    I have purchased Bajaj 4 burner ,auto ig gas stove 4 months back, one of its burner was not working from the very first day. after repeated complaints on service person came and check it in the month of Nov.It is not working till date from the day it was checked by the service person. I again made complaint in the month of dec2012 and request them to send the person on weekends. One person called me on Thursday and said that i am coming near to your place ,so pls make sure to be at home. I told him to come on weekends. Next day he again call me , i request him to come on weekends. He threaten me that co will not attend your service request.
    After all this no one even contact me till date

      I have purchased gas geyser in the month of February 2012 from you and same was installed by your company. Since, the beginning the said gas geyser is not working well. Many complaints bearing nos. 1033223 dated 29/02/2012,1040325 dated 02/03/2012,53228 dt. 18/04/2012 669893 dt 28/10/2012 & last complaint no.2097489 dated 14/01/2013 have already been lodged at the customer care service center in this regard. The technical person visited to our residence, but, he is not able to short out the problem. The said geyser is under warranty period. If the geyser is unrepairable, exchange the same or otherwise return the cost of the geyser paid to you as early as possible.I think that you do not want solve the problem of the consumer which is very bad on your part. I again request you to resolve the problem at the earliest.

        Dear Sir/Madam

        I had purchased Bajaj Gas Water Heater dated 10 Dec 2010 for which warranty of 2 Years was applicable. But This winter season when i used this appliances, it was not functioning. I lodged a complaint for this on Bajaj customer Care Helpline No. around 7-8 nov 2012, Reference no. of which is DEL[protected]. Executive came to my home for checking the appliance on around 9-10 nov 2012. After some preliminery Examination, he told me that he have to take the appliance along with him and it will be delivered back after repairing on shop with in 7-8 Days because of Deepawali.

        When the Product was not delivered back afte 12- 15 Days, I made a communication on Bajaj Electric Helpline no. regarding this for which i get a response to talk with their Service Center 'Ujjawal Service Point' which have picked up my appliance for repairing. Then, I communicated with them, from where i get a response that they have sent some part for replacement from company, after replacing that part my gas heater will be delivered back. I made communication to that center several times, but get the same response.

        But since today the Product has not been delivered back after removing defaults.

        Now, They told me that i have to pay for the Part repair/ replacement for making my appliance free of defects.

        Since the Product was under warranty of 2 years, So they should not demand from me any payment. Further, they have elapsed more than 2 months in this and i could not make use of appliance during the period it was usable.

        Kindly resolve my problem

          Sir / Madam,
          I had purchased a Bajaj Twister mixer on 10/02/2012. The serial number of the product is 50242 and the GC Sl No. / Code No. printed on the guaranttee card is 0155203. The mixer is being required to be given to the dealer 2 - 3 times till date like small problems like : the mixer does not work on No. 1, other time the mixer was not starting only. We expect a mixer that is not required for continuous repairs atleast during few years of its new purchase and so we purchase a Twister mixer as it is supposed to be a rough and tough one.

            We bought Bajaj RH 9 room heater on 12th Dec 2010. We saw similar heater of Inalsa at our friends' home and those heaters were really effective. Since, we trusted Bajaj, we bought RH 9 room heater from Noida showroom. From the very first day it failed to provide the required heating as other heaters provide. We even call bajaj representativve but they did not gave satisfactory response. According to the person who visited us, the heating is not that effective because of extreme cold conditons in Delhi.

            Well, we thought that we should use it ...might be it gets effecitve with time...however...time passed it did not show great results. It definitely brings down room temperature but it is not that effective like se saw of Inalsa...

            We didn;t use this heater in 2011. This year we again using it and its not giving heat as required...The warranty is now expired and there is no point calling Bajaj Representative as they did not agree with our complaint last time as well...

            Im not etall happy with the performance and service of Bajaj Heaters. :(

              I had purchased Bajaj Pop up toaster from Vijay sales Bill No. 06-BR 12-11SICD651 dated 11.12.2011

              Right from day 1 it was functioning off and on. Sometimes it used to work sometimes not.
              We had complained vide No, MUM[protected] The mechanic attended saying some carbon problem he repaired it worked for one
              day then again we complained the mechanic came and he could not repair it. We then asked for a replacement. Till date nothing has happened please see that I get the toaster repaired or replaced.

              I bought a pop-up toaster 2 days ago and was not given a bill/invoice for the same. when i demanded an invoice from the shopkeeper, he asked me to pay 12.5% tax money in order to get the bill. i want to know if there exists a rule like this in the consumer code of India.

              pop up toaster — spare parts

              i hv purchased a pop up toaster from indus plastics and the toaster has been damaged due to some fault.he is saying that company is not sending parts and this is happening from 2 months.pls tell me what to do

              We have a BAJAJ make, MAGESTY ATX7 popup type toaster (S no Y007 ATX[protected]. I think it coasted my daughter around 1250 rupee to purchase and bring it home about a year ago. We hardly have eaten BF some 5or 6 times, with it, and then it went kaput. I checked up and found that the central heater element has gone bad. (Actually it has three heater elements, encased inside a metallic integral assembly, including the slice supports and the pop up grate ) . So I went to the Bajaj service centre “N. K. Electrical & Refrigeration” near Anjuman Hospital in KONKA road, Ranchi. First time the agency repaired and charged me around 70/75 rupees. The repaired toaster worked may be hardly 2 times, and then it went again kaput. .I checked up inside and found that, they just twisted for shorting the old heater element and reconnected. And as you know, If such Soddy repair is done, heater elements being quite fragile, gets localized excessive heating and are bound to get immediately damaged . Now when I went next time with the problem, the agency informed me to better to buy a new one, as the replacement of spare part will be as high as almost the original price ( Rs 800 or so) and that too without any warranty. On closer look I noticed that the toaster is of Chinese make, and Bajaj is a mare marketing agency ………………..Now my problem is how can I make the toaster working again ……where can I get the exact spare parts as per exact requirement of the defective part in reasonable price …………..
              In fact, in this toaster rate of capital expenditure for us was (1250 +70)/(6+2) = Rs167.5 per BF, that is just for its each use which appear to us as atrociously unjustified .. ……….

                I have been very upset with the way Bajaj Electrical handle their customers.

                I have had two geysers from bajaj for the past one odd year and already I have had to replace the body of both of them and also the heating element as well as the thermostat for both. This makes me understand that the quality of Bajaj's products are not upto standard.

                What tops it now is that in spite of making several complaints to Bajaj Geyser call centre, on 12 Dec 2012 vide # 1966192 and again on 18 Dec to remind, 25th Dec again to remind and one final on 27th dec when they gave a new complaint number since the old one was cancelled due to time vide # 2023272. The repair is still not carried out.

                Although both the geysers are in warranty, we had to get one geyser repaired from a local vendor by paying money from our pocket due to the urgency in this cold weather.

                On 27th Dec I was given the name of Area Manager Mr Shashi Ranjan- who's number is [protected] /[protected] who I called and was told that he is apologetic and service will be carried out today itself. He also gave me the contact number of some S R agency (Sarvesh) who does the service for Bajaj[protected] / [protected].

                S R agency has been very difficult to get on phone and whenever they pickup their technician ( [protected] ) says will come in 1hr. To my surprise that 1 hour has not come in the last three days. Since yesterday he has been not receiving calls and immediately when I called from another number he picked up and said today is holiday and refused to give his name for a complaint against him and was also abusive.

                You know with the cold wave in delhi, what does a non operational geyser mean for the past 18 days.

                This shows that not only Bajaj's products are sub standard but also they know it and has a similar after sales service staff who is totally useless and irresponsible.

                    I feel very sorry to say that i am loosing my faith in your appliances day by day, because i purchase one microwave oven fro my sister wedding gift for lucknow, the model is bajaj 2503 ETC microwave oven from delhi on 06/12/2011(tuesday),
                    i brought it my home and try to use it but it get shutdown every 2-3 seconds, so i call your customer care very same day for the problem so they said that you have brought it for your sister at lucknow, so you take it to lucknow there they will demonstrate it and will see what the true problem is, i said O.K, now the microwave has reached at lucknow on 11/12/2011(sunday) and
                    i lodge a complain for it is not working and also for its demonstration request on 12/12/2011(monday) and so they give me a demo no:-792265 for lucknow and they said the complain will be attended within 2 working days, but when today one bajaj personal come to my home his contact no is [protected], but he was totally unaware of the microwave we have and all its working,
                    so i kindly request you to please do kindly look deep into this matter and please resolve this as soon as possible, because my product is under GUARANTEE and also see that i have to give it to my sister in marriage if the product is faulty then who will listen the comment from my sister sasuraal,
                    so i please request you to please kindly look into the matter if problem can't be repaired(written that the problem repaired will not be occur in future)then please change the microwave as soon as possible, because it is in guarantee and i am very much worried for this, please reply me as soon as possible.

                      I bought a gyser at Kolkata Bajaj Electrical make on 26th February,2012. THis had two years warranty. Last one months i.e. within 7 months it started leaking. Filed a complian with comapny customer care . ref complain no- 1894183. A technician visited and adviced gyser to be sent to service centre. I did so on 23rd April . Now its almost a month there is no news. No one pick up the phone and in case i send a person to service certre they say it will take time. Hope it will be delivred back in Summer only. Please help I feel cheated and hope a company like Bajaj should immediately withdraw itself from electrical product range if they cannot mainatain a service line.Thanks

                        we lodged complaint for repairing of our geyser our complaint no. is 1922815. one of the company representative came for repairing he told us that the element is not working and the new element will cost rs550 and visiting charge will be 250 total will be rs800. we agreed for this. while repairing geyser he didnt opened the gayser properly and carefully while opening he damaged one screw after breaking that screw he said now bcoz of this screw whole assembly needs to be changed which will cost rs2500. we said will complaint against you then he said he will give disccount of rs500. due to his improper handling and carelessness the repairing of the geyser which would cost us rs800 initially now it is costing rs2500. his behaviour showed that he had done this intentionally for charging more money if he didnt done intentionally he should inform us before that screw is not opening af if it will get damaged new assembling has to be done but he didnt informed us before. now company service centre no. always remains busy we tried calling for may times we got it repaired from oustside.kindly see to this matter as soon as possible. company is responsible for this.

Since its installation this gadget is not working. We have requested supplier a number of times for its repair / replacement. Their / company's electrician has inspected and repaired several times. But the result is that it is still not working. Hence it is requested that it should be replaced immediately.

                              Hi,

                              I bought a bajaj water heater on 1st of December 2011. After about 8 months it started having some problems regarding leakage and electrical
                              indicators not working. I made a complain about this at the customer care by phone. There was a visit by someone from bajaj and he failed to fix the problem, also he said that the water heatre was working perfectly fine just the indicator fuse had gone down which he will replace later.

                              After a few days there was a some spark in the water heater and it was completely down. I made repeated complains there after but always some one comes and says we dont have the spares and we will come soon with the spares.

                              This story has been repeating since almost 2 months now and now the local service center guys have simply started ignoring my complains.

                              I just have 4 days left in my warranty now, and i don not think there is some solution for me.

                              Please suggest me the way to reach consumer court near by my location and how to proceed with every thing.

                              Thank you for accepting my complain today. Though the issue has been going on since over months
                              but no resolutions yet.
                              Every day what i get is a new phone number and that number is either fake or no one cares to answer that phone.

                              I got a call today from Mumbai customer support and they told me that the spares were not available... well i fail to accept this that small spares are not available in month

                              Also they gave me a number of regional manager [protected], I have been calling this number but it is either busy or no one answers the call.

                              yet another day passes for me with fake promises.

                                I purchased three bajaj gas geysers from M/s. Prem Enterprises, Bassi Pathana, Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib, (Punjab) on dated: 13/12/11 vide cash memo no. 11246,47,48 after some days from purchasing all three geysers stop to hot water. We complaint many time on this numbers Patiala: [protected], and after some days we have told to Chandigarh: [protected]. Once they come my premises and change some part but after that those are not in working condition. So please help me to change my all three geysers which are in two years warranty.

I had completed loan No 4030CD00084383, and i applied for one another loan 4030CD00149296 and it will be going to complete next 3 due. but I come know that my emi card was blocked with out any prior notice. I find out this while i try to apply for next loan. I try to conduct customer care by call but got replay as my customer number and card number was wrong.                                   I have EMI card no [protected]. when I useing this card first time on may 05 before useing I was talking to ur phone banking office. he tell me if you useing this EMI card no othere extra money will paid by you with only prosseing free and it is only appoxy 300rs.I have total use approxy rs 14000/- and also have been dep. 7000/-( 1000/-per month) but my outstanding 9000/- showing right now.Dear Sir, if Due to wrong information I will have to pay extra money than it is clear I never use to your Bank credit & Debit card and also closed our saving account from your bank and never give Good feed back about ur bank service to any body.

                                      We buy bajaj induction cooker on 2011 and the coil is changed twice. After the change of coil second time we have a problem with the cooker i.e when switched on the cooker it fixed on “stew” and the soft switches is not working including on off switch please check this and solve the problem. Thanks
                                      This works good when we cook something in less than 15 minutes. Then it started switching off in the middle of cooking and then it went completely down. After servicing at the service center, it was good for some time. Again the same issue started and if we use the fan directly showered over the stove, it was working good. Now there is no issue if i prepare tea/coffee that takes barely 10 minutes. But i cannot cook more than 30 minutes.

                                        I have bought a Bajaj Platini Geyser. From the day we purchased, complaints is only thing we need to do. The geyser still does not function.
                                        Also very bad response from the call center. Request every one not to go for Bajaj geysers. They only work for few days and create problem later.
                                        Please go through the brochure/bills/receipts for any terms and conditions.You can send them a legal notice stating your grievance and for the refund. You have a very prima facie case against the Company. They will certainly start responding to you immediately. I am a lawyer. Please do not hesitate to call me.
