replaced the pump. Within 24 hours the pump has stopped working again. The customer service for this product and the product are both horrible and the only reasons that like bajaj electricals gets away with this is that in India even consumer courts tend to be long drawn affairs.

I would advise all people to stay away from any products of Bajaj electricals since this is an unethical company that believes in cheating customers by selling a shoddy product and then denying customer after sales service.

    I have purchased Bujaj Electrical Geyser last year, there is a water leakage problem from last month, I have complaint this to BAJAJ customer care 4 times but no any action is taken.

    I have also complain number for your ready reference.

    I want to take action on this any how!!! Please help me for this

      This is one of the Customer of Bajaj Electricals, I buyed a stupid Cooler, that was worth NOTHING, just after 2 season use, i.e. 1 year use of the cooler, the motor got faulty, I do not understand to why, they make such a bad product when its not good for its customer.

      On top of that, i called Bajaj Customer Care, and got a Ticket no. and was told to get a service in 24 Hrs, such a crap, I had to call them 3 time and third time on day 10th, this is such a SHAME on Bajaj, I would question to the CEO, Directors and the Management to why you guys CANNOT have a good and healthy relation with your customer, Well I have a son who is 4 months old and really wanted to have him a good sound sleep, but I hate to say that OUR COMPANIES SUCK and thus forigne companies take the market. i feel pitty on Bajaj for the service that i got. I had few products of Bajaj and thought will be worth buying our own nations some 72 years OLD GARBAGE, but I am wrong. Feel bad that I have to get some forigne brand who will LEAST last some more time and will get a good service.

        I have recently purchased a Ceiling fan from a dealer based in Pimpri. The fan is not working after 1 week of it's installation, and now, it is working with very little speed.

        The fan is not effective at all. Pl contact the Bajaj representative and get my problem resolved.

            i have bought a neww bajaj discove 100cc Dts-si, Kick Start. From Rajshri Bajaj, Rajkot. Oil Gets Likage from the Engine Block and we have complaint them four times but the output was nulll...............and due to likage from the engine block Efficiency is also decresed.......and due to oils drainage the gear also makes noise........ but now showroom owners doesn't reply properly........

            so plz help to make a proper complaint against showroom owners. The bike chassis number is .: MD2DSPAZZEPJ67198. pla provide me proper guidence.

              I have purchased a Bajaj Majesty Steam Iron on 02/06/2010 from Hypercity,Linking Rd,Malad (w).Within 6 months time it started giving problem.
              i complained to your service center tel.no. [protected].
              Your service technician visited us and after checking it he said some spares to be replaced,it may take one or two days as the spare was not available with him,and for that i have to pay (? the product is still in warranty ! ) between Rs.150 to 200 as he was not sure about the cost of the part (surprise?).
              The important part of the complaint is that,(to my utter surprise) without asking me he mentioned (wrote) on service paper that ''customer is not willing to pay'' and he asked me to sign it.
              When i read it i asked him why did he write like that,he said sorry for that and promised to visit within 24 hrs to repair it....but....i am sorry to say...so far no body has turned up !!!
              Hence i request you to send some sr. technician and rectify the problem at ur earliest.
              Just few minutes before i had again called your consumer-care no and reminded about my problem,but i got again the same old promise for attending within 24/48 hrs.
              This is the condition of your after sale service for a common/simple household product called "steam iron'',i am just trying to imagine for after sale service for other major products.......

                Dear Sir,
                I had bought a Bajaj Wet Grinder (WX9) from the Defence CSD canteen of Air Force, Subroto Park in Feb 2011. During the first usage only, the grinder stopped to function. I had given the complaint on 22 Mar 2011, after getting the Customer support No with much difficulty. Complaint No 50397.
                One week later after much prodding the rep came and he said a part is missing and he will bring it in 2-3 days and replace it. Till date he is yet to turn up after more than a month and nearly after 2 months of buying the product, I am not able to use it.
                What is more appalling is , after having spent so much of time speaking to many service managers of the firm who are located at Delhi, and after getting so many deadline and false promises of replacement of the piece, still there is no respite.
                At times they do not even attend their mobiles, even after everyone of them taking my mob no and promise to give me a feedback in one hour.
                More than the poor service, it is the attitude of the staff and the firm which is disgusting. I need to claim compensation for the many man hours I had wasted on them and the irritation they had given me esp in this stressful environment. Kindly help me in lodging a complain in the consumer court and claim compensation for deficiency in their services.

                  We have purchased Food Processor of the Bajaj Electrical Ltd and waiting for demo from 15th April 2011.
                  Registered for Demo on 15th April 2011, but till now nobody has returned. Called many time but there is no proper response. ( called on - [protected] - Case No - 85123).

                  I have purchased Bajaj FX 11 food factory . called the customer cared with demo request . (My demo request no is 3157570) with a request for person to come in the evening on a working day or on saturday. I have got calls from the demo service guy who just say who just tell that they can come in the afternoon on working day and then just cut of the phone very rudely.

                    The fan purchased earlier this year was only used for 15-20 days, when it broke down.
                    Complaint was registered on 14 April.
                    No one came to attend the complain (despite a rule of attending complaints within 2 days)
                    After lots of calls, following up and escalations, a person visited on 19 and said that the fan needs to be replaced.
                    We had to call an electrician and get it removed.
                    The dealer's (M/S Frontier Electricals, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi) shop was closed for a few days.
                    When we went to the dealer (sat 22 april), he said he does not have any fresh piece. Only the one on display (which was old)
                    He asked us to come the next day, but on calling the next day, he further postponed the matter to wednesday.

                    I cannot take this any longer.

                      I have purchased a Bajaj water heater (15 Liters - Shakti) about 3 months back. 2 weeks back the geyser burst & the entire water supply in my house had to be stopped. There was an electrical leak on account of this & 2 members in my society received electrical shocks. The water from the leaked geyser has entered an ac unit & the same is now spoilt.

                      I had registered a complaint with Bajaj electrical ( complaint no 73151) 2 weeks back & even after repeated follow ups nothing is being done by them.

                      The entire water supply in my house is currently shut & we have to carry buckets up 8 flights of steps.

                        we had purchased a bajaj shakti geyser on oct '10 but after 2 mth of its purchase only it starting secreting some black liquid from the pipe , we have called so many service centres given in the pamphlet but none want to take the responsibility of maintaining the sold item, we are really in agony to whom to look for this to sort out ,it seems bajaj company just want to sell the items without knowing what happens later on , which is not a mature and long lasting relationship practice with customer.

                          This is in persuance of my earlier complaint against Pant service,New Delhi.My geyser complaint has still not been attended.As i had previously stated the telephone nos. of this service station are constantly busy or the ring tone goes on and nobody picks it up.
                          It is highly regretable that Bajaj has handed over its esteemed costumers to suc lousy and irresponsible franchisses.
                          I demand to know the mobile no. and e-mail I.D. of Bajaj regional manager (consumer affairs) by mail immediately failing which i wiil drag you to consumer court and make you pay heavy damages.
                          I shall also in future never buy any Bajaj product or recommend it to any one.

                            no response for 5 days for a complaint number 79905. this is a shakti plus geyser purchased 3 months back. it has already been repaired once by bajaj. this time its thermostat has blown off. the company is so pathetic that they have turned a deaf ear to my incessant complaints. in their deplorable behaviour the have surpassed the 2 days in which they are supposed to rectify the problem . each time the geyser malfunctions i spent rs. 500/- on repair reminders. i feel harrased by the condemnable aftersales service. kindly see that i am at peace or better still take my geyser free to the bajaj chairman... i dont need their junk in my house

                            Hi,

                            I purchased Bajaj Shakti 25 L water geyser during 2006. Since then i have replace coil twice. Thermostat once. First time i got it done by a local plumber. The next time i replace the coil and thermostat on my own. I got the coil purchased from Bajaj Service Center people. It worked for around 2 years. This time, I purchased a local/other brand Coil and the geyser is working fine.

                            If we do the repair ourselves, then we will have a satisfaction and we will not get fooled by these authorised service people.

                              Sir,

                              I have a Bajaj Mircrowave Model No. 2001 ETB . I have also lodged a complaint for My Microwave on the 17th of September 2012 and the PCB of the microwave was taken by the Engineer Mr. B A Patil and was assured that I will get the same repaired in 2 days time.From the 20th September I have been calling the Customer care every day twice and I only get a reply saying the engingeer will come back to you. There is no response either from the engineer or from the customer care.
                              Since the microwave is requried every day I am facing a lot of problem. Kindly let me know whom I should report to in Bajaj or should i go to the consumer forum for the complaint.
                              Please help in the matter

                                I purchsed bajaj wall fan 7-8-2009 from rastogi enterprises, meerut which caught fire while running, service centre put the tag on it for replacement but dealer gave back the blade & cover & told that only part which is totally damaged will be replaced by the company though at the time of purchase we were informed that fan is having on site warranty & full replacement will be given.

                                Dear Sirs,
                                I purchased3( three) nos. Bajaj excel ceiling fan 1200C.F on 24.06.2011 from an authorised dealer m/sJay Enterprise, [protected]@Rs.1450/- each, but due to poor performance local service centre M/S Basudev Electricals, silchar was contacted but out of which one fan appears to be not functioning, matter was again brought to the knowledge of Authorised service centre M/S Basudev Electricals, silchar on 17.11.2011, but till date none of their Authorised representative appears to have been attended to check up the fan also I do not find their any interest for the same. As the fan is not functioning well and it requires frequent repairing from the date of its purchase, I would therefore request you to arrange complete replacement of fan at this stage, which is also within the term of warantee period. Matter was also brought to the knowledge of customer care earlier through email.
                                Possible efforts may kindly be taken for early replacement of fan.

                                  I purchased BAJAJ PLATINI INDUCTION HEATER, model PX 131, 2 months before. now Induction heater is not working.I given complaint to the dealer from whom i purchased the same. But now problem is that its circuit is burned.............after 5 days circuit will come to service centre said by service engineer.......So i am facing problem.                                     I have a bajaj fan, i got a problem with that.
                                    bajaj authorized service center person came and convene to replace the motor, but they gave 6 month warranty only on motor. regarding this i talk to bajaj spare in-charge Ap. Mr.raghunath reddy pH-[protected].His answer is shocking, he said BAJAJ will not provide any warranty for any spare, if you want warranty then talk to nearest service center & they will provide warranty on behalf of himself.
                                    my question is, If BAJAJ providing Two years warranty on new fan so why not giving any warranty on new spare like motor?
                                    Now i came to know, BAJAJ will provide third party service center.
                                    If bajaj people hear my problem, kindly give me ans.

                                    Bajaj fan — fan not working & design fall down

                                    I purchased Bajaj Fan from Bajaj authorised dealer in Sept 2009 having 1 year warantee. Now the fan is not working properly & the design provided to fan fall down. I gave complaint to the dealer but he told to give the complaint to bajaj service centre. & accordingly I gave complaint on 10.09.2010 having complaint no. 418589. But till date no person from Bajaj Fan has attended the complaint. Right now I am facing tremendous prob.

                                      I bought a bajaj geyser SHAKTI 25L in Nov 2010 from New Berco Electricals Ltd.Within a couple of days of installation it stopped working.After much difficulty i was able to register a complaint.After many reminders and a week later a person came and he examined the geyser and said he has rectified the error.
                                      However after afew days it again stopprd functioning.Again after much difficulty i was able to register a complaint. The same process was repeated. The geyser again stopped functioning
                                      Finally the geyser was replaced by a new one.The reason was a leaking tank. I had to incur a considerable cost in transport and e-installation.
                                      Now again the geyser has stopped functioning.The authorised service centre (Pant Service) numbers i.e.[protected] and[protected] repeatedly come engaged or the bell goes without being picked up.I registered the complaint with the deler i.e. New Berco electricals.Still there is no response and the geyser is non funtional.
                                      It is shocking that reputed company like Bajaj has manufactured such substandard and poor quality product.It is equally unfortunate that the sertvice is also callous and incompetet.
                                      I demand immediate refund of my money so that i can buy a decent,better quality geyser

                                        Hello Sir/Madam,

                                        Need URGENT Assistance and Intervention.

                                        The Product - Bajaj Air Cooler, Product Name : COOLEST TC2010 Sr.No : 8544, with the Batch Number : S271T010410 GC/Code No : 0029544, was purchased on the 24th April 2010, from Dealer :Snehanjali Retail Pvt Limited, SV Road, Kandivali West. The Product was purchased for Rs.4500/- (Four Thousand Five Hundred only).
                                        Since the purchase of the product, there were some issues with the Cooling as well as Fan Noise and the Wheels of the Cooler. After repeated complains, they replaced the product, on the 9th August 2010. After replacement the only thing what was taken care of the product was the Wheels, but the Fan Noise and the problem with the Cooling remained.
                                        Again after repeated complaints with the Company (Service Center) as well as the Dealer, it was on deaf ears. The technician who visited to have a look at the product, bluntly said that there is nothing that can be done, the cooler would definitely make NOISE.
                                        As of now the Product is a total waste of money. The type of Service and the Product Quality is totally not acceptable from a repute like Bajaj Appliances, who have a huge expertise in Home Appliances.
                                        Could someone please look into the same and have a proper Service, or a Product Replacement, which could value the amount spent on it.
