I bought the Bajaj Geyser about 6 months ago, I hardly used , it is not heating, I have complained so many times, my wife and driver also called but no help. People are very rude, They hang up the phone, I called more than 30 times, there is a lady called sri Devi in LB Nagar office , she is so rude, she argues always with customers and hangs up the phone, when I told her , I will report to higher ups, she said go ahed , you won't get any help? you will only come back to us. I'm so fustrated, do not know what to do. After talking to so many people , no help. worst service, please never buy Bajaj geyser ever again. Please help and tell people not buy the bajaj geyser. you can contact me

The technician has visited twice and could not find fault.
The national helpline number[protected] says national number means only Mumbai and has redirected us to Noida.
The live support on Bajaj Website, does not work.
The 'Contact Us' tab on bajaj web site say that the email has been submitted. However there has been no response.
Do not know who to approach.
