Geyser Not Working

I fully agree on thee very bad services of Bajaj Electricals. I have also purchased Bajaj Geyser - Shakti in July 2011. After installation of one week, it was not working and till now i have complained four times and (31st August, September, October and 19the December). Every time i make complaint, theey will come after one week and do some theing and again thee geyser gets stop working. Till date it was not rectified. I have been calling thee number [protected] and it is Mumbai toll free number. They are directing theis to Hyderabad office number[protected] / [protected]. Every time some one come and says, it is simple problem and do some theing. Immediately after theree/four days, again thee same problem. Whom to approach for final resolution

We bought a geyser from Bajaj on Dec 6,2010. This was installed on Dec 8,2010 and stopped working on Dec 17th.

The technician has visited twice and could not find fault.

The national helpline number[protected] says national number means only Mumbai and has redirected us to Noida.

The live support on Bajaj Website, does not work.

The 'Contact Us' tab on bajaj web site say that the email has been submitted. However there has been no response.

Do not know who to approach.

    I had purchased RH 9 oil room heater of Bajaj Electricals with serial number 06285 and batch number 0911 for an amount of Rs. 6300/- from KR Electricals (GK-1, New Delhi) on December 17, 2011. Since the purchase date my heater is not functioning properly and it does not heat the room even on keeping it switched on for 10-11 hours on maximum temperature. I am extremely dissatisfied with the product manufactured by Bajaj Electricals and have made a complaint regarding the same to the customer care on December 19, 2011. My complaint number is 812891 however till date I have not been visited by a technician to inspect the heater.

    I am very disappointed at the poor quality of the product as well as the poor service and response of the customer care executives at Bajaj Electricals. I wish to get my product replaced with immediate effect and expect Bajaj Electricals to respond to my complaint taking responsibility for their faulty/ defective room heater.

        I have purchased a Bajaj Water Heater/Geyzer model name Shakti (I) on 12/Jan/2011. Since then we are facing so many problems and defects with this product. The tank and element has been replaced twice. Other parts not covering under warranty also has been replaced and changed. Still we are facing problem. I have called the customer care and register a complain, Complain number is 786721. Almost 10 days over but yet we have not received any service from there side. I never face this type of bad service from any other product or Brand. Really this is very pathetic, terrible and disgusting. Now It is too much i wants to give negative feedback and review for every Bajaj product in the net. Please help me and also send me couple of sites where i can share such product comments/reviews.

          I have purchased a Bajaj food processor model No. FX11 on 2nd Oct 2011. It is second time that it is not working again since last 15 to 20 days. I launched a complaint at M/s Sandeep Stainless Steel Centre, Pune.MH. Phone No. [protected]/[protected].
          The response is very poor.

          No one visited or attended the complaint.

            Hi,
            My name is Bagavathi Raja (From Hyderabad) and i bought bajaj geyzers 2 months back it is continuously creating problem from the very first day after installation. After a long time follow up, it got resolved in one week. Again, same issue came "NO WATER HEATING and no light in the geyzer. I called no. of times to Bajaj service centre and everytime I have been told that today the person will come. Complete one week has gone but no one has come up even with repeated calls and reminders.
            Is there any way to escalate it so that we will expect good service and on time or shall we go, not to buy any Bajaj product and recommend others also not to buy it.
            Can any one help me in this regard.

            I have bought a Bajaj Platini Geyser. 5 compaints and 9months later the geyser still does not function.

            Complaints dated: 24Mar11 - 53649, 28nov[protected], 9dec[protected], 15dec[protected], 26dec[protected].

            Even after this the geyser cant be replaced immediately then u should stop manufacturing.

              I have purchase Bajaj CFL Ecolux – 2 – Pic – 15 W – MRP @ Rs.155/-.

              As per your Tag for 22nd November 2011, Special rate @ Rs. 79/= per pic for the pack of MRP Rs.155/- with one year Guarantee.

              But your system has raised the bill at the rate of Rs.95/- per pic. For two pic, I have paid Rs.190/-.

              After discussion with your Store In charge, they have not reimbursed Rs. 32/- and argument with me.

              I am your regular customer, but I will not appreciate this kind of behaviour from your concern In charge regarding price difference.

              I need your support for the credit note of Rs.32/- as per your display tag of Rate.

                Application for water tank — Water Tank Problem

                Sir,
                With great respectfully, I want to say that I, JOHAR SINGH am leaving in Mahaveer Enclave D/1 250 gali No 5 . There are some houses which are nearest to me and I myself facing water problem form about 40-45 days.But there is no water tank we are getting even in a weak, we should at least 2 water tank in a weak, so that we can get proper water .

                  I bought the Bajaj Geyser about 6 months ago, I hardly used , it is not heating, I have complained so many times, my wife and driver also called but no help. People are very rude, They hang up the phone, I called more than 30 times, there is a lady called sri Devi in LB Nagar office , she is so rude, she argues always with customers and hangs up the phone, when I told her , I will report to higher ups, she said go ahed , you won't get any help? you will only come back to us. I'm so fustrated, do not know what to do. After talking to so many people , no help. worst service, please never buy Bajaj geyser ever again. Please help and tell people not buy the bajaj geyser. you can contact me

                    I, Yogesh P Shirsat, purchased an inverter of Bajaj Electrical, Model - UX 600 - UX 800 LED HOME UPS, on June 2010 from retail dealer Amar Power, Virar (W) with two years warranty. On this friday i.e. 18th Nov. 2011 it found overload on indicator. So we called Amar power, and next day an engineer from Amar power checked and said that your invertor is burned. U contact Bajaj Electrical. When we called Bajaj Electrical (No. given by Amar Power Owner) surprisingly he said that, already we paid the amount??? to Amar power for this, we can not come, you call only Amar Power. Again we call Amar power, he raises his hand and said that invetror is under warranty so we cant do anything. Now tell me what should I do?

                      Reliance support is waste.

                      I have purchased Bajaj Air cooller from Reliance on 28th May 2011.

                      It's under warranty. Now it has functional problem (Fan Motor is not working) but when I contact them, no body is ready to replace the FAN MOTOR from past two weeks and making me rounds and rounds here and there.

                      I will think in future if I have to purchase something from RELIANCE.

                      I want some one to action if they read it.

                        I have brought Bajaj Geyser from Relince trend Shipra mall two months before. I got a tank leakage issue in my geyser with in 3 days only. I complaint it for service, no one came for 15 days. After 15 days a service man visited to my place and found problem with tank. He suggested and took the request to Chang the tank. After 3days a service man came and Chang the Tank.

                        But now 10 days before i am again getting same issue (Tank leakage) i complaint it but no one has visited to my place till now.

                        Can any one help to get this resolve.

                          I had purchased a Bajaj gas stove (glass top) model no CGX4 about 1 and half years back. How ever since the last 6 months the area around the burner has started corroding and also the knobs of the stove is also coming out quite often. It is a very bad product. I have informed the local service agent of the company but no action has been taken.

                            I am Raja Gopal AC holder of Hymayath nagar Branch, Hyderabad, AP. My Card no [protected] and AC No [protected]. wish to bring to your notice that i have made transaction ON 05.04.2009 AT 20.00 hrs. from DCB ATM, Sanjeevareddy Nagar, Hyderabad for withdrawl of Rs. 5000.00. But Machine was unable to process my request and card has come out. Surprise to note that i have received a SMS at 20.14 hrs. stating that Rs. 5000.00 was debited with reference no EWA-[protected] ON 05.04.2009. Hence request you to do the need ful.                               Hi, My Bajaj Food processer is not working for the last 3 months and it is still under warranty period. I have made complaints end number of times to the customer care department. Every time i have been given complaint number and no one has visited to my place till date.

                              Every time I call and remind the complaint number, i will be given assurance that someone will visit my place in 2 working days but till now no one has ever visited.

                              My latest complaint number is 395927 and my cell phone number is [protected]. If my issue is not resolved in the next 3 days, i will take this matter to the media and write to consumer court. I will also post this to all the online blogs which will hamper your future sales.

                              Looking forward for a resolution to this matter.

                                FX 10,food processor purchased on 25.10.11, demo was attended by the service engr. who found problem with the main bowl & lid fixing problem. the lid needs to be pressed with one hand to start the machine.

                                  We had purchased the bajaj aquatherm instant gas geyser (GWX 04) on 26th July 2011 with 2 yrs of warranty in Bangalore. It did not even worked for 3 months. We lodged the complaint and the customer care ppl told that it'll take 2 working days. Till 5th day nobody turned up. On repeated calling one person came and told the water tank should be 16 feet high, but it our case it is more than that. He told he'll check with his supervisor and let us know. But later he is not answering the call itself.

                                  Bajaj is having a very pathetic service and product. These ppl will not even understand customers time which is very valuable.

                                  Please help us to get the product replaced or to get our money back.

                                  I purchased a ceiling fan product C/F 1200 MM, Sr No of the product: 066523 with GC Sl No.0974007 on 05/04/2010 from csd canteen mall road Delhi Cantt. The fan did not worked since installation.we made the complaint in bajaj cell and their reprensentative 'Vipin' having mobile no.[protected] came to attend the problem. He told us that the motor of the fan is defective and assured us that he would replace it within a week. afterwards it has been four months since we are reminding him about the complaint but of no avail.

We made the complaint in bajaj consumer cell, Najafgarh and their representative Vipin having mobile no.[protected] came to the our residence at D-4/59 ,Vidya Bhawan, Kunwar singh nagar, nilothi more nangloi, Delhi-41 mobile no-[protected]. he told us that the motor of the fan is defective and assured us that it would be replaced within one week. Afterwards we made several calls for about four months to remind him about the replacement but of no avail. This has caused us lot of discomfort during whole summer days. I hope my problem will be solved at earliest.

                                    I have purchased Bajaj Platini Food processor from a dealer in Bharuch Gujarat,
                                    My experience with Bajaj is unbelievable, I got new box pack piece which was damaged inside, and replaced in week time b y deler.
                                    New piiece received is giving very level of sound, aprox 55-60 DB , which is out of limit, and when I requested for the change, Reply received that piece is operatable, We can't change or replace,
                                    This clearly damaging the image of Bajaj, I insisted for bajaj and now , I am getting reply that you all educated people are always going with brand name but not understand actual quality,

                                    Now question is " Is really the name of Bjaja is so bad and image is damaged” ????

                                    If not some I am expecting quick reply,
                                    I have purchased one Food Factory FX11 from Star CJ abour 6-7 months back. Only after one month its Processing Blade Holder broke down during carrot shredding. The blade holder is unavailable in Moradabad, UP. Your toll free [protected] number does not exists, according to mobile operator. From where I can purchase this holder.                                       my bajaj magestic -glass top - four burner - auto ignition gas stove is only 10 months in use. its steel plates- arround the burner - are with patch marks due to stain- on complaint the same was replaced two months back...but again the stain marks appears..and the auto ignition is also not functioning well

                                        We are chasing Bajaj - Manan Motors since long for providing us with Fuel cock of bajaj eliminator as my bike;s part is damaged, but till now they have nto responded to us and have not provided the part. If any one in Bajaj is listening our 80 K Bike is lying in dust due to the same.
